Only a Latin speaker would recognize the name of the ship as 'Cenos Forever'. Two men in metal plate armor waited near the gangplank. They took no interest of passersby unless they drew too close to the ship. A close inspection would reveal the stylized armor the guards wore would be the same as those who delivered the letters, if anyone had any skill of observation. It would be an immediate clue to tell them they were in the right place.[/ul]

Finally in the Land of Tea! Rahael exited with her past teacher and onto the crowded boarding docks. Pulling out the letter, she noted that the directions pointed her towards a specific area, this magnificent boat with words painted that she didnt understand at all. "Maybe..." She started as she approached, the letter held out in front of her.

On her person were two short swords, a katana, compass, global and Kumo map, a wireless radio and the clothes on her back. Her blank eyes stared up at the boarding area of this boat with the Latin written across it, then tot he guards who stood by the boat, curious as to their purpose. "I this the..meeting area for the Queen?" Rahael asked loudly, tilting her head, debating on activating her byakugan.

The girl would not even be able to recognize the language of Latin, having no familiarity with the language at all. One of the guards turned his head slightly to look to the young girl. "You would do wise not to speak that name." His lips barely moved as his eyes looked around to make sure no one else nearby heard her. "You have reached the correct point." He said, speaking normally now. "There are others yet to arrive. Stay within the area so we may leave quickly." He told her.

Clearly there was no boarding the ship just yet. There were restaurants or bars to patron if she desired. Sailors wandered or lazed about could be chatted up. A few young children, aging no more than six, ran across the docks, chasing each other. Two pudgy boys chased a stray dog into a nearby alley. The sounds of a yelp would barely reach the dock.

"Not speak a name that is apparently admissible to the Kage? Interesting." She murmured to herself, turning her attention to the two boys who were off chasing a dog. she had a terrible soft spot for animals, and a yelp did not fair well in most cases. "Brats." She growled, focusing for a moment before Activating her Byakugan. Out to 90 meters she focused her eyes, seeing far in whatever direction she focused, while being able to see all around her for 18 meters without turning her head, save for the 1 degree angle behind her thoracic vertebrae.

Where ever the boys were, if they were within her range of sight, she would search for them, heading in the direction she had seen them running before, already peeved and irritated at the thought they may have hurt this animal. "I swear if they did anything..." Gritting her teeth, she hastened her steps, more than sure she was the first of however many were meant to go on this trip.

Description: Picture An Eye jutsu for the Hyūga Clan. When activating the user's eyes dilate in the same white color as veins bulge out of the corner of the eyes. The user can activate this technique as a "C" Rank technique taking up handseals. The user is able to see through and thus ignore lighter forms of concealment, such as smoke or mist. The user may concentrate for an amount of Handseals equal to a "C" Rank Technique while their Byakugan is active to gain the See Chakra and See Through Chakra effects for as long as the user concentrates and their Byakugan remains active. Deactivating this Ability takes up no movements. When the user learns this technique the 1st 2 times they train it as a regular "C" Rank Jutsu. When the user learns this technique the 2nd 2 times they train it as a "C" Rank Jutsu +10 Training Points. When the user learns this technique the last time they train it as a "C" Rank Jutsu +20 Training Points.

Telescopic Eye x5

Skill: Supplementary
Effect: The user is able to see much further than normal and access an X-Ray ability.
Special: ---
Drawback: Must have the Byakugan active. May learn up to ∞ times.
Description: When concentrating to See Through Chakra, the character can also spend time equal to Handseals to gain the ability to see through objects with X-ray like vision up to 10 meters from the user. This does not impede the user's line of sight and the distance a user can normally see, however they simply will not be able to use the X-ray ability beyond 10 meters. When the user first learns this technique the user trains it as a regular "C" Rank Jutsu. Each additional training allows the user to use the X-Ray ability for an additional 10 meters. For every 50 meters the user trains an additional +10 Training Points added to their previous training. The user also suffers a penalty to Observation checks every 15 meters instead of every 3 meters. If user loses an eye (has 1 eye) Telescopic Eye is reduced by 50%. Future learning also reduces distance by 50%.
Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan. Must know Byakugan.

Effect: A technique that allows the user to see all around them giving them the ability to no longer become flanked.

