A thrombus in a large blood vessel will decrease blood flow through the vessel that has been damage. So that the blood will then thicken and form a clot of blood cells and fibrin strands to stop the bleeding when blood vessel is severed.
Limit: Found in Any Hospital Shop
Cost: 500 Each
Soldier Pill x2
Location: Every Region
Preparation: Ingredient include: Ginseng, Gariig. First you will need to take the Gariig found only in desert regions and ground it up with a mortar and pestle. After it has become fine sand like substance, you will need to set up a bowl where you will then place the Ginseng leaf in. After grinding the ginseng up and mixing it with the ground Gariig, you will need to make the two into a pill. To do this you just mix the powders in water then let them dry molding it into a ball/pill like shape.
Special: Can be made by finding things in nature based off of the ingredients rarity, or found within any medical item shop.
Description: Soldier pills are used to increase stamina as well as chakra, but have the downside of once they wear off (after about 3 days) the user will suffer from severe fatigue and anxiety (probably due to the fact that soldier pills are like supercharged speed). Essentially, after taking a soldier pill, whatever chakra/stamina you have remaining is doubled. It does not increase your chakra/stamina past its maximum, and if you take one when you have full endurance it will actually negatively affect you by giving you a mild seizure. For example: you have 40% chakra left, after taking this pill it increases to 80% left.
Drawback: the effects of the pill will wear off after the thread it was used in is over, or 3 travel days, at which point you will suffer from anxiety and fatigue. The fatigue will make it so all of your movement abilities are halved and you will not be able to perform any techniques equal to or higher then your class level. The fatigued effect will wear off after 10 IC posts. If you take a pill when you have full chakra/stamina, then you will suffer from a mild seizure because the excessive hormones within your body will cause an odd overload in some of your systems which will cause a type of shockwave to your brain. The seizure will incapacitate you for 5 posts, and you will still suffer the fatigue drawback caused by taking the pill normally.

Character Depth
Personality:
Hatsu Datte is a pretty easy going individual. Having spent most of his life in a dreamlike state, he learned that bad things happen all the time and most of the time, nobody would or could do something about it. If something bad happens, Hatsu feels no remorse and simply accepts it as a fact of life. It is for this reason that he doesn’t care much about the history of the shinobi world. However, if there is a tragedy which he can affect, he will not hesitate to try making the situation better.
For example, if someone were to get into a fight with another individual, Hatsu would try to reason with the two. He might even try to restrain one of them. However, he had vowed never to intentionally harm another living creature. Therefore, he would simply leave if things got out of hand. He felt as though it was not his place to intervene if his words and actions couldn’t resolve a conflict in a nonviolent fashion. The only situation where he would harm someone is if his life depended on it, however this had never happened since he could always just dissipate and run away.
Hatsu Datte does feel rage at some points in his life. He gets angry when people try to talk to him about politics. Although he is technically loyal to his village, as one of its employees, he didn’t really care who ran the place or whether or not certain policies were put into place. Again, he felt as though it wasn’t his place to intervene. He was, after all, a neophyte in the realms of society and his opinions would be out of the norm.
What makes Hatsu happy? Other people’s happiness seems to do the trick. He spends a considerable amount of time helping the elderly and the lonely in an attempt to make them feel better. He even takes time to talk to criminals about their problems. He found that most people just want someone to talk to, and he was a perfect listener.
Hatsu Datte typically doesn't do anything for the sake of his village, which probably meant he would never be promoted to anything higher than Genin. He was deemed a failure by the Academy staff and was only passed because he was able to perform tests on wooden dummies and perform chakra controlled techniques relatively easily. There wasn't much value in a Genin who wouldn't fight, so Hatsu Datte was usually assigned to menial tasks.
Gohan does have a few friends and makes them pretty easily. He will typically stalk a potential friend for a few weeks before figuring out if they meet his qualifications. Then, he will use the information he had learned to his advantage and befriend them. While this meant he could make almost anyone his ally if given time, he did not make friends easilly well during impromptu meetings.
Appearance:
media.animevice.com/uploads/1/14818/313020-teen_gohan_by_mickjonesjr.png (teen Gohan, just taller)
Hatsu Datte is six feet tall and about 180 pounds. He looks somewhat fit even though he doesn’t do hardly any exercise. He doesn’t look to have much muscle either due to his slim stature. His skin itself seems to always be dry, almost scaly to an extent, however it is not that noticeable. Hatsu Datte has yellow hair that is always a huge mess, brown eyes, and eyebrows that make him always seem calm and collected. His lips were somewhat thin, and his jaw was chiseled. The look didn’t seem all that natural, but Hatsu has only spent a few years of his life awake.
