Complaint:
For some time now, it has been evident that there seems to be a problem with personal grading styles. First, before I go on a rant, I would like to put forth a universal training procedure that all graders are to follow. That way, for certain a known method is in place and one can see why they got the grade they got.
One assistant continues to grade my trainings in a way that I personally feel is odd. I read trainings here from all people, and come to understand that there are many ways to produce a training. On my behalf, I have linked a training post wherein I trained a D-Rank technique, which I feel should have gotten the maximum amount for a singular training post. I have looked over other's perfect (+10) trainings and even compared them to my own; yet, I am not understanding how I constantly get these grades as if though I don't know how to write. I am a Game Master, afterall --- on top of that, I have numerous accounts, so I pride myself on my writing style and skill. I wouldn't be upset at this point if I didn't feel some type of way about the way I'm being graded in comparison to others, et cetra.
The first time this actually happened, I feel, was back while I was training on try4. A simple technique, that didn't have much about it other than walking on water. With the points that I was initally get for that training, I felt idk, fucked up, I guess. Like how the fuck did all this cool, descriptive shit get only this amount of TP? I honestly felt it unfair for me to try so hard to write and get graded the way I do. I then went on and had others review my training, and got feedback from two sources. One was similar to the first, trying to rectify the initial grade, the other, a much better grade, which was redeemable given the content of the posts I constructed. Now, I don't have a personal feud against anyone: this is the internet, here. After just getting the muse to make a Genjutsu-based character, I totally feel ripped off for the points I just got. Sure, I let the +7 slide and was like okay that's fine, I guess. But when I received a +2, that drew the line. The assistant in question said that the post had little to no training in it at all, yet I went and reviewed some of his own trainings wherein the same sort of situation was present, but he received total credit for his work. Aside from that point, he has also stated to me previously, and I could probably quote him on it, that it is fine to construct training posts that do not contain actual training, but methods of setup or what not. Some concept that The Creator coined a while ago in writing higher ranked jutsu trainings.
The way that I had chosen to write that second post wherein the +2 was issued was in a lesson review style format, wherein my character basically went over what he just did, then went on to gain an understanding of the fundamentals of that style of jutsu/perception further.
The only reason I bring this up a second time and now within the complaint subforum is because I deem it necessary. I have already lost muse with try4 prior to M the Amekage stating that she would be leaving NFRP soon because of a similar situation. I do not wish to continue to lose muse over how poorly someone wishes to grade my work.
