Reion's personality in short is rather gentle and unassuming at the first few moments. With this though comes that bad habit of taking some things too lightly and the gentle hint of laziness often manifests itself to be a bit of a burden. Detesting too much responsibility and duties, he can be called somewhat lazy and a somewhat loose cannon or freelancer. He usually sets goals to follow, but more often that not, he strays from this and adds a variance to the previously set goals. Basically, he is unpredictable, even sometimes to himself.Appearance:
On the outside, he can be often seen as a cool and temperate person. Oftentimes just leaning on a tree, his legs crossed and his head resting on his arms and his head tilted toward the sky, he marvels at the views be it the majesty of the sun or the beauty of the moon while in the environment of a rural area. The reason he does this is due to his being a nature lover. He appreciates the way he views what he thinks is beautiful around him. Reion is an introvert in most occasions but never one that directly detests company. He just finds it more peaceful, and somewhat more natural to be alone. He thinks of others more in a cynical way than that of pure and sincere, this contrasts the way he handles his relationships though. Once he trusts someone, it is more often tentative than it is final.
Not being just one to shoot, he usually thinks his strategies over during any type of battle. His intelligence is average, bordering above average. Knowing where when and how to shoot and slash come as part of his occupation; however, he is exceptionally gifted in timing. This allows him better aim with a faster shooting speed. Not one to know too much about science except for anything that involves his archery; he prefers his mind to wander along the lines of art, humanity, emotion and symbolisms of evil. Free thinking and constant mind-wandering also weigh on him as quite a burden.
His tolerance is extremely high but when provoked to an extreme he rears a side of him that most would think he could never have. This is a side of himself which seems contradictory to the rest of persona: A ruthless, temperamental and destructive persona of Reion. In this state, he is uncontrollable. But something ultimately drastic must occur for him to be awakened to this sense of bloodlust. Maybe this is where he stores all of the little bothersome things that he is faced with. Also, since his memory is crisp clear as his eyesight, he often remembers things to the dot, coming as both burdensome and when utilized, useful.
Thin, but long strands of dull yellow locks lie on his head forming his wild hairstyle. His bangs are layered and falling freely down to his eyebrows, permanently making it seem as if he just got out of bed. Never combed and always messy is how he likes to wear it. The sides of his hair cover his ears and the back reaches to below his neck Tinted in a fuchsia Carmel blue shade, his eyes are what usually attract other people's attention. The color of his eyes usually gives the pretense that he is staring at nothing. (Or... maybe he is staring into nothing) Personally, he never thought of himself handsome or very attractive, some say otherwise, though.Bloodlimit: N/A
Standing at 5"6, he is rather lean. Not really having bulging muscles, he at least has the strength required for him to handle his jouhyou for a medium amount of time before wearing himself out. This is balanced with his agility and stamina, having more speed than usual. He puts more weight on speed than on strength and prefers to reserve all of his energy for the climax of battle. He is never one to charge with all his strength and try to finish a fight quickly. After all, he is ranged warrior, being none too skilled in close-quarter combat.
Reion prefers wearing casual attire, feeling more comfortable when adorned with such. Usually, he settles with a thin, through black shirt with a blood red inverted pentagram as a design, conveying his hobby of devilry and underworld-related symbolism. His legs are tightly embraced by skin-hugging pants and he settles with any kind of sandals. Black red, blue and violet are his colors of choice. His shirts may vary from any of the combination or solid hues of said colors.
NinJutsu Techniques:
(All basic academy jutsus)GenJutsu Techniques:
Fukuwajutsu (Ventriloquism)
Rank: "D" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique where the user throws their voice off in a different direction so then opponents or those who wish to hear coming from the user wont be capable of hearing.
Special: "Handsigns" and "Hold with Ram"
Drawback: Can not throw more then six words at a time. Maximum distance of this technique is fifty meters in radius.
Description: The user concentrates on the chakra within, and along the mouth. As they do this the user transmits a few words and uses their sound release to where the sound does not come forth. As the user does this the words are "thrown" out. This allows them throw their voice or move any sounds they can make with their mouth to any location without the sound fading. If by chance the user is capable of noticing or knowing the exact location of an ear, the user is capable of whispering the message into their ear.
Limit: Sound Release
Genjutsu Kaishou (Genjutsu Cancellation)
Rank: "D", "C", "B", "A", "S"
Skill: Ninjutsu/Supplimentary
Effect: The user disrupts the chakra flow within his/her own body to escape a Genjutsu.
Special: Horse - Dragon - Dog - Boar - Monkey - Hare - Tiger
Drawback: The technique has predetermined failure rates for each skill level. The technique can only be used twice per battle.
