Feelings of calm must never enter into your mind during a fight. It's okay to be distressed, but being too calm is dangerous in a fight. The state of calmness dulls your abilities. If it's intensified with a charm, you can stop fighting completely. That leaves you as a sitting duck for whatever attacks may come next. Be caught by that calm, and you'll probably find yourself death in the next few seconds. More of a reason to repel such a state of mind.

Your strength comes from anger, but your logic and tactics come from solid system of a reasonable mind. You must be both to be a powerful foe. Balancing everything is the path to the greatest strength. Upon covering the intruders of the mind, you can use the rest of the soul on other improvements towards your resistances. You should activate this at the start of each day and every night before you sleep, to keep it going to the end of eternity.

Feelings that you can't explain are enemies. Perhaps they are legitimate, but there is the possibility that it entered from outside. Don't let thoughts grow without an idea of the seed. If you ever find yourself laughing from a joke that popped out of your past memories, shut that feeling down. It has no place in a lifestyle among the shinobi. If a stray thought should slip through at the most critical of times, you are prone to failure.

Politicians change their minds to gain favor from their supporters, but you are not anything like a politician. Keep your beliefs rigid. Do not doubt when you're already in the process of completion. Even if you accidentally find yourself in the shoes of a hero, do not charge the course of your actions. When you decide on something, see it through. To have your decisions shifted is another possible form of manipulation, to change your mind.

Changing your mind is a natural thing, but it can also be unnaturally induced. Who's to say the reason for deciding to show mercy? Especially when that was never part of the plan before. There are times we don't understand why we act, but that is unusual. True, without manipulation, we can still find ourselves off the path of our original choice. That said, it isn't a habit you should ever gain. A uneven mind can not strike true with certainty.

Go through from start to end on what you decided first. There is time for regrets and hindsight afterward, but you must rely on yourself until then. The worst you can do is nothing at all. If you stop before making a proper point, then it's all in vain. It's better to fail than to halt, as then you at least come out with a result. You'll know in your mind if you're right, if you're wrong, or if there is no truth to the goal that you wished to achieve.

Don't laugh in a fight, even when something is funny. Don't be fooled by humor into letting your guard down. It's an instinct that is of no point in your profession. Humor is for social settings. It can be used in the most dire of wars, in order to lift the spirits of the troops, but it is largely of no use. The act of laughing actually restricts the muscles of your face, which puts you in danger of missing important details of the current moment.

In a battle, all you should notice are the attacks, defenses, and supporting moves. Focus on their actions, not your feelings about such actions. There's plenty of time to recount a match after it has passed. Know what they are striking with. Recognize the movements of special attacks. Understand their defensive fortifications and weak openings. When they are frozen still, consider the possibility of an after image. If their movements do nothing, be wary.

The most dangerous part of deception mental manipulation is making you believe the result was your intention. Keep a clear head, and you will know when your goal is truly fulfilled. If you didn't actually feel your attack hitting its mark, how can you be sure of why they are laying on the ground with blood? Doesn't that seem likely to be a form of deception upon your mind? Confirm your surroundings just as you confirm your kills.

You have to look out for autopilot accidents. Those are what occur when you black out from indecision. Something you get too used to doing, such as punching, becomes lost in your memory and never saved. Don't get stuck in a rut, or that will put off your mental understandings. Keep your actions as direct and effective as ever, don't stop being pragmatic. It's just wise to keep in mind that your actions must be fresh and new enough.

A meditating mind crumbles away, but you have to make sure your thinking stays. Compulsions and charms should not touch you, but they aren't needed to force your mind out of sync with the rest of your body. Never go overboard with a clear head. Everything is healthy in moderation. A blank state will never be affected by genjutsu, but will also be dangerously vulnerable to everything that may bounce in. You lose your interaction and senses.

If you want, try and focus on the feeling of victory. Don't jump straight to it, but work so that your triumph makes sense in the end. A legitimate victory over your foe. Those thoughts focus you, but as I've said before, keep to moderation. Too much anticipation puts you out of the present condition. That makes your actions sluggish, leading to defeat, instead. The sins are strengths, at the correct levels of use. It's healthy to be the jack of all trades.

There's little that can make one immune to the colors of other illusions, but the mind is your own by sheer determination. You fill the cells of your brain better than any other entity, for that is the core of your existence. It connects soul, body, and mind, as you access all three from that single origin point. If those matters were truly separate, then it would be impossible to manipulate it in our own favor. It's all connected like the strands from clothing.

Avoid intoxication, when you walk the path of a clear mind. That liquid, though as slow as life to kill, does dangerous harm to the sanity of your mind. Not even the supposed fighting style of drunkards is a reasonable enough exchange. We, in all our lifetimes, are never fully drunk. We drink on appropriate occasions, but only enough for a dull buzz. Anything more would put our long life in danger. Every sip is a penalty for others to take advantage of.

