"I'm getting there, but still so far away..Damn it."
Katsu groaned, he walked near the edge of his village, his boots trudged into the snow. He came before an icy wall, cold air and water had caused this freeze over. The boy took a few steps back, today he planned to train his water style and expand from there. A simple technique he had heard of was "Pressure Jet", something that consisted of shooting a stream of pressurized water from your mouth. It sounded extremely cool and convenient, which is what pushed Katsu to want to learn the technique. He had to perform two hand seals, the snake and then dragon. As he did that, he would then have to focus chakra to his throat and create the stream of water from there. Sounded easy enough, Katsu thought to himself. "Lets do this." He said aloud, a cocky grin formed across his face.
The boy stood up, his palms came together to first initialize a chakra flow, to discover the water affinity within him once more. This was a sort of tradition he practiced with his mentor every time they learned a new skill or technique. The boy's boots slid in the snow, Katsu took a deep breath in. He accessed his chakra reservoirs and plucked the streaming sensation inside of him, he pulled it up for use soon. Katsu released his palms and rubbed his throat, he first practiced sending chakra to it, it was a weird sensation every time he did so. It felt like it was buzzing at times or vibrating. The boy practiced this action a few more times. He did this until he gained confidence in the ability to send a chakra precisely to this throat. Katsu the nodded, he was ready for the next step. The first sign was the snake seal, eh? His right hand came up to tug the scarf he ,occasionally, was wearing down. His black iris glared forward at the icy wall, snow gently fell down on the landscape.
"Time to do this, eh? So be it!"
The boy swiftly spoke before he dropped his hand back down. Katsu raised his left and right hands together, he felt the water affinity flow withing him. It was ready to be molded at his desire. Katsu smiled once again as he formed the snake hand seal, his palms clasped together. The suiton within began to rush wild, it felt like waves crashing against a shoreline, he had to control it though. His hands parted, but his chakra control did not. The dragon hand seal came next, the final step to the formation to activate this convenient technique which Katsu hoped to learn quick enough. His hands performed the complicated seal, they almost becoming entangled in the process. Katsu looked up, his mouth awkwardly crept open. A vibration in his neck arose once again, the chakra focused there. The buzzing and vibration was uncomfortable, but necessary.
Katsu had the water chakra travel to this throat, his mouth extended quickly and opened. The water rushed forth from his open jaw, a stream of straight, crystal blue water shot forward in a straight line. It hit the icy wall, the pressure some-what caused a small hole to form in the wall. The boy continued to send chakra to his throat, he sent his head aside. The water shifted in a straight line and followed Katsu where his mouth went. Ten meters was Katsu's limit, hopefully this would be good enough in medium to close range combat. Probably won't be effective enough in long rage, how tragic. The boy crouched down, the water streamed into the snow, his throat continuing to vibrate. Katsu hated the feeling, but persevered, his summoned amount of chakra soon forced him to come to a stop, water dripped from his lips. The boy looked up, Katsu's hands raised and rested behind his head. The pressed against the spiky black hair, Katsu looked forward clearing his throat. That was all there was to it, hmm. The boy walked forward a bit to examine the hole in the icy wall.
