Following calmly, it seemed that the Hokage wasn't all too fuzzed when it came to the girls apparel. Instead of replying to his choice of seating, she merely nodded, before finding herself seated in the warmth and comfyness of a chair. The luxury that was poured into this place was something that might've inspired her to update their own embassy. Except, to her their more humble approach to life held value too. Before she could introduce herself properly, or even begin talking on the subject of her arrival, the Hokage pre-empted her, almost exactly with the subject that had caused her to come here. 

"Astute deduction, sharp observation, though not entirely correct Lord Hokage. It is true I would prefer mending our bond, but finding out where we stand is equally as important if the former proves impossible." The girl said calmly, as she prepared a cup of tea for herself, idly swirling the waters, spices and sugar around in a minor vortex of deliciousness. It was already clear to her from the brief exchange that the two of them shared similar traits. Intelligence being one of them. "...During the war at the village of Mo, the village of Snow, where I was an exchange student at the time, attempted to use me as an assassin. To blame Amegakure for what would've been my treacherous acts. Instead, I warned the Hokage and had the other insurgents apprehended." Taking a small, elegant sip from her cup, it was clear that there was a reason for her to share this information, of which he was, probably, already aware. 
"I was offered refuge in both Mo and Konoha, as the betrayal against Snow would mark me a criminal. The friendship and alliance our villages once shared, protected a Hokage's life. Likewise, the respect and dignity to offer me refuge, shows me that the good will goes both ways."

Taking yet another small sip from the tea, she let out a soft sigh. This was where the difficult part began. "..I do believe both villages benefit from standing united. We share a common enemy in the village of Snow, and our positions logistically would make hostilities difficult. 

...Personally, I would be invested in arranging an alliance and mending our bond. For the sake of the village, I would do the same. The Rain is, however, not here with the intention of paying recompense. The former alliance brought great things to your village. The breaking of the alliance has, to my knowledge, not caused either village anything negative. As such I hope you understand, that making demands or asking for an uneven exchange in this diplomatic endeavour will all be met with the same resounding no. We'd be equal allies, or not allies a all."

As the meeting concluded, Shenjie quickly heard the foot steps of the Tsuchikage and his coldblooded counter part. Shenjie quickly patted shin on the head lightly. "I guess our fun will have to wait till next time." Shenjie said as he quickly sprinted over to Godric and the Tsuchikage to rejoin their party. Shenjie was stisfied with his position up until he heard the Hyuuga fellow speak, which actually told him a lot about his posture, tone of voice, and more importantly his heart rate. Shenjie made sure to bump into the fellow on his way over to his party so that he could get a read on the fellows heart rate. It was definitely pumping, Shenjie thought to himself as he wandered over towards the towering Godric and stepped aside so that the Tsuchikage could address this poor fellow who seemed too concerned about his status.

"So shall we be off?" Shenjie asked, waiting after the Kage's response to the statement as he waited for a respond before doing anything further. Shenjie was done with the land of fire and it's pitiful Shinobi. The only reasonable one was the woman who said almost nothing at all and smelled of lilac and ginger. "At least that was something..." He said quietly avoiding the pleasant smell of the Hokage himself, who smelled of tea and powder. Shenjie needed to get away from this proper place and to get back to his training!

he spoke true, yet the ambiguity of some of her words seemed apparently lost on her. ”We are currently hostile to the hidden rain. The previous Hokage did not take kindly to the sudden termination of our union. My shinobi might not engage immediately, but if he or she encountered one of your shinobi dangling over a pit of lions… There would probably not be any help. A sad situation to say the least, considering how it used to be.” The Godaime watched how the woman stirred her tea. Whatever the case with the Amegakure, they had picked a most lovely Kage. Also one who would come directly to the point. Feisty redhead indeed.

