General Eustos walked among his soldiers, inspecting each and every man with a conviction they would be heroes in the next few days. He nodded at each man he passed, be they young or experienced fighters, all of their uniforms were in order together with their gear. Each man carried a long spear, a sword or two on their back or attached to the belt, their uniform was blood red, chest naked with only a short pant, in this battle they shall not see any man bleed. All these people were the pride of the current Duchy, they were the shield in protecting this place from those foul Take. From time to time more soldiers arrived and were sorted into the parade formation, there were not enough numbers to match their enemy however.

The sky was almost grey in color, snow was slowly falling down, it was hard to know if it was night or day but the time really was noon. The Black Wing squadron was up in the air patrolling around their field and a temporary headquarters, more than thirty birds of prey, the ziz, were being ridden by their masters clad in black coat however identically dressed men as those on the ground. Suzume would arrive at the meeting, she had a long look at those who arrived, they'll definitely need more able people forcing her to tell her messengers to announce a draft of all able men to defend their homeland. "Let's see how many will come." she said to those who followed her, the general was done with inspecting the troops and would climb into a provisional platform to speak.

Suzume and general Eustos watched as the youngsters around age 13 have been arriving to help, a handful of 500 counting the elderly has arrived to further their cause, the total count was now 3000 soldiers. The scouts have reported Take were bringing around 15,000 soldiers, it was 5 times that much, the general was worried about those numbers however Suzume decided to not since the Duchess will surely get some help plus the guards have reported possible foreigners trapped inside the Duchy might help as well. The Duchess entered the fray, the soldiers cheered, she was accompanied by the Hokage who wasn't recognized by anyone yet since she was new to the role.

She would be let towards the general and Suzume, they both kneeled down but Chiaki just motioned for them to stand up "What's the count?" she asked looking at the assembly, at her brave soldiers. "We have counted roughly 3000 troop, 2500 regulars with guards and 500 apprentices together with elders." the general announced with a stern voice "And I have sent messengers to get foreign help trapped inside our walls. I believe they will want to join to stay alive." Suzume added. "Excellent, where is Twilna?" she looked around the camp but couldn't spot the assistant, it looks like she got lost somewhere maybe.

A scout came in hot, he bore an important message, "My liege, we have spotted the enemy at the foot of the mountain, they have siege weapons. A few of our guards have began to shoot from ballistas but their equipment seems sturdy and we haven't been able to destroy many." it looked grim, even the best ballista arrows weren't enough. "Hm I see." Eustos thought aloud, "Oh by the way this is the Hokage and her friend" she pointed at the eagle then Amarante who would hear everything they were saying "and this is our general Eustos and guard captain Suzume." she introduced her staff, it was imperative they knew who was who. "Well there is still some time, we will try and make a battleplan." the general sat down with lots of papers and began to plot things on his map.

"You are free to take a tour around the camp, there's not much to see though." Chiaki spoke to Amarante, she would stay with the general and Suzume to oversee those battle plans.

Twilna Was not lost, she was simply preparing for war, She let her pale skin show, like the men in the army. She wore the blood red pants with bandages around her legs. Her chest was covered by the same white bandages as her legs and arms. She looked at the small picture she always kept hidden on her, it was of the first time she met the Duchess, the only figure since Mana killed her mother to be, well, a motherly figure. She nodded to herself as she looked at the picture before saying a silent prayer of safty and placing the picture back where it was.

She left the small room next to the assembly and as she came from the shadows she activated her bloodlimit. Fully intent on showing those around her that she was not just another pretty face. Her tactile mind had made her the envy of many of the village but her strength was not as equally matched. As she walked out she jumped upward and landed bowing before the Dutchess. Twilnas long white hair flowing in the wind. “Twilna Reporting for duty ma’am.” One her buttbag were 15 slots of throwing stars.

