Hanabi no Shinka (Fire Flower of Evolution)
Rank: “E” Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive, Defensive, Pre-requisite
Effect: Creates a small flower made of flames with six petals that are each six inches long.
Special: “Hand Seals”- Rat, Dragon, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger, extending the left hand away from the body, then using the thumb, index, and middle fingers in a triangle-like formation.
Drawback: This ability has no real value beyond using it within a combo attack.
Description: This jutsu creates a flower made entirely of flames. The user performs the required hand seals, channeling chakra through the left hand’s thumb, index, and middle fingers. The left hand is then moved away from the body, and the three mentioned fingers form a triangle shape, while the other two fingers close like the user would make a fist. The built chakra then move upwards and out of the hand, sparking to life and creating a flower with six petals that are six inches long each. If the triangle formation is ever broken, then the entire flame disappears. This ability can almost be treated like a fighting style stance. Each use of a Hanabi no Shinka will require a set amount of petals to be used; after the petals have all been used, the ability must be re-performed. Any time that a part of the Hanabi no Shinka has been destroyed, so long as the whole flower is not destroyed, it will slowly regenerate unless it has been used for an attack.
Limit: Requires the Fire Release
Karma would always wake up in the early morning, before the sun even peaked over the horizon. Something just felt right about the early morning hours, it was so calm and peaceful. The early morning atmosphere was perfect for two things in particular and those were coffee and training. After brewing a pot of coffee he drank a cup and then set out for the day. On his way out Karma said hello to his neighbor, Kenchi. No matter how early Karma woke up, Kenchi was always up before him. It had to be part of being over sixty Karma thought.
Karma walked briskly through the village, keeping to himself now. Karma was a morning person but he wasn't yet ready to interact with anyone yet, besides he had a task ahead of him. Passing by the gate guards he gave a quick wave and proceeded to his usual training grounds. The earth here was flat and open. With the dense forest surrounding this clearing and a pond to one side it was perfect for practicing.
Karma decided to start with some warm-ups. "Nothing gets the blood pumping like one-hundred push-ups, one-hundred sit-ups, and one-hundred squats," Karma thought. Karma pushed himself to finish without taking any breaks for each exercise. As Karma reached the seventy-fifth push-up his arms began to tire. They groaned for a rest. As he reached the eighty-fifth they were screaming. It was as if the blood in his arms had turned to poison and ripping his muscles apart. Sweat began to brim on his brow and threatened to fall into his eyes. Through the pain Karma pushed until he reached his goal.
He was far from done however, he took a minute and began his squats. He didn't have as much trouble with these and was able to make it through. Making a mental note he would have to do one-hundred and fifty tomorrow. The same for sit-ups, though they tired him out sooner then the squats he was able to make it, he'd have to do more of these next time too. Karma's lower body always was stronger then his upper, he would have to change his program for later that night.
Having trained his body he sat on the cold ground, crossed his legs, and brought his fingers together in his lap. He started to meditate. It was time for him to train his mind. He focused on the movement of chakra through his body. He followed it and appraised it. Emptying his mind of anything else. His breathing evened and it almost felt like he had melted into the forest and was no longer a singular entity. He sat like this for an hour, uninterrupted.
After getting up and then doing some quick stretches it was time, he was ready to begin training a new ninjutsu he read about.