Keep in motion, with unending thoughts. It is not against the idea of a clear head, it's what maintains it. Stray thoughts that only belong to you will block out the infections of enemy deceptions. Just be sure that the stray thoughts are definitely yours, and not imitations. You should know the origin of all thoughts and ideas. They will have a place in your senses and memories. At times, it comes from your personality. Know yourself, and you will win.

When you're able to fight while disregarding the voices of others, you are freed from the curse of sway. Weightless words have no power over your mind. A person that does not care is not touched by speeches or urgings. No favor can be asked of them, even if it's subliminal in its delivery. The truly uncaring soul will drift across the seas, until the day it sinks beneath. The difference between them and you is that you have a drive for destinations.

Don't doubt the strength of conversation. Even without the addition of chakra, the right words can be dangerous if said to the right people. You must not let even the most convincing of words sway you. Charisma may be a weapon of the people, but you are a pure weapon on your own. Arguments, no matter how they're made, should not alternate your understanding of a situation. Rely on facts that you interact with, not the telling of the past.

A clear mind can see the world as it is. You can see the different shades of green, and the approach of decaying vegetation. Things that move much faster, like a fist, will be caught by your vision as well. Illusions and deceptions, as powerful as they may be, will seem wrong in the world. They won't fit, like neon pink against midnight black. Although they stand out, don't think of them as pointless. Shadows can become very real, so avoid what you can.

Combined with the fearless soul, your mind will resist the horrors of mental inflections. You will only have to worry about illusions of color, of senses outside your mind. Those are less avoidable, but can be reflected with other means. Your singular goal with a clear mind is the repel the effects of the worst illusions. The illusions that force you against your will, even without the slightest notice from you. We must never let that happen.

Stronger opponents are able to overwhelm the clarity of your mind. Thankfully, and trust me when I say this, upon understanding this mental defense, you will reach the height of your power. As you increase all of your strengths and decrease all of your weaknesses, your mental resistance grows as well. It's just a little, but every bit adds to a grand mountain of protection. An understanding of growth, which is gained from constant and thoughtful stimulation.

A superior body, a superior mind, and a superior soul. The trio of these will make up the entirety of your power. The mind is perhaps the easiest, since its limits are within bounds. There's only so much you can improve, and a clear mind is one of the biggest steps to the path. Once you block out two of the most dangerous forms of deception, you are left only about half a dozen others. Most are weak, and do not leave a physical misstep upon you.

No more headaches from the pins sent to the mind. Clear thoughts provide a fortress stronger than any other, which deflects all strikes without a bare notice. A true and clear mind and withstand all care of the world. You will be an outsider, beyond the herd of sheep that would so willingly fall to a corruption of their mind. Along with that, you gain the ability to stand among fellow lords of the people. Only royal souls may ignore charms and compulsion.

Having a mind that is immune to the touch of compulsion and charm does not prevent you from inflicting such things yourself. It is easy to repel, and it is just as easy to find an opening in your own barrier to safely send out similar attacks. It would simply be stupid to deprive yourself of the regal power of population control. There is no need to feel empathy for those too weak to defend themselves. This is a power we gained by the generations.

The fortress of a clear mind is a one way defense. It does not trap you like the absolute tenkai, rather, it allows you to throw a burn while wearing the hide of volcanic dragons. If you carry a powerful poison, always have the antidote. Have several antidotes, when you can. There are few things as humiliating as being hoist up by your own strengths. They will love you, with all the powers you inflict from high above. Yet you will be forever safe.

I employ this technique daily, or at least I did when I was in control. You should as well. A mind immune to all the lies is something that should be kept to eternity. It only ever takes a few seconds to do so, and the benefits outweigh the bothersome need for identical daily activities. The most powerful of illusions can last till your death, and some even beyond your death. It's not something to make yourself a target of through your era.

It isn't paranoid, when you know the dangers of what you're defending against. Okay, maybe it's a bit paranoid. Regardless, keep this mindset active and you will never find yourself a slave. There is no better defense as a lord or lady of divine birth. Contingencies must be everywhere. On your skin in the form of elemental and impact defense. In your blood as a form of toxin resistance. Then within the mind as you learn now, where no one can control.

The beauty of washing away the obstructions of your mind is that you can also remove what may already exist. Upon placing this technique on yourself, no other can ever walk alongside your mental world. If you do this daily, there should be no need for such a cleansing, but there may be times where you forget. That's all fine, another flaw as humans. It's just good to keep in mind that the technique works after the danger itself.

