The crowd would begin to bellow in when the eyes of the Sharinganless Uchiha would gaze forth and notice a figure from earlier that day. It was none other than the one known as Kouketsu, gazing back at the table towards the man that would have came to him asking of his position. There was something afoot, but only the Uchiha couldn't interfere at this time. He would slowly make his way towards what seemed to be Kouketsu and his lady. Interesting sign of fate that it was, but perhaps the young Uchiha could gain something from this turn of events.
Sliding and manipulating his way throughout the crowd to get as close to him as he can. There was a man partially visible within the vicinity with a cloth strewn about his eye. Perhaps, this was one of the many problems that were giving Shin his alternate ideas. The man who had defeated Shin was present right before him. Showing him the true nature of ruthlessness, and then the prowess to get greater from their first meeting, which was short lived by the interference of Koori Masamune. One of the chuunins from Iwagakure that would teach him about certain lightning techniques. It was outstanding at how fast a rate the Uchiha had improved his capabilities. Though there was one thing that would bother him, that he had heard nothing more the seasoned warrior.
Becoming a bit closer, he didn't want it to seem as if he was about to attack the two that sat at the table. He would merely come beside Kouketsu and drop to one knee and focus his sight upwards towards the stage. While the festivities would begin to get to their peak for that evening. Knowing Aka possibly knew of his presence before he even got close enough to him. Shin would respect the fact of his date that was accompanying him that evening. Indeed she was rather the definition of gorgeous, but to tread on one's path like that would he have to assert himself to power as Aka had once done. This was his questions that would course through the mind of the young Uchiha. Standing there he would begin to part his lips, but stopped them. He would remain on one knee and watching the event that would transpire on stage, but he would mutter one thing towards the Uchiha.

"Ak-a, I've come to my decision. We shall discuss when the festivities are done," cooed the runaway shinobi from Iwagakure as he would go into a silent state of mind as he watched on. Still not bearing his head band it was obvious of his allegiance being switched, but it would only be made official by the Mizukage unless Kouketsu held more power possibly than her.
