Naruka looked up as asked and slowly began to speak after being prompted by the questions Gosei had asked. "I was actually honorably discharged sir" Naruka said honestly with no shame. "I requested that I be released from Yukigakure peacefully, and that was that." Naruka said making sure to keep his pale peepers on Gosei's as he spoke to display his sincerity. "Honestly I just wanted out of that hell hole of a village, I hated it." He said firmly gritting his teeth a little bit out of spite for the village that had kept him from his home for so many years. "Anyway...I do wish to request permission to live in the leaf village, and maybe after I feel a bit more comfortable, then joining your military doesn't seem like a too bad prospect." Naruka said sitting up as he spoke. His candor filled statements continued as he left everything out in the open. "In fact, having met Zakari over there, I'm a bit more tempted to join honestly." Naruka said letting a sly smile cross his face as he spoke about his one friend in the room.

"However I should have you know that I do have my alternative motives as well..." Naruka said as he prepared to talk about the Hyuuga connection with the Konohagakure. "As a Hyuuga I honestly just want to be close to my clan, and reconnect." He said simply as he continued to keep a good deal of eye contact with the Godaime Hokage. "So judge me as you will sir, but this is what I ask." Naruka finished calmly as he remained un-phased and awaited Gosei's judgement.

Perhaps a cloud had covered the sun or it was late in the day, either way Godric had arrived and he castes a large shadow. The 8 foot tall Vampire with golden hair, fancy suite archaic suit, and an arsenal of his own. Carrying a Large Oil Canvas Umbrella with his right hand to blot out the sun's rays to his skin. A Melody Arm on his said arm with intricate and beautiful design, but not so to fool others of it's true nature. A Huge Scroll tied cross ways on the lower back. A rather large Multi-Sword holster on his left hip containing 20 katanas, the holster and katanas all having a size increment increase of 1. And, of course, the Benihime (Crimson Princess) sheathed to his right, the sword itself fat with 10 blood droplets. Hidden within the secret slots of the umbrella was 5 slots of senbon as well should things get really interesting...

Godric was right behind Sairo timing was everything. Taking the que from the Rokudaime, Godric gave his name as well "Godric Hyuuga, body guard of said Tsuchikage..."

Now the tense part, if these guards were anything but helpful, and if luck was not on their side, things could become missunderstood. Unfortunately this was the case of a vampire lord, perhaps her could be underfed, but there was always a tense moment when faced with fresh blood....

topping to play after the youth had answered Gosei would tap the side of his harp with his fingers for a few seconds as he contemplated the implications of this. The youth seemed sincere. He had at least not blatantly lied. That meant that anything else was just an omission from the truth. Still though, the Hyuuga’s statements left little to the imagination and it did explain the lack of a headband. The Godaime nodded, placing the harp at his feet. ”Fair enough. This is how it is going to be.” Beckoning the clerk in the corner of the hall for pen and paper the Godaime would get a clipboard pushed into his hands on which he started to scribble a note. ”Unfortunately, I do not feel secure enough to have you just walk up to our gates. Therefore I shall bring you into a slumber with a Genjutsu. Please do not resist. After that I shall have someone bring you to our gates, I think Zakari would be most suited to that task since you seem to already have gained an understanding. I shall provide a summon for additional safety and to make the trip a more pleasant one. At the gates there will be someone waiting to awake you and help you get settled. That person will also discuss with you the terms of your stay, if you agree you will be allowed inside. If those are not sufficient to you then we shall proceed in the reverse order and you will be brought back here unscathed.” He stated as he scribbled a second letter. One would be folded up and handed to Zakari by the clerk. They were the written orders, just as Gosei had just described them, noting that the contact waited at the second gate. Another letter would be sealed by Gosei with a large wax blue seal and get the word ‘confidential’ written on the outside. This letter too would be handed to the Chuunin. ”Those are the instructions for the contact. They are for his eyes only. I assume there are no questions. The orders are clear.”

Standing up from his seat for a moment the Godaime would form a few handseals. ”Sleep…” Gosei ordered as he projected his chakra into the mind of the young boy. As long as Zakari did not handle the boy too roughly the boy should now obey the order with a ruthless efficiency. Even if woken up the domination enchantment would immediately set the Hyuuga to slumber again. Once the target would be brought to sleep like this the Godaime would link his hands together again, summoning Tenskwatawa. A large, 4 meters long emerald snake with brilliant yellow and red wings. ”Go with Zakari here to transport that boy to my village. Keep them safe.” The summon merely reared a head, hissed something which sounded like ”Yess Gosssei…” And slithered to Zakari’s side so he could lift Naru on her back.

