Bingo Book Entry #10014798 Draven is wanted DoA under international law for being a high profile Shinobi, and for operating under the rogue ninja organization of the Otogakure village; up to the rank of Chuunin. There is an additional amount attached to his bounty due to this high Shinobi class level. The total amount of reward calculates to 35,450 Ryo. If captured or proof received of his death please bring to nearest Bingo outpost. Draven is a male with a physical appearance in terms of age at roughly 28 years old, but he held records of his real age as being 48 years. He is 6'4", with a weight of 185 lb. His genealogical records indicate not being a descendent of a bloodlimit user. It also indicates his origin of birth to be the Land of Sound. His current whereabouts is to be presumed at the Village of Sound working under the Otogakure. It is advised to be very cautious around this assalient due to his extreme knowledge in Genjutsu, labeling him as a Genjutsu Master. To note, if captured he would most likely cooperate due to his disposition as being Lawful Good.

Otogakure Archive Shinobi file: Entry #10014798 TOP SECRET: Authorized personal only, permission from the Otokage required Name: Draven no Shinda Code Name: Dead Eyes Statues: Active Background Report: Draven was discovered after an events that left a number of villagers dead. It was not till the dead were being laid to rest in the Otogakure crypt, did a large section become unsealed for those purposes. There was a zombie infestation of this section of the crypt. On particular grouping of these unnatural beings was found to have a particular intelligence to it. The cause of this coordination was due to Draven's involvement. He had actually been the leader of this group and was almost mistaken for one of these creatures. After the ordeal he had been removed from the crypt and given a full physical, mental, and verbal examination along with an investigation. During the investigation potion of the examination, we had discovered that Draven had been a Ninja of Otogakure that had been pronounced dead some 20 years ago. His general history was a rather average one, and really was not of any note besides his aptitude at being a Genjutsu user. This had carried him with a certain kind of skill at being a Shinobi, and he had attained the rank of Chuunin. He was even leading a group of Genin at the time of his death. Though what his past records indicate that had been his downfall. He had lost his team and he himself was presumed dead. The report of this incident was discovered along with his Shinobi records. Draven's body was found decapitated, thus an autopsy was not conducted due to the obvious nature of the reason of his death. A clean cut through his neck. Fortunately the head was present with the body, and was laid to rest together with the body. It is unclear on how he had been resurrected, but theories of his genealogy being involved where presented. A vial of his blood is kept with his records for future study. When Draven was questioned about the incident that killed his team, he went blank. It appears to be traumatic experience that he has no memory of. Though reports indicate that him and his team were after a wanted man of the village. It was a missing Ninja that they were after, and apparently they had been unsuccessful. When he was questioned about how he had resurrected and survived, he could not answer that as well. It is deemed that further exams are needed before we make a decision upon his return to active duty. Physical Examination: Draven has a height of 6'4" with a weight of 185. He has black hair, and Hazel eyes. His muscle mass indicates that he had at one point more muscle mass then he once had. Though this had been noted that he had become more toned. This could have been the result of his time within the crypt below Otogakure. A generalized descriptor for his current state would be tall and slightly lanky, until closer examined. As a final note to initial examination was that there is a faint smell of death that does not was off from his body. When Draven came out of the crypt he was in a funeral suit, though going through his records he had a myriad of equipment and clothing that he had owned. Since then they had been returned to him, but upon going through them we had learned that he was adept at infiltration and a type of disguise. He had mainly black attire but due to age some of the equipment had been tattered. There is nothing else of his effects to give light upon his situation. Upon closer examination of his body, it would be noted that he has one large scare running around his neck. The cause of such scare is apparent once his historical records had been found. The scare was due to him being decapitated. It is still unknown on how his head had been reattached, but a theory involves how the head was put back in place upon the body when it was put to rest. There appears to be a strange healing factor that the subject possesses. Further studies of his blood are needed. Mental Evaluation: It was found that Draven had a slow mental regeneration once he had been taken into custody. It was a month before he could conduct himself in a full conversation. But after that it was noted that he had made a full recovery. This would be akin to how people in a coma have to go through physical therapy before they where able to walk again. Once this process had taken place a mental Evaluation was conducted. The following are the results of the evaluation. Draven was noted to have a high intelligence. With an IQ of 155 he stands at the top 10 percentile of the population. He grasps complex ideas and digests information at a faster rate then others. It was also found that he has either created or adapted to a language that can only be described as a series of moans and grunts. There is a very eery similarity to how the creatures found in the crypt vocalized. It was assumed that this was just his mind shutting down from lack of intelligent contact, but due to this observation studies should be conducted upon the socialization and ecology of zombies and the undead. A final Mental Evaluation was conducted to assess weather Draven was fit for duty. After a lengthy question and answering section, along with a lie detection unit, it was found he was indeed still loyal to Otogakure, and was of sound mind and sound body. It will be noted in his general records that he has a strong leaning toward authority, and the betterment of the village through good means. Though there is an indication that a possible problem may arise if ever he would find the assailant that took out him and his team. As a final note he is capable but it is not recommended for him to join a team in the future, due to the emotional ties and traumatic events of his past team. Description: Picture A Device that has a Velcro strap along the neck with a voice activator along the throat. An ear piece is connected from the vocal piece to the ear in a small cord. It's a radio that transmits signals by sending electromagnetic waves with frequencies below those of visible light. They can then be received by other radios in the form of sound or a wide array of signals in order to make sure important information is protected. When rolled and compact, 16 Wireless Radios are able to fit inside 1 slot. The range between two Wireless Radios is 1,000 meters (Communications for a single thread.)

