The man paused for a moment letting the smoke from his cigar twist formless into the air. Finally he smiled and spoke the magic words. "The reports are as follows... Five islands have risen from the sea near Nami no Kuni. There in the Land of Waves, the citizens are panicking as creatures they've never seen before are escaping from the newly arisen islands." The man paused for a moment in case the man wanted to take notes. "The exams are in the land of waves.... And they are starting in a few days time. The exam has something to do with traveling to each of these islands."

Nodding slightly as the man spoke, the young shinobi would listen. He would then turn to leave the room, forgetting to uphold his end of the bargain to provide information in and of his own in compensation of the information he had received. Hitora also had made such a promise of payment knowing he could forget and deal with the guards and more thanks to his new training. The young man left the building without a single word, he would wonder if any guards would stop him then again he did not really care.

The man would not make it past the door back to the Hyuuga before the man stepped into the room closing the door behind him. "Slow down there asshole." The ransom broker said with an edge of gruffness to his voice. "You don't leave until you pay." At the word pay the guards flanking him moved to either side of the tables. One of the guards pulled a crossbow out from under the table and another one. The Byukugan user raised his hands already sunk into his fighting stance.

Chuckling a bit at the impudence of the ransom broker he turned his head half back to face the greedy man and said “Oh, forgive my rudeness, I forgot to pay how silly of me. The information is that there is a new Lava style user in town and he belongs to the hidden rain village.” Hitora then turned around and slowly opened the front of his jumpsuit via the small zipper in its middle and showed the large black kanji on his chest that looked like a simple tattoo. The young Shinobi then smirked to the Hyuuga and said “Don’t attack me for this, a demonstration.”

Hitora then closed his eyes behind his mask and held up his right hand holding his index and ring fingers towards the sky. He then began to mold some lava chakra within his body, as he had done so the seal turned from jet black to a perfect combination of red and orange and yellow in color, lighting the darker room up with the eerie glow from his chest. Smirking a bit more the young Shinobi allowed the chakra to dissipate from his body harmlessly and placed his hand down after zipping his jumpsuit back up.

“There, oh and the island named Kika in the land of sea is off limits to all chakra users, there is a fanatical group there seeking to kill any that use chakra. They are not fun, even I barely was able to escape them thanks to their ability to nullify chakra.” Hitora then turned back to the door and walked out not letting any guards stop him this time, feeling his strength more than enough to handle them if they had tried to stop him.

[The Doctor]

In walked a man dressed in black. Dark gray shirt, brown RideBack leather jacket. Leather gloves, Rideback black boots, and black cargo pants. His head and face was covered by the red helmet. Dressed as his Loden personality, the Dcotor walked up to the Broker Institute. He walked up to one of the big boards where you could pick up missions and requests. There something caught his eye. It was to purchase a pair of steel gauntlets. The Doctor saw the type, and price and gave a nod. He was interested in these.

Loden turned to the Hyuga who normally handled transactions. "Hey," he yelled out to him. "I'm willing to pay the 50,000 for these." he said pointing to the Ad that had Steel Gauntlets. He reached into his jacket and pulled out the Ryo before placing it on a counter. "I'm sure the seller gave it to you guys to have it transported or something." he continued in an almost impatient voice.

Loden spoke to the Hyuga about the transaction. After the pricing was agreed upon the Hyuga would walk to the back perhaps using an item transferring Jutsu of sorts. The Hyuga would return with the item in question and hand it to the Doctor. The Doctor would take the item and leave.

Yoko had come to the BINGO agency in search of a book, a rather specific book “Formula Book of Bodrak the Broken” along with a full body corset that fit her small size. However, she lacked any of the unique coins used by the BINGO agents so would no doubt need to acquire some in order to do business. She made her way over to the desk and explained exactly what she was in search of, purchasing and paying for the coins and items in full if given the chance.

Upon further consideration Yoko came up with some more things that she would like to acquire, namely, the recipe for the apocalypse explosive. Finding the explosive itself was already hard enough so surely the recipe was also difficult. When prompted Yoko would hand over the money required to purchase a coin to search for the recipe as well as the full cost of the recipe: 39,422.25. In addition to this she wanted to acquire two gems of Gem of Vitality, one for herself and one for her mount.

Description: Mix the liquid fire and red slug slime together, then drop the piece of smalzite into the mixture. Then remove the piece of smalzite. This will make 1 standard-shot of "Apocalypse". This product is very similar to "Explosion (Fire)", but is much more powerful. Dropping a small fragment of smalzite into the "Apocalypse" liquid activates it, at which time it begins glowing brightly. You have approximately 3 seconds after this point until it explodes with catastrophic force. Anything within 8 meter radius of the blast receives 120 Armour Points of damage, as well as being splattered with a burning liquid. This burning liquid cannot be washed off, and will even burn under water. It continues to burn for 1 round after the initial explosion, inflicting an additional 40 Armour Points of damage at the beginning of that round.

