Continuing from here.
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User creates a whiteout of snowy weather to obstruct those inside.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: ---
Description: Range of this technique is 120 meters + 60 meters per Class Level. Effect is a cloud centered on the target that spreads 36 meters and is 12 meters high. Duration of this technique is 5 hours per Class Level. This technique requires a large source of snow or ice nearby. A swirling snow and a strong wind arise around the user or a creature the user designate, and follows the user or the creature from that point on. Characters in whiteout conditions lose any Minor Defenses, use half movements, and take a -20 penalty on Agility-based skill checks, as well as Observation. The character also gains total concealment. These effects end when the character leaves the area of whiteout. Whiteout conditions stack with wind and snowfall. Visibility is 2 meters. In addition, any creature trying to move within the effects of this Jutsu must make a Tracking check (+10 per user's Class Level) every move movement or wander lost inside the whiteout. A creature that fails cannot leave the area, but can move around within it. Groups of creatures roped or otherwise physically held together can use the lead creature's Tracking check and stay together. A new check can be made once per minute.
Limit: Must know Ice Release.
“Well, that isn’t good, is it?” Hundreds, thousands, potentially millions of skeletal fiends with glowing green eyes poured forth from the horizon like a swarm of insects. The sight of the beings caused Zuruel’s Chakra to flare and grow icy cold. He stood balanced along one of the four stone walls surrounding a modest village as the power behind his Chakra began to cause the stone bricks and iron gate directly below his feet to frost over.
Had the denizens of the underworld finally learned their lesson? Defeated time and time again, this time, they held nothing back. There were too many. Even for the Kedoin. Swallowing, he relaxed his Tenketsu and allowed his Chakra to circulate freely. Oozing from his pours, it leaked out from his body and formed a pale blue icy aura that caused the frost underneath him to thicken and expand like spiderwebs. For once, brute force wouldn’t do it.
Gritting, he glanced down below at the village behind. Helpless, pale faced humans stared back. Some looked like fighters, but the majority tailors, children or simply malnourished individuals with little meat or muscle. “Emi… If you’re near, hurry.” He prayed amidst the cold breeze as the dire situation forced his Chakra to flare violently. A burst of cold energy filling him, the blue aura doubled, tripled in size. He was on fire. A cold blue fire that frosted over anything its tendrils touched instead of burning. There would be time before the hellish army in the horizon arrived, but not long. He needed to perfect his Jutsu before then.
