Effect: A simple short stick shaped rubber club that is commonly used by police forces to subdue the enemy without killing the target.
Special: Must be part of the Konoha Military Police to get.
Drawback: Bearing police arms could make you a target of gangs.
Description: A simple club of about ¾ of a meter long, made out of a metal core surrounded by soft rubber, the police baton is made and used to whack opponents without killing them. Made to instill as much pain as possible, a well placed strike with a baton can paralyze a big muscle. Although due to them also being Shinobi, the KMP has expanded a bit on the idea of the baton and replaced the iron in the core with iron of a special kind that is better at conducting chakra, allowing more possibilities.
Limit: Cannot be sold as shop owners won’t buy police equipment.

Kinsuke is a rather selfish person at heart.He may smile, act nice towards others and even play around a lot but deep down he is a cold manipulative evil person.He wants to mainly become a very powerful user of genjutsu so that he can have control over every mind in the world and rule over it.He also wants to learn more about immortality so that he can live forever and rule over it all.Appearance:
He is a cold heartless person and only intends to provide for himself but his heart isn't completely cold and he will feel sorry for others at times and even attempt to help them if he thinks it necessary or such.He doesn't believe in just leaving someone to die for no reason since he has some kindness.
All in all he is a rather nuetral person who likes to do what benefits him mostly but also some things that will benefit others.He is a selfish but also unselfish person at times he is a very strange individual.
He likes to usually torture his enemies with his genjutsu abilities.He prefers genjutsu over all other types of fighting which is why he became a master in it.He believes that crushing ones body is no where near as painful as crushing ones mind and he doesn't use taijutsu often unless he is needed to.
He is a very adventurous and lively person as he enjoys doing things that some people would call insane and he likes taking chances when he needs to or doesn't need to just whenever he feels like it.He is also very respective to some of the other hozuki members sometimes since he realizes he is a member of the bloodline but he still doesn't know them much so he won't be overly pleasant towards them.He is also very aggressive when aggravated or annoyed depending on the mood he was already in to begin with.
Kinsuke is a rather tall person and he wears a black jacket that is open around the chest and is made of leather.Its sleeves have been cut off leaving them at the shoulder exposing more of his body which he enjoys to show off due to his Hozuki bloodline.Bloodlimit: Hozuki
His eye color is dark purple and his irises are average sized and his face is just that of the average shinobi with a small nose and average sized eyes.His eyebrows are slimmed down to small lines with a cut through the end of their left sides as a design.He has jet-black hair that goes down to his neck and is rather spiky and it covers over his left eye to where it can be barely seen.
He wears his black leaf headband underneath his hard but the symbol is clearly visible but the black blends in with his hair making it a lot harder to see.His skin color is resembled to that of someone with a dark tan.He looks more of a mocha chocolate color.

Effect: A High speed movement technique where a user moves from one point to another as if appearing to teleport in a short distance in almost untraceable speeds. User moves in 10 meters

Drawback Able to use 3 times a day when first learned. Each time learned after first time user is able to use it one more time. If user uses it passes the number capable, leg muscles cramp dramatically and user is unable to move till medical treatment. May only be used on the ground in a straight line whether facing forward or away.
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. When used this technique does not take up any movements. However a user may only use this technique equal to half the amount of their movements per round rounding down. Thus 3 movements user may use it only once per round. 15 movements user may use it 7 times per round without it taking up a movement.
Limit: User must have a Character.
Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)

Effect: The Replacement technique. A technique where one quickly replaces their body with an animal or an object by making it seem like they were attacked, this usually distracts and confuses an enemy and create a chance to attack.
Special: ---
Drawback: A user may only switch with an object of similar size from the nearby area. A user must perform the jutsu ahead of time, and not within the same round they are attacking in. The Background must be explained correctly in order to perform. The user may not switch with an object on them, only something around them. The technique only works within a distance of five meters from the user. Objects changed may only be of at the most two feet in different fo size. A user may not perform this technique, and perform other techniques after because it gives out the position of the user. This technique does not work on area effect techniques that exceed the user's capabilities of performing Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)
Description: The Kawarimi no Jutsu, allows a ninja to dodge attacks, whether they are weapons such as kunai, ninjutsu, taijutsu, or any other attack type. Coupled with other jutsu, it can be very effective in confusing your opponent, and catching them off-guard. The only downside, is it often takes a strategic mind to effectively utilize it, not that it can't be useful in the hands of an inexperienced ninja.
Limit: An academy Jutsu that all is capable of performing if they wish to do so.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Skill)

Effect: Allows the user to transform into an animal or human of size or few feet larger.
Special: Dog, Boar, Reverse Ram
Drawback: You can never gain the attributes of what you turn into. You are only capable of transforming into a human or animal that is of size, or few inches smaller. If hit once the user immediately reverts back to their original state.
Description: When using the seals of the Dog, Boar, and Reverse Ram the user quickly transforms into any human or animal that is of size or a few inches smaller, or even a few feet larger. The user at this stage is only capable of holding the form for four turns at a time.

