First Level ; Second Level ; Cellar

This is an Information Broker info center located in a busy street of this busy city where the high society seems to gather. It's a tall yet small shop with large blue shingle roofing. The building itself has a German like build to it, and needs few touchups to make the building seem newer. The main entrance is a simple doorway made out of oak wood that's seen some damage over the years.

When entering they will be greeted by a skinny, yet lengthily man with short white hair always wearing a black business suit. He was a Hyuuga, usually carried various assortments by his side, and a bow within one of the glass casings below the wood for hiding reasons. He went by the name of Kozei Watanuki ("A" Class - Clan/TaiJutsu Specialist - Lightning (Master), Kasutā (Master), Dhënada (Master), Sensor (Master), Hyuuga (Master), Archery (Master), and Dian Xue Shu (Master). He normally keeps a booklet with him dealing with informational summoning.

This man usually stands behind a series of glass cases that surround this little shop filled with various odd trinkets, and gems. It also has a wooden case on the left side of the wall with various scrolls lying inside little pockets. Directly behind where Kozei Watanuki usually stays is a staircase that goes up to the second level of the building.

There are two guardians, or security members of the association stands watch on both sides of the doors. Domo Hoshigake ("S" Class - TaiJutsu Master - Hoshigake (Master), Musha Shukke Fuu (Master), Goutetsu (Master), Boxing (Master), Water (Master) a large 8 foot tall Hoshigake who at first acts like a manikin but has a temper if people begin to act a little pushy towards Kozei Watanuki. The other Hoshina Korazawa ("A" Class - GenJutsu Master - Wind (Master), Fragment (Master), Glamour (Master), Pattern (Master), Phantasm (Master), Shadow (Master), Kempo (Master) a shorter 4 feet 11 man with a long mouse like nose who normally wears dark clothing with a large over-cloak.

There's a small walk way behind the staircase to a hallway behind the main area. This little hallway is lined with various shields and other bits that are aligned with the walls with shelves within the hallway area. Along the left hand side of the hallway and directly behind the wall is another hall/storage with a staircase that goes down towards the Cellar. The storage area has multiple boxes lined along the back end of the hallway. On the right hand side is another hallway in similar fashion that has a staircase leading up to the send level. The closest room to the hallway on the left hand side is filled with filing cabinets that line up to the ceiling with a single desk and comfort chair. The room next door is another room lined with wine bottle cases filled with scrolls inside each hole.

The Level 2 area is where Domo Hoshigake and Hoshina Korazawa rests and keep their personals. There is a hidden door to the other side directly behind the staircase that goes down to the Level 1. The edging is open to allow Level 2 to look down to Level 1. Two beds with dressers and closets stay in place as well as weapons that both use stay on this area. On the other side of this area is an assortment of objects. On the top end near the staircase that leads down is a restroom. Directly in front of the staircase is a desk and chair used for documentation. In front of the desk is a large summoning seal placed on the floor to allow reversal summoning. Kozei Watanuki enjoys staying near to his work so his room is at the end of the hallway with a large queen sized bed and a single dresser.

The cellar is where the odd things are at. The Cellar has the smell of mold and death inside as it has a plethora of coffins laid with bodies in a cryogenic phase due to tubes that lay along the floor leading to a mass refrigeration system. The bodies inside each case are obviously dead. A series of boxes and filing cabinets lay along the sides with another single desk and chair lies at the far end of the cellar. At the far end the cellar near the desk is another summoning seal to transport bodies back and forth.

The girl stepped through the door to the Watanuki's info center. Wearing the porcelain mask and the headband of Yuki, it was going to be difficult identifying her as a missing Shinobi. The girl was well equipped. Having two Katana's in either sheathe. Carrying no less than 72 exploding tags, 2 smoke grenades, 1 Goo grenade and 2 incendiary grenades. Furthermore, in her vest, she carried all the items which could be considered medical equipment. Having stocked up 7 Blood pills and 5 soldier pills, she wasn't uncomfortable with being deep into enemy territory. With gentle and fluid movements, she approached an elderly Hyuuga, seeming to be the receptionist. The bloodline was easily identifiable for an Onigami, especially because she had worked together with a Hyuuga on the team she had left behind in snow. The Hyuuga appeared to be a business man, of some sorts. It seemed like he was the one she'd be addressing for more information. 

Taking a few steps closer, Yoshinee did a light bow before the Hyuuga. "Greetings Sir. I'm here on a request given to Yukigakure. Would you know where I have to go?"