Description: Genjutsu Kaishou is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to negate the effects of an enemy's Genjutsu in order to escape. Once the handseals have been formed, the user would create a disrupting flow of chakra in the brain in order to interrupt the Genjutsu and break it. However, the technique does not always work. If the technique fails, the user cannot perform the technique again until the Genjutsu wears off or is aborted by the Genjutsu user.
C-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out D-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 75 percent. A dice roll of 76-100 is required for a successful technique.
Limit: Universal Ninjutsu, Does not take away the universal NinJutsu training points. Must know a Genjutsu is in operation
(All basic academy jutsus)TaiJutsu Techniques:
Magen: Mousetsu Jukuren no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: False Dexterity Technique)
Rank: "C"
Skill: Genjutsu; Supplementary
Effect: Creates the illusion that the user's hand seal formation is too fast to follow.
Special: Boar, Ox, Snake, Ox
Drawback: Can be seen through by ninja talented in Genjutsu and level 2 and 3 Sharingan
Description: Once this Genjutsu is in effect, at anytime afterwards that your opponent sees you forming hand signs, they will see your hands moving in a blur, as if you're forming dozens of seals at an alarming rate, even if you're slowly forming only three or four seals. This has several effects. One, it intimidates your opponent by giving them the impression that your skill level is much higher than it is, and two, it hides what seals you are actually forming. This Genjutsu can even mask seals from low level Sharingan users. However, once the Sharingan has gained it's second pupil, it will be able to start recognizing the seals being formed.
Limit: Must know Phantasm Perception.
Brain Shuffler
Rank: C
Skill: Genjutsu
Effect: Shuffles the targets information processing system, making one attack appear to be something totally different. Duration: 5 rounds
Special: "monkey, rat, ox, rabbit"
Drawback: Different shuffle sets are not controllable
Description: After finishing the seals, the target is totally immersed in the genjutsu, as well as totally unable to realize that they were affected, as it only shuffles appearances, but all in all still appears real. There are 3 distinct shuffle sets:
mirror shuffle: the target sees everything in mirror image, an attack from the left actualy coming from the right, top actually from bottom, elemental ninjutsu appear opposite of their element.
clutter shuffle: the target sees everything at a completely random setup, much more effective than the mirror shuffle, as an attack from either side could appear to be coming from the bottom or vice virsa.
perfect random: the most powerful illusion, in this version a taijutsu may not even be so, it could be a ninjutsu, or even a completely different taijutsu. A target trapped in this level of illusion looks like a complete idiot more often than not, guarding from attacks that don't exist.
Limit: Must have Genjutsu specialist to preform clutter or perfect shuffles. Must have the Phantasm Perception.

Reion, from the start, was seen to be a precocious child gifted with keen eyesight and a very articulate mind. Born in a clan well-known for strategists, he conformed only too well as one. At a young age, he was already given exercises that required great analytical skills, as well as a combination of patience and determination. Reion had the makings of a GenJutsu expert from the very beginning. He was honing his skills in delivering the perfect illusion for so long that his body seemed to be neglected. Thus, Reion is on the thinner side of size. With this, also comes the vulnerability from close-range combat, making him weak against TaiJutsu specialists.
One day, as he was returning home to the Snow Country, he found no one in his home; only a letter on the living room floor was scene, sealed with blood. His parents were killed, and he was spared only because the perpetrator had other plans for him. From that moment onward, the serious intellectual Reion died, and trauma of his family’s death caused a wall of cynicism within him. Said cynicism is coated with the pretense of Chaotic Neutrality, masking his feelings in the form of ambivalence and instability, allowing his persona to become willfully unpredictable, even to himself.
After a lot of meandering at the age of 13, (when his family died), led him to Otokagure, or the Sound Village. Here he was adopted by a family of GenJutsu users as himself, having seen the ripe potential he bore. Given the elective of either close-combat or ranged combat, Reion chose the latter. The reason being his body just wasn’t muscular enough to endure the strain of constant fighting. Leaning towards the academic, rather than the athletic, he decided to specialize in sniping. From this, he acquired his favorite weapon: the senbon needles. He was enthralled by the senbon needles, seeking accuracy and precision over raw strength, this weapon was fit for his fighting style. With that in mind, he dedicated himself to Senbon Taitoku, and enrolled in his village as a trainee.
Soon after, he encountered the jouhyou while observing some other Sound Nin fight, and believed it was the next best thing to the Senbon Needles. After acquiring one himself, he was able to practice deflecting ranged weaponry using the spin of the rope and metal tip. Besides trapping his opponent within the length and grasp of the rope, Reion has a fairly good understanding of his defensive main weapon.
Of course, this is only his family life: pure business. In his free time, Reion would rather hit the books, or wander around the forest. He has spent so much time meandering the area that he has developed a kind of wanderlust. In the wilderness, he had always felt calm. So much so that he could actually approach the wolves in that area without fear. This made him welcome there, and this is where his gentleness originated.
