Drawback: The hollow blade is not as durable as a normal Katana.
Description: A pure white Katana from Blade to hilt; the inside of the blade itself is hollow and contains a storage for liquid such as water to be stored within. At the grip of the hilt, it can be unfastened to allow the user to fill up and seal the blade respectively. When the user wishes to leak out the contents of the blade, they click on a button at the top of the hilt which let's the contents run out at the tip.
Limit: Must be purchased from the Kaishin Family in Mizu no Kuni.

Kumori is some what emotionless, but not fully to the extent where he does not care about nothing. He is the quick, get things done fast type of guy. Kumori hates to be kept waiting, and is some times out going when it comes to certain things. He will kill, or attack anyone if he feels threatened for his life. He is very serious about Missions, and will not tolerate laziness. He loves money and will work hard for it. He only thinks of people he teams up with as his tools for his own goals, and achievements.He will not wait up on them and if they become injured, or disabled some how, then he will leave them behind.Appearance:
Kumori is some what the silent type always staying by him self. He is a trust freak which means in other words. He does not trust anyone so easily. Despite his age and rank Kumori is the competitive type. He will not back down from a challenge unless forced or scared in some way no matter what age or rank the ninja was. Although in some cases he will run if he feels that he WILL be killed. Kumori is not the flirt type either. He is some what like sasuke but not as power hungry.
Kumori really hates to be mocked and is easily angered. Kumori is the type that will train nearly 24/7 and not sleep and some times he won't eat.

Kumori has cuts in his muscles which made him seem like he works out. His cheek muscles are bulky. Kumori has muscular legs like those Olympic track runners. His fingers are some what skinny. Kumori's skin is nearly always baby soft though. It was like the soft bottom of a new born baby. His hands had callus's on them from all the training. Kumori is about 5,5 in height and weighs 110 ibs.

# Suiton Soushi (Water Creation)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: With this technique the user is able to create water from oxygen in the air for water techniques. When this water is created they can then manipulate the size and shape of the water, controlling it within their radius.
Special: This jutsu can be used as a source of Suiton jutsu without additional handseals.
Drawback: If the water is made for use outside specific jutsu or to manipulate the size/shape of water in their radius, then this jutsu requires handseals.
Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can manipulate the molecules in the air and allow them to take the shape and form of water. In doing so the user is capable of performing techniques that require a water source. The amount of water that can be made, as well as the radius depends on the rank of the jutsu. For D rank the user can create up to four cubic meters of water in a radius of four meters. At C rank eight cubic meters and a radius of eight meters. At B rank seventeen cubic meters of water in a radius of fifteen meters. At A rank thirty two cubic meters of water in a radius of twenty meters. At S rank fifty two cubic meters of water in a radius of thirty meters.

Effect: With this technique, the user is able to create ice out of any source of water around them.
Special: This jutsu when combined with Suiton Soushi can be used as a source for Hyouton jutsu without additional handseals.
Drawback: The water source must be within their Radius. When controlling or Creating Hyouton outside of Hyouton jutsu then the user must perform the required handseals.
Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can lower the temperature around a body of water at an incredible rate to freeze the water into ice instantly; allowing for ice techniques to be used. In order to go into a rank of this technique a member must first learn the water creation technique of the same rank. If one wishes to train into the C rank Ice Creation they must first learn the C rank Water Creation technique and so on. The radius at which ice can be made depends on the rank of the technique. At D rank four meters radius. C rank eight meters radius. B rank fifteen meters radius. A rank twenty meters radius. S rank thirty meters radius.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. When first learned the user is capable of having or capable of creating up to Five Clones. Each time learned the user learns this technique the number of Clones is capable of increasing by one. The maximum amount of clones is Ten for the Difficulty Class of D Rank. For each Difficulty Rank Increase the number increases by five of maximum but learning is still one per learned.

Aerial Projectiles
Rank: C, "B"
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to control projectiles with their chakra. At B-rank the user may control a maximum of three main weapons from their person.
Special: Handseals (Hold final handseal)
Drawback: Handseal must be held in order for control. Once released all projectiles held with the chakra will drop to the ground. The guided weapons must be weapons on the user or user made.
Description: Utilizing the wind release, the Kaishin will allow projectiles on their person to be swept into the air just as they would for the Water Needles jutsu. Within the air, they're kept in place with wind chakra before being guided by the user in the direction of the target. To maintain the projectiles in the air, the user must hold the last seal (Tiger). When they're ready to launch it, they simply guide the projectiles with hand motions. At B-rank the user may launch up to three main weapons they have on their person (bladed weapons) in order to launch them at the enemy.