The white haired man just glanced at the woman up and down some. A head tilted to the side as he glanced in his booklet. He stopped and reached into the shelf pulling out a paper and pen. "Name," he commented before looking up. "Also do you have proof of Yukigakure affiliation," he asked before staring at the woman.

He would wait to see what she would do. If she gave anything that was satisfying to him he would nod once more. "I will need to know the information you have. What kind of request, what kind of information. I need information before I can give you information," he continued with his soft spoken language. The man was a no nonsense type of man.

The girl nodded deeply. Straightening herself out, she eyed the Hyuuga through her mask. Having to be careful, she'd keep as many cards as possible in her hand. "I am affiliated with the ANBU and thus cannot give you my real name. My codename for this mission is 'Kelara.' I hope you understand. As for the information pertaining Yukigakure, and my affiliation thereto.."The girl handed over the scroll. If this was all a fluke, then things were going to drop to the floor right then and there. If not, she was likely to have put herself in a decent position. "The Yukikage recieved the scroll little more than two days ago. It speaks of a power that cannot fall into the wrong hands. I've been dispatched to assess this threat. The Yukikage is expecting my report before the end of the week." She answered politely. This was the most she could possibly give. If he started asking for additional proof before giving any information she'd have to simply turn down the request and leave.

The words echoed through the man's ears. He slowly reached forward and grabbed the scroll as she introduced herself as Kelara. He made a note of her saying she was affiliated with the ANBU and that was simply not right at all. He could tell she was lying. There was something off in how she said it, a twitch of some sort, some fluxuation, however he knew she was lying.

Holding onto the Scroll he opened it up without saying a word and read through the contents before glancing up towards her as she spoke once again. This was strike two in her lying to him, however he kept quiet about the situation.

Giving a nod he raised his hand up to her. "Please stop right there." he commented, still holding onto the scroll. "You have lied twice, I will not take a third lie," he continued. "I do not believe you being affiliated with the ANBU and I do not believe you that the Yukikage has received this scroll." he said with a soft sigh at the end. "However you do have this scroll so that means you are seeking information pertaining to the contents of which it brings up, and that I can help you with."

He placed his hands behind his back and stared at the young woman. "So, let us talk business," he said with a smile. "What do you think is worthy enough for the price of the information you seek," he continued to ask.

So, the Hyuuga had been able to tell that she was lying. How very interesting. Up until now noone had been able to catch a glimpse of the true meaning behind his words, yet this complete stranger had seen through her like a glass of water. What was even more interesting was, that he had not immediately done anything to surpress her movements, nor had he done anything to call for backup. The crimson eyes were watching each of his muscles, and she was sure of at least that much. 
"Ho..? You must be quite the people person. I must admit I am impressed. Noone has ever seen through me before. Considering you have the eyes of the Hyuuga, I guess I won't be needing my mask in here."
She mused to herself, seeming to be somewhat at ease as she removed the mask, holding it between her fingers, revealing her identity for a moment. Figuring that playing additional tricks would be detrimental to her cause, she then placed the mask back where it belonged. "What I have to trade for information is very limited. I can offer some military equipment and information. I have knowledge of things pertaining illegal acts within the country of Snow, which is why I came here alone in the first place. That power cannot be allowed into the hands of a nation so vile. I have knowledge of things within Hidden Rain. Else, perhaps we can strike a deal. I am interested in a very specific thing mentioned in that scroll. The power source. If there is anything else of value involved, I can guarantee the rest of the spoils in your hands." Everything she had said rang true. This was what she believed in.

The man raised his hand up when she mentioned Military Equipment and shook his head while closing his eyes. "No Equipment," he said softly. "Information however, now that is an interesting bargaining chip." he continued with a smile.

While holding onto his own notebook he quickly opened and glanced up at her before looking back down flipping through the pages. "This is how it works. You give me information, and I give something back equal value. Quid Pro Quo," he said calmly stopping at a certain page before looking back up to her. "As you know this is a B.I.N.G.O. office and Information is our greatest revenue. Now what you are asking for is the Power Source in which this scroll mentions," he said placing the scroll down as he was holding it before. "We cannot give that information as we have no idea what that source is, however what we can provide is a location that could lead you further into the rabbit hole." He smiled. "Do you have anything of value equal to the location of where you need to go?"