”We treated you as an equal ally and in return we got spat in the face. You speak of all the great things your village brought us, as if we were the only one who reaped the benefits. And yes, it did bring us in a precarious position. Without the Amegakure’s support we were forced to strike first before Yuki could move. We did come out on top, but people died in the process.” Reaching inside his haori the Godaime would retrieve an object, placing it on the table. It was a white glove, the back of the hand adorned with a Yuki headband. Anyone who had ever heard of Snow knew that this could be only one thing: Ace’s glove, a former Yukikage. ”We are stronger than ever now. Although we would treat your village as an equal, the deal would still be heavily in your favour. Especially with all those broken alliances. I have no illusions, you need this alliance more than I do.” A statement that was even more accurate since the lobby right now was full of Stone shinobi exchanging pleasantries with those of the Hidden Leaf. Leaning back in his chair the Godaime would fold his fingers. ” Last time you guys did not hold up your end of the deal. There is no guarantee this time that that won’t happen again. You are asking us to do a trust fall with someone who already dropped us before. And all I have in assurances are two beautiful crimson puppy eyes. I am willing to take the risk, but in return I want only one thing. A formal statement from you that your previous Amekage had a brainfart and that it shall not happen again.”

Godric stood nearby. Somehow this let Michiko's hopes down as if the entire mission wasnt going according to plan. Not even so much as a flinch in the offensive position. These Leaf ninja were BORING! And now godric was back, and no blood had been called for. Shifting her stance to a less "at attention" one her body slightly slumped as if momentarily defeated. The slump was momentary as she blinked a few times and decided it didn't matter all that much. At least, she would have to tell herself this.  It was truely a sad day when all these milky white eyes got to remain inside the skulls of their hyuuga hosts. She would not get to collect them and place them in a jar as she'd hoped. "Guess the number of eyes , win a prize" would have been placed on the large jar. Oh it was to be such a happy jar. But no. These leafers would get to keep their eyes for now.... Michiko sighed silently to herself as she sat disheartened watching and waiting. People buzzing in, people buzzing out, people buzzing all about, and not a drop of blood to shed. She had her orders, and as vague as some of them were they were very adamant about waiting for her signal to move. This signal had yet to come. Surely it would right?  Soul energy within swirled with emotion and an urge to inflict agony, anything that could view it could see its strictly sharp movements around her body. The user may concentrate for an amount of Handseals equal to a "C" Rank Technique while their Byakugan is active to gain the See Chakra and See Through Chakra effects for as long as the user concentrates and their Byakugan remains active. Regenerate also heals Serious Damage within 15 rounds, and rids the subject of exhaustion and/or fatigue. It has no effect on nonliving creatures (including undead). Limit: Must start with Character; 2 Freebies.. =========================================== Karada Sumiyaka (Body Speed) -[90TP] Rank: "D", "C", "B", "A", "S" Skill: Supplementary Effect: Allows the user to learn to move at speeds equivalent to their Difficulty Class. Special: --- Drawback: Must learn the technique for every rank of Koutetsu no Karada or else the user will suffer from movement penalties. Description: This specialized form of training is given to those individuals within the Seitetsu Clan. Upon becoming an individual with the Steel Body technique, the user's own speeds will dramatically suffer. This training allows the user to act as if they were unaffected by the steel transitions within the body, allowing them to fight normally. Each Rank of this technique reduces the Difficulty Class Movement Penalty imposed by the Steel Body technique by one Difficulty Class, meaning that if the user only has the "D" Rank of this technique but switches to "B" Rank Steel Body, then they will have their movements reduced to the point that they would move as if they were two Difficulty Classes lower than they were, instead of three. Description: This allows the user the control the kikaichu in the use for their techniques. he bugs feed and live off the Chakra which the body stores and in return the Ninja gets to control and command the bugs, using them as their primary fighting technique. These bugs have the ability to drain chakra through physical contact with the enemy (and possibly consume a fraction of the host's chakra as well.) Limit: Must have Kikaichu Ishoku =========================================== Shishou no Koutetsu (Mastery of Steel) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Allows the user the capability of performing Seitetsu Clan Weapon Transformation techniques without the use of Handseals. Special: Must have obtained 500 TP in the Clan Jutsu. Drawback: Only "B" rank techniques or lower are effected by this ability. The user still loses the number of movements that the technique would normally require. Description: When the Weapon has learned enough about manipulating their body into different forms of Steel, they gain enough understanding of the transformations to become capable of utilizing those abilities without the use of handseals. In this manner, they will become capable of transforming in and out of different weaponry without pausing between the Human Form. This is primarily used so that the Human Weapon can transition between Weapon Forms while being Wielded by a Human Ally Specialist. Limit: Must have 500 TP in Seitetsu Clan Jutsu. When the user has obtained the required TP, this ability is gained automatically. =========================================== Keen Sight Rank: "C" (Special, See Description) Skill: Supplementary Effect: While the Byakugan remains active, the user gains an insight bonus to Observation checks. Godric tilts his head at Minoru. Such a title was once bestowed upon Godric, but that was past history, twas but a fleeting temporal moment within his past. Thus to correct the misjudgment, "You are mistaken, I am merely a Chuunin in rank. I only held the title during a temporary and traumatic period within Iwagakure. The Tsuchikage is still within that Golden room contemplating our standings."

