Couple of suggestions

Hello everyone
I'm here again to yet again try some suggestions. Here they are:
1. In artisan we need to reach 500 before we are allowed to take on journeyman, so to make it easier my suggestion is to add the skill and unlocked potential to the index. This is since an artisan can learn unlocked potential a few dozen times and have a few hundred over the normal cap without being able to take the technique journeyman.
2. More a wish than a suggestion I guess as I doubt it'll happen, but I'd want us to have the combined cost of a combined item to happen before the reduction. (1/2 or up to 1/5 with journeyman). Because items like a swords or flying machines are all items that are already made out of several components, so to add another few of them really shouldn't take that much longer time. It would also make more people to create unique and creative items as their special gear instead of just having a bunch of different items.
3. Can't remember if this has been suggested before.(cant find it from search at least). I'd like for us to allow techniques with unlimited times learned would be in the same category as skills, making us allowed to make several training posts in a row and when graded at the end we learn the technique as many times as we are capable of with that TP. For example: training shunshin with 7 training posts rewards the S ranked ninja 47 TP, making him gain the shunshin technique 4 times and can continue on with the 7/10.

The coming ones were suggested here, but since it was ignored I'd try to get some eyes on them here.

4. More title possibilities as there's a lot of genins with ridiculous TP amounts without having any specific title to brag about to the new guys, making it seem like the power houses are just grinders of TP.
5. Achievments. When people do things on the forum, they do it because they need to reach a goal, so why not add a lot of smaller goals along the way, like:
Most of the achievements would be "one time" only, but some could be redone several times to just reach higher levels, but with little achievements points. So, why have this except to have a little reward for doing random stuff? because we can have this as an optional way to get TP from. We do gain experience in real life from doing all kinds of stuff after all. The gain would however not be nearly as effective way to get than to actually train, but something like 100 points rewards 10 TP or something.
6. During revotes of new kages, allow the people in the village to get free recreates into the kage role if they use their main account (the main account doesn't need to be in the village), but if they step down or are forced down within a year they lose the scrap the recreate would've cost. This is to give those wanting to be kages an incentive to go for it. But also to get them to have actual kage-worthy accounts keeping the title. Because I'm quite sure that a lot of people loose respect for the kage if he/she is a 8 year old D ranked ninja. THEY CAN BE GREAT KAGES, I know that, but I want the kages to make sense ic as well as being the main focus of the player.

Have the technique graded before continuing onto the next technique even if you are learning the same technique. (Except Skills: You may continue to post training for Skills).

- Explore Ame no Kuni 10 pts: Travel to the land of rain and make at least two normal rp posts discovering the area before moving on.
- Explore the world 30 pts: The person has earned all the explore achievements and earns the title of "The wanderer".
- Murderer 30 pts: The person has successfully killed another player.
- Experienced Artisan 10 pts: The user has created items worth at least 100'000 ryo
- Master Artisan 20 pts: The user has created items worth at least 1'000'000 ryo.