The girl bit her lip, tilting her head sideways, smiling underneath the mask. Withdrawing yet another document from her pouches. It was no longer sealed, but it carried the distinct mark of the Yukigakure. "This official document holds information about military actions taken by Yukigakure against the village of Mo and the village of Konoha. It even has an attentate mentioned against the Kage of Konoha. Such information should bring quite the prize, if used correctly. Though," She mused in a gentle tone. This was probably the best piece of information she had to offer. As a bonus, it was information she wanted the world to know, but so far only a few select had seen it, and none of them could produce any evidence to the claims.

"I do think this information, considering what you offer in return, is quite valueable. Perhaps you could also share the name of whoever provided the information of said power source, mmh?.. I think I'd like to pay said informant a visit before heading too deep into the rabbit hole." The more the girl could get to know, the better. Knowledge was power, the both of them knew that.

The man held out his hand hoping this young woman would hand it over to him. If she handed over to him he would open it and begin to look at it with a glance.

"I cannot give you the informant's name. It would be like giving the Village of Snow, or any other Village all information we have on you," he commented looking up at her. "I need some time to go over this if that is alright. If we feel it is adequate information, we will compensate you thoroughly. Actually we will go even beyond that and help you in even more detail," he continued before looking at the papers once again.

He sighed softly and placed the papers back, sealing the documents once again. Before long he looked up at the young woman once again. "Give us a day, come back tomorrow and we will give you everything we have available to give pertaining to what you are looking for." he finished looking at the young woman.

(You can say no if you want, you can try something else, it's a short post I know but not a lot I can actually give out. For the whole "Day thing" You don't have to actually go out and leave. Normally I would ask of that however since I took so long, I'll allow you to state you left, wondered the city, perhaps bummed a bed or something. I do suggest stating your character rested for the night if you decide to do what he asked for.)

The girl lit up in a bright smile. It was obvious at this point that she had asked the question with the hope of being denied information. Since if she couldn't just readily get information on other informants, then information about herself wasn't very likely to be shared either. Quite a good tradeoff, although it still left her somewhat in the dark. "That will be quite appreciated. Thank you for your help."  Yoshinee said in a brief and gentle voice, bowing lightly before the man. "Then I will take my leave." With that, she carefully made sure she had everything she needed. Turning around on her heel, she slowly left the building to find a place where she could rest for the night. Preferring a place that wouldn't be obbvious, she found herself a bank of sand outside town, far enough from roads or travel paths. Digging in sideways, she placed her sleeping bag in a way that'd keep the temperature stable through the night, while camouflaging it with the surroundings. Perhaps the girl just felt safer far from prying eyes... Tucking herself in, it didn't take long for her to fall asleep... When morning came, if nothing had disturbed her sleep, she'd be making her way back towards the broker... Before getting too close, she'd gather chakra into her eyes, seeing through all obstacles. The girl was merely checking wheter there were any traps or an ambush waiting. It was only for a moment, but rather safe than sorry. That was her motto.

Tasukeru (Seeing Life)
Rank: C, B, A, S
Skill: Doujutsu
Effect: Allows a full three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision and some predictability to physical attacks. Unlike Byakugan, the user sees life in its normal colors during this tech, no details spared. Signs of life, thermal readings and X Ray vision is near perfect. Can also read a determine the difference of a regular shinobi to that of one with a bloodline or if they house any foreign presence by the different chakra waves displayed when observed through Tasukeru. This does not mean one knows the BL right away. Must have encountered the BL before in order to know exactly who they are. The ‘C’ ranked version grants the user up to 50 meters of observing. Each new rank for the Jutsu will add 50 more meters. This can be trained multiple times after all the ranks are achieved in order to add 50 meters onto one’s total. Each extra training is worth an S ranked training.
Special: Although one is born with this jutsu, one must activate the eyes through training.
Drawback: Heavy chakra drain over time, especially when multiple phases of the Tasukeru are accessed. While Taijutsu can be predicted, the Onigami are not designed to have fast twitch muscles. As such, perfect blocking simply won’t happen all the time.
Description: Summoned through will, the scarlet eyes of the Onigami will grow a very vibrant neon red and all life becomes theirs to fully observe. Once activated, the user has a three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision, as well as the ability to see into other people’s bloods. For those allied to an Onigami, this jutsu is revered for making the Onigami known as the ultimate scouts.
Limit: Must be part of the Onigami BL.

As the young woman returned the young man nodded at her. He left her sight briefly before coming back with a small messenger bag. He placed the bag on the table and waited for the young woman to approach.