Some varieties of obsidian have also been harnessed for their natural alchemical properties, such as the Ghost Tip, and this led many alchemists and researchers to look at other varieties of obsidian to see if they also had natural alchemical properties. A lot of the research proved fruitless, until an Alchemist named Gwengolyn Badgersrest made a chance discovery. She had been looking at basic geometric shapes and varieties of obsidian. She was crafting a double pyramidal shape on a piece of mahogany obsidian when her chisel slipped and the perfect double pyramid split into two five-sided pyramids. She was about to toss the mistake when she felt her vitality increase as she picked up the broken pieces. Some more research led to the creation of the Gem of Vitality. A person holding the Gem of Vitality gains a +4 Alchemical bonus to their Toughness. In addition, the Gem of Vitality prolongs a person's natural lifespan by 1 year for every month that the gem is possessed up to a maximum increase of 50% over the normal lifespan for the person's race.

They gave the Mizukage the options before they would extract their payment from her.

Yoko carefully considered which items she would like immediately and which she was prepared to travel for. She had already searched high and low for the book so she didn't mind collecting that herself. The two gems were also relatively unimportant so she decided she would simply collect them as well if possible. Thus, the only thing that she wanted to be delivered was the corset. “Retrieve the corset please, I will travel for the rest if you could please tell me their locations.”

ince Emi had always heard so much about the offices of the BINGO organization he imagined that he could just as well look into it while he was near one in the wind capital. He walked in while being quite reserved despite that he noticed that there were in fact more people moving around the building than he first had imagined. As he walked through the doors, Emi took a brief moment to just see himself around before walking up to the information dealer.

Greetings, I wish to do some business regarding both information and services.

It was quite obvious that so was the case, but he felt like it should be laid out as a formality.

First and foremost, I'd like to invest in 120 coins connected to this institution.

Since he didn't know what the procedure normally was at the BINGO organization, he awaited the man's reaction before possibly showing the money he had brought for the exchange.

and now for the real matters. I have some items that I wish to be found and aquired

Emi then displayed a fairly short list containing ritual books with all the creation rituals and the blueprints of a flying destruction machine and Alternating Munitions Mechanism.

Also, I would like to gain all possible current knowledge about two individuals as well as putting a bounty on them.

As he had spoken quite a lot, Emi allowed the man in front of himself some time to react.

“Information and services, you say? You’ve found the right man.” A skinny man with white hair adjusted his glasses at the sight of the Hoshigaki. It didn’t take a Byakugan to spot the customer's blue flesh. “Excuse me sir. Did you say one-hundred and twenty coins?” The man’s glasses fogged up under his breath. Without wanting to insult his customer, he attempted to clarify in case there were any misunderstandings. “One coin, one-hundred and seventy-five thousand Ryo. If that is a fee you are willing and capable of fulfilling, then I will be more than happy to complete your transaction for you.” The man couldn’t quite believe that the Hoshigaki was willing to part with 21,000,000 Ryo, let alone the fact that he might have access to that type of money. Still, stranger things have happened in the last month alone.

“And for your second matter of business?” The man patiently waited for a response. He seemed to possess a rather calm and neutral tone. “I see. Very well.” The man nodded as he began filling in some paperwork. There were around six pages worth although strangely, he completed all three in a three second long blur without even breaking eye contact with the Hoshigaki. “Please present me with the funds required for the coin as well as your written permission. Next, who are these two individuals? Do you know their full names?” A silence fell on the area as the man waited for another response. He mannerisms and aura seemed rather stern and highly professional. It seemed like a simple business transaction. There was no hint in the air that two contracts to kill were about to be created.

he man in front of himself seemed quite easy to deal with and offered to bring the transactions swiftly forward. So Emi made sure not to stall the conversation either by instantly bring forth a few large stacks of high valued bills from within his robe and placed it upon the table. Each one of the 14 stacks contained a total of 1,5 million ryo, which he allowed the man to confirm before Emi shoved them all towards him. Then Emi brought forth a painted image of a lady, which had been made of all the descriptions from attacker on the ANBU guards in rain.

The first individual's name is unknown to me, which is why I'd like to buy that information along with everything else known of her. The other one is named Hitora of rain, a young man that was taken by her.

He knew that it was not that much to go on, but as he expected the BINGO to already had heard about the attack, he hoped the agent in front of him would be able to make the connection.

If I am able to buy enough information about the duo to make the bounty on them, I am willing to put a 7 million ryo on her confirmed death and 3 for him, dead or alive.

After finishing explaining his offer, he awaited the man's response.
