There had been some cause for rebellion in the Hyuuga as of late, and though her diplomatic relations quest had been...stymied, she decided to go out on her own for a bit. She wouldnt be able to get back into the village anyways. Setting off, she walked across the flat fields, the sun beating down on her tiny form. She had passed the Rice Fields and where the water grew plentiful, it always grew murky and...dark. Swamps sprang up as did ugly looking trees. Thick vines and a few streams widened into rivers. Maybe land of Rivers was close? On her back was a Katana, tanto, kopis, map of Kumo and a compass.

There was no country of River to cross here, only a darker part of a forest in a nation normally prove to sunshine. The Hyuuga should have known by now, especially having traveled this way once before, that she was in the Land of Fire. The tree's grew taller and the swamp land thinned out to the point of mere streams, fed by underground sources. The sun shinned perpetually here, the heat sweltering in a way that made her clothing stick. With her large blank eyes open for observation, she took caution in stepping over things, knowing from experience tthat traps lay around for the flat footed.

Marching through Fire was a task, a long one at that, Rahaels\' eyes squinting up against the sun while she picked her way through the trees. Part of her was ready to sit but the more resilient half of her was going to fight that slothful urge. She marched til the trees grew thin and the bogs began to appear. The sun was hidden behind a fog of grey and the trees grew moss and vines into the swamp. "Nice." She chuckled, passing through the area. This was he same place she had met that nosy medic.

It wouldnt take long, no long a all, for the soil to slowly become sand. From what the young Hyuuga could tell, the sun definitely shown down brighter and hotter in this region. The swamps, which were so rich in water and mineral, were drying up, he ground turning coarse and terse with worn bits. A desert literally made of pulverized stone over billions and billions of years. Many things had adapted to this weather, and funnily enough, this was not her first time here. Land of wind, here she was.

Back from her failed search and a rather...violent meeting with a massive lizard Kamyuja, Rahael headed back into the desert. She was looking for the capital, her Blue bladed sword on her back along with a Kopis and a tanto. Her compass pointed her north and so on she marched, climbing over sand dunes and into pits, finding all manner of common life simply existing within this harsh place. She was ready to be out though, and as an image began o loom through the heat she ran towards it.
