Personality
Takashi is a strict and stern teenage boy, often following the rules of his village. He sees himself as a police officer and will punish or warn anyone who is in the process of breaking the law no matter if it is his stranger or a family relative. Even for cases such as littering, Takashi will make sure the litterer hears an ear full. Takashi hates arguing with his superiors and often follows orders no matter how nasty the command is. For instance, if Takashi is ordered by a superior to murder his friend for the sake of the group, Takashi will do so.
Although Takashi is a strict and stern person, he is not a cold hearted individual. He loves to be around his friends and enjoys the company of others. Even if he were to be ordered to murder his comrade, Takashi would be greatly heart broken and fall into depression if he were successful. Takashi feels he is often misunderstood because of how he behaves to his seniors. He feels that others treat him as a kiss-up when he is trying to follow the law. It�s not that he is scared of doing something illegal, but Takashi is not mentally capable of doing so.
Takashi always gives his full effort in everything he does and as a result, hates when others are slacking in his group. It angers him and he will tell that person off even if he/she may be his senior. This shows his commitment to getting things done. Furthermore, Takashi is willing to fight someone if he/she is breaking the law. This impulsiveness makes him prone to fighting.
Appearance
Takashi has a round baby face with a tight jaw line. His skin is pale and dotted with freckles across his nose and cheeks. Takashi has emerald wide eyes that look at people as if they are searching their heart. He has thin lips. Takashi has short, neatly-combed blonde hair. He has a lot of hair that’s pulled back into a ponytail. The ponytail reaches just above the nape of his neck. Takashi has no facial hair as of yet. Takashi has thin blonde eyebrows with a fine arch. He has a small scar just above his eyebrows.
Takashi has a medium build; with broad shoulders and long legs. He has strongly defined abdominals. Takashi has hair on his legs. He has finely cut toe and finger nails. Takashi has a thin scar on the lower part of his knee, a wound he received from being hit by his mother. Takashi gets tanned very easily due to his pale skin. Takashi has a small butt. Furthermore, Takashi has a good sense of hygiene, a crisp smell of cinnamon cloaks his body. He has pearly white teeth .
In warm weather, Takashi will wear jean shorts and a light T-shirt. He isn’t much for fashion and will usually maintain a similar style every day. His jean shorts and T-shirts are always a basic color. In the winter, Takashi wears long sweat pants and a Buttoned Sweater. Underneath he has on a long sleeve shirt and a wife beater. Takashi always has a ring that he wears on his pinkie. The ring is made of oak wood and is crafted in the shape of a leaf.
Background
Takashi Rito was born is the son of Honako and Taleigh Rito. His parents were very abusive and were easily angered at Takashi for causing little trouble. At the age of 5, he moved with his Aunt; Himeko; Honako�s sister and to this day lives with her and hasn�t seen his parents since. Due to his life with his parents, Takashi is very obedient and at first feared breaking any laws. It was when his Aunt told him that rules are meant to keep people safe, that he changed his view on the law. The law is not something to fear, it is something to embrace.
Once Himeko accepted Takashi�s residence he began attending the Academy. He was a bright student that always listened to the teacher. However, due to this kids began bllying Takashi and out casting him because they thought he was a goody two shoes. Depressed by this, Takashi would always go home crying to Sakura. His Aunt would hold him until he stopped crying. One day a local school boy met Takashi on his way home. The school boy took pity on Takashi because he was always alone so, invited him to eat lunch with his friends. The school boy�s name was Amaya and what was first pity, soon grew into a great friendship. Along with Ayema, Takashi also made friends with a tomboy named Aiko and another quiet boy named Hotaru.
Several months past and Takashi was eleven years old. He wasn�t as sad anymore and became more outspoken in class. This earned him respect among his classmates. The bullying stopped and he made more friends. Takashi no longer needed Ayema�s comfort and branched out to other children. Ayema confronts Takashi because he feels that their friendship is gone. This turns into a bad argument and the friendship is destroyed. Takashi is too stubborn to apologize even though his Aunt tells him to.

The Jod Muay is the basic step of defending but Muay is the martial art that uses the eight limbs, two hands, two shins, two knees, and two elbows to fight the opponent.

Description: Picture The leading foot should be pointed straight, while the other is positioned to angle at ninety degrees whilst raising the heel of the back foot. Both the knees and the body are straight, designed to create posture. Arch the back backwards slightly. This allows power to be generated for the legs. The chin must remain in the same posture as the shoulders; in essence, this means that the user must lower their chin to be level with the shoulders, while raising the shoulders and the arms for guarding purposes. The next step is to grasp the hands, keeping them raised to face level, crafting a guard with the forearms to allow defending against oncoming attacks. The eyes are straight forward, locking onto the opponent's abdomen for full view of oncoming strikes against the upper or lower body.

Description: Picture 1-A; Picture 1-B, Picture 1-A; Picture 1-B A technique where the user uses a seal on a Scroll to summon an object they have. The object who is being summoned must have the same seal as well in order to be summoned. User is unable to summon where other seals are located. The Person is the medium and you need that person in order to bring someone in. Once the object has been summoned the seal disappears. In order to summon an object “E” Rank or “D“ Rank, user must learn “E” Rank Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Bbujiekuto) (Summoning Technique (Object)). In order to summon an object “C” Rank and “B“ Rank, user must learn “C” Rank Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Bbujiekuto) (Summoning Technique (Object)). Effect: The user is capable of performing their very chakra down along the very ground. Doing so the user then takes the time to concentrate and begins to lift small blades such as Kunais, or knifes up into the air just a meter and a half up high. The knunais are then are just held there for a brief moment in which is targeted towards the target at hand.

Drawback: This technique can not be pushed any further then stated. It can not be re-thrown, can not be directed, turned or any other type of situation. There is no way to redirect these or change directions.
Description: When the user lifts the very blades up into the air, this technique is used to where they give a push towards the blades to hurl them towards one direction. This technique however can not be used for re-directing, and this technique is only capable of pushing forth in at least a ten meter of distance.

Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push)

Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush forward in almost instantaneous speed. Used to draw the user close to the opponent.

Drawback: May use 3 times a day. May perform 1 more each time learned. Passing amount renders the user's legs immobile due to severe pain. Unable to perform again unless gained medical treatment. Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.
Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.
Limit: Universal NinJutsu or Universal TaiJutsu.

Drawback: Requires the user to exhale and keep their dominant hand cupped over their mouths. Once the user is out of breath of moves their hand, the technique falls.
Description: The user performs the handseals, energizing their hand and their esophagus with chakra. The user then cups their hand over their lips and exhales. The oxygen being expelled from the lungs combusts upon reaching the chakra from the hand, and the user blows it out a maximum of ten feet away. This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends.