Description: While the Byakugan is active, the user can only be flanked by creatures of his Class Level or higher, unless they become flat-footed or immobilized. In addition, when the user is concentrating to use their Telescopic Eye, the user may make an Observation check in any direction without needing to move.
Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan. Must know Telescopic Eye.

All-Seeing Eye

Effect: The user sees all that is around them, and nothing can escape their all-seeing eye.
Special: ---
Drawback: User gains a small blind spot located at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra.
Description: Picture Taking the time of a "B" Rank Technique in Handseals the user may activate this technique. By activating this ability the Byakugan gives the user a near 360° field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertabra. The distance of this vision is 1/5th of the user's knowledge in Telescopic Eye (Maximum Distance 40 Meters). Please note that the further the user may see, the larger the blind spot becomes. User is still subject to eye attacks.
Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan.

There they were, strings, cans, little baggies and all that goodness. They were out for a little joy riding it seemed. With them so close she focused in intently with her eyes, using the X-ray to identify any potential weapons on them, not one to underestimate the locals of an area she was unfamiliar with. That was it though, all she needed, if there were no weapons on them she would simply shunshin, covering the 10 meter distance and grab the two boys back the back of the collar, hoisting them up easily with her strength and giving them a withering glare.

"So it's fun to torture animals is it?" She sneered, baring her teeth to them as she pressed their backs to the wall. "Do you get your kicks out of them hmmm? Picking on things smaller than you? maybe you were picked on too, need a little puppy to serve your ego's. A power trip." Holding their shirts tightly as growled something primal, deep and gutternal,her muscles in her jaw bulging slightly as chakra began to circulate her system rapidly, heading to her fingers, her face and teeth, through all her muscles.

Her muscles grew lean, her arms and legs extended several inches, pushing her pack along the ground seeing how the wall anchored the boys and her in place. Her canines grew into long elegant fangs that protruded far free between her teeth. The agile curve of her spine as it extended gave her a slight hunch back, the chakra in her body seeping out in a visible veil that was silent and ominous.

"Pick on an animal your own size then!" With her blank eyes staring into their systems, examining their beating hearts, she let out a loud wailing howl that reverberated through the alley and out to the docks. The howl was broken by several snarls as she crinkled her face, leaning in so terribly close that her fangs threatened to meet skin. In this moment she wished she had brought her companion for an added scare tactic, but she cast that thought aside, wheeling around with the boys and pushing them towards the exit of the alley.

"I'd run if I were you." She half snarled half howled, falling onto all fours, shaking out her muscles much as if she had fur. "And dont try to hide, nothing escapes my eyes." She gave a threatening jump in their direction, hoping to give them the spark to run. Scare tactics.

Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push)

Skill: NinJutsu/TaiJutsu
Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush forward in almost instantaneous speed. Used to draw the user close to the opponent.
Special: ---
Drawback: May use 3 times a day. May perform 1 more each time learned. Passing amount renders the user's legs immobile due to severe pain. Unable to perform again unless gained medical treatment. Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.
Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.
Limit: Universal NinJutsu or Universal TaiJutsu.

Shikyaku no Jutsu, 四脚の術, (Four Legs Technique)

Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: Depending on the Ranking of the technique the user becomes faster, as well as slightly stronger then that of what they were as a human being. Depending on the Technique that the user knows the faster they are capable of going, the stronger they are, but the largest problem is that the more they stay within the technique the more severe the effects become. When the user learns the "D" Rank version of the technique the user is capable of attacking once more then usual within battle because of their speed. When the user learns the "C" Rank version of the technique the user is capable of attacking one and a half more times then normal in every round. When the user learns the "B" Rank version of the technique the user is capable of performing two more attacks then normal per round. When the user is "D" Class the user is capable of sustaining this form for an amount of five rounds. For every Class higher then D The amount of rounds the user can sustain this form is one round her giving a total of nine rounds. This however means that, if they use their speed then that is when the amount of rounds must be placed in. If the user does not use the speed, then the amount of techniques does not take place in.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Takes an amount of time for the user the capability of learning. This type of technique also makes the user tire quite easily. Depending on the rank is dependent on how much the user must rest after using the full strength of the speed style of the Four Legs Technique. For every round the user stays in this technique after the amount of rounds, the user's muscles begins to tear, for they can not stay in that form for very long. For every round they are in with the D Rank version the percentage of muscle tissue breaking is five percent and increases five percent each round. For the C Rank version the percentage of muscle tissue breaking is ten percent and increases ten percent each round. For the B Rank version the percentage of muscle tissue breaking is fifteen percent and increases fifteen percent each round. The moment their muscle tissue breaks they will be incapacitated, and will need medical treatment. Each time using this technique they must take a break of ten rounds for D Rank Version, Fifteen rounds for C Rank version and Twenty Rounds for B Rank Version, or within a time skip version where an amount of rest was created.
Description: The way this works is simple, the user's spine becomes more agile, and more curve like to accommodate the sudden sensation of walking and running on all fours. Their arms slowly extends forth a few inches to allow them to move along the ground easier. Their teeth extends into fang like creations as their nails grow into claws. As they do this, their muscle mass becomes more lean, as if contracting against one another in which gives them the agility and strength. Chakra can somewhat be seen as it oozes out of their body in a small way showing the strength and strain within this technique.
Limit: Must be part of the Inuzuka Clan in order to learn this technique.

The young children held no weapons. When they were grabbed they would let out surprised yelps themselves, kicking and struggling to get free. Their struggle would relent slightly as the chastising began. They still struggled, hoping to get free and teach this girl a lesson. And then the fright came. The dog, a shaggy puppy, stayed against the wall but began to bark a thin high bark that betrayed its young age. As soon as the boys were dropped they would run as far as they could, screaming as the went and never looking back.

The dog whimpered, half turning to try and gnaw at the rope on its tail but yelping. It seemed it had more injuries than what the boys were trying to inflict. She had succeeded in scaring away the children but what was she to do with the pup?

"Punks!" She called out after them, diminishing the flow of her chakra as her figured returned to that of a normal girl. The dog whimpered however, and with her eyes she scanned him for injuries, the X-ray would check for broken bones or irregularities, as well as she would imitate some of its mannerisms, mimicking the sounds of concern and questioningly gesturing towards the rope on its tail. "What's wrong with you, hmm?"

She withdrew her dagger and held the blade half in her hand, communicating the best she could, that she was only going to cut the rope. If successful, she would scoop the puppy up into her arms and head towards the dock, the puppy in her arms and the dagger put back into its sheathe. She was sure to make sure she had examined it for whatever injuries she could while looking for a place to sit and soothe the animal while waiting for the others to show up for the mission. "This trip is off to a hell of a start.."

"Hmmm?" The puppy was awfully active, moving around in her lap often. She lifted him up and held him beneath his front legs, holding him close to her face. "I'm Rahael, it's nice to meet you." Rubbing noses, she noticed the grit and grime on his coat, scrunching up her face slightly. "You are pretty dirty arent ya? Maybe there is somewhere around here we can clean you up." She stood up and cradled him in her arms, heading towards the sailors that were lounging on the docks.

"Excuse me, is there a bathroom around I could use?" Not one for smiles, she adjusted her headband on her head and held the puppy out. "Need to clean up my new friend here." When she did smile it was at the puppy, rubbing her chin against the back of its head and making noises of affection. Some of the dirt rubbed off on her chin but she wasnt one for the clear prissy life. Fun involved getting in the dirt sometimes. Her bright pink hair was in a tangle of its own from her travel out of Rain Country.

One of the sailors looked up at her and grinned. "I'll give ya a bath missy-" he was cut off sharply by another sailor smacking him upside the head. "Open your eyes ya looby, she's too young for ya." He turned back to Rahael and smiled. "Sorry Missy. There's a water pump right up the road here, come on I'll show ya." He led her a mere two blocks down the street and took a left turn and there was the promised water pump. "Not too fancy but it'll get you two clean."

This was the second time this year someone had the gall to make such advances at her, much to her annoyance. That man gained her signature scowl, her blank pupils focusing intently on him for a long moment before she turned and left with him, adjusting her focus within her Byakugan to keep focused on him, till they turned and met the water pump. "I think I will be fine, long as he gets a bath." She grabbed the pump with both hands and pumped roughly, the muscles of her petite frame straining up against her skin till the underground well or whatever water source began to funnel up and out the spicket.

