Kumpan Pung Hok (Straight knees)
Rank: "C"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: A straight knee attack used against the opponent's abdomen.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Picture The boxer bends the right knee obliquely to the left side then twists to throw it to the opponent's abdomen or chest. The thigh is parallel to the ground and the foot was close to the opposite leg with the toes pointing down to decrease chances of user harming himself. This trick is used for attack, defense or escape. If you place one hand on either side of your opponent's head, use either knee for the strike. Grab the attacker by the head with one arm on each side, elbows down and tight. Your hands should be laid one over the other, with your fingers up the back of his head and pushing down to create pressure on his neck, which gives better control. Be sure you squeeze your elbows together to keep your opponent from slipping his head down and out. Depending on the user's strength depends on the strength of this technique.
"D" Class - No added strength within the attack.

Sangi hand been teaching Saruka how to box since he had been only a wee lad. Physical prowess and ability were things that came with time. As the young Amegakure Shinobi walked back into the gym, he quickly prepared his warm up routine. Sangi had changed it up abit this morning. Opposed to just punches, today they were going to work on the use of the knees. He got into his Muay tai stance and bounced on his toes before the large sand filled bag. He visualized his knee smacking the bag as his muscles began to relax. "Now take your knee and just strike it head on with a good deal of force." His instructor said as she stood back to give him room. Grabbing the bag at each end with his wrapped hands, Saruka bent his knee and prepared the first strike.
As he struck upward with the hard portion of the knee cap, Saruka thought about how the knee worked as a close quarters weapon. Using the bag to pull his knee into the center of the bags mass, he grunted with the first strike. It didn't feel good to strike all of the condensed sand as quickly as he did. Taking his knee back to the ground, he prepared a second blow. "Again." He heard his sensei belt as he initiated the second blow. His knee charged up and struck the bag again with a decent amount of force. Again his knee felt terrible. With a sigh, he slowly lowered his leg to prepare another strike.
Initiating on his own this time, Saruka took his bent right knee and slammed it into the sandbag with a "ha". The feeling in his right knee was pure and utter discomfort. Pushing through the pain, he slowly lowered his leg again, preparing to strike the bag in a cycle. Switching sides of the stand. He gripped into the bag again to hold himself still while he prepared to strike the bag with his left knee this time. He took his slightly been knee, and shoved it into the punching bag. The thud of the bag made Saruka cringe as his knee began to feel the pain of usage. Slowly lowering the leg back to the ground, he again prepared to strike. Taking his left knee again, Saruka stuck with all the force he could muster into the bag at its center of mass. The bag shuttered as his knee made contact. The pure force of the strike was enough to really damage a person fairly badly. He lowered his leg again and began to preform the knees on each side in rounds of three. His leg muscles stretched as he continually drilled his knees. The pure burn of working out felt better than any waste of time otherwise.
After his drills, he decided to cool down with some stretches. Taking his leg down at an angle, he began to stretch the calf and thigh muscles that had been used. The stretching feel mad him twinge as the pain of excess work began to hit him. "Ah..." He moaned quietly as his leg began to feel much better. Sighing in disdain, he came to realize that he would again have to get back up and knee the bag some more. Taking a deep breath, he prepared to pull himself back up. The knee was powerful, and would be great for combat.
