Description: A simple container made out of different styles of material needed to carry some sort of liquid or perhaps pebble like substances within the container. They range into different sizes such as small, medium and large. The Small are small containers capable of fitting along the sides that is that of a pouch. The Medium is something more larger that ranges from two feet to three feet in length that may fit along the back as if it was some sort of backpack. The Large is a massive sized gourd that takes up the size of a body.
Limit: These types of weapons may be capable of being bought inside any Weapon Shop

Distrusting: Haru has a hard time putting his trust in other people, due to the fact that nobody has ever kept their promises made to him. Because of this he tries as hard as he can to do everything on his own, however he knows full well that not everything is possible on ones own.Appearance:
Apathetic: As hard as he tries to avoid putting his trust in people he still sometimes finds himself bonding with others, and in doing so gains the ability to see the world through their eyes (figuratively of course). This can be unfortunate on some occasions if he finds himself bonded with somebody truely untrustworthy, which serves to harden his resolve to refuse trust even further, to the point that he stops trusting those who have already proven themselves to him.
Analytical: He believes vehemently in the power of observation. Haru tends to be able to analyze and break down a technique the first time he sees it, meaning quite literally that the same trick never works twice against him. Using this unique thinking process he can develope the perfect counter to a technique by seeing it work once.
Hateful: Not hateful as in he hates people or the world, but hateful as in he hates certain behaviors. Behaviors such as understimation, overconfidence, foolishness, childishness etc.
Competitive: Haru sees everything as a competition, for example if he sees somebody eating more than him in the same amount of time he will suddenly stuff his face and shout "I win!" before developing a stomachache. Everything, from morning hygiene to simple training, became a competition to prove that he was indeed the best at whatever it was even though it is mostly irrelevant.
Head: Medium length, shaggy brown hair falls over the top of his ears and partially covers his eyebrows. His gray eyes give the impression of X-raying whoever his gaze happens to land on, creating an eerie and slightly intimidating effect. Straight, white teeth and a small nose complete his easy-on-the-eyes look.Bloodlimit: -N/A-
Torso: A thick ring in the center of his chest supports three thick leather straps, one over each shoulder and the third to his left side, while the leather straps support his sand gourd. With a light brown, elbow-sleeved shirt (meaning the sleeves end at his elbow) beneath the straps and ring his athletic form is exemplified to all those who might dare underestimate him as well as provide slight camouflage in the right conditions.
Legs: Full-length black shinobi trousers fall over his black zuki and protect his muscular legs from the elements while performing maneuvers such as rolling, jumping and kneeling. They aren't overly baggy but they do offer ample room to move. Made out of a thick material designed to spend more time dirty than clean they protect him from the sand that's always swirling around him in a fight.

Effect: With this technique the user is capable of controlling sand within a certain distance. With this the user is capable of determining how well they are capable of using a technique, and how much the technique is worth. Without this as the starting basis the user is incapable of using their Sand Techniques to their fullest potential.

Drawback: This is to be considered as a skill tree, each time the user learns a certain is the difference between how well the user is capable of using their technique and controlling sand within a longer and longer style of distance.
Description: The user pours their chakra into the ground along the sand. By doing so the user is capable of grabbing the Sand pushing it upwards, downwards, or even to the sides. When the user first starts off by learning the D Rank version of this technique the user is capable of controlling Sand within a Radius of Ten Meters. When the user learns the C rank the user is capable of controlling sand within the radius of Twenty Five Meters. When the user learns the B Rank version of the technique the user is capable of controlling sand within a radius of Fourty meters. When the user learns the A Rank version of this technique the user is capable of controlling Fifty Five Meters of Sand. Finally when the user is capable of learning the S Rank version of this technique the user is capable of controlling a distance of Seventy Five meters in Radius of Sand. If the user wishes to progress further they must learn in a B Ranking fashion to be capable of controlling an additional Five Meters.

Doujou Kirikae no Jutsu (Soil Conversion Technique)

Effect: When the user does not have sand for them to use in a vast amount for Jutsus the user is capable of taking what sand that they do have to convert materials around them to create more sand. Depending on the type of rank the user is capable of learning this the user is capable of converting different types of material. The higher the rank is the stronger the material the user can convert. When first learned the user is capable of using components from the ground of soft soil to transform into sand. The user is capable of converting two meters of Sand per post when they learn the C Rank version of this technique. When the user learns the B Rank version of this technique the user is capable of transforming small rocks into sand and is capable of creating sand within three meters per round. When the user learns the A Rank version of this technique the user is capable of transforming hard rock into sand and is capable of converting within four meters per round. The S Rank version allows the user to convert sand from concrete and even weak metals into sand as well as the capability of converting sand within five meters.

Drawback: The largest drawback is that it takes time to be capable of doing such a thing as well as it takes an abundance amount of chakra in order to perform this technique. This technique should be used only if the user needs to use as a last chance for a large move. Also the user must know certain ranks of Sand Control in order to go into this tree.

Limit: Must have the Sand Release. To Learn C Rank user must know C Rank Sand Control. In order to learn B Rank the usr must know B Rank Sand Control. In order to learn A Rank the user must know A Rank Sand Control. In order to learn S Rank the user must know S Rank Sand Control.
Suna no Yoroi (Sand Armor)
Rank: "C"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A Think layer of sand that wraps around the user so then they gain the capability of using it as a defense against on coming attacks. The sand is durable, and quite flexable as well that fits neatly around the very user. It may not be as protective as the Sand Shield technique but it helps those that are in need. The Sand Armor is only capable of protecting the user against attacks launched by those who are equal in Class or lower in Class.

