Inzei gave a gentle nod as Amira spoke. Her intel had told her that lady Amira had visited the kagé not long ago and had their positions made but with this change in power the village would need to take care.

"So the power in Kirigakure and Kusagakure have shifted? I had not been informed."

"My apologies, I thought you had been made aware prior to this. I came to inform you initially but some information has arisen in regards to the new kagé. Specifically the one in Kusa." Before carrying on, Inzei sat and listened to the information presented to her by the Kage, she had heard news about the hidden stone and leaf villages making a pact but didn't think of it as an issue at first.

"I have had information regarding said alliance, but I am afraid more bad news has come to my ear regarding that. The lady Kusakage is a Hyuuga and my intelligence tells me that she wishes to build bridges with leaf. To what ends I do not know, but she hails from one of their most prominent clans where a lot of the hidden techniques are stored so if it is personal to gain strength or if it is for the good of the village I do not know. Though the bad blood between the villages in spread deep so I wouldn't expect this announcement to go down well with all the villagers." Once stating her case on the kusakagé she would await the reply and the inquest regarding the tsuchikagé.

"Godric Hyuuga was the Tsuchikage that betrayed us, but I know little of his successor, other than that he is of the Uchiha bloodline."

"You wouldn't know anything about this fellow would you?"

"I can't say I know too much about the new tsuchikagé yet personally, his name is Hiroji Uchiha and their village has remained indifferent to most villages thus far, aside from the leaf and rain alliances. Beyond that I only know information regarding the culture and history of the uchiha clan itself - of which I don't know how much will apply directly to him as an individual. If you wish I can arrange to send out some scouts for information." Throughout the entire time Inzei spent speaking, her voice remained soft and gentle. Not quite monotone but it would sound sincere and feminine, almost like a familiar lullaby.

“Hmm this is indeed troubling, so the grass is making an alliance with the leaf as well.” Amira said, gritting her teeth a tad bit as her lower lip was the only indicator that she was a bit upset. “These rumors disturb me, I’m not quite sure what to think of this.” Amira stated bluntly as she hated the idea of losing a possible ally against the leaf. “I certainly won’t bow our heads to the likes of those pompous fools, but alas, it is still troubling none the less.” She finished with a sigh as she pushed herself up to a standing position. “I have been Kazekage for over four years now, and I have yet to find genuine friendship among the surrounding villages…The Rain has been in an alliance with the leaf for over a year behind our backs, the Stone would betray us for the Hyuuga, and apparently so would the grass.” Amira would state releasing her grip on her sabers as she stood up straight looking down at Velura-San with a look of stately understanding. It was hard being a diplomat, and of course it wasn’t this young woman’s fault that these things seemed to always happen. It would do no good to be mad. “Velura-San, I suppose such things can’t be helped…” Amira said with a sigh as she lightened her posture, trying not to be as imposing as she might have been but a moment prior.

“I suppose it might be best to write the Kusakage myself,” Amira said as she walked around to her desk and produced a pen and parchment. She began to scribble on the paper, making sure to take her time in making the writing clear as she wrote. “That aside, Velura-San, What, in your opinion, would you have me do with Kusagakure? You’re much more versed in politics than I clearly, so I want your opinion on the matter.” She stated calmly as she wrote her leader, looking up from time to time to let the person sitting across from her know that she was indeed listening. The letter was simple but concise, making it clear that the Sand meant business.

Inzei sat and watched as the kagé had her little moment. The threatening posture and grip on the swords was nothing new to Inzei, she knew it was just how some people handled their issues. "As I said, there is a deep pool of bad blood between Grass and Leaf, I'm sure not all of the citizens will be happy. Some may want vengeance, others will want peace and some may even consider making a hyuuga the leader a way to get Grass under Leafs thumb. We do not know the outcome yet."

Inzei's posture and facial expression remained calm yet formal, she wasn't showing much emotion but had a little peaceful aura around her. "I would have you write, asking to meet the lady Kusakage and slip into conversation how things are going with the leaf. I wouldn't mention hearing about a potential meeting or alliance with them so not to give away our sources." Taking a little breather she thought for a second or two, "Before making any rash actions I would wait and see what the Kusakage has in store, and on a side note I would also reach out to the new Mizukage. I'm sure you remember what it is like becoming kagé feeling like you have an ally can create bonds and if it is ever needed Mist's location would help split up continental forces should anyone decide to make a rash move."

“Alright then, I suppose that can be arranged,” Amira said finishing her letters before placing them on her desk. She was about to call for a messenger animal when suddenly she noticed a small feline climbing of her desk. “Oh have something for me do you?” She asked, petting the cat before reaching into the leather tube and producing its contents. “Interesting, I’m sorry Velura-san, but there seems to be a pressing issue that has come straight from the Daimyo of the land of Tea.” Amira stated as she read through the lord’s request. “It seems we will have to postpone these letters until after this affair it seems” Amira added before placing the letter on the desk. “Velura-San, if I could ask you to hand this to the clerk at the front desk, I would like to have a team assembled post haste please.” Amira stated picking the paper up and offering it to the elegant woman. “Return to me when you’ve done this and I’ll speak to you about this request.” She finished as she needed time to prepare before their departure.