Shunshin no Jutsu, 瞬身の術, (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: NinJutsu
Effect: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. This technique allows a user to move from one point to another at speeds double of their speed potential of up to ten meters.

Drawback The user is only capable of doing this three Times per day after learning it the first time. Each time learned the user is capable of going into this multiple times. Each time learned the user is capable using this technique an extra turn per day. If the user uses this technique more then stated, the user's muscles will cramp and render the user unable to run about and move period.
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)

Effect: The Replacement technique. A technique where one quickly replaces their body with an animal or an object by making it seem like they were attacked, this usually distracts and confuses an enemy and create a chance to attack.
Special: ---
Drawback: A user may only switch with an object of similar size from the nearby area. A user must perform the jutsu ahead of time, and not within the same round they are attacking in. The Background must be explained correctly in order to perform. The user may not switch with an object on them, only something around them. The technique only works within a distance of five meters from the user. Objects changed may only be of at the most two feet in different fo size. A user may not perform this technique, and perform other techniques after because it gives out the position of the user. This technique does not work on area effect techniques that exceed the user's capabilities of performing Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)
Description: The Kawarimi no Jutsu, allows a ninja to dodge attacks, whether they are weapons such as kunai, ninjutsu, taijutsu, or any other attack type. Coupled with other jutsu, it can be very effective in confusing your opponent, and catching them off-guard. The only downside, is it often takes a strategic mind to effectively utilize it, not that it can't be useful in the hands of an inexperienced ninja.
Limit: An academy Jutsu that all is capable of performing if they wish to do so.
Genjutsu Kaishou (Genjutsu Cancellation)

Effect: The user disrupts the chakra flow within his/her own body to escape a Genjutsu.
Special: Horse - Dragon - Dog - Boar - Monkey - Hare - Tiger
Drawback: The technique has predetermined failure rates for each skill level. The technique can only be used twice per battle.
Description: Genjutsu Kaishou is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to negate the effects of an enemy's Genjutsu in order to escape. Once the handseals have been formed, the user would create a disrupting flow of chakra in the brain in order to interrupt the Genjutsu and break it. However, the technique does not always work. If the technique fails, the user cannot perform the technique again until the Genjutsu wears off or is aborted by the Genjutsu user.
* D-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out E-Rank Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 80 percent. A dice roll of 81-100 is required for a successful technique.
* C-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out D-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 75 percent. A dice roll of 76-100 is required for a successful technique.
* B-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out C-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 70 percent. A dice roll of 71-100 is required for a successful technique.

"Chakra Water purify"

Description: Very similar to Chakra antiseptic. After performing a long string of handseals, the user cups a small amount of water between there hands (Roughly 8fl.oz) and flows there chakra through it. The user baths the water in there chakra for about 6 seconds and kills small and harmful bacteria and pathogens in water. Water being such an essential source of life, its necessary for everyone to know this technique (taught usually during academy survival classes). The user can only purify the water in which they cup and cannot clean highly toxic/poisoned water. The water purified is usually water retrieved from nearby lakes, rivers of even puddles. The user can purify bottles of water if they wish, placing there hands on a filled bottle of water and letting the chakra do the task for them once more. This technique only kills minor bacteria, it does not stop poisons or other type of toxins.

Description: A rather simple Academy technique taught to all students on a universal level as first aid treatment. This technique allows the user to kill very weak bacteria and pathogens which enter into small cuts and slashes. Originated from the fact that children often hurt themselves while playing; receiving small cuts and bruises while doing so. This technique was also created as a method for students to practice the many handseals over and over again.
Once the user performs a the long string of seals, there finger tips glow with blue chakra, which allows them to disinfect wounds. No healing is gained from the cleaning of the users wounds or the wounds of others, except for natural healing. Boo boo's can't be larger then 1 inches long and 1/4 of an inch deep. At that point, a medic and medic jutsus are needed. Stings mildly as well.
The user places their fingers on the small cuts and the chakra will begin to destroy the weak germs

Drawback: You can never gain the attributes of what you turn into. You are only capable of transforming into a human or animal that is of size, or few inches smaller. If hit once the user immediately reverts back to their original state.
Description: When using the seals of the Dog, Boar, and Reverse Ram the user quickly transforms into any human or animal that is of size or a few inches smaller, or even a few feet larger. The user at this stage is only capable of holding the form for four turns at a time.

