Kyoketsu-shoge, more widely known kusarigama (sickle and chain). The Kyoketsu-Shoge is a double edged blade with another blade attached at 90 degrees to it. This is attached to roughly 18 feet of chain which then ends in a large metal ring. With a multitude of useful applications, the blade could be used for pulling slashes as well as thrusting stabs. It can also be used for climbing, ensnaring an enemy, binding an enemy, disarming an enemy and many such other uses. The long range of the weapon combined a cutting tool with the capability to strike or entangle an enemy at what she perceived to be a 'safe' distance out of the way. This is Sidu Kauri's weapon of choice because although she is training in the art of Suiken - Drunken Fist (which is close combat) she understands the need of retreat. If the escape fails and she is too wounded to continue fighting in close range, she can fall back on her 'toy', the Kyoketsu-Shoge, to keep the enemy at bay and even gain the advantage to a potential victory.Personality:
Sidu Kauri is calm and observant by nature with a weakness for competition. Though she goes through life completely of her own free will, it is not rare for her to become so bent on a challenge that she forgets her own wishes. Aside from her distant take on the world, and perhaps reality, she can be very keen. This is the observant side to her nature. Kauri had always been able to relate to people and could easily see through lies if she felt the need to pay attention. Also, she is caring but unreliable and will often commit to something --out of whim or as a kind deed-- and back out without warning. It causes a lot of tension with the people who try to put their trust in her. Kauri knows it's infuriating to others, but she doesn't do anything to change it. She just does what she wants and seldom feels guilty. This aloof manner makes her teammates wary of the girl’s intentions in the missions she takes part in. There is no telling when she is going to act off plan and even get the team into trouble. When the chastising follows her actions she takes it seriously if she's in the mood to listen. The psychology of the human mind and what gets others 'ticked' interests and even amuses her. If the whim to study another's angry outburst is not present, however, she will ignore the reprimand and often walk away. Summed up she is detached and perhaps even selfish.Appearance:
Ever since she was little, Sidu Kauri cut and styled her own locks. Her blue hair is cut short on the left side and hangs to her waist in two loosely tied bands on her right. She parts her bangs to the right side to cover up the scars over her right eyebrow. She wears a plain white, shoulderless tee-shirt over a netted long-sleeve shirt that reaches a few inches below her elbows. Her gray shorts fit comfortably and reach down just above her knees. Kauri's prized 'toy', the Kyoketsu-shoge, is attached by a clip on the left side of her belt. She wears black sandals with straps that wrap around her ankles for support as well as wrist guards for the same reason. Lastly, she ties her forehead protector, the symbol of her graduation, loosely around her neck. This act is symbolic to her carefree take on the idea of ranks.Bloodlimit: N/A

Drawback: The user can only see through this eye. That means they can only see what the eye can see, and there is only one eye.
Description: The user creates an eye of water that levitates high into the air. The user can see through this eye at the expense of losing the ability to see out of his own two eyes. Used to direct the lightning strikes from the Me no Shippuu technique.

Effect: A technique in which a user creates a form of black clouds that may be used in conjunction with a Fire type of technique do to the flammable components.

Description: : This is a water based technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the targets. The oil is easily flammable and can cause Katon techniques to backfire, hurting the Katon user with the technique instead. Affects Katon attacks used after this technique is used and lasts for two turns or until a Katon technique is used that burns the oil.

Description: This stance is supposed to mimic the user holding a cup. This puts the character’s hand in a good position for blocking and striking, keeping the hands and arms of the user ready for a wide variety of techniques, and makes the shoulders ready for explosive movements. The wrist is in a position where it can easily strike or block, and the fingers are curled in with the index finger hooked out, which helps in trapping an opponent's arms while blocking. The arms can be used for short or long range techniques, as well as the elbows, combined with various feints and strikes.