Noticing the critters and their demenor toward himself, Godric showed now outward attention to such actions. Instead he was focusing upon Minoru, the prospect of a family reunion quite tempting. "Now for an introduction. I am Godric Hyuuga, apart of the branch family. You may also know me as the Dark hand of the Hyuuga, though it has been a few centuries since I have been called that last."

Looking toward Michiko and sending a wordless, telepathic message, "Are you interested in going to the mansion?" thus he made the request to Minoru, "Is the Hyuuga Mansion accepting visitors at this time?"

Listening calmly to what Gosei had to share, while sipping on the tea. It was delicious, flavorful and soothing. The tea was putting a light blush onto her cheeks. A content sigh left her lips, as she cautiously placed the mug back down onto the table before replying to everything that he had to say.

"Allow me to correct you. A single person within Amegakure decided to spit you in the face, not our entire nation. Instead of claiming that it was you, the nation of Ame, point instead your finger at Lady Mitsukai. The Elders of Amegakure have been removed by force, brought mad by whispers of power and glory. They instated an Amekage whom they could control. Besides, Lord Hokage, you know as well as I, that Ame was lead to believe I was a traitor to the waterbelt alliance, and that your nation shielded me. In a sense, the betrayal was as great to me personally, as it was against you."

Unless Gosei decided to argue that a two year witch-hunt on her head for having stood by Konohagakure's side, rather than carrying out the assassination, was something she could simply sneeze at, her words ought to ring true.


"An equal alliance would not benefit the Rain more than it would benefit the Fire. That is the meaning of equal. If you would have me believe, that the military strength of Fire and her allies would be able to bring our nation to rubble, I can only shake my head. Those are the thoughts of a conqueror, not a negotiator. Rain does not stand alone, and allying with us would extend, if not an alliance, at least neutrality towards our allies. I believe you would prefer not having to look closely in the direction of Kaze no Kuni, no?"


Scratching her cheek thoughtfully, she was now getting towards the final point that she needed to respond to. It was the most difficult one to answer for, as she did not know exactly what had transpired with Lady Mitsukai.

"I would love to give you a statement from Lady Mitsukai, apologising for what she did, although, I can't. We do not know where Lady Mitsukai has disappeared off to, or if she was being manipulated by the village Elders. I can personally make a statement that the situation is being investigated, that the decision was ridiculous, ignorant and short-sighted, and that we appreciate the tolerance and forgiveness Konoha has shown. Until we can interrogate her, we see Lady Mitsukai as a criminal, and should Konoha manage to capture her, we will naturally pay a significant bounty for the chance at interrogating her. Though, I hope you understand that, with the Elder situation, I cannot openly condemn the woman until I know the full truth. Afterall, Lady Mitsukai disappeared shortly after breaking the alliance. I suspect she may have fled from the Elders."

Hopefully this would be the most levelheaded response that she could give. The girl was willing to stretch as far as she could, openly admitting to the fact that the breaking of the alliance was a horrendous mistake, although she would not condemn until she had pure evidence of her guilt. Perhaps the girl was turning more and more lawful, the more she stepped into the realm of leadership.

