Name: Welcome Home
Rank: C
Plot: After a long absence for the Chuunin exams, the returning participants are being given a large ceremony, both to welcome them home, and award the select few with the shinobi status of Chuunin. Even to those that might not be getting a promotion, it’s a fun time to interact and get to know your fellow Iwa Shinobi. Small games and contests will be held for your enjoyment, providing simple amounts of fun, and perhaps prizes. Once all is said and done, the ceremony will be closed with a fireworks display, courtesy of the Sankuchi Elders, and those that helped them prepare the very colorful explosives.
Note: If those that participated in the exams decide not to show up, they can still get their rank at a later time. This is simply an event to make the process more formal.
Location: Stone Village
Rules:
IIC Length: 1 day. The event is short and not overly complicated, therefore it should move quickly
Prize(s): Chuuninship for those deemed worthy, up to 6000 Ryo for those that play ‘Double or Nothing,’ soldier pills for the raffle winner, Tactical Vest for the tournament winner.
NPC's: Shop Owner, and various ANBU running the games and tournament. Aside from that, this is purely PC.
Ummm, to answer questions that may arise:
- The event will most likely begin either Tomorrow (18th) of Thursday (19th)
- If the flow of posting stays consistent, the event might take somewhere between 2-4 days. Really not expecting anything longer than four days though, because as it states in the IIC, it really is a simple event.
Hope to see many of my nin show up :P Easy event guys!

Location: Stone Village
Rules:
- Open to all, if they happen to be in the village at the time. (This doesn‘t mean those of other villages can magically pop in. You‘re still going to have to find the gate, etc ;P)
- All Ryo that is spent or lost(when gambling) will be donated to the village fund. Think of it as a fund-raiser.
- Rules for Dice Games and other mini-events are as followed:
- Double or Nothing: Very simple. A person places down a minimum of 100 Ryo, then states ‘odd’ or ‘even.’ If they guess correctly, the earn double of what they put down. If they guess incorrectly, they lose it all. They can choose to keep going, doubling their money each time, up to a maximum of 6000 Ryo (they‘ll be forced to stop at that point.) But again, if they guess wrong, they lose it all.
- Raffle: Those that come to the event will be assigned a number. After the formal chuunin declaration, a number will be drawn from a bowl (Aka, a dice will be rolled, the number of sides equal to however many participants there are). The lucky owner of the number drawn will receive three soldier pills.
- Tournament: A small tournament that is first come, first serve. Sign ups will take only four people, and the length of combat will be cut down to five turns. Meaning, think smart, think fast, and hit before your opponent knows what happened. The winner of the tournament will be awarded a Tactical Vest.

- A vendor will be present, offering secondary weapons for a discounted price. 50% off specifically. You can not, however, sell to him, and he sells secondary weapons only. All Ryo that is spent is donated to the village fund.
- Have fun!