"There." Scooping up the puppy, she made the complicated back and forth actions of going back and forth between pumping the water and rinsing her new companion, taking this time now to try and maybe get some basic training in. "Lets try shaking." She took his paw and carefully shook it up then down, reiterating the word several times. "Shake." Repetition was key, that she knew from training Alexandria, constantly taking the time to maybe instill the basics so he wouldn't go running off.

The dirt that was deep down in the coat was hard to pick clean but with the aggressive scrubbing on the uninjured sides and some tender treatments on the left side where the lacerations shown through, she was able to get him about ninety perfect clean. "This will do." Bracing for the shake that always followed a wet dog, she led him back towards the dock, letting him walk this time, those huge paws clearly a taxing ordeal for such a small pup. "I wonder where the others are at." The boat was back in view and now she simply stood around, waiting, clicking her tongue and looking down at her new friend.

The smell of the ocean filled my nostrils as I made my way through the lush forests of Tea Country. It had been a few days since I had been last surrounded by the tides of the vast oceans of the world, and how the light of the full moon waxed above seemed to enthrall the waves that crashed at the docks. I followed the directions that had been lain out to me in the letter as I entered into the small port town. My thirty pound composite bow rested across my torso and at my back was a large quiver full of Boreworm arrows; several slots of Explosive arrows had also been a part of my bowing inventory. To my right side at my hip was the longsword that I kept on my person just in case I needed it in close quarters combat. The katana superseded my physical body as a terrible extension capable of thrusting and slashing, nothing else.

On the way through the port, I got several glances thrown in my direction, which I riposted to with a snarl or vicious leer. Even though my hood had been pulled over my crown to shade my face from total exposure of my reptilian lineage, some onlookers saw through the disguise. I pushed on ward, still; in minutes of walking, I noticed a ship bearing an emblem similar to the one presented on the letter. This had to be the vessel that I was to search for. Even so, it seemed to be the only ship available in the area, which made this feel all the more peculiar to my senses. I approached the two men stationed on either side of the wooden plank that led up into the vessel. Speech came not from me, but my hand did extend towards the man on the left. I had offered to hand him the piece of paper, stating my audience in the Queen's region of Losiel.

When someone new entered the area Rahael immediately snapped her head up, squinting slightly, focusing in that direction of her byakugan. Beneath all the clothing, she was able to see a slightly higher than normal chakra flow, but nothing else. When this person was within her X-ray range, she scanned him from head to toe, noting his inventory of crossbow, arrows, sword and explosive tips. "Interesting inventory." She sound aloud, not really caring if he turned to notice her or not. Upon second glances, both through Normal, enhanced and X-ray, revealed he had no headband.

"Possibly a missing nin...or maybe just a traveler. ould make sense way out here in this town." With night approaching the town started to bustle, stands and their wares were being held up. She hoisted up her puppy and set him on her head, heading over towards one of the stands with apparel on them, another had potions and one had food. She would visit them in that particular order.

The man returned the parcel back to me as he informed me of the vessel's departure once everyone else arrived. I simply nodded as I retreated back towards the main boardwalk. The sound of a small canine yelping perked my ears to look towards it and its owner. Disgusting creature. In the low lit area, I caught the glimpse of the girl's face and was surprised to see that her eyes bore no irises. Had she been blind?.. No, she could not have possibly been so -- it felt like she was looking through me. Quickly, I turned to my left, anxious to get out of her line of sight. 

Once I felt like I escaped the leer of the female, I noticed yet another woman running from a man. Perhaps she had gotten drunken and the two had been playing around, I really had no reason to care. The quiet port soon turned into a bustling center, like moth's drawn to a flame. I had no time to practice Ninja nor Illusion Arts around these people. I did not want to draw total attention to myself. What I would do next, though, would be discreet, perhaps, had no one kept a vigil eye out for me.

I took to the dark corridors behind some busy tavern as people ebbed in and out of the place. None of the natives of Tea seemed interested in my proclivity as they enjoyed their merrymaking. The darkness was a home I had grown accustomed to. There were numerous things I could do from this vantage point, and I as jumped upon a roof, I would have excellent vision of most of the movement within the town. 

