As he rolled into the room he would be greeted with no traps, a definite relief. He had been expecting something that would skewer him or make him fall to his death, perhaps he just needed to read fewer stories. 'Well that was anti-climatic.' he thought to himself as he recollected his composure and looked aroud. Once again he would find himself in a long hall full of glass mirrors, yay yet another surprise. He would roll his eyes as he tugged at the collar of his shirt. The heat inside here was starting to become more then a bother, he felt slightly disoriented for a moment. If he did not pick up the pass he would most likely end up passing out in here and becoming baked Matsu cassarole.
In the distance he heard something creak open, perhaps it was the way he had come into the maze that was now revealed to Ryo once more. It could have also been the door on the path before him, opening already due to something he may have done. Definitely something he would store away for future use, Matsu would push forward into the maze. He could not help but get that sinking feeling that something was going to go very wrong, very fast. What was it though? Could it be that they'd obtain the scroll from here but be under assualt from some other gruesome trap.
He would walk on for a few moments until he came to a familiar intersection, just like the one he had recently come from. This time however the only door he could see was dead in front of him. Was it really this easy? No there had to be some sort of catch to all of this. With a cautious gait, Matsu would attempt to walk forward, grasp the door knob and enter. If he were successful he would find himself on the other side hopefully. If not he would find himself further and further lost in this funhouse.
A mysterious creaking sound, does Matsu have company...?