"Chakra Antiseptic"

Description: A rather simple Academy technique taught to all students on a universal level as first aid treatment. This technique allows the user to kill very weak bacteria and pathogens which enter into small cuts and slashes. Originated from the fact that children often hurt themselves while playing; receiving small cuts and bruises while doing so. This technique was also created as a method for students to practice the many handseals over and over again.
Once the user performs a the long string of seals, there finger tips glow with blue chakra, which allows them to disinfect wounds. No healing is gained from the cleaning of the users wounds or the wounds of others, except for natural healing. Boo boo's can't be larger then 1 inches long and 1/4 of an inch deep. At that point, a medic and medic jutsus are needed. Stings mildly as well.
The user places their fingers on the small cuts and the chakra will begin to destroy the weak germs

"Chakra Water purify"

Description: Very similar to Chakra antiseptic. After performing a long string of handseals, the user cups a small amount of water between there hands (Roughly 8fl.oz) and flows there chakra through it. The user baths the water in there chakra for about 6 seconds and kills small and harmful bacteria and pathogens in water. Water being such an essential source of life, its necessary for everyone to know this technique (taught usually during academy survival classes). The user can only purify the water in which they cup and cannot clean highly toxic/poisoned water. The water purified is usually water retrieved from nearby lakes, rivers of even puddles. The user can purify bottles of water if they wish, placing there hands on a filled bottle of water and letting the chakra do the task for them once more. This technique only kills minor bacteria, it does not stop poisons or other type of toxins.
Limit: Universal Academy technique (Everyone knows this technique)

Description: Phantasm Perception creates a mental image usually only the user and the opponent (or opponents) of the technique can perceive. These are considered to be as personalized techniques that affects the opponent's mind. These techniques could be messages, dream stopping, complete disarray techniques. Phantasm Techniques are known to harm the person's mind, making them feel weaker, harming them through the perception of the mind but not with real life effects. Phantasm techniques are all in their heads, and are known to make people go crazy. Third parties viewing or studying the scene do not notice the phantasm. All phantasms are mind-affecting Jutsus.

Description: Pattern Perception are like figments, a pattern technique creates an image that others can see, but a pattern also affects the minds of those who see it or are caught in it. This means that those who are trapped within Pattern Perception Techniques are also affected by other sensations that affects the mind itself such as blindness, unconscious, stunned, or even nausea. In affect, Patterns are very similar to Figment, however they have added affect used to subdue an opponent, harming their inner mind in a certain way to allow the user to perform more harmful techniques or escape without problems.

Effect: With this technique the user is capable of performing Jutsus that deals with the type of perception of Figment kind.

Drawback: Without this the user is unable to perform Jutsus dealing with the Figment Perception.
Description: Figment Perception creates a false Sensation. When a Figment Technique is perceived everyone feels the same thing, there is no alter, or different versions of a technique from person to person. This means that if a user performs a Figment Perception on a group, everyone feels the exact same Perception. With a Figment Perception if a user wishes to create an affect such as speech, the user must pick the speech first in order for it to speak or else no audible speech will be heard. If intelligible speech is possible, it must be in a language the user can speak. This goes the same with images, a user cannot create an image unless the user knows the image. User can only create figments out of two sensory, sight and sound. Figments cannot cause damage to objects or creatures, support weight, provide nutrition, or provide protection from the elements. Figments are pure illusions, used for distractions, confounding, or delaying enemies. This is not a mind affecting perception.

