~
Arrogant: Sometimes when Kazaru does something amazing or completes a challenging task, Kazaru will geta bit very arrogant. He gets very braggy when in this state and feels as if he s the best ninja in the world. However, it s very very very rare for him to be like that.
~
Music Lover: Kazaru loves music much like most of the Muriguchis. Kazaru will love any kind of music you give him. His personal favorite, though, would be Traditional Nagauta music. Kazaru adores music to a point where anyone who hates music would be considered an enemy by him.
What Kazaru Looks Like...
Attire
Even in the summer heat, Kazaru wears a white woolen sweater, wood brown long jeans, and a red and white striped scarf (given to him by his mother before the Tragedy). He wears these clothes most of the time; winter, spring, fall, and even summer. If you don't see him wearing these, the possible clothing he may wear are: a normal white t-shirt, an undershirt, black shorts, a gray winter jacket, etc. Never will he take his scarf and he will not let you touch it.
Hair
Kazaru has midnight black hair that seems to glow in the night (maybe it's just my eyes). His hair's texture is very silk-like (which annoys him because his younger cousins love to tug on it). Kazaru likes to keep his hair as natural as can be so he tends to not comb his hair a lot.
Body
Kazaru stands 5' 9" and weighs 111 lbs, pretty average for his age. Kazaru isn't really skinny, but he is also not that fat. He just has the right amount of body fat within him. Kazaru's skin is peach-orange colored. Nothing much for his body.
Head
Kazaru's head shape is much like an egg. His eyes are forest green, but change into a purplish hue in cold temperatures for unknown reasons. His mouth is also oval shaped and are pink in color. Nothing much to say too because all of his other features are about the same as any human being.

Kazaru's Past
A Tragedy Happens
"Isn't he the most adorable thing!"
"What should we name him, honey?"
"Hmm...let's name him...Kazaru. How do you think, Mino-san?"
Kazaru's mother looked at a woman sitting at one of the sofas beside the bed Kazaru's mother was laying on.
"That's a perfect name! Fits him well," she smiled happily.
"Mino-san, may you hold Kazaru for a sec. I'm going to get a glass of water,"
Kazaru's mother was just about to step out of the bed when her husband stopped her.
"Stay here, I'll get the water. Your body still isn't able to walk yet,"
"It's fine," she said stubbornly.
"Then I'll assist you,"
"Geez," she muttered.
The two walked off to the kitchen, leaving Mino and Kazaru alone. Mino looked around the room and immediately saw a red circular box sitting on a desk. Mino walked over to the box with Kazaru and found a tag saying "For Kazaru, from Mommy,". Mino opened the box and found a scarf. Mino smiled and was about to close the box when a scream was heard. Mino closed the box immediately and silently crept up to the doorway, tightly holding Kazaru. She peeked out and found a horrifying scene. Two ninjas have invaded the house and have killed Kazaru's mother and captured his father.
Mino quickly grabbed the scarf that was a present for Kazaru and quickly wrapped Kazaru in it. She then ran through the hallway, opposite of the ninjas, to the back door and fled back to Yozamu where her current home is. Once at the safety of her home, she had many questions in her mind, but one stood out of the many, what will should do with Kazaru?

Years after the Tragedy...
With no orphanages accepting Kazaru, Mino's final decision is to take care of Kazaru as her own son. 4 years have passed since both Kazaru's parents were either killed or captured. Mino has been taking well care of Kazaru much like any other mom. Mino looked at the last jar of Ryo of their two-person family owns. The jar only contains a few Ryo (about 50) left.
Mino sighed as she set down the jar on the table. Kazaru was playing a small tune that Mino had taught him.
"Kazaru!" Mino called.
"Yes mommy," he responded.
"Can you help me pack down here?"
"Pack for what?" Kazaru had no idea of their financial problem.
"Well...I think we're going to live in my old house agai with he rest of the family," Mino expected for Kazaru to throw a temper tantrum because he loved this house so much.
"What? We're going to live with the rest of the family! Yay! Thank you mommy!" Mino was shocked to hear her son to say that, but she smiled.
"If you really want to go there real fast, help me pack up our stuff and then we could go down to the ferry for our boat,"
Kazaru zipped down the stairs and started to pack up his stuff. And soon enough, they we're on their way.