Amarante's weaponry consisted of her gourd filled with water, her rubber chicken attached in arms reach on the gourd, her katana on her left hip, her wakizashi on her right hip, her crossbow on her left side waist and her windmill shuriken on her right side waist. With these alone she was already a walking armory though she had more, she also had a pair of sai at her belt buckle on her front and the infamous Kyuushi blade around her neck, damn she was over equipped. She even had a butt bag on her backside that while mostly empty had a kunai, three shuriken, two smoke grenades, and two flash pouches to fill it, as well as some more repeater clip ammunition for her crossbow (60 clips).

Clothing wise she was wearing revealing and scandalous clothing. Her top was a black leather tank top with a split at the bottom of the shirt at the front and back giving it a V shape and her pant was a pair of black leather short shorts, if they could even be called that, tied to her waist with a black belt without a buckle. Her legs were adorned with black stocking sitting three quarters the way up her leg from her toes, her feet wearing some ordinary black shoes, nothing to special about them. All in all she was dressed like a common skank but the worst of it was the fact she was wearing a dog collar around her neck, one with a short lead of all things, like a necklace around her neck, this was certainly unbecoming of an elected official yet she wore it with indifference. What completed the ensemble was the white blazer she wore over her revealing shirt and a pair of black leather gloves, which while the blazer helped it didn't truly hide the slutty clothing underneath. {Because copy, paste is easy}

Having been lugging it around for quite some time, as Amarante set down the large gourd on her back for a moments reprieve she let out a gentle sigh as Makoto came down from the sky above to set down upon it. Amarante stole a glance at Makoto and caught her eyes. The two held a stare at one another awkwardly for a moment before Makoto threw her wings toward the Hokage and squawked loudly before returning to her original posture, Makoto was indeed a weird bird. Having reeled back in surprise from the birds antiques Amarante regained herself and was introduced to the General. "Let's fuck shit up" was her candid response as the staff was in turn introduced to her. The notion of battle plans was then brought up to which end Amarante had but one mere request. "Just send me to the front lines. Introduce me to the troops and then send me to the front lines, it'll be a morale booster for the troops. Other than that just point me in the right direction." Amarante was not one for specifics, she always found them to be so dull. Now the front lines, they were very interesting to say the least. Plus if she could scare away some of the enemy infantry with a bit of flare at the start of the battle then all the better.

Soon after she spoke the appearance of another girl stole the attention away. "The fuck is this?" the Hokage would then ask abruptly and loudly upon the sudden and unexpected appearance of Twilna. Makoto then puffed her feathers.

Amarante and her foul language made Suzume laugh "I like you already" she remarked at what the Hokage said "Let's fuck shit up", she only had one request "Just send me to the front lines. Introduce me to the troops and then send me to the front lines, it'll be a morale booster for the troops. Other than that just point me in the right direction.". The general was glad to have someone this confident on their side, he nodded towards the Hokage in recognition. As Chiaki was about to go introduce the Amarante to the troops someone familiar has arrived at the scene, she was her assistant now wearing what one would call the female version of the soldier attire, only red short pants with bandages, her skin was showing all over. "The fuck is this?" the Hokage was surprised probably, her bird even puffed its feathers.

Twilna would march with her activated eyes, what was it really, it wasn't in the resume or could she have forgotten? The girl bowed reporting for duty type of way having her silver hair touch the ground. "Hello Twilna, good job on delivering the message to Suzume. You look lovely." she had to remark, Chiaki never thought how weird these uniforms looked "However you don't need this outfit anymore, you're my assistant, dress how you'd like." it was only logical but it was the girls choice, she wasn't going to force it. "Well, we should really get rid of these siege engines they're bringing, I don't like them at all." Eustos would comb his short hair and marked the location of those machines. "Agreed" both Chiaki and Suzume nodded. Suzume noticed how ill equipped Twilna was and offered to stock her with some weapons of her choice. "Anything to your liking Twilna."