With all that arranged the Godaime would simply lean back again on the throne, take the harp into his lap again and start playing a different melody than he did before, filling the hall with music. As he played as a guard would approach to whisper something into his ear, in response to which the Godaime merely nodded and continued to play.

When announced that they were in the presence of the Tsuchikage the guards would respond with a short bow. “Welcome to Nonsuch Embassy sir. Due to the safeguarding of privacy and the nature of the talks inside all recording devices are strictly forbidden. You are allowed to bring your weapons inside, though we of course we implore you not to use them unless it is for entertainment purposes. Permission to search you for any such contraband sir?” the guard would request most sincerely, and if the search was agreed with the matter would be quickly solved with a display of the items on person and a short pat down, after which the guards would be so gallant to hold the doors to the Hall of the Fire Throne open to you, from which the silvery notes of Gosei’s harp would emanate.

Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects 1 creature. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 7 meters plus 6 meters per class level. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 day per class level. This technique may be negated. If the user and the subject have a common language, they can generally force the subject to perform as they desire, within the limits of its abilities. If no common language exists, they can communicate only basic commands, such as "Come here", "Go there", "Fight", and "Stand still". User knows what the subject is experiencing, but they do not receive direct sensory input from it, nor can it communicate with them telepathically. Once the user has given a dominated creature a Command, it continues to attempt to carry out that command to the exclusion of all other activities except those necessary for day-to-day survival (such as sleeping, eating, and so forth). Because of this limited range of activity, people can sense the affected to determine that the subject's behavior is being influenced by an Enchantment. Changing the instructions or giving a dominated creature a new command is the equivalent of redirecting a Jutsu, so takes the amount of Handseals as before. By concentrating fully on the, you can receive full sensory input as interpreted by the mind of the subject, though it still can't communicate with the user. User cannot actually see through the subject's eyes, so it's not as good as being there themselves, but they still get a good idea of what's going on (the subject is walking through a smelly courtyard, the subject is talking to a guard, the guard looks suspicious, and so forth). Subjects resist this control, and any subject forced to take actions against its nature receives a new Save with a +2 bonus. Obviously self-destructive orders are not carried out. Once control is established, the range at which it can be exercised is unlimited, as long as the user and the subject are on the same plane of existence. User needs not see the subject to control it. If they do not spend at least 1 round concentrating on the Jutsu each day, the subject receives a Save to throw off the Domination. Protection from Evil or a similar Jutsu can prevent the user from exercising control or using the telepathic link while the subject is so warded, but such an effect neither prevents the establishment of Domination nor dispels it.

Naruka would not object seeing as the Hokage's request was more than fair. "That is perfectly fine lord Hokage." He said as he bowed his head and awaited the sleep effect that came upon him suddenly after just a simple spoken word. With nothing else to be done, but allow the Genjutsu to do whatever it was that it did, Naruka would do whatever it was, most likely ending up with him in the care of the Chuunin Zakari. And so when he next awoke, it would be at the gates of Konohagakure no Sato.

Remaining quiet for the majority of this meeting, Andromeda merely met the gazes being presented and stood adamantly where she was for the duration of her stay here. Even as the Rokudaime, she was still entitled to some fancies here and there she was sure...would have to look into that to be quite honest. It actually pained her to see another Yukigakure native leaving their home after she had essentially made them an endangered species with a few issued orders to a select few people. But that was all said and done.

With the initial business out of the way she leaned over casually when he began to strum the harp, keeping her tone casual. "And here I thought we were meeting with another Kage, not the remnant of a village nearly wiped off the map, Gosei. When will the new company be arriving?" She didn't have or need to say much in this regard, hell, she was honestly just observing things for the time being, wondering if she was going to know anyone who showed up today. Gosei had already put his Genjutsu to use, what else was there going to be?

Shenjie came in like a bullet behind his Kage as he sprinted after him as quickly as he could. "Damn you're fast." He said happily recovering himself as he threw a quick thumbs up at the fellow whom he sensed through the ground. He recognized the weight of the vibration and size to be about that of his Kage's and he noticed another person who had just been welcoming him to some place known as the nonsuch embassy. Shenjie's brown Gi and red belt that also held his headband plate that was wrapped around his waist, and also held his type 1 butt bag. Inside it housed 1 slot of Sound balls, 6 individual blood clot pills, 5 thermal capsules, 6 kunai knives, 3 sensory poles, 60 Hira shuriken, and 80 explosive tags. His Tsue Aramusha staff was folded up and stored away in the back of his bag as well. (Broken down into the base weapons)

As he approached the guard, utilizing his tremor sense to see, Shenjie threw his hands up keeping his pale sightless eyes forward. "Search me, do what you've got to do." He said happily as he awaited the searching of his person and the permission to enter the embassy.

