We don't have too much time to get into mastery techniques, so we'll just teach you how to breath underwater. The process is simple enough. You have to split water apart from air, so that you can breath normally when you find yourself under the waves. You should also guard your eyes and ears, so that you can see while unaffected by the pure pressure of deep water. There's a lot of factors to cover, but the technique requires very little power.
Splitting water into air is the most vital part. You need to realize that water has air infused inside. In fact, if water was broken down to its rawest components, it would just end up being some air. Interesting, isn't it? Liquid is formed by the unseen force of gas that exists all around us at all times. It's almost like building something from nothing, but we know that air is anything but nothing. It's what truly filled the surface of the world.
To divide air for yourself, you need a layer of chakra over your mouth and nose. These layers will act as shredders. As water passes through the layer of energy, it gets torn apart like paper through a flame. Just as the burning process reduces paper into thin ashes, the ripping process of the chakra will divide the water into its respective forms of air. As the air then filled your mouth, you will find yourself able to breath at any depth of the ocean.
You know well enough about the sensation of popping ears. That's the effect of pressure, or rather pressure change. Ears pop above ground due to air pressure, but water pressure is more intense. Water is a heavier substances, and transfers force more readily than the air. If you don't protect yourself, the pressure can rupture your eardrums, leaving you deaf. It's definitely too big of a risk to leave unaddressed. Hearing is very important, yeah?
To shield water pressure from your ears, another bit of chakra is needed. This second bit of chakra is used like ear muffs or ear plugs. It blocks out water from your eyes, although it still lets sound through to hear. Basically it's a filter against water. No matter what, liquid won't pass through the chakra, but anything else will have no issue. As we've discussed before, when chakra is dedicated, it won't shift to manipulate anything else.
Last is the eyes, since you need to see while underwater. Without goggles, everything underwater just becomes a blur. You have the mono-goggle, but you also need chakra goggles for your free eye. It has to keep water out just like the ears, but in a way that doesn't impair sight. The chakra lens must be rigid, so that the underwater image is as clear as looking through regular glass goggles of any kind that may be waterproof.