Inzei wasn't a fan of being used as a messenger, but she respected the kagé and her wishes, so without changing facial expression Inzei did as asked. After being handed the letter she rose from her seat and gave a polite bow before excusing herself from the room. She glided across the floor and arrived at the desk, waiting her turn through the small queue to hand over the letter, stating only that it was from the lady Kagé. Once finished she would return and knock on the kagé's door, awaiting for the invite to re enter before she would do so.

Upon re entry she would return to the seat where she was moments before and stand awaiting permission to sit. "What is this request then Lady Amira?"

The scantily clad Terra Volt walked into the tower and into the reception area. She really didn't know why she was there just that she was one of the ones to get a message saying to meet there. It said she would be briefed by the team leader she was getting assigned to. Terra had just graduated the academy so she had very little what she could do but after killing an entire raider camp before even the training meant she knew her business.

Terra was dressed in her most comfortable wear of a short skirt and a tactical vest. The vest hung loose and open on her liked she liked it. Since she assumed this would be a battle mission, she had her hair up in a tight bun using two senbon. She had on a single greave on her right leg, which may be odd to some but it was what she had at the moment. Her vest on the other hand was loaded down with various gadgets and stuff. She had a walkie talkie, a compass, some manacles, a flashlight pen, some twenty pieces of flint, a multi-tool, a pair of binoculars, and scroll with the map of Kaze no Kuni. Hidden on her were various pieces of a lock-pick kit. And a battled looking flute was also in a pouch on her vest. The shoes she wore looked like comfortable sandals.

Terra just sat down on a comfortable chair to wait for the moment while looking around at her surroundings. She propped her foot onto her knee and just leaned back. She appeared ready to wait as long as she needed for this.

Awaiting for the events to unfold, she continued to lean forward using her forward to lay her chin upon as her eyes remained locked upon the assistant. Purposely she allowed some of her midnight black and purple tinted locks to cover some of her face as her lips remained plump and kissable.

The Approval stamp was left in the right hand top corner of the page as it was handed to the Genin. “Now off you go, do your best!” The receptionist encouraged as she went back to organizing papers.

“Ah here for mission payment?” The receptionist would ask as she shifted through some files for a moment before nodding with content at the mission report. “Alright then, how about this?” She asked as she clapped her hands together with glee as an ANBU Bear carried a small sack of Ryo coins. “This should do,” The clerk stated handing the fellow his payment as she stamped the mission form completed for a job well done. “Will there be anything else sweetie?” She asked as she put the mission form away to be filed.

Objective: Iwagakure has spited the village hidden in the sand, and thus the sand is making moves on their economic territory by offering the Daiymo of Tsuchi no Kuni better trade and military deals than that of the stone village. This mission is about securing an agreement between the Daiymo of the land of stone in regards to Sand offering military service. This action will put some financial hurt on the stone village, as a method of sanctioning Iwagakure, and the actions of Godric Hyuuga. Enemy Shinobi occupy this territory, and they may enter the thread and act as an added obstacle during this operation. This mission may be taken by one ninja of any rank or a team consisting of up to four members (one Captain).
Reward: 15,000 Ryo (5,000 to village), possible bonus of Gems if mission done well enough. Enemy Iwagakure Shinobi may enter this mission, which will result in both parties being awarded an IM credit.

She didn't really think herself the right person for the B rank mission but a D rank one would help her get up to speed. Besides she hear that the women around here needed to learn how to defend themselves.

She was shocked to see the strange person she had met in her little abandoned dojo was the Kazekage. Her eyes went to the ground as her face and ears turned red from embarrassment from how she spoke earlier. He mode of dress though hadn't improved in the least. She still looked like she was barely dressed. The Kazekage at least saw that she knew a unusual style of kick fighting.

At least that's what they say, it's up to you to figure out any underlying motives they may have. Teach them how to protect themselves from attackers and you may get a reward. This mission can be taken by up to two Shinobi, preferably male, but they did not want to make it seem to obvious. Jessie and her friends are pretty teenage girls who are recognized by their constant group hug and the fact that the four girls all have different hair colours, and they can be found at the Obelisk of Tears, looking for new shiny jewellery from far off lands.

As the siren left, another individual entered her office, seemingly ready for a mission. "Welcome to my office," Amira greeted kindly as she recognized the young girl from the dojo on the outskirts of the village. "So you want a mission, I might have one for you," Amira stated casually looking through the papers on her desk as he pulled one off and stamped it. "Here you go, this one should be easy," Amira offered as she handed the mission slip to the individual allowing her to leave and do as the mission stated.

Karui walks in to the KazeKage tower wearing his average everyday clothing and then walks up to the front desk and says "I wish to have your permission to travel to the land of fang to train and learn more about the world itself".

The receptionist would slowly put down her book as she looked over at the young fellow who had come into her presence. "You wish to travel to the land of fang eh?" She asked, peering through the bottom half of her glasses that hung low on her nose. "I hope you understand how much danger that presents to our national security, you knowing our location and all." She stated casually as she slide her book away from her desk before sighing and getting up. "Regardless of all that, that's not for me to decide...come with me." she would comment as she would lead the fellow down the hall to the kage's office where she would gesture him inside very quickly. "You'll have to speak with the Kage, and she will decide if you can go anywhere or not.

The room that the fellow would now be entering would be simple in design. There was a simple sandstone desk with a chair seated individual in a Jujitsu Gi and Hakama filling out a few forms that were unidentifiable. "How can I help you today young man?" The kage asked casually, glancing up from her paperwork as she assesed the fellow before her.
