[/ul]The Streets of Iwagakure
Rules:
- NFRP NDE/DE Rules applied.
- No posting order unless needed. IIC 2 Days.
- This thread can be used by anyone for most reasons.
- Reasons that this thread cannot be used for:
- Training/Missions/herb or animal search/crafting
- Casual Role Play (Meeting a friend at a coffee shop “GET A ROOM”) Make your own thread please.
The streets are public for anyone who has access to Iwagakure. Practically anything happens here. Merchant trading, Mercenary work, Citizens busy, almost anything that happens in a village happens here. This encompasses any public area within the village. The streets are usually sunk into the land creating gullies and small mountain ridges. There are plateaus of all sorts where structures are built upon and into. The facilities one can find here range depending on the needs of the village and its people.
Non-Iwagakure Missions
You can request for missions to be done here. Missions like, "Need Construction: Build my house", "Capture this person", "Kill this person", "Find me this herb", "Find/Craft me this weapon", "Assistance to find a summoning family", anything you need or want you can request from others. There are ways about doing this of course. Use this thread, fill it out properly and PM the Tsuchikage to make sure it's correct. Once this is done, Role Play in this thread, there are plenty of merchant stalls here to host and advertise your mission, to "post it up" in lesser terms. PM a staff once this is done to deduct the reward price from your Ryo, as per Mission rules. It is not accepted until all these steps are complete.
People will also find missions here. Aside from those requested by other PCs you may Role Play out finding someone who is requesting something. Using the same precess minus having to pay for the mission to be preformed. This means you submit the mission to the Tsuchikage with the understanding that you're taking the mission. The "NPC" is the one paying for it to be performed. That being said, if the mission is incorrect or isn't hard enough, ect... the Tsuchikage will deny it, his reputation is on the line... Once it has been accepted it will be posted up here.
Since these are not Iwagakure Tower missions, other Ninjas from different villages may take these. The exception to this rule is Hostile and Enemy villages may not do business within Iwagakure. -No taking missions, no submitting missions-
Rule Quotes:
- Who can take Missions? Anyone. There are restrictions however. Missing Ninja cannot take same village missions as well as adventurers. A ninja may never take a mission from another village. Non-Ninjas and Missing Ninjas may take other kinds of missions however they must use their own judgment on what to take.
- Who can make Missions? Anyone. Kages must have a thread dedicated to Missions in the village. Thread must be stickied. Anyone else may create missions by Roleplaying it out in taverns or other places.
Rule for "Finding" missions here (direct rule quotes):
- Ninja - Ninjas may make their own missions (OOC). Follow the Mission Template. Create a new thread with the word "Mission" on it. Then have the Kage, or a Staff member verify and okay the mission.
- Missing/Non-Ninja - These people have no boundaries to any Village or even Organization. To Gain a mission Roleplay must be done. Create a mission using the Mission Template. Roleplay as if gaining the mission by a mysterious party, or by finding a Mission Board a tavern may have. Due to not having Ranks a Missing/Non-Ninja are not bound by Village rank requirements and may take any rank mission. Missing/Non-Ninja must be careful in what they take for a GM may be forced to create a realistic situation if a Missing/Non-Ninja abuses the money transaction system.
Iwagakure Village tax:
Doing business within the village requires a bit of kick back to the Iwagakure Tower. There is a 10% tax for any mission. This means that 10% of the reward is taken by Iwagakure, no exceptions.
Mission Board:

Back Allies, Shady businesses, Guard Stations, Banks, Shops and all that...
Iwagakure is littered with an assortment of many of these things. One can look for these places and usually find odd "Jobs" here and there. Like any opposing organization they work against each other. The guards try to stop the robbers, the gangs try to muscle in on one another, Banks to be stolen from or guarded, people to be killed or murders to be solved. If you encounter one of these people or if you may find a way to make some Ryo.
So now weather you are helping the community or you are a dirge of society, here you can find a way to get paid for your mayhem or your service to this society. Here is a catch all for any kinds of these activities that you perform. The only requirement is they need to be done with or against other Ninjas from other villages. That's right, and sometimes if you simply are a jerk and like to kill or rob banks, usually a village shinobi will be hot on your tail to catch you. So all and all check here to see if you meet the requirement to earn Ryo and interactive mission credit and capitalize on your role playing experience within the mean streets of Iwagakure.
CITIZEN DRIVEN MISSIONS:
General:
Name: Commit a Crime
Rank: D-S
IIC Length: 2 days

Description: These are based off the Laws of Iwagakure. The more sever a law the greater the reward. Lawbreakers, If you are one to break a law, you can find reward in many ways. Say you rob a bank, the amount of money you would steal would be the reward of this interactive mission. The law for theft is variable so you can go from either a D rank reward all the way up to an S rank reward. But remember you must do enough role play to constitute the reward given else it will not be accepted. Suggested RP motivations: A gang has asked you to kill rival gang members, a Shop owner asks you to vandalize a competing store, a person wants someone killed, many reasons for gaining this reward and doing this mission. Note: These Mission threads can be private while performing them, but once exited the thread becomes open. This is to open up PC interactions. This mission is considered an Interactive mission if the crime was committed by a Ninja from a different village.

RAMEN SHOP
Sometimes due to events, situations, or emergencies, Shinobi of Iwagakure have been instructed on how to request Iwagakure Tower missions in a different way. Rather there is a Ramen shop. There is a Special Menu given to Iwagakure Shinobi. After they have finished their meal, they recieve a fortune cookie. Within the cookie will be instructions... The "chef" changes daily, so as to keep ambiguity and security.
This method is used:
- As a secondary method for acquiring Iwagakure Tower Missions.
- The Iwagakure Shinobi simply not wish to go to the Iwagakure Tower for whatever reason (Towers too cluttered with PCs, or other reasons).
- If the Tower is Temporarily out of commission (if there is an event happening there, a fight, ect...).
- Reward collection sometimes can or cannot be collected here.
- Currently you can turn in Iwagakure Tower missions here.
