If the user uses this ability while exhausted, they get +40 armour points in striking damage for 1d4 rounds. If using this ability to boost a multi-hit attack, the user may divide and choose how much of the damage bonus applies to separate parts of the attack. Personality
Ronin is a free spirit that doesn't mind being obnoxiously loud. He is happy go lucky and doesn't let his murders or past experience with death dull him down. He is very manic bipolar. He can be calm one second and snap the next. He's borderline sociopathic.
He likes to toy with his opponents. Even near death, he finds a way to laugh it off. He believes that if he were to die it would be karma coming to collect. He is a man of faith, faith that humans will ultimately let you down. He thinks this way because he "ultimately" let down his mother and father.
When he gets serious in a fight, even with one arm he will find a way to win. He's been known to fatally harm himself to kill others. He has a strategist mindset. He's overly sarcastic and smart. Most have a hard time mentally catching him off guard.
Appearance
Ronin is a one armed Shinobi. He is missing his whole right arm. He is of average height, 5'7", and is beyond slim, more athletically slim. Once having brown hair, he died it white. Once having hazel eyes he know had them surgically dyed to black.
He has a utility belt that he tricked out with a flowery design. He use to wear collors akin to the hidden grass village, brown and green. He even proudly wore his fathers long sword. However, nowadays, he switched out all of that for a long black and white outfit, with black undergarments. He wears red scarf. He also threw out his fathers long sword for a kodachi.
He even had surgery on his face. Once having round ears, they became more pointed. Once having his fathers nose, he traded it in for a more slimmer pointed noise. He has no visible scars other than the ones under his clothing that he sustained through his many battles. He wears a black face mask and carries a short sword on his right hip.

Background
Born in The land of Rice fields Ronin Tenshu had no entention of becoming a ninja. However he did practice his fathers swordsmanship. At the age of 7 he spent three years learning his two chakra natures, wind and lightning, which he had an infinity for lightning, and he learned how to use sword techniques from his father.
After the end of his training, for his ninth birthday his father decided to take him to see the kohohagakure chunin exams. His mother did not go for she wanted the boys to enjoy their time with one another. So they took the three day trip to Konohagakure.
At the day of the chunnin exams the village was assaulted by sand and sound ninja. Ronin and his father made attempts to flee the country and make it back peacefully, but in their attempts sand ninja and sound ninja had beaten Ronin unconscious and left his father dead to rot.
After waking, in tears he drug his father back to his village. After arriving he had passed out and was in be hospital for days. They buried his father not too long after. Ronin and his mother left and found refuge in Kusagakure.
At 19, everything was going perfectly fine, until one day. He was practicing a jutsu that got out of control and killed his mother. This drove him crazy and led to him slaughtering villagers with his sword, ultimately having the kusakage step in and rip off his swinging arm.
This landed Ronin in the bingo book. He spent the last few years in anger, killing all who pissed him off and he hasn't stopped killing since. A once gifted swordsman he had to resort to learning ninjutsu. Lucky for him he had a scroll of his fathers passed down techniques. He went back to The Land of Rice Fields, found his fathers scroll and taught himself what he could in a span of 8 years. Since then He's had plastic surgery to hide his looks and his only motives now is to kill the kage of the world. At 27, this is where his story begins.

2. Raiton • Raikou Yama No Jutsu [Lightning Release • Lightning Bullet]

Effect: The users fingertips begin to glow a light blue as they fire off lightning bolts from the fingertips.

Drawback: After being used multiple times they begin to numb the user’s finger making it very difficult to use weapon’s such as Bows, Swords, or even Kunai. Can be trained multiple times to increase the amount of times that it is capable of using without making finger’s numb
Description: Once the user has performed the required handseals the user will outstretch his hands and his fingers. Chakra will be rapidly gathered their and suddenly each finger will begin to emit electricity. The user will then move their hands back and fling them forward releasing the Lightning Bullets at the opponent. The Bullet’s look like small marble-sized balls of lightning with is giving off a constant discharge. The balls travel as fast as a person can throw a kunai or shuriken.

3. Raiton: Raikou no Ken
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user the ability to send small jolts of electricity into the opponent with every hand-strike and arm block for three turns. Can be used in conjunction with most Taijutsu that deal with hand-strikes.
Special: Snake
Drawback: May backfire if user attacks a water clone or other water type barrier etc.
Description: User takes in a very deep breath and holds the snake handsign briefly while their chakra is diverted to their arms. With every punch or other hand strike, the user's chakra is sent out into the opponent's body in a small burst that is electrified. It doesn't cause paralysis immediately, but the strikes do accumulate and it adds to the power of each strike. Basically, you hit harder and you shock as well. A smaller shock is sent out whenever the user blocks an attack with their arms. It is significantly less severe, but it does cause discomfort to the opponent.

4. Raiton: Raikou Kenjuu no Jutsu - Lightning Release: Lightning Revolver Technique

Effect: A higher powered variation of the Raikou Yama no Jutsu.

Description: Concentrating their chakra to more of a pinnacle point and gathering it in a singular mass, the user can shoot a concentrated ball of lightning with speed equal to that of a weapon being thrown. Unlike Raikou Yama no Jutsu, this can carry some serious damage potential, leaving second degree burns and can penetrate up to one inch of human flesh. The full charge takes four movements to prepare, with one movement removed each class the user is above C.

5. Raiton: Rakurai Naifu, 雷光: 落雷 刀, (Lightning Style: Thunderbolt Knives)

Effect: The user creates lightning throwing knives.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: The knives have no defensive properties.
Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra into their hands. The user then molds the lightning chakra into the shape of throwing knives, thin and each about a foot long, handle included. The user can create up to six of these per use of this technique, held in the grooves between their fingers. These can then be thrown or used in close quarters if the user desires. These knives can cut like steel and give out shocks akin to severe first-degree burns. They cannot, however, block attacks. The knives have a maximum range of fifteen meters.

6. Raikou Kakuhan (Lightning Whip)

Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a whip twelve feet in length made of eletricity which can, upon contact, inflict eletrical burns and damage.
Special: Rat, Monkey, Hare, Tiger
Drawback: One cannot do other handseals while doing this. if not used properly it will backfire and inflict eletrical burns on the user's hand making it incapable for them to use jutsus' for 2 post.
Description: Concentrating Lightning Chakra into the palm the user will imagine a whip in there hand and begin to shape the whip. It can hit the enemy multiple times and will last only 1 post if he connects; if not connected it will stay on until the user turns it off or if they cannot supply enough chakra to keep it on.
Limit: Must have Lightning Release, All Shinobi in Cloud are able to learn it, Shinobi outside of the cloud village must learn it from a Cloud Shinobi.

7. Blades of Grass

Effect: Blades of grass cut opponent for mild damage

Drawback: Can only be used when grass is present.
Description: User summons up the grass with his/her chakra, using the chakra to straighten and sharpen the grass. Then, the grass is launched at an opponent at about the same speed as a bullet. The grass can stab into or cut the flesh of an oppenent just like a needle. (Ten grass needles)
