Identify Trap, Kenji 7-10, 07 | 125
Well the most basics of this class of trap wasn’t even camouflaged, no it was just a whole in the ground that took advantage of the commoners inability to think ahead, they were effectively worthless vs a ninja. Why you may ask? Well for one they could just walk up the wall if they ever fell into it, and two they probably had the common sense to watch where they were going?
Of course this variation of the trap was non-lethal, it could of course had various nasties at the bottom to increase the killing potential, whether it be spikes for a clean death, or zombies if you really wanted to ruin someone’s days, each one had its own benefits and drawbacks. For example a pit full of hungry zombies wasn’t exactly quite? Their moans would be heard regardless of how much camouflage was applied to the trap, the spikes however could be easily concealed by a fake floor.
