Description: Completing the required handseals, the user exhales a cloud of mist. This cloud is spewed out fast and over a wide area, the plume creating a large cone that envelopes all it touches. Enemy’s caught inside this vapor find them selves being struck as if by whips, the user having infused his own chakra into the mist, controlling the water using Suiton no jutsu. These strikes rip through clothing and strike hard enough to draw blood from skin. Although the injuries are never fatal, the pain from these lashes can be enough to drive people into shock and at the very least it severely hampers muscle movement. It covers an area of 18ft long and 9ft at its largest point in the shape of a cone and remains stationary. This jutsu does not discriminate between friend or foe.
Limit: Must be taught by a Rain ninja/All Rain nin can learn

Iwagakure no Jutsu [Hidden Earth Technique]
Rank: "C" Rank, "B" Rank, "A" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu, Defensive, Medium to Long Range
Effect: Allows the user to seemingly fade from sight and reappear in another position, unharmed.
Special: "Hand Seals"
Drawback: Uses one of the user's Shunshin no Jutsu times per thread. Must be in a place where it is possible to perform Dochuu Eigyo. Cannot attack or use any handseals while moving under the ground.
Description: A clever combination of the Shunshin technique and the Dochuu Eigyo (Underground Fish Projection), the user will quickly mix a few handseals together when faced with an oncoming attack. In no time at all, the user will seemingly vanish from sight, moving directly underneath the ground and then reappearing a distance away. This is used as both a defensive technique and a way to confuse the opponent, who will see an opponent one minute and then have them gone the next, without the telltale sign of the average "flicker", as the user is moving underneath the ground.

At "C" Rank, the user is capable of performing Iwagakure no Jutsu a total number of times equivalent to half of the user's Shunshin no Jutsu times per day allotment. They are capable of only moving ten meters, but do not have to use extra chakra when moving to a place of higher elevation so long as that higher elevated part is still part of the ground.

At "B" Rank, the user is capable of performing Iwagakure no Jutsu a total number of times equivalent to three quarters of the user's Shunshin no Jutsu times per day allotment. They are capable of only moving twenty meters, but do not have to use extra chakra when moving to a place of higher elevation so long as that higher elevated area is still part of the ground.

At "A" Rank, the user is capable of performing Iwagakure no Jutsu a total number of times equal to their Shunshin no Jutsu times per day allotment. They are capable of only moving thirty meters, but do not have to use extra chakra when moving to a place of higher elevation so long as that higher elevated area is still part of the ground.
Limit: Must have Shunshin no Jutsu Times Per day equal to five. Must have Dochuu Eigyo. Must be a shinobi of Iwagakure no Jutsu or learn from an Iwagakure Shinobi.

Suiton: Mystic Circle Waterfall
Rank: “S”
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a sixty-foot tall circular waterfall that spills water outward until about a mile of land is covered in fifteen-foot tall water.
Special: All handseals must be continuously repeated until the technique is completed.
Description: The user begins by creating a small wall of water around his/herself. When the water rising around the user exceeds five feet in height, the water begins to spread outward. The water stops moving outwards once the water has obtained a circle the size of fifteen feet in radius and sixty feet in height. At that point, the water begins to rush outwards from the top of the waterfall downwards at speeds that range from 80 mph to 120 mph. Since the speed the water is falling down at happens so quickly, it creates many Tsunamis and Uzumakis, while creating an area of such complete destruction that anything the water hits is nearly guaranteed to destroy. (Being hit with something move 80 mph is like being dropped of a 16 story building.) Once an area of about a mile has been covered with fifteen feet of water, the Mystic Circle Waterfall caves in on itself and sends out one final, giant tsunami. The only way for the User of this technique to escape unscathed is for them to use Ataru to escape and to be skilled in the use of the Ochiru Ame no Jutsu.

Kouu Bunshin No Jutsu (Rainfall Clones Technique)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates up to five water-based clones that, based on Ninja Rank, may “evade” a number of attacks.
Special: Hand Seals - Boar, Rabbit, Serpent, Horse, Dragon, Dragon
Drawback: Cannot use Bunshin Jutsu’s for 10 mins if D Rank, 9 mins if C Rank, 8 mins if B Rank, 7 mins if A Rank, and 6 mins if S Rank.
Description: A more advanced version of the Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu, the user gathers enough water to create up to five water clones. They act like normal water clones with one exception - there is a “limited pocket of Chakra” within them that, after being struck and start to break apart, releases and reconstitutes the Bunshin, making it seem as though the clone “broke into rain droplets, fell and remade itself.” As a D-Rank ninja, each clone has a one “reconstitution” pocket, C-Rank has two, B-Rank has three, A-Rank has four, S-Rank has five. The name “Rainfall” was given because when they are struck they break into rain drops falling from where they were.
Limit: Must know the Water Release; Chuunin-level Jutsu; only known by Amekage Kininata Hyouketsu; Can only be learned in Hidden Village of Rain.

I never got the thanksgiving rolls or the 50,000 ryo. Would it be cool for me to leave the money, and take the 3 mission credits instead?