Description: Using his bloodline, Shinato will send a portion of water on his back. The water than solidifies and forms tentacle-like whips hovering a few inches behind Shinato's back. These tentacles can be manipulated to the whim of Shinato's very thought. These tentacles act as a form of offense as well as defense. Shinato ends up using this technique more so than most because it's what's called his "signature technique". When this technique is used, two tentacles are able to be created on his back, as his rank continues to raise two tentacles appear for each rank. The length that these tentacles can reach is listed below on the chart. Takes a turn to summon the tentacles. When first starting the technique, during the handseal stage, one must remain still. Any movement before the tentacles are fully formed will result in them returning to their normal water state. The current rank of the tentacles can resist the same rank flame and physical destruction, and under.

Effect: Gathering chakra to the users limbs the user gains extremely strong amounts of air underneath them allowing them to float in the air in a sort of flight. When the user is in the air, it resembles walking on water. Altitude can be altered by jumping. However this is not flight as the user can only move up or down however the user can fall and glide.

Drawback: Uses up a fair amount of chakra. Dangerous to use in storms. The jutsu makes the user feel weightless which can be nauseating.
Description: The user gathers their chakra to there limbs evoking air to swell around there legs and arms, mainly there feet as they begin to feel weightless. With a large jump they soar into the air and wherever they stop at is where they remain as they float, normally one leg down and one leg curled up in front of them. They can jump again and again to gain higher altitude. To go down, the user merely dives or in better terms makes there feet higher then there head. Although one cannot fly you can straighten your body with your feet slightly higher then your head so the user falls but glides as they do which can gain a few miles before reaching the ground.

Drawback: Learning the ranks of the jutsu requires the specific class to be achieved.
Description: The understanding of this technique allows for a Kaishin user to truly harness the power of ice creation. This technique will determine how hard ice created is. The user must be the same class as the rank of jutsu they wish to learn. This means to learn the B rank version of this technique the user must be B class or higher and so on. At D rank the ice is as solid as regular ice. At C rank the ice is as strong as iron. At B rank the ice is as strong as titanium and cannot be melted with fire techniques below A rank. At A rank the ice is as strong as hard steel and can’t be melted by fire techniques below S rank. At S rank the ice is as strong as adamantine and cannot be melted by fire techniques. This technique is the base of all ice techniques used. The strength of every ice technique depends on this.

Flying Water Needles of Death

Effect: Creates up to 500 needles made of ice to strike an opponent.

Drawback: The user cannot control the needles outside of their Ice Creation radius. Likewise, they cannot form the needles outside of their Ice Creation radius either. Lastly, the water must be within the air in order for it to be controlled.
Description: Utilizing the Ice Creation, the Kaishin will freeze water within the air around them, transforming the water into 500 needles of ice. The strength of this ice is dependant on Kuri Buki. The Ice Needles will stay suspended in the air as long as the user holds the tiger hand seal. During this moment of suspension in the air, the user can aim their Ice Needles to strike at the target. Once The Seal is released the Ice Needles will fire off in the last direction they were aimed at.

Drawback: P.O people and may turn friends into enemies. May completely backfire on you....
Description: The use gathers a very a small amount of chakra and saliva from there mouth and places it on there finger. The user then proceeds to hold there finger close to their enemies ear and inserts. The user then continues and finishes off by twisting and turning there finger while it is in there opponents ear. Chakra left on the swab of spit allows the saliva to last longer and feel much more disgusting in the opponents ears. May be used with both hands, doubling the devastation against opponent. Feeling remains roughly 1 post for each finger used

Description: A very simple technique with an over dramatic name, One Thousand Years of death is little more than inserting ones index fingers into an others rectum, causing constipation and embarrassment. The user is capable to figure out the true purpose of the jutsu: it is used in conjunction with a pointed object (usually a kunai) to attack the blind spot of an opponent. When combined with explosive tags, it can even kill an opponent. The technique is similar to a childish prank known as a kancho.