# Atsui Usumaku (Transitional Membrane)

Effect: The user is capable of controlling the thickness of their transitional membrane. This technique is mandatory for all under the Hozuki bloodlimit. This is because it grants them their survival in battles and harsh weather conditions.
Special: ---
Drawback: Switching from ranks that are not next to each other takes 1 post (You cannot instantly switch from D rank thickness to B rank.). One can only switch their rank up or down one time per post.
Description:
During training, the user is capable of adjusting and altering their internal water pressure in their bodies. Doing so results in an increased density of their outer membrane. Chakra released from their nuclei protrusions allows water to be pressurized in a certain way underneath their transitional membrane thus resulting in the thickening and solidification of their skin. In order to switch from a higher rank of thickness to a lower, the user must decrease the amount of chakra released from their nuclei protrusions. Also, the user leaves their palms and the soles of their feet remain permeable (D ranked), thus allowing the usage of the water inside of them no matter what rank their in.
* D ranked: Very thin and moist layer of skin. This is the default layer of skin the Hozuki are normally in. Under this rank, the skin is most permeable, meaning they are able to absorb large amounts of water. Although they feel no physical pain, ninjutsu and genjutsu based attacks can affect them. Also, this skin is not suggested for harsh weather conditions. Exceedingly hot or cold weather can evaporate them or freeze them easily..
* C ranked: Under this rank, the transitional membrane is a similar thickness to that of the human skin. Can withstand any kind of weather conditions a human could. Since skin is more solidified, physical assaults on a Hozuki are more effective.
* B ranked: Under this rank, the water within their bodies is pressurized by chakra to the point in which it resembles a rock like thickness and texture. An Hozuki under this rank becomes stronger when landing physical attacks by half the rank of the attack they are using (a D rank punch gets an extra E rank damage added on). Speed is decreased by half a movement.
* A ranked: Under this rank, the water within their bodies are at the highest point of pressurization in which resembles a metal like thickness and texutre. An Hozuki under this rank becomes stronger when landing physical attacks by half the rank of the attack they are using. Speed is decreased by a full movement. Limbs are less prone to breaking. This state can only last for 3 posts before going back to D ranked thickness because it consumes a large amount of chakra.
Limit: Must belong to the Hozuki Bloodlimit, No slots are used up. Every Hozuki member begins with the D ranked version of this technique and work their way up.
# Mugen Korosu (Infinite Breath)

Effect: People under the Hozuki bloodlimit are able to breath underwater for as long as they’d like.
Special: ---
Drawback: Some jutsus may not work underwater.
Description: Due to the evolution of the Sagasu Tribe, the Hozuki are able to breath underwater without the need to come up for oxygen. This may serve as an advantage for hiding from an opponent near bodies of water and surprise attack them. Remaining underwater is also a method of “relaxing” in order to become more energized.
Limit: Must belong to the Hozuki bloodlimit.
# Kaishin Shimasu (Regeneration)

Effect: The user is capable of regenerating any part of their body that has been lost.

Drawback: Process can be extremely slow at first, leaving one vulnerable for attack. User needs some kind of surplus water source.
Description: The Hozuki are capable of regenerating any part of their body that they wish. By pumping their chakra and mixing it with either water from near by, or from the rest of their body, the lost body part is grown back in a certain amount of time.
* C ranked: Rate of growth is 3 post for every foot. When assisted by bodies of water, 1 ½ post.
* B ranked: Rate of growth is 1 post for every foot and a half. When assisted by bodies of water, ½ a post.
* A ranked: Rate of growth is instantly.
Limit: Must belong to the Hozuki Bloodlimit. User cannot grow additional limbs other than the ones that have been lost.
Genjutsu Kaishou (Genjutsu Cancellation)
Rank: "D", "C", "B", "A", "S"
Skill: Ninjutsu/Supplimentary
Effect: The user disrupts the chakra flow within his/her own body to escape a Genjutsu.
Special: Horse - Dragon - Dog - Boar - Monkey - Hare - Tiger
Drawback: The technique has predetermined failure rates for each skill level. The technique can only be used twice per battle.
Description: Genjutsu Kaishou is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to negate the effects of an enemy's Genjutsu in order to escape. Once the handseals have been formed, the user would create a disrupting flow of chakra in the brain in order to interrupt the Genjutsu and break it. However, the technique does not always work. If the technique fails, the user cannot perform the technique again until the Genjutsu wears off or is aborted by the Genjutsu user.
* D-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out E-Rank Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 80 percent. A dice roll of 81-100 is required for a successful technique.
* C-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out D-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 75 percent. A dice roll of 76-100 is required for a successful technique.
* B-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out C-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 70 percent. A dice roll of 71-100 is required for a successful technique.
* A-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out B-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 65 percent. A dice roll of 66-100 is required for a successful technique.
* S-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out A-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 60 percent. A dice roll of 61-100 is required for a successful technique.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Skill)

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.
Special: Tiger, Boar, Ox, Dog or Ram, Snake, Tiger.
Drawback: The illusions can be seen through Chakra seeing techniques. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones will simply disappear if come into contact, but unlike Kage Bunshin, they are substanceless, and thus cannot do any damage. These Clones may be moved around freely and easily to the user's wish.
Limit: Universal Academy technique, must have a perception.