Completely covered in a long hooded cloak with the head cover drawn upward, a 5' tall figure steps out from the shadows nearby the Tsuchikage , almost as if she'd been there the whole time. At a brisk but non-threatening pace Michiko glides over the ground, her unclad steel feet tapping down ever so softly. Under the cloak she wears a simple pair of BDU trousers held up by a Utility belt with a Butt Bag strapped at an angle behind her. No shirt to speak of, but no visible genitalia per say due to the particulars of how her steel skin came to be. Most of which irrelevant as without the ability to see through her cloak not much could be seen. Inside her utility belt lay an assortment of tags. 148 exploding tags, 38 locking tags, 25 Incendiary tags, 23 Lightning tags, 25 Ice tags, to be exact. Along with 15 hira-shuriken, and a simple Baseplate Compass. The butt bag connected to the Utility Belt contains 10 Kunai and a wireless radio. 3 of the kunai in the bag had explosive tags wrapped tightly around the handle. Limit: Must have Kikaichu Ishoku =========================================== Shishou no Koutetsu (Mastery of Steel) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Allows the user the capability of performing Seitetsu Clan Weapon Transformation techniques without the use of Handseals. Special: Must have obtained 500 TP in the Clan Jutsu. Drawback: Only "B" rank techniques or lower are effected by this ability. The user still loses the number of movements that the technique would normally require. Description: When the Weapon has learned enough about manipulating their body into different forms of Steel, they gain enough understanding of the transformations to become capable of utilizing those abilities without the use of handseals. In this manner, they will become capable of transforming in and out of different weaponry without pausing between the Human Form. This is primarily used so that the Human Weapon can transition between Weapon Forms while being Wielded by a Human Ally Specialist. Limit: Must have 500 TP in Seitetsu Clan Jutsu. I nodded as I proceeded to unzip the cloak that I was wearing to allow him to search. I had no recording devices upon my person, so it did not matter to me if they searched me or not. Once the search was complete on all of my comrades, I made my way into the hall. Music filled the room and at the end was the Hokage, or so I assumed. From the fact that he sat in the center throne with a female next to him, I could only assume as such. It appeared he had gotten my message after all.

My feet led me down to the end of the hall where he resided. I had not met with this Hokage personally and did not know of his name. But I was here for civil discussions, nothing more. It was likely that his own guards were waiting elsewhere just in case they were needed. I doubted he was here just by himself and one other as well as the embassy workers. Regardless, as I approached, I bowed my head for a brief moment. As my head lifted, so did my hands to remove the hood from my cloak.

"Lord Hokage, I presume? My name is Sairo Zassou, the Rokudaime Tsuchikage. I appreciate you giving me the chance to speak with you. It has been quite some time since the alliance between Iwagakure and Konohagakure had been established. Strange to believe that in that short time after creating the alliance, three others have taken the seat of power in Iwagakure since. And now, here I am... Discussing this same alliance with a new Hokage. Curious how time proceeds, is it not?"

I said, introducing myself before discussing things a little. I wanted to get straight to business. Talking was not something I cared to waste too much time on most of the time. But I knew the importance of it today, and knew that this was for a diplomatic purpose. Without the niceties, things would not progress as they needed to. As such, I hoped that this would go as well as possible. I was not looking forward to a fight today.

Godric had nothing to hide so the search would go easily. He even showed the guards the hidden senbon within the large umbrella should they have missed that. Thankfully the guards seemed to have a helpful position in all of this and Godric felt his emotions have been satisfied, "As they should treat an elite..." he thought to himself.

Following the Rokudaime Tsuchikage's lead, Godric did the same motions. Walking to through this building with the sense that it flowed to this room rather naturally. Bowing his head in the same way to give respect where respect was due, they were shown the same so everything was as it should be. With his head raised he noticed someone though...