Hatsu Datte typically wears orange or blue shirts which always match his pants, belt, shoes, and wristbands. He wasn’t really one to understand fashion and just bought whatever they had at the store. He actually preferred walking around naked. However, people didn’t seem to like this any more than his naked form, so he wore clothes for their sake. If out of the public eye though, Hatsu would slip out of his clothes and go commando.
When undergoing stress, Hatsu Datte’s eyes start to sparkle and his brows furrow. It makes him seem as though he has some kind of anger disorder. At the same time, his hair stands up a bit, giving him the appearance of a super sayain with. It is pretty common for his whole body to simply quiver when thinking hard or trying to push his limits.
When using his bloodline, he typically stands still and focuses. It isn’t uncommon for him to close his eyes while he manipulates metal. His lips tighten and become thin when he does so. Since he is just a neophyte, he isn’t that skilled so he bursts into fits of rage when he fails. When he does so, he appears to be a madman of some sort.
Hatsu Datte was born with the ability to manipulate wind. Although he has yet to learn how to fully control it, he sometimes picks up particulates that seem to float around in his body. For example, if he spent an hour manipulating sand or water, he might have a chunk of the stuff lodged in his body and hair which was difficult to remove since it seemed to be bonded to his essence.
Being lightweight in air form and likewise being prone to getting blown away from time to time, Hatsu often wears a heavy coat when it is very windy outside. He has a few bulges on his body when fighting to keep his essence together. The bulges have never been permanent, but he seems to get them so often that it appears that way.
Background:
Hatsu Datte was born in the Wind country, like most of those in his kind. However, he was born asleep. He existed in a comatose state, needing medical attention to sustain his basic bodily functions until the age of 14. On this fourteenth birthday, Hatsu Datte opened his eyes for the first time, and instantly turned into air. It was at that moment that he realized he could feel all the air around him. Being unable to even think, he let the wind carry himself out of a nearby window and out into the world.
And so his life officially began. He was unable to move his essence, but he was able to observe and fly himself from place to place. Feeling as though he was air itself, Hatsu Datte allowed himself to be carried around the world, watching over all forms of life. This was how he came to understand much of how the world worked. He allowed nature to carry him through forests, mountains, and basically every terrain imaginable. It wasn’t long before he yearned to travel outside the boundaries of the ninja world and venture to uncharted territory. A year passed in this Scirocco state until Hatsu Datte finally learned to control his body to interact with the world around him.
It was a brisk morning, sometime after his fifteenth birthday. Over the past year or so, Hatsu Datte had come to have a deep affection and slight jealousy towards all forms of life, believing that life itself was the most precious thing in the world. After debating the origins of life, Hatsu Datte’s essence happened to be floating past a deer that had been injured trying to escape from a vicious beast. This wasn’t the first time he had seem death, and it always pained him to watch harm or death befall any form of life. However, he felt that he should at least try to help the deer.
Hatsu Datte followed the deer and beast for a few minutes and watched helplessly as the deer was cut open by the beast’s claws. Crying out in anguish, Hatsu Datte’s essence wrapped around the beast and started constricting the beast’s neck until it fell lifeless to the ground. The Scirocco was both shocked and anguished. Shocked because he had actually been able to influence something in this world and fearful because he had harmed a beautiful life form. It wasn’t even as if he had saved the poor deer who would bleed out in a matter of hours. It was at this moment that his value for life greatly increased. He would vow to protect all forms of life from now on.
Hatsu Datte continued to travel around the world. This was much easier now that he had some control over his body. With his new found outlook on life, he took to performing favors and only ingesting plants. It wasn’t long before he came across a temple of the kaishiba faith. It was here that he felt the most comfortable, but he knew he couldn’t linger. Still unable to form a body, he wouldn’t be able to contribute much to their society.
It didn't take long for him to make his way to the Mist village, where he planned on camping out and trying to focus on forming a body. He soon mastered the skill and applied for residence after explaining his situation. He soon took to the academy, since shinobi were the only ones legally allowed to leave most of the time, to find that he had quite a knack with manipulating chakra. After he graduated, he vowed to return to the kaishiba temples and learn their teachings of god.
