A life such as what she said was truly one that was admirable. He couldn’t argue against it at all, but human interaction was a necessity that all innately held. But perhaps this individual found a way around that, and if so he held respect for her even more than before. “An easy going life that didn’t have hidden agendas or strings. I will admit such a life is hard to accomplish but it is a life that I do admire most definitely. I will admit I cannot commit to a life completely of that because I am a doctor. Food, shelter, company. It isn’t enough for me, as I have the need to heal others. To make sure they are safe more so than myself.”

His words were true, nothing hidden in them as he spoke. He himself had desires in life, but the helping of others always overrode those wishes. He had finished the portion of which the meal had been given to him while setting the bowl down, his hands setting to his lap while maintaining a steady balance to his seating. He figured he’d speak up his plan, while on the subject of a simple life itself. “I do plan to build a house somewhere north-west of here, a place that doesn’t have a ninja village that I know of, but a place where peace can be made.

“Perhaps retire from shinobi life and raise a family. But who can say, small naïve pipe dreams of a shinobi hardly seem something to put stock in when just meeting them…” His voice trailing off, a look in his eyes held casual and steady happiness within them. Why was he telling a random individual all this though, he really didn’t know the answer to this but he did nonetheless.

It was pleasant to hear that she thought it nice but the whole making more friends, it seemed odd how she said it. With what friends she has that he could see, it was plentiful of the animals but lacking of other. However he didn’t quite complain with that, she was free to pick her friends and he would do his best not to judge. He also did his own speaking, “Well I do have to say not many people would ever be like me. Given the fact I am not per say the norm, much like yourself. I would prefer you not to meet those who take the shinobi world too seriously personally.” The thoughts of his mind, normal and natural as it would found itself once brought to surface.

He had watched her speak to the dog, with a watch and then the sniff the dog made he held his hand out, an open palm to the air for the dog, a smile of his own as he offered it for good measure. It was when Asa said the next part he looked up at her, “I am just an average person passing by. If there is one with a good heart I must say it is you. You offered me food when you need not do so. Furthermore you offered good company as well. I am grateful to you and your friends.” He rubbed his neck lightly while now looking at the other animals present, “By chance, what are all of their names?” The curious question summoned up from him as he looked back at the dog, bringing the second hand around and rubbing behind the ear for her.

That innocence, it truly wasn’t one he hoped was broken one day. However it was necessary to explain himself clearly for that reasoning. “Because those who take that world too seriously are nothing more than murderers. Enslavers of the mind, toxic destroyers of the body, manipulators of the elements for nothing more than to kill another. Such people I wish did not exist for the deaths they’ve caused but it is my viewpoint of such a subject.” Following this though, he would gather the names of each of these creatures. His careful play of Salinnis found that the curly one was flopped against him, curious he never thought much to be one that was leaned upon.

He followed what she said though, their names spoken as he recognized Isamu as the one whom grunted at the beginning. Names followed by Medusa and Jeeves and Percy. Three creatures that each had their own part in the animal kingdom while his eyes went to the creature known as Rohan. So many, he had never known anyone having this many varying species all in one place. Yet now she asked something, and he wasn’t per say shocked. It was something he didn’t mind sharing someone like this anyways. “I was born in the Land of Sound. After a little while I found myself in the Land of Rain’s care, and it is there that I was primarily raised.”

While speaking he pulled out of his robes the headband of his village, the four signifying lines of the rain etched in while the black cloth that held it together was folded nightly for compact carry. “I am a shinobi of that very same land.” He replied modestly, setting the headband down where it was in front of his sitting position but easily seen to Asa. He wasn’t hiding it, there was really no need to hide where one comes from after all.

Suke couldn’t help but feel that the memory was a haunting one, in fact knowing one’s parents died is worse than knowing they were slaves, at least for him. He could attempt to save his, probably fail doing it but it’d be worth trying to do. The priestly shinobi watched as the penguin went in for a hug, only to squirm away, and for that he couldn’t help but smile as it was indeed a funny sight to watch. From within her picnic basket he saw the headband, understanding it was of the village of stone and for that he grew curious of that neighboring country but it would do much to question as she kept saying she hasn’t spent much time there.

However, she asked what rain was like, his eyes closing while he put the headband back into his shihakushō. “The Rain isn’t a place I would have chosen to live. It was the furthest place I could travel when I was young before all rations and health began to deteriorate. They take care of their own rather well, but that was a decade ago. Now it is in turmoil, a civil war can break out any second though I haven’t been there for a little over six months now.” A lot could have changed, but at the same time, very little could have. He didn’t want the village to be in such turmoil as it just wasn’t what it needed any longer.

“I am proud of the fact I have not killed anyone while living their unlike a majority of my constituents. I heal the wounds of both enemy and ally. I’ve been called many times Herald or even Forerunner of Light. They do it to tease me but I found it quite catchy even though they utilize my slave name with it time to time.” He shook his head lightly, smiling to himself as he looked up at the tree cover and the sky, “I don’t know how I’d manage it but to live freely and building that house, it would be a culmination of what I would like Rain to become. Though it’d change only if a likeminded thinker became its leader.

“Right now I am too low on the chain to have my voice heard and most of those I know are too much like our past warmongers.” The talking has winded him, so for now he grew silent, wondering how much of that could be understood since he just dumped an overbearing load of information out there on the table. Certainly almost all of it was common knowledge, its weak instabilities for certainty. The most recent Amekage had locked the gates, so he could not get in six months ago which caused him to go to Tea country on a formal travel and then to others for more casual means. In fact, because of the gate and its status he had traveled to many countries these past six months without much trouble and meeting many individuals along the way.

She listened to him smiling. As she went to reply she heard a sudden snap in the distance. The unmistakable sound of an animal. Hurriedly she rose to her feet. She looked away and then glanced back for a moment. "I'm sorry, I've got to check that out! I'll come visit you in Rain, 'kay?" Without waiting for a reply she was off, her animals along with her.

Suke had watched her leave, waving off to her and replying in kind, “I look forward to the day then.” He then went on his way, making due to head in a generalized direction of being lost again, making way to a direction he hoped was best. Granted she did leave before he could get a word in but at least it was made and said. He headed towards land of which he started to pass by a river, the river gushing water and making swift pace. He maneuvered until he found his way to be easy crossing of such that he made way to pass it and only continued on from there. His eyes watching the setting sun in due kind.

Suke swam through a few rivers and walked through others. It wasn’t all that bad, in fact a lot of them were potentially fun to do so. He was a priestly man having the time of his life in running water making it holy for those in his presence. There was no other joy necessary in his life at the time of such excursions. So therefore he continued onwards, making way due west to such avail that he continue to head until he started to feel bitter heat reflections off the ground. The complete opposite of his homeland as it were. How very sad it was to have such a tiding. He didn’t care for such things as it were but it was a traveling way.

Suke continued on, traveling to the foreign land he was highly unfamiliar with in such travels but now he moved onwards and headed onwards and continued to do such as much. He only smiled though, traversing through the lands that became much cooler, calmer and much better for such things. He only smiled, happy to do such business as usual while making way to traverse to where he was going to be in such manners. He continued onwards, making well with what he did as he planned to make a home here, set up settlement and such. The land now garnished more than just rock lands, much better than the sands of the wind country he was leaving.

He’d leave the area, having gotten to where he had to go and now it was only a matter of getting all the materials he possessed and placing them about the area as he wished. Heading onwards and manipulating the land as such for the general purpose of what he was going to do.