The dreamscape is a path outside, and it likewise leaves your open for attack. A mind must be protected, especially during your slumbers. In sleep, everything goes dark. We lose our presence as well as ourselves. It's something we have to go through, as well. There is no avoiding slumber, unless you want to be intoxicated with fatigue. Being drunk would be a better alternative to that, so keep this active even before you sleep.

You haven't learned it yet, but there is a way to turn illusions against other original users. Even if you establish absolute control over someone, a powerful illusionist can take your technique and send it back. Reflects such as those will cause terrifying harm. As a strong illusionist, you may not be so used to the feeling of being affected by your own hand. That's generally a weakness of all who are born with strength, when their power is stripped away.

Do not walk bare to the world. If you have the ultimate sword, prepare an ultimate shield to defend from your weapon. You never know when your weapon may be disarmed, just as your illusions can be. If you ever lose that fight, have a clear mind ready for the war ahead. There is no way to keep your dominance at all times. In the nature of the world, you will eventually be challenged by another that walks a similar path. That will be an exciting day indeed.

You can't stop everything, those who try will often fall. Invincibility is such a rare thing. Even so, with this fortress of thought prepared, you are at least invincible to those that rely so much on the most powerful of illusions. What use is their greatest strengths, if they can not fill a full vessel? That's another way to see this technique of mental soul protections. Fill your thoughtful cup, your mind, so that no other can fill it for you.

Resistance is refusal. If they should decide to come up to your door, shut it in their face. They have no right to disrupt your world. The realm of the mind, at least for a master of thought, should be a private as any separate dimension. No other can step in the realm except for yourself. Their touch is as poison as cyanide. Neat freaks may have a good idea of the situation. The room of your own is best suited when it's as clean as the emptiest space.

Beyond even a home. Do not ever invite a person to play in your mind. Lies can still slip through the gaps, so no bond of trust can be as sure as the color of the sky, and even that color can be doubtful in our eyes. It doesn't require that you be doubtful during an exercise, but you should never give anyone your full trust. You alone, although perhaps with your past lives, must be isolated. You're the only one who will never betray yourself.

It's not denial, to have a mind like this. Rather, it's the acceptance of yourself. To deny is to refuse admitting that something is there. To accept yourself is to be clear of what you alone hold to your heart. People can write all the autobiographies they want. No matter how detailed their words become, they will never be able to display all over their experiences in full. There are such memories that just won't exist in the realm of vocabulary.

Assured of the defense from this technique, only such things as phantasms can corrupt your head. Even so, with the mental defense against all illusions, they will rarely be an issue. Rarely, but still possible, is what you should take from that. Charms are emotions that you hide inside. Compulsions are the order to the ret of your body. Phantasms tap into your memory, which is too strong for your soul to occupy. That becomes your new nightmare.

To be faithful in yourself is the best state of being. No one knows you better, no matter how long they have been with you. Even us, your past lives, do not hold an understanding of self like you do. We are all the masters of our own mind. Recognize when something isn't fitting, and then you will have no issue breaking from the holds of mesmerizing manipulation. Notice everything without being distracted off topic, it's an important secondary skill.

Every technique leaves its tracks. When erasing it, you may still have a kick of what was done to you before. If that still exists, do not quite sweep it away. Let it sink deeper into your memory so that you can better defend against it down the line. To be specific, it's like the process of your blood. What does slip through the cracks of mental defense should be taken, held, studied, and analyzed. Then you may find alternative fortifications.

If you're curious, then I'll explain the details of your blood process. When invaded by a foreign force, the body will sustain heavy damage. It is not prepared from an unexpected blow like that. Just the same, corruptive thoughts are also similarly dangerous. Upon your first experience, you will feel the full dread of a technique. There is nothing more frightening than the new and unknown. It is wise to put all your mind to use against that.

Your soul is a copy of yourself, and all that you've let pass. It is a blueprint, a lot like the cells of your body. You can able to trust it, as you are the only creator. Chakra's different, since it comes from all sorts of sources. It is born of people, and all living things in general. An energy of spirit that is outside the realm of your body. That is why it must be rejected. That is why mental immunity is a division of the soul rather than your chakra.

The heart can only take so much at once. Attacks of illusions are born alongside the beat of your heart. In our weakest moments, the heart will beat with the most force. It is trying its best to restore your body. Blood will go rushing everywhere, included the brain. It's a valiant effort by your heart, to attempt a fix on your mental state with physical improvements. It won't work, but it's a nature defense to all damage against your body.

There is one thing though. That enhanced healing gives birth to some pretty good thoughts. If you ever assault another with illusions, don't be merciful. If you use too weak of an assault, they will shrug it off and resist. Just as experienced blood will build up immunity, and experience mind will find a natural defense against mental issues. They may not be fully immune, but every mental blockade has a loophole to step around.