The women next to the Hokage was indeed someone Godric knew. It was the previous Hokage, how tides indeed have changed during his six month slumber... But not to be drowned in his own past, there is business to attend to, and realizing that one must make the environment safe on both sides is a must for proper talks. Tapping Sairo on the shoulder and whispering to him, "Rokudaime-sama, should I take a closer look of the surroundings with my Byakugan? Shouldn't want any surprises now do we?"

Shin watched the developing situation with the same bored expression he always wore. Right up until the Hokage made his stance clear.

Was he really going to use Genjutsu? He observed as the man formed the handseals, and gave his command. Well. That answers that question. The sensation of his chakra was intense, the sheer power radiating from the man. Or perhaps it was just his authoritas?

Once the snake had carried the now comatose shinobi away, Shin pushed himself off the wall, heading over to the two Hokage. He looked up at them, the size difference doing little to faze him. "Did you really have to put him under Genjustsu? Isn't that a little extreme?" he inquired, more curious than malicious.

Then came the other arrivals. Shin dropped away, slipping back to his place on the wall, once again preferring to be out of the new comers' direct attention.

'WHOA. This is a HUGE building' thought the male as he approached the embassy. His animal friends were walking with him now after spending some time with his female partner.
He approached the guards while he bit his lip. This was about to get interesting...

"Hello. I am here to guard the Hokage" informed Minoru while looking at the duo. Shimoko sat on his shoulder and Toshio stoo by his side.
The guy had a number of weapons on his person plus the katana he got after graduating the Academy. But they would only be used if things got ugly at the embassy.

Looks like he was right on the money, this guy was the new Kage. Though he had to wonder how bad did Andromeda screw up that she would have to be replaced. Was he gonna find the Kage Tower in pieces upon his return to the Village or something? Pondering it for a few moments Zakari realized that he didn't really care either way. Unless he was being ordered to go on dangerous missions out the Village or something he was okay with working under a new leader. Also he certainly seemed more...Kageish. He had that kind of presence that you'd look for in a leader. Probably had a bunch of cool techniques and stuff under his belt as well.

He was only half listening to Naruka and Solus talk, only snapping to full attention when Naruka took his name with a confused "Hmm, what? Totally yeah." Concentrating more on the gist of the conversation it appeared that he was tasked with bringing Naruka to the Gates which was alright with him though he was a tad disappointed that he wouldn't get the opportunity to spend a night at the Embassy. Meh, some other time then. What was that? Did he say summon? Like a summoned creature? Was that a thing? Someone at the Gates to meet them, terms of stay blah blah. What was that about a summon again? Grasping the two letters he would put them inside the folds of his cloak, nodding his understanding. 

As the Hokage stood up and performed handseals the Kedoins eyes narrowed as he watched their progression, a technique unknown to him. And then with a command to sleep his companion would fall as such. Now THAT was an awesome Genjutsu. And as if that wasn't enough Gosie produced a HUGE snake...thingy. With wings and feathers. No. F*cking. Way. The Chuunin would start laughing with happiness and a tinge of madness. This new Hokage was full of suprises and he would have to stay on his good side to gain access to this awesome ability. While the giant snake-bird slithered over to him Zakari would realize that in his admiration he would have neglected to catch Naru as he fell to the ground, asleep. 

"Hope he doesn't remember that when he wakes up," he would say to himself as he bent down and picked him up with some difficulty and hoisted him over the scales of the summon. Naruka was like a sack of potatos and if he would have been stuck carrying him to the Gate on his own without it. Turning back to the pair on the Throne he would say, "I will be off then. Thanks for the loan, gotta teach me how to do that someday." And then turning to the snake he would gesture towards the exit, "Shall we be off?" with a tone of respect. Giant flying snakes deserved it after all.

inally Zakari departed with the former Yuki shinobi and the summon, which only responded to the young Chuunin with a nod. And with that the embassy was cleared of all manner of people and things that could negatively interfere with the arrival of the Tsuchikage. In the distance Minoru shuffled into the hall, adding another able body to the retinue of the Godaime. Impatiently Andromeda leaned over him, reverberating the Godaime for his tardiness. The sensor sense of the Godaime had however already revealed the presence of a party on the other side of the entrance near the guards, going through the mandatory check up. Among them surprisingly enough was a familiar chakra signature. One that he had not expected after that many years. On the other hand, Gosei was again in the seat of power of Konoha. It was for some reason not that surprising to find at least one familiar individual among the visitors. ”Patience is key hun. Besides, as long as one of them still breathes a village is not dead. Konoha was practically wiped off the map when I became Hokage for the first time. I was the only Chuunin. Hidden villages are not a physical location or a collection of people. They are an idea, and ideas are hard to kill. Besides… They are already outside and I know this Tsuchikage.”

