Dawn was approaching fast as the sun peeked through the mountains surrounding Iwagakure no Sato. Birds chirped from high above the buildings while a fine mist crawled through the streets of the village. Here I stand in a large expanse of land with the first buildings of the village standing to my right 100 meters away. The expanse of land was flat and had little grass, but the stones that littered the area suggested that this place was once an area where farmers had moved herds of animals.
Dusk, my Melanistic Jaguar is perched upon a large boulder approximately the size of a car just left of me. Her long legs stretched out before her as she lazily laid there soaking up the winter air. While she laid there, I sat down on the dirty ground uncaring of the dirt messing up my navy jeans. I had lain my large weapons against the boulder Dusk was laying on so that I was able to train without having the restrictions of weapons hindering my movements.
My Shield (heavy) and my oversized fan were laying against the boulder while my medium sized field pack sat beside the fan, inside the pack are a pair of binoculars and sixteen fifty ml vials. On my person, I had a double scroll sized pouch strapped to my left side consisting of two empty medium sized scrolls. On my right side, I had a butt bag (type one) consisting of four fragmentation grenades, two ice grenades, fifteen blood clot pills, six kunai and a map of the known world.
My mauve coloured corset also had a chest rig knife harness strapped to it consisting of ten kunai knives. My mauve coloured cloak was folded beside my pack against the boulder but had ten knives hidden inside as well. I had bought all my weapons with me since this is the place where I have chosen to train. It was quiet, safe and large for a single person and a jaguar. But to begin things, I turned toward Dusk and smiled enthusiastically. “Let’s start with you.” I said softly, staring up at Dusk as she continued to lay there, enjoying the sunrise.