"I'm willing to stretch as far as I can, though I believe you too have shook your head at the decisions of the Kage before you. We do the best that we can to rectify those mistakes. That is our duty, and that is why I am here. If I can offer anything personal to aid mending the wound, let me know. Though I will not jeopardise my village."

'Really now?' thought the male as he glanced towards the Golden room. But it made sense in a way...the Tsuchikage probably had many things to discuss.

"Now for an introduction. I am Godric Hyuuga, apart of the branch family. You may also know me as the Dark hand of the Hyuuga, though it has been a few centuries since I have been called that last." informed Godric.
'Wait - did he say CENTURIES!? But that's impossible unless he's just fooling around or...'.

The older man's voice made the guy snap back to the real world. "Is the Hyuuga Mansion accepting visitors at this time?" inquired the Chuunin. The younger shinobi bit his lower lip while he tried to come up with a reply.
There was no doubt that the blonde in front of him was a Hyuuga. He had a similar network compared with other branch house Hyuugas plus a doujutsu to match.

But then was the diplomatic side of things. "We are open to visitors, but you need to get a permission first. I suppose that won't take long since you already have a permit to follow the Tsuchikage" replied the male after a minute or so. The very last thing he wanted to happen was to break the law. Especially since the black-haired guy wanted Konoha to improve their relations with other villages...

trange woman. She kept confusing her village with the nation. As if a Kage was the leader of a complete country. Still, the attempt at correction was pitiful, placing words in his mouth he did not speak. ”I said ‘Got spat in the face’… I did not specify anyone with that. And those are not the words of a conqueror, but the words of someone who is willing to go to extremes to keep his villagers safe.” The Godaime spoke, placing his half full cup on the table and getting up. As if in thought over Yoshine’s words he absentmindedly picked a book from the shelf, looked at the cover for a second, and put it back in a more appropriate place. At the mention of the Sunagakure Gosei would chuckle, his eyes glancing for a second in the direction of where the Tsuchi filled lobby was located. ”I am already ahead of that curve…” And then more ranting about Lady Mitsukai. She was the past, cast out. Relax, I am not going to let this possibility to ally our villages again slip by because of past grievances with an Amekage who had no idea what she was doing. We’ll just keep it at the point that electing her in the first place was a mistake.” Softly he would massage two specific points at the base of the Amekages neck and her shoulders, creating an oddly soothing effect. Also, did it seem ever so slightly easier to breathe? It had been ages since he had used the healing effects of Dian Xue Shu, but that did not mean he had forgotten how that worked. ”Oh yes. LU 1: Zhong Fu (Central Residence) must be struck with a small weapon such as a one knuckle punch. Great Energy drainage and thus great local pain which will slowly spread over the whole chest area due to this points connection with another point called SP 21: Dabao (Big Wrapping) located within the Spleen Meridian. A strike here will hinder the progress of Gu Qi, in which is made from food and liquids. As the meeting concluded, Shenjie quickly heard the foot steps of the Tsuchikage and his coldblooded counter part. Shenjie quickly patted shin on the head lightly. "I guess our fun will have to wait till next time." Shenjie said as he quickly sprinted over to Godric and the Tsuchikage to rejoin their party.

Shin shrugged as the strange Shinobi zipped away, making his way rather quickly back to the other Stone Nin. Shin watched them leave, before turning to look toward the Hokages for direction. This was of course outside of his knowledge, being the first mission of this rank he'd attended. He would just have to defer to the Kage's on this one, they'd make a better call than he ever could.

Not only that, he knew nothing about what had occurred inside the back room, whether everything was fine, or even if the Stone Nin's abrupt departure meant war was coming. He sighed, shaking his head. Well, if it happened, it happened. And he'd have to deal with it then. But what a pain that would be!

He remained off to the side, but once the massive guy was gone, Shin would approach the Hyuuga from his village, planning to inquire after the strengths of the Shinobi. He remembered being told the Byakugan could read Chakra strength, among other things... Helpful, when it was on your side.