Drawback: A technique that has many drawbacks. The user looses an extremely numerous amount of stamina when they have this placed upon them. If the user is a NinJutsu Master they are capable of having this technique up and running for ten posts, and rest for two posts before they use it again. If the user is a NinJutsu Specialist this technique lasts for only Five Rounds and rest for five posts if they wish to use it again. And if the user is a Non NinJutsu Specialist this technique lasts for two rounds before the user becomes to hot and fatigued and rest for ten posts before they are capable of using it again.
Description: A technique that is wrapped around the user's body and sticks on their skin, clothes while hardening greatly. The sand forms into the color of the clothing as well, to show those that attack do not know that the user has a sand armor around them.
Limit: Must have the Sand Release. Must know Sand Control. This technique takes up a total of 10 Meters Radius.
Suna Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Sand Explosion Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique that allows the user to take a small amount of sand to form the size of a ball that fits the palm of their hand. The user is capable of using the sand and allow the sand to move in the air. The explosion is mostly used for a distraction but is strong enough to distract opponents.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Does not create a strong explosion, just strong enough to harm an opponent someone to stop them.
Description: The sand spreads out exploding outwards in all directions. The sand pushes forth being confined with the very chakra to where when it explodes outwards the sand is strong like glass. This technique cuts and slashes opponents if they are to close. In better terms the technique is more like a small grenade to where shrapnel spreads out in all directions.
Limit: Must have the Sand Release, must know Sand Control.
Suna Shuriken no Jutsu (Sand Shuriken Technique)

Effect: The user is capable of creating numerous amounts of sharp like shurikens by using the sand particles found around them when using sand.

Description: A Simple technique that contracts the sand using the user's chakra to the point where it solidifies to a hard steal like state. Doing so the user is then capable of hurling the very objects towards the target. When learned the user is capable of creating an abundance amount of shuriken.
Limit: Must have the Sand Release, Must know Sand Control D Rank. Fifteen Shuriken per five meters is permitted within this technique.
Suna Hogo Sochi no Jutsu (Sand Shield)
Rank: "C"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user slams his hands down on the ground, bringing up a large amount of sand around him into the air to block attacks. This technique is as strong as the user and is strong against those who are equal or lower in class then the user themselvs. This technique lasts for three rounds but the user is capable of gaining more time with this technique if the user keeps training into the technique. The more the user learns the longer it is capable of lasting.
Special: "Handseals" Slams their hands to the ground.
Drawback: This technique only lasts as long as the user trains into the technique. This technique also has a very large drawback which is that the user can not be within five feet away from the technique. If the user does so the technique will then fall apart.
Description: The sand Shield looks like a massive dome. As the user performs their seals and slams their hand down to the ground the sand rises up and covers the user in a massive dome of sand. The user is unable to see outside of the sand and would need the technique of the third eye in order to help the user. The massive dome condenses with the sand as the sand hardens greatly allowing a number amount of protection against the opponents who wish to do harm. This attack however is quite weak against Lightning attacks.
Limit: Must have the Sand Release, Must know Sand Control C Rank
Daisan no Me (The Third Eye)

Effect: A technique that allows the user the capability of using their sand to where they can create an eye. This eye of sand is used for spying purposes and information gathering purposes. A simple technique known within the Sand Regiments.

Drawback: When the user uses this technique they are unable to use one of their eyes. Reasons for this is because they need to be capable of seeing and the mind is unable to process so many images. Lack of better words the user literally uses his own eye to see by using Sand. When the user learns this very technique the user is however only capable of using this technique within the distance of how well he is capable of controlling Sand.
Description: The user creates a simple eye that is in the color of brown. The sand is condensed to the point it solidifies and looks like that of an eye. The user keeps a small string of sand that is lined with chakra in order to allow the user to still see.
Limit: Must have the Sand Release, Must know Sand Control.

Born and raised in the Country of Water, his parents were avid fishermen and urged him to do the same. Haru hated fish, they stank and felt really slimy, so the last thing he wanted to do was pluck them out of the water to make a living. He begged and pleaded his parents to let him go to the Hidden Village and become a ninja. The only thing he found joy in was fighting with his friends, and his parents knew it, so they eventually broke down and paid for his admission into the Academy as well as a one-bedroom apartment in the village.
During the Academy Haru was the only student who couldn't manipulate water. No matter how hard he tried, no matter how much he trained, no liquid would bend to his will. Maybe it was too fluid? No, that wasn't it, as he could channel the Wind release without any trouble. Maybe it was too viscous? No, that couldn't be it either, as he could channel the Earth release perfectly as well. What could be the problem then? The answer eludes him to this day.
However, one day while he was at the beach, channeling his chakra into the surrounding area, was making large and dramatic movements in an attempt to make the waves move to the beat he assigned. Predictably enough, it didn't work, although he was positively dumbfounded when the sand next to him moved instead. A Mist ninja that can't control water but can control sand? Unheard of, absolutely unacceptable, but true nonetheless.
His parents were the first ones to receive his inquiries. He asked if he was born in the sand village and came here before he can remember, and they told him that his great-grandparents were Mist ninjas just like every generation after them, just like Haru. They kept paying for his tuition until he graduated the Academy, afterwards they continued paying for his one-bedroom apartment.
The local kids always teased him, mocking him for not being able to do Ninjutsu. Because the Water release was the primary release in the village and he couldn't do it they all assumed he had no Ninjutsu at all. When one of the new kids thought he was going to be the coolest kid in school by beating up the guy without any jutsu, Haru was ready to show them just what he could do. Big mistake, the challenger placed the fight on the beach, where he thought the water would give him an advantage. While there was water there, so to was sand, and before he even had time to form handsigns Haru already blasted him with enough sand to bury him except his head.
The kids never made fun of him again.
