[OOC: Just skip to paragraph 3 if you want to ignore the gear list mostly. ]
Alright. The equipment Katsu was carrying is pretty intense, including lots of weaponry, gadgetry, and clothing....ry. Anyway! First and foremost was Katsu's weapon of choice, a 110 lb Draw Recurve Bow, currently unstrung, along with a Colossal Back Quiver that housed near to 300 arrows of varying types. All Basic Shafted and Razor Blade Fletched, the arrowheads were a mix of 170 Broad Point, 50 Mechanical Blade, 20 Explosive, 10 Flash Bang, 10 Goo, 10 Concussive, 9 Ice, 4 Incendiary, and 10 Flares. Sharing space on Katsu's back was a Dual Release Pouch Projector with 15 Goo Pouches, 30 Incendiary Pouches, 15 Ice Pouches, and 15 Lightning pouches loaded on it. Hidden beneath Katsu's clothing and the Pouch Projector was a Auto Injector Harness with 5 doses of Pargen loaded into it, and it was programmed to inject a single dose 6 hours after Katsu's vitals had completely ceased. The ejection points of the Pouch Projector were attached to Katsu's pair of Claw weapons that covered the forearm and hands, leaving only an opening for the fingers to be unhindered. Likewise Katsu's legs had a pair of greaves on them to provide some extra kick, literally. A longsword adorned Katsu's waist on his left side, a battle axe on his right.
Beyond that Katsu also had a Tactical Vest on that contained 15 Hiro Shuriken, 4 Kunai, 2 Knives, a multi-tool, 20 Exploding Tags, 20 Ice Tags, 20 Lightning Tags, 80 Locking Tags, a Continental Map, a map of the Land of Frost, and a baseplate compass. A Utility belt held a full Lock Pick set but nothing else, and Katsu had two full Senbon Bracelets around the wrist of his Claws as well as two full Sextuple Knife Holsters on his thighs, one to a leg. Katsu had with him his Sniper Goggles that were upgraded with 50x Zooming, X-ray, Thermal, and Night Vision as well as a Canny Descrier, a camera, and Anti-flash lenses. Attached to the goggles was also a gas mask with a wireless radio as well, the gas mask was currently off so as not to waste the two type E filters in it.
Katsu was wearing heavy black pants and a black long-sleeve shirt over his greaves and under his tactical vest respectively, and the vest itself was black as well. Katsu also wore a heavy cloak with enough pockets on the inner side to hold 25 slots of gear, as well as a hood that could be pulled far forward to hide Katsu's face, although between the mask and his goggles Katsu's face was covered in a white vaguely skull-like visage, completely hiding his face. In fact Katsu's entire body was covered, not a single silver scale of his visible at all. Apparently a man wearing a skull mask was less intimidating than a dragon man, go figure?
Either way, with all of his gear at the ready Katsu was, of all things, planning on going on vacation. Well, it wasn't quite a vacation, but it was close. He was interested in discovering some kind of powerful new jutsu, to help him in the defense of the village, and he was traveling to the city of Enrai in order to try and gain some information on an existing jutsu perhaps. Katsu had with him a Bingo Book as well, fairly recent edition, and one name on that list had piqued his interest. Legion. A Missing Nin from Suna apparently, and one of the most nefarious characters you'd ever meet if his Bingo entry was spot on. He was rumored to have dozens of powerful kinjutsu at his disposal. Katsu figured that'd be as good a place to start as any. After all, even if he couldn't get any kinjutsu out of the man he might rid the world of him instead, which would be a service apparently.
So with that in mind, Katsu slowly thumbed through the Bingo book at his disposal repeatedly as he flew down the road towards Enrai on his Hoverboard. Wonderful day so far!