And yes, as expected the man he had seen four years ago for the last time entered the room, striding to the dais, where he pulled his hood from his visage and announced his presence and identity. Not that neither was really required for the Godaime Hokage. With a final strum Gosei would finish his musical piece, placing the instrument on the floor. From his shoulder he would pick Mr. Fuzzypants. ”Hold him.” The Godaime said, pressing the creature against the lady. She did not really need to hold him, the arachnid would immediately clamp on to the woman, looking up at her with his big spaniel eyes. As ever it wanted to be petted.

Getting up from his throne the Godaime would step down from the dais and spread his arms as he approached the Rokudaime Tsuchikage. ”Welcome to our halls my brother in arms.” The Godaime exclaimed as he amicably slapped his hands onto his counterpart’s shoulders. ”I am Lord Kazeraikou Gosei, Godaime Hokage. We have encountered each other before, but we have not met. When Aoshi first announced the alliance between our villages. I was on the VIP balcony with the other village elders.” He explained. This perhaps should joggle the memory of the other. ”Yes, times have changed, when I was Hokage on my previous term we were vicious enemies.:” His eyes would sweep across the room, taking in the large gathering here. Too many people for civilized chatter. It would cause the talks to lose focus if everyone started to chime in. ”We both seem to have brought a party, but together our numbers are too great for a clear discussion. I propose that we retreat to the Golden room with each one aid and leave the rest here to mingle and learn to know each other. After all they will soon probably be working together.” He would say, making a sweeping motion to the door that would lead to the far cosier and more informal room than the hall that they were in.

[To make it easier, I'm making my post now so that the person chosen to join me has the ability to react. From there, once the parties have been separated, a posting order should be established just to make it easy.]

I listened as the Hokage introduced himself. I felt his hands upon my shoulders and nodded, a light smile appearing upon my face. Diplomatic discussions were always filled with light heartedness and frivolity at first before they had the chance to lead to as easy as simple discussions or as dangerous as declarations of war. However, I listened as he spoke, noting that he had seen me once before. It was at the inauguration of Aoshi. It meant he had seen my display with the Gods. I was pleased he had seen that.

"I wish we could have met in person on that day. Unfortunately, complications back in my own village took me away from your village almost immediately after the event was over. I trust the spectacle that I presented was to your liking."

I said, allowing him to continue his words. He mentioned moving the conversations to a separate room. He and I would each have one person with us, likely for security purposes. The question remained... Who would I choose? I heard Godric's question to me, but said nothing in response. I had to contemplate who would join me.

Godric was the likely option. He had power, and that would be great to have by my side if the conversations went to an assassination attempt on either life. Michiko also had power with her steel body and Hyuuga eyes. Shenjie wouldn't be affected by any illusions that could come to affect eyesight. All three had the ability to keep an eye out on the happenings of the great hall. But I had to decide on who would join me. In the end, it was rank that won it over.

"I agree with your proposal, Lord Hokage. By my side, I shall have Godric Hyuuga accompany me. During a recent absence of mine, Godric took over as a temporary leader of my village and did quite well for it. My other comrades shall remain here with those who have come here with you. It is, as you say, a wonderful chance for our Shinobi to get to know one another."

I explained, looking toward Michiko and Shenjie. They could each handle themselves, and I trusted Godric by my side. I knew he would do fine with me and the Hokage, along with the aid of his choosing. I wondered if he would choose the woman who had been sitting next to him. It was hard to say for certain. Regardless, once he had chosen his own aid and said any further statements necessary, I would follow his lead into the Golden Room as he put it. It was time for the real diplomacy to begin.

Rain.. Really...? Like of all the weather types that she could've run into in another country, it had to be rain! The young lady ninth had literally travelled out of the country of Rain, yet it appeared that even within Hi no Kuni it was still raining. Rain here, rain there, rain everywhere. Travelling light and by herself, she was carrying several weapons on her body, including two katanas, exploding tags and several types of grenades. In a buttbag attached to her belt, she carried several medical remedies, including mostly soldier- and blood pills. Over her back, she carried an enormous gourd filled to the brim with sand. Fortunately for her, she was more than used to rain, so it didn't bother her half as much as it could have. Even so, it had still put somewhat of a dampener on her mood. Having travelled for several days, she was now finally at her destination. Looking up ahead, she saw the castle that was supposedly Nonsuch Embassy. Relieved that her journey would soon come to a minor halt, she continued up the road there, entering the embassy through the main entrance...

