Description: Picture Picture Picture Picture The device has 2 massive wings on top to create lift with a wingspan of Gargantuan Size category size. The device itself is Huge Size Category which is needed to hold the 4 people. The 2 people who sit at front are normally there as lookout and for defensive support while the person who sits in the back is the pilot. The 4 person stays inside a "Bell" like bunker (best used for Sensors). When wanting to use the Destruction Machine the Bell opens downwards and the user concentrates their chakra on the Machinery. Taking the time of 1 full round a beam is shot down with destructive power ("A" Rank worth of Energy Damage) destroying a radius of 30 meters, leaving a massive crater. Description: Picture Picture This special backpack comes standard at about a foot and a half tall, and weighs about fifty pounds. A special built harness is attached to the inside of the back. The straps wrap around the users belt, while the other two go over the shoulders of the user to keep it attached during running, walking, and jumping. On the inside of the pack is store 6 legs that when fully extended reach out 10 feet. The legs are able to bend in ways for allowing low movement and fighting as well as pushing themselves up to dodge. This added height allows a user to travel at higher speeds. The retractable metal that makes up the legs and pack itself can withstand quite a bit of punishment before being repaired. If the backpack itself takes the hits and breaks it will send a "B" Rank electric shock from the overload. If the backpack isn't fully charged then the legs will not extend from the pack. Making it useless. When the user has the Irken Pack activated the user can no longer use any leg based attacks. Description: A device that fits as a backpack that attaches tubes to either a hand held release device, or on the a Wrist device. The Tube ranges in size depending on the size of the user, and the type of release device is being used. The Release device also ranges in size. Some have a release device that is the size of a Pistol Crossbow, while others are in the size of a Rifle Crossbow, and some are small enough to attach on a Gauntlet. The backpack is outfitted with 3 Cylinders. Each Cylinder can carry 1 Slot of Pouches. When a cylinder is locked and loaded, it will chamber a pouch. When the Release Device is triggered, specialized gadgets will siphon the components from inside the Pouch, release it through the tube, then exit the Release Device. After each fire the machine ejects the pouch from the chamber, and automatically reloads with a new Pouch. Firing proficiency is dependent on ability of Marksman. The Release device is outfitted with 2 dials. 1 Dial controls a mechanism that can switch from cylinder to cylinder, while the 2nd Dial controls how the component of the pouch will be released (Line, or Cone). Only 1 Cylinder may be locked at a time. Switching between cylinders takes 1 second worth of time. Cylinders may be hand reloaded. The Projector releases the contents in a Cone of 19 meters, or in a Line of 38 meters per trigger action. Description: Smoke grenades are used as ground-to-ground or ground-to-air signaling devices, target or landing zone marking devices, and screening devices for unit movement. The body is a sheet-steel cylinder with emission holes in the top and bottom. These allow the smoke to be released when the grenade is ignited. Two main types exist, colored smoke (for signaling) and screening smoke. It fills an area radius of 15 meters with thick smoke. The smoke may come in different colors if the user wishes. Different color smoke could be used for information value if need. It takes 6 seconds before it explodes.

Description: Paper that is 2 inches by 6 inches in size and 0.039" (1 mil) thick. Tags can be activated to explode within 6 seconds, or by a simple technique. This tag may be attached to any surface. The moment the pouch explodes it releases a massive ball of electrical current outwards from the point of origin. The pouch shocks and paralyzes an opponent for 3 rounds within 1 meter diameter and shocks and paralyzes an opponent for 1 round within 2 meters diameter from the point of origin. May be attached to 3 items without taking up room in a single slot.

Description: Picture, Picture Composed of a Kevlar strap and metal buckle, lined with rubber lacing on the back, the utility belt houses 10 Single Speed Loader pouches, which vertically clip onto the outside of the belt. The buckle itself contains a miniature camera and two-way radio. A secondary compartment behind the length of the belt is used to house 1 slot supply of hira-shurikens. Near the buckle is a modified Speed Loader Pouch that holds 1 slot of Thermal Capsules. The Speed Loader is modified to always keep a Thermal Capsule ready and when one is used another comes in place. Each volume gives a +5 Competence bonus to the user's skill pertaining to that region, and the user gains a +1 Competence bonus per die roll when learning the skill according to the specific region. Example: User has a volume on the Forest Region. Character Depth
Personality:
Creative, Immature, Intellegant and Loyal are the four best words to describe Trey. Through out the academy he was always either doodling or painting pictures on his books. He was almost always called out for not paying attention in class but very swiftly gave the correct answer more or less to the question. His intellect isnt the greatest in the village however combined with his creativity he finds ways to get out of situations with minimal damage and conflict.
