Animate Tattoo
Rank: "S"
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: User creates a tattoo upon their own body that has the ability to move and attack (using the user's movements) within 40 meters of the user.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: Affects anyone who interacts with the user. The user is able to perform this technique on themselves. The duration of this technique is permanent. This technique may be disbelieved once interacted with. Moving the tattoo around their body takes no movements. Attacking with the tattoo is a melee attack movement. The tattoo does damage. The Jutsu can create an animated tattoo of a lion roaring or a dragon breathing fire, a moving waterfall, or a warrior swinging a sword. The image and its movements are preset; once the Jutsu is performed, the user cannot change them. The tattoo can move all over the user's body if they wish. User may create the Tattoo to become 10 times the size.
Limit: Must know the Shadow Perception.
2. “How does the saying go… The enemy of an enemy is still an enemy?” Zuruel squinted while almost glaring at the bow wielding woman. Unfortunately, his trail of thought was broken by the Nameless Man’s warning. While continuing to give out mental commands to his shadowy Chakra, which in turn slowly unleashed razor-sharp tendrils at any approaching enemies, the Kedoin kneeled down and placed his ear against the cold floor. “I can hear it… It’s pretty big.” Little could escape his enhanced sense of hearing.
However, the true concerns for now were the more immediate threats. Deciding his technique required a bit more work to overcome the delay, Zuruel recalled the shadowy Chakra on his ‘mangled’ arm to expose his pale flesh. Surprisingly, thanks to his regenerative abilities, all the wounds had healed as good as new the moment he popped a few dislocated fingers back into their joints. There seemed to be no signs of the damage from before. “Focus…” He told himself as he forced a single thin tendril of shadowy Chakra to crawl along his forearms.
Wrapping around, the shadowy construct formed a spiral all the way from Zuruel’s elbow to his wrist. Concentrating on this, he sent a mental command to the Chakra while simultaneously forcing it to not active. Once the Chakra settled and had absorbed the command, he released his mental hold on it. As expected, it seemed to be calm and doing nothing. The only thing that remained now was testing whether the command would trigger at the appropriate moment. For that, he needed a enemy.