At that time, what nobody expected was that those siege engines Take brought could fire high enough to damage the walls. The area was beginning to considerably darken, several quads lit their own lamps, they were still standing in the cold, nobody even made a sound, each soldier carried their dignity and discipline well enough for any mistakes. Chiaki motioned Amarane to follow her on the forward platform higher than any place on the camp, "Troops, this is the Hokage." waving her hands towards Amarante, all the soldiers cheered, they liked the idea of a Hokage helping. "She has offered assistance in the front lines. Know this that you won't be alone out there, you can count on the Hokage." speeches weren't her thing really but this had to be tone anyways. "Do you want to add something dear Hokage?" she turned her head towards the said person.

Twilna stood up following the outburst by the hokage, such profanity from a lady. She had never heard such things from the Duchess. She stared at the Hokage with her crimson eyes, the black pits that were her pupils taking in all the information she could from the Hokages body. She watched as the blood coursed through her veins, she looked at her bone structure and through her internal organs, checking for signs of forerign objects or presences. She made note of her weaponry and with a flick of her wrist she wrote information down upon a small notebook, detailing the Hokage. She then placed the notebook within her buttbag and nodded before following Suzume.

As she scanned the weaponry she did not let her eyes falter, only about ten meters from the hokage and with most of her vision keeping track of the troops she picked through the weapons, until she found a pair of swords that fit her perfectly. “these will do maam. Hopefully, I wont need to use them. Im more of a scout anyway.

The eyes of the surprise guest focused and turned bright. This set the Hokage on edge and she drew her sword, flashed forward a short distance and put her sword to Twilna's neck. "I don't know what these eyes of yours do but I'd would appreciate it if you were to not stare at me with them" she would threaten of the girl with a strong glare. She knew of the powerful dojutsu that could entrance the very being of an individual, she had met someone with these eyes before and while they weren't the same eyes they were still enough to unnerve the Hokage. So long as Twilna did not move to attack Amarante would then return the blade to her sheath at her waist and maintain a tense eye to eye gaze for a few seconds until she belaxed and backed down from the girl. She would rather not have to fight the girl whom she would be fighting the enemy with though if she felt she needed to be put down she would do so.

The party would then move to address the troops and Abumi would introduce her to the soldiers. In turn Amarante would wave as they cheered her name, their voices echoing though they were outnumbered. She would have to even the odds herself, she thought that taking out about nine-thousand in the first five minutes was doable. Ten in the first fifteen. It always got harder the longer time went on for some reason. She was then asked if she wanted to address the crowd herself and give a few words. She thought to herself a moment and then took the podium. She stood proudly above the soldiers and the most noble words to ever come out of her mouth were spoken. "If you're gonna bitch out do it now! We don't need any cowards on the battlefield getting in the way!" with that she stepped down and proceeded to the battlefront.

Her assistant used her crimson eyes to watch the Hokage, Amarante seemed to not like it at all "I don't know what these eyes of yours do but I'd would appreciate it if you were to not stare at me with them" she threaten Twilna, not wanting any conflict before the start of the battle Suzume would tell Twilna to not use her powers on the Hokage, she deserved her privacy. Twilna then followed Suzume to get the weapons, she picked a pair of matching swords stating how she was more of a scout, Suzume agreed as she looked at this weak body of hers. The Hokage was now giving a speech, not before thinking about it, with proud voice "If you're gonna bitch out do it now! We don't need any cowards on the battlefield getting in the way!" ended and a huge applause came in from the soldiers, this was the kind of talk they wanted, none of them even thought about leaving before they would at least kill a dozen, their spears were high in the air shouting from their lungs.

General Eustos raised his arms and gave an order to march out of here, the whole army split itself into small teams of 3-4 each headed towards their own designated area of combat. The sound of marching soldiers warmed Chiaki's heart, she was proud of those men, of course the women were protecting their small daughters and sons who were not of age to begin apprentice training yet, if they had to those mothers would fight as fiercely as the men. "Well, let's head out as well. I think we ought to take out those siege engines out, even if they're doing nothing to the walls, we can't have them think they have a chance. Let's crush them." the duchess said in a serious voice. "Suzume, send anyone who is willing to help out to our group, I am sure we'll work better with strangers than the troops." she added before leaving as well. Their destination was the secret passage down the mountain where they could destroy whatever stood there.