Description: This stance is supposed to mimic the user holding a cup. This puts the character’s hand in a good position for blocking and striking, keeping the hands and arms of the user ready for a wide variety of techniques, and makes the shoulders ready for explosive movements. The wrist is in a position where it can easily strike or block, and the fingers are curled in with the index finger hooked out, which helps in trapping an opponent's arms while blocking. The arms can be used for short or long range techniques, as well as the elbows, combined with various feints and strikes.

Kumori was born in Konohagakure, and was trained by his father, because his mother died during birth. Kumori grew up in Konohagakure being trained by his father who a lot of times abused him. He hated his father a lot, and would always run away from home.He would still be on time for class though, some times he would go to class with bruises on his arms, or face. The teacher would ask him how he got them, and he would make up an excuse"I got jumped"or, "I fell." Kumori always had good grades in the class, and kept to himself most of the time. He never really socialized with many people. The kids would always invite him to play with them, or train with them, girls even asked him out. Kumori just turned them down, and train by himself with out any help. Soon, he became the top ranking student in his class. When the graduation ceremony came around, and it was time for the passing kids to graduate, and the failing kids to fail. He failed five times, but his sixth year was different. Kumori was the last to be called up for testing to see if he passed. He was to perform a simple replica of his academy sensei. He made the correct hand seals, and performed the technique. The smoke soon cleared, and a perfect replica of Kumori's sensei was standing in front of the class. He released the jutsu, and the teacher wrote down what he thought of the jutsu, and his grade. About an hour later after going over it with the Kage, and what not. Kumori, and five other from the class passed.
Kumori was now twelve years old, and a genin who trained by himself without his fathers help. His father would always try to make up for his passed mistakes. All the years he beat on Kumori, and abusing him as a son. Kumori would always push him away, and run off somewhere. Kumori always trained his hardest, and never let anyone train him. He would be offered to be tutored, but he would never accept. One day he was training in the forest, when he stumbled upon a ninja from his village. A jounin on his way back from a mission. The man was not alone, Kumori seen to mean quietly walking up behind him with Kunai. He looked, and then yelled out to the ninja."WATCH OUT." The man from his village looked back at him, and noticed the assassins from his side vision. He quickly disappeared, and the two men fell dead with their necks cut wide open.
Kumori's eyes teared as he was over whelmed by fear, he has never seen so much blood before. The man appeared right behind him with out a trace. His shadow is what gave him away to Kumori. Kumori looked back at the man with fear. "Wha....what happened?" He asked the man. The man replied saying"You saved me is what happened. if you had not blurted out like that, I might not be alive now." The man explained. "I think i am going to take you under my wing as my student, what do you say?" The man offered. Kumori nodded, and slowly stood up. Something was different about this guy from all the others who has offered. Kumori could not place his finger on it, but felt Happy around him. The man trained Kumori for a few years.
One day after Kumori trained, he looked at Kurasaki with a smile."I want to be just like you sensei." The man was flattered of the boys out burst."You will make a fine shinobi one day."The man said to him. That whole day he spent training with his sensei. He never gave up even when he was out of energy. He would keep on training til he passed out. Kumori always stayed close to his sensei. Some times he would even stay the night at his sensei's home. Kumori's sensei was more like a father to Kumori than his real dad was.
One day Kumori was out eating ramen while his sensei was out on a mission. Kumori could not wait til his Sensei returned from his mission. Senshi wanted to train with him some more and maybe learn a jutsu or two. A day had already past since his sensei left on his mission. That day was when a message was sent from his Sensei on a owl which was his summon. The owl carried the final words of his Sensei. The letter told them that if they were reading this he was already dead. His last wish was for them to take care of Kumori. He had told them that he was with in the blood line limit of the Kaishin clan. When they got done reason the letter. They had formed a search party for his body. Kumori had been walking past the door when e heard them planning and when he heard bout his sensei's death. He ran out to his hidden training area and stood there crying for hours. Since that day Kumori had always been cold hearted. Six years have past since then and he has never really been the same since. Kumori is now eighteen and trains very hard every day.