Description: First the user must strike the opponent's shoulders just before the collar bone ends, loosening the defense of an opponent; a strike to the head on each side simultaneously could also be used to dizzy the opponent. Next the user gets very close, touching the opponent chest to chest, extending their arms out behind the opponent's head and bending the elbows so that the hands nearly touch. Straightening one arm quickly, the user knocks the opponent's head toward the other arm, where the user proceeds to roll his upper body as if it were a ball. The user tosses the dizzied opponent forward with a thrust of their right arm, causing the opponent to stumble backward. Finally the user follows up with a leaping spin kick with the right leg, landing on the right leg. A reverse roundhouse is performed with the left leg, striking the opponent in the face with the outside of the foot, and ending with the user falling to his/her knees and striking the opponent in the chin with his/her wrist, his/her hand bent.

Description: The user rushes forward with a quick step, appearing in every aspect to be performing an attack. This is but a feint, however. Instead, the user spins once with their fist slightly extended, but drop down to their knees just before they face their opponent again, a feint attack the usually lowers an opponent's guard on his legs and lower body. Extending their arms while continuing to spin two more times, the user aims their blows toward the sides of the opponent's kneecaps, which will shatter the cartilage and bone should either of their four strikes (two spins with both fists extended) connect. Finally the user leaps to his feet and kicks in a roundhouse fashion with the right foot, keeping that foot horizontal and striking the opponent in the chest, landing on their right foot immediately after. Their left foot is extended out slightly and bend inward at an angle over the right leg, both hands continuing to hold the imaginary cups.

- Description:First the user must have their back to the opponent before performing this maneuver. Stepping forward with the right foot, the user must spin on his toes so that the forward foot becomes the back foot, their back slightly hunched forward and away from the opponent. Putting most of the weight on the back heel (right foot) and bending the knees to lower them to the ground, bending backward until they are able to see the opponent's chest. Using their right hand, making it into a clamp claw with their index and thumb, the user then grips the opponent by the Adam's apple. Their left hand comes up to their mouth, mimicking the act of drinking a bottle of wine, with their left leg off of the ground and still bent.

History:
Kauri grew up in daydreams. All who knew her as an infant recall her as being a 'glazed' or 'absent minded' child. The far off expression that glassed her grey eyes was pretty much a signature look of hers. Her mother, Haruka, thought it was a lovely way to take on the world. She believed Kauri was deep with thought and imagination. Sidu Kaito, on the other hand, thought his daughter would be better off with her feet on the ground and head out of the clouds. He would often compare her to his elder child, Ryou, who wasn't much of a ninja, but still far better than his sister who was five years younger. Not much to compare, of course, but his father had hoped to shame Kauri into bettering herself. He believed ambition came from the challenge of rising above others. This had worked for a short period, what with Kauri's competitive nature. In the end, however, it only caused her to become more distant as nothing she did seemed to please her father. She never resented him for it, rather she understood he was sincerely trying to help.
As a child she often played hide-and-seek with the other children of Takigakure, and proved to be excellent in hiding. Why? Because many times she would decide to do something else and take off, leaving the rest of the children to search for her for hours. Though she was very personable when engaging with someone, and quite capable of carrying on meaningful conversations, she was selfish in the way she would ditch out on others to be alone.
In this way she was much like her brother. Ryou kept to himself and eventually left the village entirely ten days before his fourteenth birthday. She never knew why, and could only wish that she was closer to him before he went. Her only clue was tied up in a memory. A week prior to her brother's disapearence, an odd event took place that would forever change the perspective Kauri had of Ryou. Kaito blamed himself for his daughter's feeling of loss, believing he had dug a valley between them by comparing the two aloud. Since then he had decided to let Kauri be who she wanted to be.
Now she was a free spirit with no one to object, and her dreams for her future would only get brighter and burn more fervidly in her mind. Even if that dream would classify her as a ‘Missing-Nin’. Sidu Kauri wished to one day follow after her brother; to leave the world dictated by law and live as a nomad ninja, perhaps a mercenary. She doesn't feel she has the skill as of yet to pursue her ambition and is determined to remain in training.