He tried his best not to be cocky about it but the occasional grin always surfaced and the class wasn't to happy about it. To make up for his cockiness and to keep others happy in class his immaturity would also show as the occasional drawing would 'spring' to life and run or fly a muck in the class room. With his friends he is always the 'joker' of the group painting on their faces as they slept or using ink animals to gently attack them.
The immature and creative joker aside he is extremely loyal and would fight to defend a friend and/or their honour. However he is also just and will not attack randomly. Only if the friend is in immediate danger or the situation is already known will he launch a surprise attack. Typically he does what he can to diffuse the situation logically and without attacking.
When in a situation that requires a more mature approach such as a mission or funeral/wedding he can hold back his immaturity for long enough to go through the event. When it finishes though he goes around and terrorises the village a little with his creatures but the villages are fully aware its all in good fun.
Since his two year spend in hospital and the discovery of his fathers dead body Trey has changed.. although he does still have a slightly silly side he now refuses to use his clan's ink based jutsu and the last name of Li. Instead he focuses purely on genjutsu as a support ninja who remains at the back due to his body's injuries.
Appearance:
Trey is just above average height for his age and keeps himself in shape with a diet that keeps his skin clear and body toned and slightly underweight so that to the untrained eye he would look weak and malnourished. Even though he is young he is very self concious about his appearance. His ink black hair is always kept about 2 centimetres to an inch long with the tips a platinum silver.
His eyes are combination of different shades of blue, during formal events however he wears contacts that are a light crimson with the inner Pupil a deeper crimson. His face is almost symmetrical and has often been told he will grow up to be a 'handsome man'. His right ear is pierced with a small platinum stud in the shape of a paint brush and around his neck hangs a Platinum chain.
On the back of both of his hands are half of the Li clan emblem tattooed so that when his hands join the emblem is completed. This showed his ability to wield ink as a primary weapon. On his back a short sword rests ready to be swiftly pulled out. His clothes are all shades of blue and platinum.
His inky blue head band slots nicely on his head holding up his hair. His main clothes are also an inky blue colour, the tshirt was baggy and came down just above his elbows with a mesh like under shirt beneath going out half way down to his wrist form the elbow. The mesh is visible in the v neck of his baggy shirt. His shirt is too large for him and goes halfway down his thighs. To stop it flapping everywhere around his waist is a platinum belt that also holds his many ink vials, scrolls and paintbrushes.
On his hands are some black, platinum and ink blue fingerless gloves. These provide warmth and protection in the knuckle protectors but also full movement with his fingers for painting. Around his neck is a ruffled platinum coloured capulet that drapes slightly into a scarf behind him.
His trousers are 3/4 lengths that are also an inky blue colour again these are a bit baggy and rippled but are designed as such. On his feet are some tailored platinum/silver trainers to match up with his other accesories. No matter the occasion formal or not he will always wear the necklace, earing and belt ready incase of attack.
When he attends more formal events such as funerals or weddings his mother always makes him wear his black suit. His suit consist of a Platinum shirt, black trousers and jacket cobined with shiny black shoes but without a tie of any type.
When ever he goes out on mission there will always be a spare 'back up' outfit ready incase his gets too tattered and battered. The clothes are all red, platinum and black and the typical ninja / shinobi gear.
Background:
It was 12 years ago on the 12th of august that Trey was born. His life was quite average with no major losses or gains through out his life aside from his grandparents death at the age of 3. Trey had quite the happy childhood showing artistic talents from an early age which wasn't too uncommon for shinobi in the Li clan and was trained in the clans secret ink style jutsu.
Until the age of 5 nothing else happens in his life to change him physically or mentally. Then on his 5th birthday he was taken by the clan elders to have the mark of his clan placed on his body, instead of having it placed on his shoulders or back half of it was placed on the left hand and the other on the right so that when his hands were bought together little finger to little finger the full emblem is made on his hands. Until he joined the academy at an early age of 6 his life continued normally.
Once in the academy he was at first mocked for the tattoo's on his hands and for his young age. After a few days however when the other students realised how strong he was they started to respect him more and thats when the joker within him started to act out. At first just with his friends but when the others realised how much fun he could be he played a few more tricks on others.
In his final year of the academy he was able to use his clans Ink jutsu and that was when the real pranks began with the little animals running wild everywhere. When he left the academy the teachers were both relieved and proud as he was still too young to qualify but was advanced enough to be let out with the elder members.
Shortly after exiting the academy the young shinobi was ambushed, the injuries were so severe he had been hospitalized for two years of which he spent most of it within an induced coma. During his time awake in the hospital tough he strengthened his mind to the point that genjutsu became a second nature and when he was discharged from the hospital the most horrific thing happened to Try. Not only did he find out he was now an Orphan but he found the body of father lying on the cold hard ground.