"Let's go home guys" told the male while looking at his animal friends. The duo perked up before they walked or flied over to him. "I'll see you at the Hyuuga mansion then. I'll be there if you need to find me. I can't wait to give you a tour" informed Minoru while he looked at the Iwagakure Hyuugas.

He exited the embassy after he had given the duo a polite bow. A huge smile formed at his face. 'I CAN'T BELIEVE IT - THERE ARE HYUUGAS LIVING IN OTHER VILLAGES!' thought the guy as he headed back home to Konoha.
This had been one of his best missions ever. He hoped that Noriko would be in Konoha so they could celebrate this together.

Her telepathic response came to a short stop as a swell of anxious anger from within forced her to stop what she was doing lest she visibly become much more threatening. Calming herself she'd hoped the anger didn't pass through the telepathic network to godric, she still wasn't sure how deep his ties to the hyuuga laid and her urge to pluck the eyes from most hyuuga's heads and let them bleed to death might give off the wrong impression. She made a mental note to herself that she's going to have to open a line of communication with him one day to see for herself how much he liked or disliked the hyuuga. But for the time being they were on a mission and slow as it was, it still had potential. "This mission however is taking longer than I had hoped for. Though in all honesty I don't generally make diplomatic runs so its not like I have much to base this on." Another telepathic message sent to godric, this one with some levity at the end. Repositioning herself to watch over everyone and continuing her statuesque stance Michiko simply did her job and watched the surroundings waiting on her Kage to return. It was strange how this person rubbed off on her wrong. It seemed that, as she was covering her bases and making absolutely sure he understood her intentions, he was more interested in cutting her short, more interested in his own side of the story. A twitch went through her body, when he rudely assumed her reason for replying to a specific statement in a specific manner. Rather than speaking up against his unwitting insult, the Amekage instead took a deep breath. It was clear with his remembering the coloration of the Hokage tower, that he was unaware of just how insulting he was coming off. "If all you require is such a letter, then I suppose my reason for coming here has been fulfilled. In such circumstances I would leave you to your duties, and seek to return to my own fold." Bowing her head before him graciously, she had gotten rather eager to leave this place...

Slowly, calmly, the Amekage finished her tea, before placing the empty cup back onto the table in front of her. Slowly rising from her position, she casually brushed herself off, seemingly trying to drag herself out of a slumpy feeling. "I shall be leaving here shortly. I thank you for your most generous hospitality." With that said, the girl would begin to slowly walk away, allowing him to interfere and speak to her if he so desired. Though in earnest, she wish he would not...

If no interruptions were made, she would be making her way back to the bathing area, finding herself a nice place to wait for her clothes to dry, after which she would be leaving the Konohagakure embassy.

Godric followed Minoru toward the exit. Stopping at the reception desk though he stated to the receptionist, "I'll be leaving to Kanoha, the Hyuuga mansion specifically. I am sure..." Godric didn't get Minoru's name... So instead he indicated before the Hyuuga Kanohain left, "That man will suffice as an escort yes?"

Though not bothering for a response Godric played a series of handseals. It was only for a shadow clone as the Tsuchikage's business here was not yet finished. "I'll be leaving my clone here for obvious reasons, I hope your not offended by this." He said, and again not waiting for a response.

No, Godric was already on his way out and with that a telepathic message back to Michiko, "It is fine, my clone can contact you should something go amiss."

With that, Godric took his umbrella from behind his back and exited following Minoru... The umbrella acting as shield against the rays of the sun, or were it still raining, then the precipitation...

The Clone on the other hand stayed. Finding a dark corner of the room, perhaps a table or at least a comfortable seat.

Effect: This technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions.

Drawback: The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power.
Description: The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after 1 or 2 solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones cannot be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Entering the embassy Hitora was still wearing his usual attire, the black body suit with blue bird symbol across his chest and the backs of his shoulders, his black combat boots that had greaves attached to them, made part of them. His black leather gloves that encompassed his hands, around his neck was the wireless radio with its earbud in his left ear, finally on his back was his field pack which was full of items.

