Description: Internal - By use of their own blood, the two Tsubasa members will draw a circle upon the ground and place an unrolled Tsubasa scroll within the center. In the center of the circle, seated upon the scroll, sits the recipient of the ritual with his back to the baby bird which aids his receiving of the wings. At each end of the scroll stands one of the two Tsubasa members with the medic waiting outside the circle. The two Tsubasa then begin to make a long string of handseals, each seal lighting up a symbol upon the scroll in green. Once all symbols light up the chakra spreads to the circle itself, and when the blood becomes green it begins to wrap around the recipient and baby bird. Once this occurs the medic steps in and plucks a feather from the baby bird, placing it between the recipient's shoulder blades. The green blood with then merge with the feather, and the feather with the recipient's back which adds a new chemical to their system to incite feather growth when stimulated. Once inside the body the chakra laced blood begins to flow about, causing immense pain, which the medic alleviates with the Healing Hands jutsu as the bones are hollowed out. The excess of calcium taken from the bones builds up just below the shoulder blades to be used to form wings with the proper jutsu later on.

This fur is gathered, chopped into fine particles and used to create explosives. Mix the saltpeter, and paste mixture in a congelation method. This will take 1 day to create. When thrown, it explodes on contact, filling the air in an 8-meter radius with a noxious cloud of clingy hair particles. Description: A scroll is a heavy sheet of fine vellum or high-quality paper. The sheet is reinforced at the top and bottom with strips of leather slightly longer than the sheet is wide. Scrolls are usually fitted with reinforcing rods at each end rather than simple strips of leather. To protect it from wrinkling or tearing, a scroll is rolled up from both ends to form a double cylinder. (This also helps the user unroll the scroll quickly.) The scroll is placed in a tube of ivory, jade, leather, metal, or wood. Most scroll cases are inscribed with Seals which often identify the owner or the Jutsus stored on the scrolls inside. The Seals sometimes hide traps. Description: Picture There are so many different types of pants, with different designs and colors. Trousers are an item of clothing worn from the waist to the ankles, covering both legs separately. Shorts are similar to trousers, but with legs that come down only to around the area of the knee, higher or lower depending on the style of the garment. To distinguish them from shorts, trousers may be called "long trousers" in certain contexts such as school uniform, where tailored shorts may be called "short trousers". A jacket typically has sleeves, and fastens in the front or slightly on the side. A jacket comes with 4 pockets. 2 along the inside, and 2 along the outside. each pocket has the same amount of holding space as a half pouch. Character Depth
Personality: Riko is a carefree and destructive girl with a fierce loyalty to her village. She has no personal care and isn't worried about her life. She lives everyday doing whatever to ease her boredom or bring glory towards the village in her own twisted way. Her life or others mean absolutely nothing to her only the thought of keeping the village whole.That ideal drives her life and she would never betray or do anything to harm it.
When interacting others Riko is invasive and playful doing whatever whenever. Hyperactive and always moving she speaks her mind on things which change depending on her mood. All of her expressions from angry,sad, to scared all come out as dismissive and sarcastic. Riko can read the mood however is likely to withhold some things she would say if they had any significant impact on the village's image or anything that would damage it's stature. When handling with other people especially she doesn't like Riko let's fly with the insults liking to push people to their breaking points.
While in combat her playful and erratic nature flourish. Being a all around sniper she likes to keep her distance and overwhelm her enemies with a barrage of attacks before disappearing from sight only to strike from their blindside. Having wings allow to do this dancing around her opponents. However when it's required Riko uses her intense hyperactive nature to focus on staying still to lie and wait for the perfect chance to kill her enemies. Other than that she loves to beat them down and torture them to death.
Appearance: Riko has short light blue hair with two long side bangs hanging down to her chin. These bangs are held back with two black clips. She has large bright bright blue eyes and lying in between is her long and thin nose. She has small thin lips with a light spread of freckles above her cheeks. Hidden in her hair are her average sized rounded ears. Her head overall is shaped roundly with a pointed chin.
Standing at 5'7 Riko has long and slender frame with a slightly plush body. Her skin is milky white with a glossy appearance and long limbs. She has decent C sized breast and rear . Being 18 and most developed her body has a nice curvaceous figure.Riko's is also slightly muscular having somewhat detailed abs but they don't show very well. The same goes with the rest of her body being her muscle won't show unless she were to flex. Riko's wings are that of a eagle and are a light tan color.
Riko's outfit consist of a skin tight corset that is white down the middle with black out lines. The sides are a dark jade green with the chest section being black in color. The bottom ends just below her belly button. Over it she wears a matching dark jade green jacket with long sleeves. It is quite short and only hangs down past her chest near her sides. A section on the back is cut out in a square for room to let her wings grow leaving her back somewhat bare. She wears a small pair of shorts 6 inches in length. Around her neck is a long white scarf with a single black line running through it that is wrapped around her neck and the two ends hanging off reaching down to her lower back.
Background: Riko was the product of two Takigakure ninjas who were of the Tsubasa and Yamanaka clan. She lived a simple life inside the village having a normal childhood. Riko's always had a love to be mischievous this was especially so being the fact she was a bird child. She had knack for the slingshot her favorite toy able to hit perfectly from 15m with ease. Riko always took the time to fly around with both her parents her Yamanaka father having received the ritual of Talons. Life was good and simple for her all up until the day her mother died on her 10th birthday. The experience was traumatic for young Riko who started to act out more in retaliation to her already explosive feelings.
Times were rough for a while simply dealing with the death. She spent more time then ever in the air as it helped clear her thoughts and when she wasn't flying she was at her mother's grave. Just sitting at there thinking why did things turn out this way. Why had she chosen to be a ninja and the same for her father. She wanted to find the answer and this led her to joining the academy at 10 years old. Her life had become fixated on being a ninja what it meant the studies, thought process and ideals. When she wasn't in class she was outside studying with her father making use of her talent as a sniper. She practiced the bow, slingshot, and crossbows to refine her talent and specialize in it. At one point when she was 13 she was given permission to leave the village and go out on her own and patrol the border of the Land of Waterfall for training purposes. Living outside gave her time to herself to finalize and develop her thoughts.
Riko had live out there for 5 years becoming a carefree individual defeating bandits and protecting the land n her time outside. A natural love came from it as she slowly became dedicated to protecting it and serving it with her life. Having returned home after so long she went to the academy to finish her exam and graduate as a genin. Soon after she came home to her house to find it empty waiting for her father to come home. It wasn't until later in the night when shinobi had appeared at her home telling her father had been killed by Ken Kaishin. A recently resurfaced rogue ninja who had killed her father in combat along with the rest of his squad. So now having just returned home as a new genin with her father dead Riko now set's out to rid the menace for not just her father but for the village.