"I am glad you have returned," the man spoke out calmly as he opened the bag. "Every content in here is for you and for your journey," he continued looking up at her pulling out a scroll holder. "Inside this scroll you will find information leading to an oasis. Now our sources say there is no oasis there, however there was one centuries ago now dried up. From there you must then travel across the rolling dunes. Continue to follow the map and you will run across a rocky outcropping above another long-dead oasis. Here you will find a tomb within the rocks. From here we cannot help you, however this is as far as some of our sources have come."

The young man then pulled out a compass, a slot of sunrods, a 4 inch flash-light, and a slot of explosive pouches, and 30 meters of rope.

He looked up at her and gave a little head bow, "This is yours. I hope it proves useful for you."

The girl readily accepted the assistance which was given to her, looking at the man without saying a word. Rope, flashlight, explosive pouches, and an extra compass. Having an extra compass might not be the most useful thing, but one could never know when such a compass might break or otherwise stop functioning. Supposedly, she was headed to an Oasis. These people seemed to be mostly interested in keeping their business going, even if it meant trading with shady people like herself. Though, if she was to be honest, she had tried to protect the Hidden Snow from entering a pointless war where hundreds of people would die. That was what her honor dictated for her to do.

"I thank you for your assistance. Should I be succesful in shutting this power source down, I will be sure to inform you. Consider it a tip for your services."

With that, the girl would once more bow, before leaving the Broker to go over the contents of the scroll, and once she had made sure to note every single detail that she had been given, she'd be preparing to set off. Yoshi honestly liked Oasises. The sand, the water, the heat. They made excellent places for relaxation. A shame she had to go there in the name of business...

The man gave a nod as she made her comment. He waited for her to leave before he disappeared into the back and began his own work.

As he walked into the broker’s building Hitora was a bit taken aback by how nice the building had actually looked. The room he could see was well kept and even tidy, there were two guards immediately apparent and the tall man that was behind a nearby counter seemed to not be a pushover either. The young Uchiha slowly walked up to the nearest cabinet and knocked on it trying to draw some attention to himself. He was wearing his usual leather body suit that covered him from neck to ankle, emblazoned upon its chest was a large blue bird that stretched from shoulder to shoulder, front and back.

On his feet, he wore normal combat style boots that had greaves upon them and upon his arms he wore a pair of black leather gloves that had gauntlets built into them, or at least a similar level of protection. In his utility belt he had fifty-seven zipties, three bloodclot pills, a tracking device with sixty-four tracers, a rebreather, a line launcher, two glass cutters, a grapnel gun, a four-inch flashlight, sixteen glowsticks, fifty small marbles, thirty hira-shuriken, fifty-seven senbon, five kunai, five knives, thirty-two caltrops, a pair of binoculars, a compass, three flints and the world map.

He then smiled at the man as he pushed a very small amount of chakra into his eyes, turning them from their usual black to the red with two black comma-like shapes within. The youth had activated his Sharingan, mostly so that he could tell if the man was lying to him at all, and even if the man was a Hyuuga as his own eyes would indicate then he would be able to tell the amount of chakra he used was not nearly enough to be a threat and that the type of chakra he was molding wasn't that of a combat based technique.

Luckily the mask that he wore obscured direct sight into his eyes by most normal people, after clearing his throat the Uchiha began to speak “Hello sir, I am looking for some information on whats happened recently in the world, if you could please inform me, that would be lovely. I’d heard some nasty rumors about something happening in the land of waves or something on my way here, can you verify or tell me more? Or if that was outright wrong?” Hitora then waited for the information he sought.

  Effect: The Sharingan (写輪眼 "Copy Wheel Eye,") 2nd Tomoe allows the user to track movements and copy them for techniques. User is also capable of piercing stronger GenJutsus.

  Description: Sharingan (写輪眼 "Copy Wheel Eye,") 2nd Tomoe The eyes of the user turns red in color with a black pupil in the middle. Two Tomoe (Comma) appears along the opposite ends of the eyes. Each eye gains two Tomoe.

  Skill: NinJutsu
  Effect: A passive ability of the Sharingan that allows the user to determine whether the victim is lying or not through their body’s reaction.
  Special: User must look at the body motion and movement of the subject for the amount of a round.
  Drawback: Depending on which rank the user knows depends on the strength of this technique.
  Description: Actions speak louder than words and the human body is no exception. Body Language is one of the greatest sensory known out there and the Uchiha is capable of predicting truth. This technique is best suitable for interrogation purposes, as well as overall surveillance. When the user first learns the "C" rank version there is a 60% to sense if someone is lying. When the user learns the "B" rank version there is a 70% chance to sense if someone is lying. When the user learns the "A" rank version there is an 80% chance to sense if someone is lying. When the person learns the "S" rank version there is a 90% chance to sense if someone is lying.
  Limit: Must have Sharingan (写輪眼 "Copy Wheel Eye,") 2nd Tomoe.