Soldier Pill x9
Location: Every Region
Preparation: Ingredient include: Ginseng, Gariig. First you will need to take the Gariig found only in desert regions and ground it up with a mortar and pestle. After it has become fine sand like substance, you will need to set up a bowl where you will then place the Ginseng leaf in. After grinding the ginseng up and mixing it with the ground Gariig, you will need to make the two into a pill. To do this you just mix the powders in water then let them dry molding it into a ball/pill like shape.
Special: Can be made by finding things in nature based off of the ingredients rarity, or found within any medical item shop.
Description: Soldier pills are used to increase stamina as well as chakra, but have the downside of once they wear off (after about 3 days) the user will suffer from severe fatigue and anxiety (probably due to the fact that soldier pills are like supercharged speed). Essentially, after taking a soldier pill, whatever chakra/stamina you have remaining is doubled. It does not increase your chakra/stamina past its maximum, and if you take one when you have full endurance it will actually negatively affect you by giving you a mild seizure. For example: you have 40% chakra left, after taking this pill it increases to 80% left.
Drawback: the effects of the pill will wear off after the thread it was used in is over, or 3 travel days, at which point you will suffer from anxiety and fatigue. The fatigue will make it so all of your movement abilities are halved and you will not be able to perform any techniques equal to or higher then your class level. The fatigued effect will wear off after 10 IC posts. If you take a pill when you have full chakra/stamina, then you will suffer from a mild seizure because the excessive hormones within your body will cause an odd overload in some of your systems which will cause a type of shockwave to your brain. The seizure will incapacitate you for 5 posts, and you will still suffer the fatigue drawback caused by taking the pill normally.

