Chakura Kyuin Jutsu (Chakra Absorption Technique)
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user is capable of draining a small piece of the opponent's chakra by pushing their arm off, making sure that they are close to the opponent.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user must have some sort of ground, or must be within close range of the opponent. What this means is that they must be at least couple of feet from the opponent in a maximum range, or they must have hold of something that is pure chakra such as chakra strings.
Description: The user focuses their own chakra within their body and pushes it towards their very hands. As the user does so they create a somewhat "vacuum" like effect within their own chakra along the palm of their hands. What this occurs is when the user grows close to the opponent and does a punching like motion the opponent will feel a small amount of chakra escape from their very own body and be used towards the user's own special like force. This can be used to further the strength of the user with their own chakra supply.
Limit: Anyone is capable of learning this technique.

Her body felt weak and void. Her chakra reserves were at the edges of their limits and her muscles screamed for rest; keeping a grip on the blood soaked steel in her left hand was a chore, and lifting her right arm to aim the crossbow was harder still. But her opponent didn't tire. He moved like lightning, erratically dashing through the tree tops and down to the ground for brief seconds only to wound her again with the 4 inch katars he called his weapons. Siobhan had sliced his shoulders, his forearms, his chest and even opened up a gash across his face that would have left any normal man writhing in pain if not simply unconscious, but he didn't even slow, and the wounds he left on her were only multiplying.
Then in a flicker of motion, he was in front of her, the crossbow poised only inches from his face. Siobhan pulled the trigger, and her heart skipped; out of bolt.
"Such a shame," he mocked with a sneer as his left katar pierced up into her tricep. Siobhan screamed as he twisted the blade and brought her to her knees. The crossbow fell from her grip, as did her sword, and she clawed frantically at his hand to remove the weapon. In a brutal show, he punched his right hand into her left shoulder, and twisted it too, forcing her to her back with him on top. "It's always sad when the pretty ones die," he cooed as he brought his face closer to hers. She tried pushing his head back, kicking him off, anything to keep him farther back, but she just couldn't muster the strength.
"But you're still warm enough for me, hehe!" he laughed menacingly as his right hand released his weapon to search her body. Siobhan's struggle intensified, her left hand went to his face and her fingers dug right into the scar she had left there only a few minutes before. Then an odd sensation began running up her arm. She'd mistaken it for adrenaline at first, and it most likely was a helpful addition, but the euphoric wave was traveling up the limb to her chest. She didn't question it, she only grabbed it. It was like a second breath, even if it was a small one, it was enough to get her right hand to join the grip on the scar.
When the right hand made contact with the exposed flesh, she could feel the same sensation traveling up that arm too. Like it was coming from him. Her assailant was roaring and flailing now, trying to reclaim a hold on his weapons while avoiding having his face literally peeled off.
His blood ran down her arms and splattered her face and chest, but she paid it no mind; Siobhan was in a frenzy. She was pulling at him, not just physically, but with a sort of mental second hand that mimicked the motion. Was she pulling on his chakra? She had to be, her own reserves were going up from the deadly low they were at, and the longer she held, the better she felt. After about seven seconds of being in that tangled lock, the struggling began to die down, and then with a snap, stopped all together.
Her hands tingled, and her heart was beating harder than it ever had before. Her legs were wrapped around his waist, and her hands were still gripping his face. She stared at the odd angle his head was at for a long moment, almost afraid to let go in case he sprang back to life...but she knew that would be impossible. Even if his neck somehow could mend the shattered bone or function without it, she still felt the desperate pull her chakra system was making on his now inactive one. A vampiric action made purely out of desperation...yet she wanted to do it again. Would she need to have barely any chakra for it to work a second time? Or maybe the key was that she just needed the room for the excess.
Siobhan let go of his head, and crawled out from underneath his carcass. She yanked the blades free from her flesh with a splash of blood, and did her very best not to pass out. What would Arekkusu say about her first assassination going so poorly? She'd have to tell him about what happened, but only if she survived that long; the world was quickly fading out, and the last conscious thought she had was of his voice...in a disapproving tone.
"Looks like you botched it."