The way the Theans droned around the town amused me. These were true folk of the jungle and sea. My keen green eyes studied a pair of humans--a woman and a man--as they chased one another. Her flowing blonde hair complimented her scad clothing which was as black as the night; the man that chased the laughing woman was clothed in greens like myself, yet he also wore blue. I spat at his rather distasteful apparel as my eyes moved on back over to the girl and the wet dog.

Compared to the others gathered, she did not seem to be a native of the land. I did not know her purpose here, nor did I care. My mind had been on serving the Queen that had called me to arms and some human girl did not pique my interests. Yet I could not help but study her. The way that she had looked at me.. well, I dare say that it was a frightening gaze. It was her white eyes that threw me for a loop. So piercing and discerning. The dog she had with her was a small beast. It was wet, from what I could tell, given the way that its fur laid down and how the moon's rays reflected off of its little body. I did not dare think to attack a girl and her companion, and I knew better to judge someone from their looks. Who knew what powers she possessed? Perhaps her all-white eyes were but an inkling to her jutsu prowess.

From my elevated vantage point, I could see above and on to the floor of the ship. Even with how well the blood of dragon's coursed through me, I could not peer into the shadows well enough to determine what lay on the ship. I just turned my head and began watching the drinkers and gamblers enjoy themselves. Oh how I longed to end their fun with an Explosive arrow. I sat upon the rooftop just thinking of exactly what it was that the Queen had called me and the others to arms for. The way the moon had shone through the vaporous clouds had been mesmerizing, their wispy composition flowing coolly before the full face of the night mirror.

The apparel seller had a variety of pouches and robes. Nothing of the highest quality but sturdy enough for use. They were in colors and styles native to their land. The woman herself had straggly gray hair and a few crooked teeth. "Something for ye?" She asked, leering at the dog atop Rahael's head, clearly looking for even a strand of fur to touch her precious wares.

He would indeed have a clear view of the area from his vantage point. Most likely he would see Rahael and her wandering. He would see the guards standing careful watch at the docks. They were steadfast in their action and truly unwavering. The scantily clad woman allowed the man to catch her and they fell into the shadows to begin kissing. A real crowd was gathering in the night market now. Were he to look carefully enough he would spot a strange encounter. A man would shoulder past another, his arm making a strange jerk as he did so before picking up the pace and moving quickly through the crowd.

The smell of ocean water began to fade away once my olfactory sense got readjusted to being near the vast space of water. In turn, the smell of smoke started to waft upwards in the air. I noticed that the woman and man disappeared into some dark area a while ago, but I left them to themselves. My eyes remained peeled as persons started to gather in the market square. While not necessarily remarkable in terms of an event, I did notice a sudden exchange of physical forces as two men crossed paths. One had bumped into the other as his arm moved erratically. After the mishap, he started off in his current direction at a much quicker pace than before. I sat on my haunches as I studied the individual.

From the darkness that the couple had wandered off to, I heard lips touching lips amongst other things. I decided to move from my location as I sought to pursue the man who had caused a small skirmish in the market place. After I had descended the tavern rooftop, I could smell the faint aroma of ale and stale bread. I nearly gagged before I covered my nose and mouth with a black cloth that had been tucked into my garments, further disguising my visage. Through man and woman I pushed, slowly, toward the retreating man. 

My objective had not been lost, yet I had been momentarily delayed by the sudden appearance of an elder who had become drunken with wine. His face was bruised and he had a cut down the right side of his person. Strands of hoary hair were in patches upon his crown, yet what I had noticed more than anything physical was the smell of alcohol on his breath.

Montaro would be catching up on his quarry. The man ducked into a dark alley away from the throng of people. It was very dim in the alley though some light spilled in from the main street. Would he follow? Perhaps this was a dead end that he could corner the man in.

The man I had been pursuing had rounded the corner of some building into a dark alleyway. Instinctively, I placed my hand upon the hilt of my rugged katana as I followed him into the perilous corridor. My green eyes could see perfectly in this enclosed space and with no one around to witness either me or he enter into the space, what did it matter if only Reptile was the one who left the corridor? This could have been a trap, however, and I kept my distance from him. Yet what would it matter in such a limited area, I had to spill his blood on to the ground before he had a proper chance to mirror my efforts.