User create a shadowy duplicate of themselves at a place they indicate within range. The Shadow Double attacks any adjacent target (regardless of the weapon it appears to wield), as the user desires, starting in the round when they perform the Jutsu. It attacks on the user's turn once each round. After the attack the Shadow Double becomes a Shadow once again until the next round to appear and strike for that round while repeating the process. Each hit deals 1 point of Movement damage to the target. The first time a target is hit, it can attempt a save to disbelieve the effect; this negates the damage and renders it immune to further attacks by the shadow double. It is not incorporeal, and thus can't be in the same area as another creature or object. User performs the hand seals needed and from an area of shadowy illumination those who are within the facility will see as if the user or users is capable of moving within the Shadows, as if they can teleport from Shadow to Shadow seeping out. The opponents who feel the attack will somewhat blank out as the user may move. During this time it looks like the User seeped from within the shadows, and then slowly seeps out from where the opponents come out of the small blank. If the user performs the Jutsu on someone else, neither the user nor their allies can see the subject, unless they can normally see invisible things. Items dropped or put down by an invisible creature become visible; items picked up disappear if tucked into the clothing or pouches worn by the creature. Light, however, never becomes invisible, although a source of light can become so (thus, the effect is that of a light with no visible source). Any part of an item that the subject carries but that extends more than 10 feet from it becomes visible, such as a trailing rope. Of course, the subject is not silenced, and certain other conditions can render the recipient detectable (such as stepping in a puddle). The Jutsu ends if the subject attacks any opponent. Basically, the objects cloaked by Reverse Illusion give off the telltale signs that would lead a cautious observer to disbelieve in what he was observing. In fact, the signs are so evident that observers who are knowledgeable in such phenomena would assume that faulty or poorly constructed illusion was at work, and no disbelief attempt is required for observers to categorize the reverse illusion as a true illusion. Just as interacting with in illusion in a way that might suggest it to be illusory is required before an observer can make a disbelief save, observers must interact with the real object cloaked by reverse illusion in a way that demonstrates that it might in fact be real before they can attempt to make a disbelief save against the reverse illusion glamour itself. for example, if a crossbow bolt is fired at the iron golem, and the bolt doesn't pass through the illusion, the observers might begin to question their assumptions. Anyone who makes a successful save to disbelieve in a reverse illusion will observe that the object in question is real. Anyone who fails would still see the item as an illusory. Reverse Illusion has little effect on animals since they will miss the subtle glamours that make it cloaked object appear illusory and simply assume from the start that the object is real.

The warded area can be as much as 9 meters, and shaped as the user's desire. The user can ward several stories of a stronghold by dividing the area among them; the user must be somewhere within the area to be warded to perform the Jutsu. The Jutsu creates the following Chakra effects within the warded area, these illusionary effects are defended against Jutsus to detect such things unless the user is higher class than the people affected by the Jutsu.
Ghostly Sounds: This can be the sound of a rattling chain, a low moan, the sound of a breaking branch, a creaking door, someone whispering their name.
Glimpse of Something: The affected catch a momentary glimpse of something: an object moved, the eyes of a painting followed them, a secret door closed, a vague form outside a window, a monster under a bed.

Effect: This skill enables a character to observe the actions or habitat of an animal and interpret what is going on as well as identifying said animal.

Description: Actions can show how dangerous the creature is, whether it is hungry, protecting its young, or defending a nearby den. Furthermore, careful observation of signs and behaviors can even indicate the location of a water hole, animal herds, predators, or impending danger, such as a forest fire. A successful check means the character understands the basic actions of the creature, as well as the type of creature it is. A character may also imitate the calls and cries of animals that he is reasonably familiar with, based on the knowledge (user must learn per Region). This ability is limited by volume. A successful check means that only Chakra means can distinguish the character's call from that of a true animal. The cry is sufficient to fool animals, perhaps frightening them away or luring them closer. When learning the user must choose per Region and they may only have knowledge of Animals creatures. Each Skill level allows the user knowledge of each Animal category (Example: Novice can identify Common Animals, Master can identify Nearly Impossible Animals) within a region. Effect: A skill that allows the user to identify plants.

Description: A character with this skill has a basic knowledge of plants and how they grow. They know how to tell various species of plants apart and under what conditions each type of plant grows best. Most of the time they can tell poisonous plants from non-poisonous plants. User must choose a specific Region each time they go up this Skill. A successful Botany Skill check provides knowledge of plants, while failure indicates the character does not know or cannot recall anything about that plant. This knowledge is broader than the Agriculture skill, as it extends to plants (including trees) without obvious food or textile uses. Each Skill level allows the user knowledge of each Herb category (Example: Novice can identify Common Herbs, Master can identify Nearly Impossible Hearbs) within a region. Here is some Difficulty Examples.

• Trivial - Plant is in bloom
  
• Easy - Plant is whole
  
• Average - Identify plant fruit, leaves, tubers or seeds
  
• Difficult - Parts of plant in a mixture or food
  
• Very Difficult - Identify plant from charred remains

Sorry I had to edit my universal Genjutsu section.

I switched out Trademark Illusion (due to not having a figment or pattern tech), for Mutible Illusions.

They are both B rank so no change to chart.

Though this resets my Grade.