...The girl was absolutely soaked. The vibrant red hair was clinging to her face, as water was streaming down the locks, dripping onto the floor. The white robe that was wrapped around her torso was almost soaked to a point of being see-through. Enough so that the darkened colors of her bra could be spotted through it. Worn over the white robe was a blue cloak, with the etching and symbol of her village easily visible on its back. Ninth Amekage. Approaching the desk and the clerk, if it wasn't for the very commanding pressence that she posessed, and the strenght behind her scarlet eyes, one might've thought her to be lost.

"Excuse me. I'm an old friend of the Leaf village, and I would like to seek an audience whenever time allows. If you would be so kind as to send message that the ninth Amekage, Yoshine Yokubori has arrived, I would be most grateful." Bowing her head lightly before the clerk, she proceeded through the steps of having her identity and kageship verified, so that there could be no doubt who had just arrived. Strange coincidences, perhaps? Wrapping the cloak tightly around herself she was trying to keep warm. Once the process was completed, she sure wouldn't mind finding a place to have a shower and some well deserved rest.

Shenjie sighed as Godric fellow was asked to accompany the Tsuchikage. He listened to the pair of Kages banter; however he found himself disinterested in the whole matter. "Michiko-sempai, what is it that we do now?" Shenjie asked as he felt the entrance of someone directly behind them as well as a presence in front of them beyond the Hokage whose voice betrayed his location. The woman was also an option to speak with, but she seemed a little preoccupied with something
That seems to be wiggling about in her lap that Shenjie couldn't get a good lock on. Michiko seemed to have her own agenda as well, which probably didn't set her off as being the most friendly of people as well. It was at this moment that Shenjie felt something behind him in the other room. Vague vibrations could be felt behind him as her sensed the coming of a third person.

With that in mind, Shenjie decided to go and converse first with the other fellow who had been leaning against the wall. Moving at a quick rate, Shenjie quickly covered the distance as the Kage's talked it out. Not to mention, if something went down he would prefer to be closer to the enemy opposed to needing to cover distance. As he approached the leaning fellow, Shenjie began to get a better image of what he was dealing with. "Hey there!" Shenjie said with a slight wave of his hand. He was not facing his opponent head on, but was more to the side as he didn't need his eyes to look at the guy. In fact Shenjie was facing the wall as he spoke, which probably was creeping the guy out as he prepared to have a conversation with this fellow. "What brings you here to this embassy?" Shenjie asked knowing that the answer was quite simple. He only wanted to start conversation like was suggested.

Of course Godric was chosen to be close to the Tsuchikage, it was the obvious choice. Or, at least that is what Godric thought. Holding himself with that sense of ego and elitism Godric did not miss a step and followed into the Golden Room.

As he entered this Golden room, he was happy to see clouds in the sky, the rain was a God send for Godric. But just to make sure, he went to the large bay windows and shut the crimson curtains, "I apologize in advanced, but I have a skin condition and would rather not see this glorious room enveloped in flame..." Though he does go back to his original thoughts about security.

"Now if you don't mind, I will be activating my Byakugan. You have your security and the Tsuchikage has his." Godric said as he turned around looking for approval. It usually is impolite to activate a dojutsu during conversations or similar events, but this is politics, and both sides need even footing. Thus if he was given no indication of disapproval he concentrated chakra to his eyes and let the white pupils of his bloodline manifest...

