[Enter]
Kininata tightened his cloak around his clothes, ensuring that he was ready for the change of weather as they would cross the waters to the mainland. He felt a little odd, most of his weapons left back at the estate, a little naked almost. Bah, I don't need them. I can take care of myself. He thought to himself as he stepped onto the ship giving him passage back to the land. He stowed his baggage in his quarters, locked the door and sat in a meditative position. He sat there practicing his breathing, preparing his mind. When he got home, he didn't just have his Jounin exam to request... he had hard training ahead, along with the development of his personal Jutsu style. It was time he lived up to his reputation, one that was starting to wane in his near constant absences.
The boat departed from the land within the hour of his boarding, and started moving across the water under the power of wind. The ship rocked from side to side rhythmically, adding a tool to use in Kininata's meditation. He left his quarters when he wanted to eat and drink, occasionally socializing with the passengers and crew he encountered but spent the two day journey in seclusion. He did not want to involve himself with them knowing he had to prepare himself mentally all the way back.
By the dawn of the third day, land was in sight. Kininata sighed in relief that nothing had gone wrong on the journey, quickly preparing his bags for disembarkation. For a few hours he sat at the fore of the deck, watching as more of the mainland came into view, as details could be recognised. As the docks became visible he headed over to where he got onboard. The moment the ship was tied in place and the landing bridge moved across, he was stepping off the ship onto the mainland. He quickly moved through the docks and the coastal town onto the main path and headed northwards, to the Land of River.