Haha, it's kinda like a chicken with its head cut off, isn't it? If you don't put up a proper mental defense, that's how you end up when assaulted with powerful enough genjutsu. You will lose your head, in a manner of speaking, and run about without any idea of where you're going. The problem is that the mind isn't completely shut down like a headless chicken, so tactics and logic can still be used by your foe in such a scenario.

Keep this in mind for when your defense fails, as well. Know the ins and outs of how to fight without all your focus and understanding. Always have various jutsu available to attack your surroundings. When you lose control of your mind, cover your entire surroundings in a blaze. Let them burn, and the illusion will be lifted as their own mind melts away. After that, clear your head again, or whatever you need to do in order to lift a veil of deceit.

There is a supreme non-lethal strike as well, which works against humans in general. However, it works best on men. I am talking, of course, about the shot to the privates. A hit below the waist, as they say. It is the spot with the highest concentration of sensitive nerves. The universal weak spot of the average human. The idea of striking there is perceived to down even the greatest of foes. It's also quite embarrassing on the receiving end.

It may not seem too serious to you, but this is a legitimate move. You don't necessarily have to train in it, because of it's simplicity, but it's something to keep in mind. Many people crumble not because of a fractured body, but because they are in too much pain to continue. In order to inflict as much pain as possible, it would be ideal to set off as many nerves as possible in a single attack. That is chiefly why a groin attack is so devestating.

It doesn't make much skill for you to take down another person with this strike, but there must be practice for it to be truly effective. If you're off by just the slighting bit, the pain won't be enough to stun your opponent. It'll definitely be painful, but it has to reach a certain level before movements are actually impaired by a single strike. You must not hesitate, either. Though we can ignore it, there are times when empathy can pass by.

Strength is what determines the devastation, and the right spot must be struck. The private regions of the body are difficult to strike, despite what novels may make it seem. It isn't as simple as a kick, especially if your enemy is trained in combat. They wouldn't be so stupid to leave just an obvious weakness unguarded for the world to attack. There may even be some that protect themselves with a cup, though that's not much use against your strength.

There isn't much of a crunch when it all goes down, but the crotch is sensitive to all, including females. The right hit will bring anyone down, no matter who you are. All you have to do is stay on target. Nerves gather around that region of the body because of how important it is to a person. That also becomes a human's downfall. Pain is our primary method of detection for danger, but overwhelming senses of pain also brings us to our knees.

You're not that short, but you're not that tall either. This makes the technique even better. When towering brutes try to close the distance, you can match up with them and fill their hearts with regret. Your fist is already enough to punch full grown men tens of meters into the distance, you can only shudder to think what would happen against the private regions of the human body. I'm sure men wouldn't dare fight they you made this a specialty move.

I heard the examinations are going to be on a boat, so you better get used to water before you head out. Most of the planet is filled with water, and it's very dangerous to find yourself on top of the sea without a method to calm the waves. We can't fly forever, so water must be a realm that we can control without hindrance. It's a very basic substance, but also one that brings us a lot of strength on the sea. A situational power, unlike fire.

Liquid flows to what it is contained within. It is ever so reliant on the surroundings. Our fire bursts out so long as there is air. With water, you need to be in the presence of it. There is water within the wind, but that is difficult to extract if you are not a master of the craft. Usually you just need large bodies of the substance to use. Our fire is hindered if we ever find ourselves underwater, so this technique becomes extremely important.

The best way to control water is to become a channel for it. You have to make yourself a path, a road, and make the water follow it. Only a bit of force will be needed to direct water that is already in existence. It can either be made to converge upon you, or be thrown through the air at a target. You just need to arrange your chakra like a tube, which the water will try its best to follow through. Without hindrance, it'll reach the end path.

Water generally needs to be pure, or at least have a majority be the significant substance. Mud can be manipulated with certain techniques, but fresh and sea water are required for most liquid jutsu. Remember that you techniques lift the target release substance, so the lack thereof will become wasted chakra. A path for water will have no effect on burning flames or crumbling rubble. You have to gear yourself for what you have available.

Death by drowning is frightening. People who have experienced the sensation to be trapped beneath water will have an innate fear of the substance. We've had a few close calls ourselves, but the element has fallen to our control before long. Water is all-consuming within its container. It won't stop till ever opening is filled to the brim. Humans are just empty space to it, which it will try to invade with access.

Water pressure must be kept in mind when you are casting water release jutsu. The pressure of water is where the raw damage comes from. The higher the pressure, the more water shares characteristics with solid objects. Although it flows freely, it becomes strong if it isn't given somewhere to flow to. Water is hard to compress, unlike the winds. Although it can be contained, it takes a set amount of space just like regular solid substances.