Michiko had only payed a cursory attention to the Hokage as he spoke, she was more engrossed in the surroundings. The Tsuchikage had taken Godric at his side. Good, the plan was pulling together. Godric was very formidable and if Michiko wasn't going to strike the final blow to kill him It would be best to have someone as powerful as he at the Kage's side. Michiko nodded as she was informed to stay behind, If the guards here wanted to interfere, she would gladly make sure they did not have the chance. The tsuchikage wanted them to "get to know" the other shinobi. Of course, better to know what traps await and what the opposition might have in store. Closing her eyes for a moment she squints and reopens them, with the activation of her Byakugan and concentration on it she expands her newly heightened vision around the entire room. Shifting between 360 degree vision and normal telescopic vision when needed she endeavors to "get to know" her fellow shinobi. Easily peering through layers of clothing, equipment and other such things Michiko spends the entire time taking a mental note of what each shinobi in the room was carrying, if any of them had any sort of implanted weaponry (much like her own kikaichu) or anything else that might be needed to make sure they don't get the upper hand. While her byakugan activated and scanned the room Shinjie had asked what they were to do. "Do? Well. We get to know our fellow shinobi just as the Tsuchikage suggested of course." She stated while taking in surveillance of the room and everyone/thing in it. Whether or not Shinjie was taking note from her or the kage Michiko did not know as the blind man wandered off to speak with some others. And a wall apparently.  Almost as if on cue Godrics voice sounded in her head. "You be our eyes out there, if anything suspicious comes up let me know immediately." With nothing more than a smirk on her face she continued the scans and sent a mental message back to him just as silent and motionless as his would have been to her. "Absolutely. I too heard the kages insinuation to keep an eye on the surroundings. It only makes sense to put one hyuuga out here and one in there. Though i'm a little jealous you get to be front row. But you know what they say , age before beauty right my ancient friend?" she responded with a chuckle, her eyes still taking in all the surroundings. "On a side note. This technique we're using.... I must have it. I don't care if it takes me living half as long as you and I have to become your apprentice, you must teach me." She shot back to him , a message she'd meant to tell him long ago. Special: N/A Drawback: The kikaichu feed from the shinobis chakra. Description: This allows the user the control the kikaichu in the use for their techniques. he bugs feed and live off the Chakra which the body stores and in return the Ninja gets to control and command the bugs, using them as their primary fighting technique. These bugs have the ability to drain chakra through physical contact with the enemy (and possibly consume a fraction of the host's chakra as well.) Limit: Must have Kikaichu Ishoku =========================================== Shishou no Koutetsu (Mastery of Steel) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Allows the user the capability of performing Seitetsu Clan Weapon Transformation techniques without the use of Handseals. Special: Must have obtained 500 TP in the Clan Jutsu. Drawback: Only "B" rank techniques or lower are effected by this ability. The user still loses the number of movements that the technique would normally require. Description: When the Weapon has learned enough about manipulating their body into different forms of Steel, they gain enough understanding of the transformations to become capable of utilizing those abilities without the use of handseals. In this manner, they will become capable of transforming in and out of different weaponry without pausing between the Human Form. This is primarily used so that the Human Weapon can transition between Weapon Forms while being Wielded by a Human Ally Specialist. Limit: Must have 500 TP in Seitetsu Clan Jutsu. When the user has obtained the required TP, this ability is gained automatically. =========================================== Keen Sight Rank: "C" (Special, See Description) Skill: Supplementary Effect: While the Byakugan remains active, the user gains an insight bonus to Observation checks. Description: Each time learned the user gains +5 insight bonus to their Observation and Sense Motive checks so long as the Byakugan remains active. When the user learns this technique the 1st 2 times they train it as a regular "C" Rank Jutsu. When the user learns this technique the 2nd 2 times they train it as a "C" Rank Jutsu +10 Training Points. Must know Byakugan. =========================================== Telescopic Eye Rank: "C"x9 (90 meters) (Special, See Description) Skill: Supplementary Effect: The user is able to see much further than normal and access an X-Ray ability. Special: --- Drawback: Must have the Byakugan active. May learn up to ∞ times. Description: When concentrating to See Through Chakra, the character can also spend time equal to Handseals to gain the ability to see through objects with X-ray like vision up to 10 meters from the user. This does not impede the user's line of sight and the distance a user can normally see, however they simply will not be able to use the X-ray ability beyond 10 meters. When the user first learns this technique the user trains it as a regular "C" Rank Jutsu. Each additional training allows the user to use the X-Ray ability for an additional 10 meters. For every 50 meters the user trains an additional +10 Training Points added to their previous training. The user also suffers a penalty to Observation checks every 15 meters instead of every 3 meters. If user loses an eye (has 1 eye) Telescopic Eye is reduced by 50%. By activating this ability the Byakugan gives the user a near 360° field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertabra. Andromeda was wasn't surprised to see Godric but the other hooded figure was something else entirely...a marvelous looking creature indeed. She could feel her inner scientist writing with interest but she kept it contained behind a mask of impassiveness. So all those around stated themselves and Andromeda too for the sake of just being the timid enough person to go last. Of course Gosei was already inviting people in too by the time she was piping up "Ando--oh. Uhm..." She chewed her lip now, another opportunity missed but she knew the Hyuuga, knew godic and standing here in the main lobby, unsure if she was to be Gosei' company, she looked at this metal Hyuuga individual.

