"Where is he..." he said, turning his head left and right as he searched for some unknown assistant in the darkness. Within seconds, a silhouette of a figure about his same height began to walk toward him; instantly, his hand went to his tactical vest and retrieved a scalpel from its confines. The shadowed being held its arms up in defense:
"Easy - easy," the male voice began, "I'm here, aren't I? Put that thing away, Ikku-san." As the other male stepped in from the shadows, his black hair and electric green eyes could be noted in the low light of the village as Ikku lowered his knife. He looked at the other with an askance look, obviously annoyed by the Genin's tardiness. Without another word both took off into the forested wilds of Oto-no-Kuni.
The comrades traveled several kilometers south into the forest before they stopped short of the city of Dante. As Ikku began to prepare himself for their midnight training session, his partner would come forth with an inquiry.
"Why all the way out here, man? It's cold as fuck and winter's around the corner.. we could freeze out here trying to learn Suji Rirakkusu," the other Genin rubbed his hands together furiously before he started doing seals. Ikku had returned with the needed firewood.
"We won't freeze (he threw the wood at the boy's feet) you know Katon and after we learn this Muscle Relaxing medical jutsu, we will proceed with learning another D-ranked jutsu, if you get that cold.. Souen-san." As Souen released his fire technique, the embers caught the firewood ablaze quickly as another gust of frigid wind tore through the environ. The youths gathered around the fire to make sure they wouldn't succumb to death once they started their technique.
Ikku would go first. His hands, after seconds of gathering chakra to them, began to emit a light blue color as his focus increased on the task at hand. To utilize Suji Rirakkusu one needed complete focus; that wouldn't be too hard to come across in the quiet wilderness on the outskirts of Dante - that would be the reason Ikku had chosen such a place to train. His partner, Souen, sat at the edge of the flame as Ikku approached him. "Ikku, don't over do it: if I forget how to use my fucking legs, I'll kill you." His partner wasn't worried at all about being deceived. They had instantly became friends after they both graduated from the Oto Academy together, as both loved the art of iryouninjutsu.
Upon placing his hands on his partner's legs, the blue chakra that surged around his fingers shot numbing waves into Souen's legs. He didn't shout or let known his displeasure vocally; instead, he flinched slightly before the effects of the ninjutsu kicked in and his legs became extremely relaxed. Ikku's smile wavered in the open flame of their camp ground as he relinquished focus over the medical art so he wouldn't overdo it and cause his partner erased muscle memory. With one successful attempt at the Muscle Relaxing jutsu, another would be promptly made as he moved his once more chakra emitting hands over Souen's arms. He was coerced to lay back as the jutsu took over all four of his limbs. Thoughts ran into Ikku's head that involved this particular jutsu used on a victim had he needed to use it on one of them. Another smile came across his visage as Souen lay still for about five minutes.
"It felt so weird," he said once the technique wore off after the five minute interval. "It was like my legs and arms had went to sleep or something - this jutsu's pretty fucking intense." He lifted himself off of the ground carefully and shook his body fully awake. Ikku sat down and prepared his being once Souen began to perform the same focusing process he had when using the Suji Rirakkusu technique.
His partner-in-crime's hands hovered over his legs as the medical art took hold. Within seconds, Ikku's muscles began to relax themselves automatically - he suppressed the urge to tell Souen to stop once his legs began to feel like jelly; with a nod, Souen moved toward Ikku's arms and the same effect took hold as he lay motionless in the low grass. It had appeared that this technique within the medical field required the user to come into direct contact with the target, which was fine. Ikku began to think within his mind of ways to quickly utilize the iryouninjutsu so that he could continue on with dissecting his prey. The numbing effects of the jutsu wore off and Ikku rose to his feet as Souen and he gathered directly under the heat of the fire.
"Ready?" Ikku asked, looking over toward his assistant.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]

His footsteps made barely a sound as he crept his way through the village of Otogakure under the cloak of night. The autumn winds had brought along a chill with their wanton presence as Ikku made his way through multiple dark corridors of the place where he had been registered as a village Genin. In tow, Onitsume clung to the skins of his lower arms and hands in a warm embrace once he managed to make his way to the outer gates. In the low light, his auburn hair looked deep brown and his green clothing seemed to blend in rather well with the rest of his black attire. "Where is he..." he said, turning his head left and right as he searched for some unknown assistant in the darkness.