The Hyuuga stared at the man and saw the chakra in his eyes. For just a moment he wondered if he would need to make some action to prevent its use. But stopping himself as he determined that the man was not here to cause trouble. Though he certainly seemed like he was dressed for an altercation should something occur. Eyeing him thoroughly up and down he finally spoke slowly and with a lot of emphasis. "When you enter the room. The blood limit goes off. Anything fishy and you die." The man said plainly. Finally the man lowered his shades and looked at the young Uchiha again. "Be careful what you say outside of this room... Not all ears are friendly." He said as he opened the door into the brokers meeting room.

Chuckling a bit, the young Uchiha slowly ceased the small flow of chakra to his eyes, smiling at the Hyuuga “I take it those eyes of yours won’t activate either then from here on out?” Hitora then held his hands up to show he meant no harm and just wanted the information that he had asked about. Hitora then slowly removed the mask on his face to reveal that he only had the normal black eyes that belied his true birthright. Hitora then placed the mask on again and looked at the Hyuuga again, wondering just what was going on from here on out.

The dark eyed man then listened as the Hyuuga told him to be careful of what he said outside of the room and that not all ears were friendly. The Uchiha shrugged and walked into the door the man had opened, wondering just what was on the otherside of said door.

The Hyuuga returned none of the mans playfulness. Simply he opened the door. 

The room that was entered was long and old fashioned. It was made of hard wood filled with oak furniture and velvet pillows. The room was filled in the scent of cigar smoke and brandy. There at the far end of a long table flanked by two guards was the information broker. This time he was dressed in a pin stripe suit and a had his hands wrapped around a brandy glass. A gold signet ring pressed against the glass as he stirred the drink in his hand. The other hand was loosely grasping a cigar in his other hand that was filling the room with its woody scent. 

The man turned his attention over to the Young Uchiha who walked into the room. Moving his hand over to the middle of the desk and ashing his cigar into a golden ash tray. "What can I do for you?"

Looking around at the dark, yet old and opulent room was a bit strange, it was a kind of room design he had never seen before and then the disgusting scent of cigar smoke hit him. It was nothing like the smell of the sulfur yet at the same time it was worse. Hitora walked up to the table, his hands where the guards could see him as the Uchiha slowly just continued to walk closer and closer so that he could look the man in the face. Hitora then took a deep breath yet also tried to avoid the smoke of the cigar.

“I’m looking for some information, recently I heard about some…trouble somewhere in the world, the reports I’m hearing is its near or in the land of waves however to go that far when I should be headed home on just a hunch with no real evidence behind it would be quite silly as I’m sure you know. What I wish to know is what the story is? Whats going on with the land of waves or this big issue I’m hearing about. I’ve also heard rumors about something involving the Chūnin Exams and this…issue, as wise as you are I’m sure you know something about this, correct?”

Hitora continued to look the man straight in the face, Hitora’s own betraying no emotion beyond pure curiosity. Hitora had after all spent who knows how long away from the village and he needed to return, but if he had the chance to help this island chain he’d heard rumor of as well as advance in rank all at the same time, well that was a thing to do indeed as that would only aide the village greatly.

"So what if I do know information?" The man said taking a puff of his cigar and blowing a smoke ring. "Lets say I do know of this information you are after..." The man rolled the brandy glass back and forth in his hand before looking back up at the man. "What's it worth to you?" The man let the words hang in the air for a moment before taking another puff of his cigar.

Rolling his eyes behind his mask some the young Uchiha smirked a bit and said “What about information for information? If you give me what I want to know, I’ll tell you a secret that no one else knows yet, something that only one other person in the whole world knows.” Hitora was not one of the best when it came to the art of the deal but he knew that he had some very rare information now thanks to his training. “And to sweeten the deal I can also give you some information you might not have due to an information blackout on a certain island.

So, do we have a deal Mr. Broker or shall I go to one of the other information brokers with this info I have and see if they have what I seek. I personally would prefer to deal with you but you know how it goes if you don’t want the deal then shame but someone always will pay for what I know.” Hitora then relaxed a bit to give him the appearance of having the upper hand in the negotiations.