Twilna watched as the hokage spoke, her words seemed to get the men all riled. She simply attached the swords do her back as Suzume yelled at her for using her gift on the Hokage. “Ma’am, with all do respect, I don’t if that woman was a angel, I will use my gift to its best ability and make sure those near the Duchess bare no ill harm to her. These are the eyes of god, able to see all life, and ill make sure to use them as needed.” She said as she made her way to the other troops, she was truly scared, but that nervousness had prepared her for the upcoming fight, and she was no longer the bright and happy girl. She was ready to spill the blood of her enemies.

It seemed as though Amarante was going to have to assassinate this Twilna during the conflict. A shame, though as long as Abumi never found out it was her she supposed it was fine. Following behind the Dutchess, Amarante would soon find the front lines.

A girl, tiny by comparison to most others in the village, especially at this time, would slither her way into the Head Quarters. Looking around with large eyes, she'd approach the person who appeared to be the head-captain. As she was confirmed in her suspicion, she'd completely change attitude. The innocent eyes that viewed the world with grace, hope and ignorance, had turned dark and full of malice. Reaching into her pockets, she'd draw out a sealed envelope. It bore the mark of Yukigakure. Within the envelope was a description of a mission to be undertaken. Infiltrating Mo, causing indirect damage, attempting to acquire the genetic material of the Hokage, killing him or capturing him if possible. The description of her accomplice, who'se true name was Siobhan. Everything needed here, to claim that Yukigakure had declared war through the shadows... Worst of all however, was the directions given from the Snow harbor to walk in a straight direction. If those directions were followed, one would eventually find the gates of snow. This was high treason. Treason for the months Yoshinee had spent in the dungeons of Snow. This was her revenge, and she revelled in it.
"If you wish to save Mo from disaster, I would take a look at what I have supplied you with." With that, the girl would giggle, before turning into a cloud of smoke. It would appear as if it had only been a clone entering, with one specific command, handing over the envelope to whoever was in charge. It was likely that the person who had made the clone had disappeared over all mountains by now.

Suzume noticed a little girl walking past the barrier towards the stage. There weren't many soldiers around and so they mostly didn't notice her letting her pass. The pink demon looked amused as the girl strolled towards her, it seems like she has tipped her to be the highest ranking officer here. As funny as the scene looked something major was happening, the aura of evil was just leaking out of this kid, Suzume was handed a piece of envelope. The information on it was golden, it seems the Yukikage is going after the Hokage who happens to be helping the Duchess with the war. She read some more about this Siobhan person and her description burning it into her mind, there were also instructions on how to get into Yukigakure, a very good piece of information one that Konoha will want to know. "If you wish to save Mo from disaster, I would take a look at what I have supplied you with." she said after puffing out, Suzume assumed it was a clone, where was this girl right now. She thought on what to do next, she needed to act fast since the Hokage could be in danger, first order of business would be to send someone to the Duchess and the Hokage to inform them, then they should inform all the counselors so they could track this Siobhan person and the real girl who gave them the information in order to offer some protection against Siobhan. They will certainly need to capture Siobhan though, the Hokage or the Duchess can then decide what to do with her. She gave out those orders, a few pigeons were sent.

As soon as the birds began flying away a young man with dark purple hair that seemed to slightly cover parts of his face appeared as soon as he lifted his head he revealed a pair of eyes that where a slightly darker shade of purple then his hair and seemed to emotionlessly look straight at the comander/general as soon as he noticed the dutchess and hokage his eyes slightly widened in an un recognizable way as even he couldn't notice until the action was done he then returned them back to how they where assuming it was nothing noticible

.his cloak like coat looking as if it was riding the wind and his two katana strapped by the only white item on his outfit going across his waist he slowly made his way to the three with his hands out of his pocket as a sign of respect and to show he had no un wanted intentions... when he reached them he took a slight bow