"Interesting development." She noted, the main distinguishable trait between a passive and active hyuuga dojutsu being bulging veins, she didn't seem to have any facial covering and those same veins were bulging obtrusively. She was interested why the girl was clad in the attire she was but not enough to accost her directly. Instead she smiled brightly, turned her back and headed in last "I do not know what allies you have had in the past but this is Konoha, we have no need for trap at peace meetings." Of course she keep a cautious eye over her shoulder till she reached the door, bumping into it accidentally before simply entering in behind the rest of the part at hand.

Inside, presuming Gosei was given the permissions and go ahead, the curtains were drawn and the room scanned, building likely searched from head to toe. That made her wonder just how deep the Hyuuga X-ray vision, shown to her by the once visiting Hyuuga, could penetrate through wall and stone. Bricks or the like. More questions for another time. She didn't need to say much of anything, just being the escort and all, company for the sake of company. So Godric too was just a step in till the read heads popped up once more? Stone would be a vicious enemy to have these days if all didn't go well.

The medic girl rounded the far walls, eyes not directly on her guest but around them, watching just in case till she was once again at Gosei' side with the critter spider in tow. She'd neigh forgotten while assessing the situation with her head down. In just a whisper, though her lips were not disguised from view, clearly not to presume any sneaky disrespect, she had simply been quiet this entire time. "A Hyuuga girl outside, and now Godric as well. I have met with him before, very honorable man, he is." She turned amber eyes towards the former and current Kage.

A hiss could be heard from his smaller animal friend while the guards searched through his belongings. 'Huh!?' thought the male when he saw Toshio baring his teeth at something. Or perhaps was it someone...
'I guess I can activate my byakugan safely here since I'm a Konoha shinobi. BYAKUGAN!' thought Minoru as he activated his heritage.

His eyes rolled back a little while he tried to figure out who or what was scaring his companion. What the guy saw turned out to be a person that made his blood turn cold. Behind him stood a tall man that had a body structure that was too big for a normal human.
Not only was his bones very large, but his muscles were quite powerful too. The fact that the man had an enormous chakra system did not make him any less frightening either.

'Holy Kami-sama...his chakra system is even stronger than Gosei-samas or the Kazeraikou woman from Kumogakure!' thought the Chuunin. But what really made the male shiver was his eyes.
THEY WERE EXACTLY THE SAME AS HIS OWN. HE WAS A HYUUGA.

The guards handed him his weapons while his feline friend appeared to be calmer now. "Thanks" replied the male as he attached his weapon pouch to his hip. His byakugan then noticed a seemingly female figure that was quite small in stature.
'OH SHOOT...ANOTHER ONE!?' thought the black-haired guy when he noticed that she was a Hyuuga as well. He then felt shivers creep down his spine when he saw something that crawled all around her inside.

Her WHOLE BODY seemed to be infested with some sort of bugs that ate her chakra. He then noticed that her cells appeared to be covered in something that was rather solid.
'I HAVE seen this before. But where?' thought the guy while he studied her a bit closer.

Minoru then turned his attention towards the tall man after he had greeted Gosei. 'He's the Tsuchikage huh? No wonder he is so strong then' concluded the male.
"It is honestly a pleasure to meet such regal indivudials, thank you for sparing the time to visit" told the female next to him.

"It's an honor to meet you Tsuchikage-sama. I hope you had a pleasant journey to Konohagakure no Sato. My name is Hyuuga Minoru" greeted the Chuunin.
He then gave the tall man a polite bow while his animals did a similar move. Living along humans for so long made them able to pick up how they greeted one another.

With this technique the animal is capable of figuring out of the person is perhaps an evil intentioned character. This will help the animal feel threatened or feel more at eased, or to perhaps not even care or feel if one is perhaps suspicious in some way.

Description: An eye jutsu for the Hyūga clan. When activating the user's eyes dilate in the same white colour as veins bulge out of the corner of the eyes. The user can activate this technique as a “C” Rank technique taking up hand seals. The user is able to see through and thus ignore lighter forms of concealment, such as smoke or mist. The user may concentrate for an amount of hand seals equal to a “C” Rank technique while their byakugan is active to gain the see chakra and see through chakra effects for as long as the user concentrates and their byakugan remains active. Deactivating this ability takes up no movements. When the user learns this technique the first two times, they train it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. When the user learns this technique the second two times, they train it as a “C” Rank jutsu +10 training points. When the user learns this technique the last time, they train it as a “C” Rank jutsu +20 training points.
