Not just big. Georgie-boy was a loud one too. I kind of wanted to get a better view of what he was up to, so I altered the 'giant' dummies I had created for him so that they became much, much larger. The sizes were staggered by about 25 meters apiece, so that they formed almost a kind of staircase. One by one I leaped up to their 'shoulders', which acted as platforms to balance on. Easy peasy, no problem. A bit of a drop, actually, but that only matters if I fall.
Once I was about 250 meters up, I parked myself on top of a wooden giant's 'head' so that I had a good view of the forest canopy. From here I could clearly see the trunk of the Yggdrasil as it disappeared into the clouds, and less clearly see the cliffside looking out over the root system where I unofficially lived. Idly, I wondered how Nidhoggr was doing. He always ignored me when I tried to talk, but his sheer consistency was always comfortable in its own right.
George was going on a full on rampage though. Or at least trying to. It seemed like he was also too used to using his Magecraft in Human form. He was struggling to adapt it to his true size, so it lacked the density of Mana to be truly effective. Hopefully he was enjoying himself anyway. Not every day someone as big as him got a chance to stretch out properly instead of being cooped up in that small frame. I yipped loudly in his general direction and gave an approving smile, or at least as best I could, then stood back up and stretched out.
Alright, let's see about getting it right this time. Fire Chakra Missiles! Then, yank them back! Try to curve their course around...slower, but equal. The orbit needs to be synchronous or they'll collide. Good, good. But they're getting in the way. Let's try to...shrink them down just a bit...huh, they smaller they become the brighter they glow? Interesting.
