The Mizukage rubbed his chin a while as he wondered just who this woman from Kaminari kuni was; he had heard a brief chiming behind him and went to investigate. There had been three vials filled with various liquids hanging from some branch and Hyobe quickly scooped all three into his open chest shozoku. He returned to face the Lightning woman and was impressed by just how many of his Hazian militia men had gathered in the forest of thanksgiving.
"A woman-ninja from the northern land of Lightning.. could you be here on a courier mission for the Raikahe? I have yet to meet with them in regards to a letter I'd sent ages ago." Feeling suited to carry on a conversation at length with this woman, the endeavors of his Kirigakure shinobi were up to them solely.
“Enough books, nobody can ever have to many books!” She declared for all to hear. While this certainly was the case for books, maps were a different matter altogether, she already knew the layout of The Land of Water, so a map of it all was pretty darn useless! She took it all the same, though, perhaps she would be able to sell this item! “How about you what did you receive?” did he receive something that was super cool? Or maybe something he wanted to trade?

Freaked out you run, finding that she shoved a paper down your clothes. Looks like instructions for a ritual, lucky you!

Dance of the Peacock Rank: "C" Type: Deception Ritual Effect: As the user completes the gestures and utterances of the ritual, their unsuspecting target swoons, sighs dreamily, and falls into the user's arms enamored. Special: To perform: 10 minutes; Duration: Special Drawback: --- Description: This ritual is among the most subtle of all deception rituals. The Dance of the Peacock is often performed by more cunning and rakish performers without their targets ever even knowing they are doing so. And some performers have found intricate and subtle ways in which to weave the necessary gestures and incantations of the ritual into dances, songs, and even conversations. Though the ritual is widely known as the Dance of the Peacock for its often showy displays and ultimately intoxicating effect upon a target, it can take almost any form, so long as its performer can subtly apply certain incantations and reagents at the appropriate times during its performing. To perform the ritual, user must engage the attention of their intended target. Doing so may involve garnering the target’s undivided attention during some sort of performance, or simply by involving the target in uninterrupted conversation. In certain circumstances, user might even bind up their target to the point of helplessness, so it has no other choice but to witness the ritual. If, for any reason, the target’s attention is drawn away from the user during the performing of the ritual, user loses the component cost. Once the user has the target’s attention, the ritual begins, in whatever form the user chooses. During the performance, user may choose to make an Acting check. The target makes a Sense Motive check in opposition to the user's Acting check to determine if it realizes it is the target of the ritual. User may also forgo the Acting check, but doing so means the target is automatically aware that a ritual is being performed and that it is, in fact, the target. Assuming the user is able to complete the ritual, upon completion, target must make a Will Save (10 + 2 per Class Level + Impeccable Will). If failed, the target falls deeply in love with the user. The user's Deception Ritual Mastery determines the duration before which the target may make a Save to end the effect. Nove: At the end of each of its turns until it successfully saves. Average: Each minute until it successfully saves. Advanced: Each hour until it successfully saves. Expert: Each day until it successfully saves. Master: Each week until it successfully saves.
A target who is in love with the user is assumed to always have a friendly attitude, and will be as helpful to the user as possible. The target will not, however, commit suicidal acts on the user's behalf, nor is it Chakra compelled to obey the user. It retains its normal judgment and sense of self-preservation. Limit: Must be a Ritualist for Deception Rituals. Cost: Market Price: 12,000 Ryo Performing Price: 9,000 Ryo

"A woman-ninja from the northern land of Lightning.. could you be here on a courier mission for the Raikage? I have yet to meet with them in regards to a letter I'd sent ages ago" told the man. 'AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! I'M BUUUSTEED!!! screamed her inner with a ghastly look at her face.
The female decided to play it straight. "Kumogakure no Sato is under some major changes right now. I'm positive that the Raikage would like you meet you when she can" replied Marii. She then turned her head when she heard some shouting. It looked like the female had already found some books.
"Anyone want to trade for this super rare book. I can tell from the paper that it must be MEGA expensive!" shouted the teenager. "Thanks, but no thanks" replied the Raikage. She then noticed a hut made out of straw that had a sign that said 'To the Raikage'. A smile formed at her face - she could get use for this.
The young woman suddenly realized something. "So - ahem - isn't this a bit odd that there are so many stuff here? Do you guys think it's a trap?" inquired the brunette. She adjusted her jacket a bit. The female had decided to wear a pair of black jeans plus a navy blue sweater underneath to blend in a bit better.

Picking up the odd canisters she seemed to find, the young ten year old genin was interested in the the courier. Taking her three odd canisters of oil, she had slid them into her cloaks as she then politely tapped the hidden cloud Shinobi in the back. She had looked adorably childish at the moment as she spoke.
"What's Kumogakure like Onee-Chan? Also, what's your name? My name's Odayakama Senshi." The stranger might find it off she was addressed as older sister, but it was for honorifics sake. The young child smiled brightly waiting for a reply as she really did want to know what her village had to hold. Walking away from the Mizukage and the others, she had wanted to spend a little time with someone from another village.
All of the people she knew in the village were not only all older...but they were also higher rank, more skilled, powerful, and typically not the people she really wanted to be around at the moment. She had become a genin just a few months ago and so she was interested in the world and the people who live in it. Senshi was excited for this girl's reply.
First, she had received a magical Sax that instilled love in those who listened to it, now she gained a harp that made people happy. What a fortuitous turn of events, Yoko was after all a Bard. She could use instruments as a substitute for hand seals, so these items would certainly come in handy! Alas, the book also had no offers at all, quite the shame. “A trap, I’m quite sure this isn’t a trap, I mean who would be able to summon an angel as part of a trap?”