Approching Takigakure
After a long 8 day boat trek around the Lightning Country and down the Bay of Buddha and finally into Taki no Kuni, Mino and Kazaru arrive in Takigakure. The large steamboat makes it way to the port beside the Takigakure's Great Tree.
"Mommy! Look at that!" Kazaru gazed at the tree in awe.
"Now don't fall off," she smiled,"That's exactly what I said when I first the tree."
The boat stopped on the shore and pople began to leave the ship.
"Kazaru grab your stuffed penguin (Kazaru likes penguins)," she said as grabbed their luggage.
"Ok, mommy."
The two began to step off revealing many colored houses, shops, and buildings. A mixture of aromas spinned in the air as the two passed through a large market selling items from exotic fruits and vegis to kunais and explosive tags. The two passed the main village into a quieter part of Takigakure.
"Here we are!" She pointed to a large green pagoda overlooking a small pond. Both approached the front yard which was filled with statues from a phoenix to Takigakure's insignia. Mino stepped on the front porch and knocked on the door.
"Who is it!?" A gruff voice shouted from the front.
Mino chuckled, "It's me, grandpa,".
"Mino is that you?" The door opened revealing a small elderly man with a quite exquiste beard in an orange monk uniform.
"Grandpa! It's been years and years since we seen each other," she smiled.
"Ah, so it is you," Mino's grandpa looked behind Mino and saw Kazaru,"Hmm.. looks like you've brought a visitor,"
"That's my first son, Kazaru. Say hi to Grandpa, Kazaru," Kazaru backed behind Mino.
"Oh no, he's not going to hurt you," Kazaru went up to him and, unexpectedly, hugged him and said, "Grandpa,"
"Welcome to the family...and DON'T EVER PULL MY BEARD!"
Kazaru laughed.
"Now let's get you two settled and introduce Kazaru with the rest of the family," he smiled.

The Muriguchis
Grandpa opened the door revealing a room filled with people and yes, we're all Muriguchi. Abruptly, voices of kids we're shouting through the hallways "Mino-san's back!". The kids ran through the pagoda and went up and hugged Mino flooding her like pigeons fighting over a piece of bread.
"Kids! Stop it! Mino-san just got here and is probably still tired from her long trip. Let her get settled and then you could play with her," A woman in an apron walked out from the kitchen and went up to Mino.
"Now that those rascals are gone, welcome back Mino-san!"
"Nizora! You've grown up so fast! Last time I was here you were still a child,"
"Yes it has been a long time. Oh, who's this.," she looked at Kazaru.
Kazaru stepped up and said,"Kazawu,"
"Your not one of those extremely loud chattermouths likee thosee other kids, are you?" Kazaru shook his head.
"Good. Stay like that and don't ever be like any of those kids. Livin' a nightmare," she muttered and went back cooking dinner.
"So, let's introduce you to everyone and show you all the rooms in the house," Mino said happily. And so they did, Kazaru met everyone who lives in the house, saw each room of the large pagoda (which took the longest).
"And finally the Zen Garden," Kazaru was in awe as he saw the large garden waterfall taking most of the space in the back. A giant tree was placed in the center of the garden replicating Takigakure's Tree. The perimeter was lined with rocks of all sizes and concrete was used as the flooring. Somehow, the waterfall shaped into the insignia of Takigakure. A grave was beside the tree, along with a ninja forehead protector.
"Mommy, what's that?" He was pointing at the grave and the forehead protector.
"That's where your great great great grandfather was buried, Mizoruki Muriguchi. He was a great ninja who protected our family in horrible times," A faint glow shined at the gravestone.
"What's a ninja?" Kazaru asked.
"A ninja is a who helps people who need help, their families, and very important people," mino answered.
"Mama," Kazaru looked at the grave.
"What, darling?"
"I want to be a ninja too."
"Kids! Stop it! Mino-san just got here and is probably still tired from her long trip. Let her get settled and then you could play with her," A woman in an apron walked out from the kitchen and went up to Mino.
