The sun was shining now, casting its golden rays upon my sweat-drenched face. It was just past noon now, as I strolled up the mountain I had been climbing all morning. It was a part of my routine, to get my body ready for the training to come. I had been mentally preparing for todays training for the past couple of hours, and couldn't wait to reach the top of this mountain and sit upon its relaxing upper plain to train. As I reached the top, sweat continued to pour down my face, saturating my brow. When I reached the top, I began to prepare my kekkie genkai for what I was about to attempt. In one hand I now began to wield the wind element, while the other began to surge with the element of water.
I was going to attempt creating a cloud now, and I was excited after talking to my parents of what this jutsu would supplement. This would only be a small cloud, of the dimension five meters by five meters. Although a small goal, it would still require effort to achieve. Wiping the sweat off of my glistening face with the sleeve of my coat, I began to formulate the handsigns my parents had drilled in my head only hours ago. With the vision of the signs being firmly imprinted into my memory, I weaved the signs with simple ease. Just as my hands slid to form the last sign, a flock of birds over head began to call out, and my attention was drawn to them at the last second.
It took only a moment to realize that I had been distracted, and I watched as the mist that had been forming a cloud in front of me was now dissapating into the atmosphere. "Ha." I cackled at the thought of a meer bird disrupting my training session. I took a deep breath, letting the air out of my lungs slowly in order to calm my chakra flow. With the wind and water elements still flowing through my palms, I once again readied myself and put my hands together to form signs. In just moments I completed the last sign required, and began to channel my chakra into a dense mist in front of me.
The dense cloud of mist continued to form before my eyes, and I stared awe-struck as the cloud continued to form. It only took a few moments before it dissapated once again, but I was surprised it had reached almost three meters in width before it did so. I once more took a long breath, followed by the sigh that followed with the release of the air, and took in the sight from atop the mountain. I enjoyed the Land of Lightning, and spent alot of time gazing at the scenery. After a short break to take in my surroundings, I once again allowed chakra flow to my palms and focused on my goal. Taking one more breath to steady my hands and allow more focus and concentration.
My palms were pressed together now, cranking out the various handseals needed in order to create this jutsu. Allowing the elemental chakra to flow towards my palms and outward, I began to mix the wind and water elements together again in an attempt to create a five meter by five meter cloud. The mist began to gather again, thickening in only a few short moments. I continued to channel my chakra as I gazed upon my growing creation. I was caught off guard as the jutsu had actually worked, and I was looking now at a mediocre but consistent cloud. I would definitely put more practice into this jutsu, but not before a rest and a full, hearty meal.