"WHOA!" exclaimed the female when she saw a man throw something in her direction. She threw herself on the ground to dodge the bag. But nothing happened. Marii picked up a random stick and poked the waist pack. It seemed to be safe at the moment.
Her face turned ashen when she checked the content. Inside was enough explosives to blow up a decent house. 'I better store this safely' decided the young woman. She then felt someone poke her back and turned around. It appeared to be the brunette girl from earlier.
"What's Kumogakure like Onee-Chan? Also, what's your name? My name's Odayakama Senshi." greeted Senshi. "Nice to meet you Senshi-chan. Please call me Marii" replied the Raikage with a smile at her face.
"A trap? I'm quite sure this isn't a trap. I mean...who would be able to summon an angel as part of a trap?" told the other girl. "Someone who is apparently quite strong. But if they're angels, they should be decent people" answered the female.
She had to be careful. But having so many shinobis arond her made her feel a bit more secure. They could probably outnumber an enemy for starters. Having the Mizukage here helped as well. Maybe they would find out who the strange gift giver was?

From the southern winds blew in Tuva in her windform, cresting on the sky's momentum into the damp land of Mizu no Kuni. This was different as a whole, strange land where the air hung this with moisture but didn't quite rain like it did back home. Even down below her she could see there were people huddled around in the forests, close enough to speak possibly if aware of their presence. She made it no particular event to make a ruckus and instead dove into the trees, her whole form like this featureless cloud that hung in the air.
The tree's rustled violently as she descended like a spirit and touched down with her heel to revert to a more human form, red hair and goggles with an attachment that ran from the side of her recording goggles into her holodisk. "Soooo...hi!" She chimed with an energetic wave and a bright goofy smile. Black shorts and a loose short sleeve tee.
Kuro madly dashed through the trees of Thales when a group of people entered his sites as he bounced off a tree spinning through the air as he landed near the group only a few feet away one knee as he looked to the kage group standing." I am a ninja of the mist." He would say with a monotone face and voice as he looked over everyone there wondering if any posed any threat as he looked around uncomfortably.

The youth couldn’t help but pause amidst the celebrations and ponder the very answer she had just give, it seemed that more and more shinobi were arriving at the moment, like flies to honey. “What if this is a trap, but not in the sense that we are about to be ambushed. Look around, ninjas are swarming the area, surely this would be a perfect time to strike the village?” Her once cheerful voice had lost its ring altogether replaced with a rather serious tone. Glancing across to the Kage, she awaited any potential order, although with fog of this level one would be rather difficult to see, so a verbal command would have been preferred.
“But… I guess that would mean they would miss out on all these gifts as well.” A return to her upbeat tone was rather swift.

She seemed to be among friendly enough company and reciprocated that with a shrug and an ever present smile, "I 'unno, I just sort of... drift with the wind and see where it takes me." Around her seemed to be busy, what with the conversation and a massive eagle flying about in the skies overhead. She was ignorant to it's allegiance, presuming that it was merely hungry and that they all looked like ants from so far up in the air. "I am Tuva!" She headed her way with a hand offered but had to step over some lazybones who lashed out a kick that hit blunt on her thighs. Weird.
"May I ask who you are, too? I've not been outside of Ame in QUITE some time." Her headband was big and obvious.

"I 'unno, I just sort of...drift with the wind and see where it takes me. I'm Tuva!" replied Tuva as she stepped towards her with her hand stretched out. Her smile combined with her attitude made the female smile herself. "I'm Marii. Nice to meet you" replied Marii in a polite voice as she shook her hand.
She noticed the Amegakure headband tied around the head of this mysterious female. But then, the young woman suddenly spotted a corpse that was shackled to the hut she had just found. "Whoa - what's that!?" muttered the Raikage in a somewhat scared voice. She approached the body after she had picked up a two feet long stick. The female then poked the body with it once she came close enough.
'He seems dead to me. But I wonder -'. His reason of death became apparent when she noticed the bottle laying at his feet. The brunette picked up the bottle and read the label on it. 'I better be careful since this seems like strong stuff' thought the young woman while she laid the bottle in her pocket.
"How long does this last?" inquired one of the males in the group. He had apparently found a gemstone of some sort. Marii walked closer to him to check it. Her eyes widened - this stone had quite a stunning coloration to it. She had never seen one like it.
"I think it'll last for quite some time if you take good care of it. But I doubt it is a diamond. Those I've seen don't have the same coloration as this one" replied the female while looking at him. She wondered what was going on. Why were they all getting free stuff that was so expensive?