Description: A very simple technique with an over dramatic name, One Thousand Years of death is little more than inserting ones index fingers into an others rectum, causing constipation and embarrassment. The user is capable to figure out the true purpose of the jutsu: it is used in conjunction with a pointed object (usually a kunai) to attack the blind spot of an opponent. When combined with explosive tags, it can even kill an opponent. The technique is similar to a childish prank known as a kancho.
Limit: Universal Technique known for any character whether the person is Ninja or not.
Kinsuke was born in the Stone Country. He doesn't remember much about his birth except that it was a very windy day.His youngest memory would be of his mother being pregnant by her new husband for she had remarried two years after his fathers death.Her husband seemed to have a strange bloodline that involved having extra mouths which freaked Kinsuke but he never told the man this for fear of what would happen.Though, after time Kinsuke had grew attached to his new father figure and they had a great relationship until his mother went into labor.
She was in the hospital and Kinsuke went to visit her after his day in the academy where he was only informed of how to use senbon and other tools that would be helpful out in the wilderness.He entered his mothers room and she was crying on the bed that she was placed in and Kinsuke looked around for his father figure but he wasn't there so he asked his mother where he went and why she was crying and she told him that he had took his little brother with him and left them.Kinsuke felt heart broken by this but he couldn't let himself show the pain he was feeling since his mother was already in enough pain as he could see.
A week later after his mother got out of the hospital she came home and kinsuke ran up and hugged her and she told him that they were moving.Kinsuke was surprised by this and asked her where to and she told him it was a better place where they would be safe and not have to worry about anything that happened here and she smiled at him.He smiled back and went to pack his bags but he wasn't sure that he wanted to leave behind all his friends but he was ready to do anything for his mother.He went outside of the house and his mother was waiting on him along with a caravan of other people.
They traveled for a number of years going from village to village exploring everything and living their lives to the fullest.It wasn't until his 13th birthday that everything seemed to go wrong.His mother had contracted a very deadly disease and she died on the caravan, they had a funeral for her in the wilderness where they were.Kinsuke able to use points of chakra after attending a few academy classes had become one of their favorite acts.Their next stop was the Leaf village and kinsuke didn't know what to do besides stick with the caravan since they were the only ones he knew.
Before Dieing his mother had told him about her past while on her death bed.She told him of the Sagasu tribe and the customs of them and told him about what his future would be like but Kinsuke was skeptical since he had never seen himself in a watery form and she had told him that she had used a genjutsu on him that had been constantly straining her chakra.He stared at her as she told him about this and she told him of the battle he would have to do later on to prove himself as a member of the tribe and bloodline of the Hozuki.
He held her hand and he could feel how tensed she was but then her hand stopped tensing and went soft as she passed away before him.As he did he could see his hand starting to change color and he stared at his hand in awe and then looked around at his body and it was a dark blue color like a lake.He stumbled backwards stared at his skin with his mouth wide open.He had never seen himself like this before and now he realized that he was a member of the Hozuki bloodline and he had to somehow fix it.He started focusing his chakra into his skin hoping to some how change the color of it and then it happened and he was still utterly confused about it all, it didn't make any sense.Why would his skin color change to a human one just cause he willed it to?He didn't understand any of it enough but he had to continue on with his life for now.
After the caravan stopped in leaf they had all decided to go their own path and Kinsuke was left alone in the leaf village unknowing what do but he heard the bell of the academy.He walked there and as he entered the sensei asked him who he was and he told them but the sensei was skeptical to add him to the roster because of his age but Kinsuke promised he would graduate quickly because of his already sufficient skill in chakra.The sensei believed him and gave him one chance to pass the exam when it would come up in the later months.
Kinsuke practiced all he could with the knowledge he had and attended the library occasionally to learn as much as he could and he realized that he was a balanced student until he started to read about genjutsu and it began to interest him and he continued studying it more than he practiced taijutsu or ninjutsu.He was becoming very proficient at it and as he was about to leave the library for the day a man approached him in the shinobi clothing and told him that a hawk message had come for him and handed it to him.
The hawk message was from someone named "Kanhiku Makada."Kinsuke opened the message confused at why someone had the same last name as him.The message said "Hi, I'm sure you don't know who this is but my father told me about you and I heard about our mothers death.Its me your little brother Kanhiku.Heres some Ryo that I hope will be helpful to you Kinsuke.By the way I live in Cloud."Then the shinobi gave Kinsuke a pack of Ryo and a smile passed his face and he asked the man where the hawk was and where he could buy a house.The man escorted him to the hokages house where he paid money for a small compact house that he could stay in and the hawk.
He then realized that not everything had went down the drain.He went to the academy as the exam was today and he watched as the other students were called up to perform the bunshin and Henge jutsus.He remembered the handseals and as he was called up he was nervous but he thought about everything that had happened to him and he performed the handseals and he looked at the sensei who nodded at him and afterwards he was given his headband as he had passed the exam.He went home and started to write back to his brother.