Inside the field pack was his utility belt, his two metal clubs, a short sword, two claws, sixteen caltrops, 2 knives, forty-six kunai, one hundred and eighty-three senbon, fourteen smoke pouches, five ice pouches, for fragmentation grenades, sixty Hira-Shuriken, forty vivre cards, ten incendiary pouches, a four inch flashlight, thirty-five glowsticks, fifty-six zipties, a gravatic pressure bandage, five thermal capsules, six blood clot pills, a plasma protein replicator, a handheld inspection tool, a pair of googles with anti-flash lenses, a multi-tool, and a pair of binoculars.

He would then walk up to the desk and ring the bell for assistance, afterall this place was also supposed to be where people could rest. When the person who worked the front desk arrived finally Hitora would smile softly and say “Hello, I am Hitora Ryunobu, I am here for the Amegakure-Konohagakure ‘party’. I’d like a room to await the event please.” The clerk, almost knowing what Hitora meant by ‘party’ nodded silently and handed him a room-key, stating its number and calling a bellhop, which Hitora dismissed because he could carry his own bag himself.

Hitora then headed up to the room he was assigned, before pulling out of his pack some formal wear which he ironed out nicely thanks to the accommodations of the room he was in. It was a very nice dress outfit, a long sleeved button up white shirt, grey slacks with perfect creases, a blue tie which matched the color of his bird symbol and a black vest that was grey in the back. He placed the outfit on, rolled the sleeves up and brushed his hair back as he went down to the dining area to eat dinner, wondering who all he would meet, though he was anything but unarmed hiding one of his knives inside a special but simple holder that kept it in place.

n preparation for the festivities the halls had been decked in flowers. Strings of them hung around everywhere of interlocked flowers, red orchids for Konoha, blue lotuses symbolizing the Amegakure. Two long rosewood tables were placed in the length of the Hall of the fire throne, with a third table across the three thrones on the dais for the leaders of the two villages, which were once again happily united. The thrones were decked with even more red and blue flower garlands. The throne in the centre, traditionally the seat of the Hokage had an Amegakure banner hanging over the back, whereas the one on its right hand side, for visiting dignitaries, had a Konoha banner hanging over the back. The three tables were decked with purple flowers in the center, surrounded by all manner of dishes, ranging from tiny and refined to large and gluttonous, something for everyone. THe large windows would give an excellent view of the starry night sky, whereas the lit chandeliers would properly light the room for the gathered crowd of officials from both Hi no Kuni and Ame no Kuni.

Clothed in his white suit and green plaid waistcoat the Godaime would make his entrance first, taking up a position at the bottom of the dais, waiting for more guests to pour in and for the Amekage to make her appearance.

Having come from the Land of Hotsprings, Amarante had felt herself poorly dressed for the occasion and had stopped to get a change of clothes, rather than wearing the rags she had traveled with. While they were indeed new clothes, they still retained Amarante's dress sense and were just as revealing as the tattered clothing she had threw in the garbage, the difference was that these new rags were stylish rags. Her tops was a very open one, it was split down the middle in the front held together by a thin strand of fabric above her cleavage that wrapped around her right shoulder though at the back it went all the way down to the backs of her knees when she stood. Her usual black in colour this top had gold trimming along the split, this was a new achievement of sluttyness as she had managed to turn her outfit into something that vaguely resembled high class despite the revealing nature of dress, it was worth pointing out that she was not wearing a bra either and her boobs were seemingly at risk of falling out if she were to move carelessly. Pant wise she was wearing a short white miniskirt that barely made it halfway down her thigh, of note she was wearing panties. Black lace for those game enough to sneak a look, very seductive. As if to attempt to make up for the lack of pants however her boots reached all the way up and past her knees, the leather tied with two belts to her upper thigh to ensure that they didn't slip down like old socks. These new black boots of hers held a high heel of about three inches and held some more gold trimming at the top of the leather at the thigh and around the outside of the sole area.

Amarante however was not one to forgo accessories however and her ensoble was rife with them. All around her arms and waist were loosely strung strings, matching in colour to her top, and around her neck she wore a familiar collar around her neck though unlike in her youth she had with her a short golden chain that would allow her, if she wanted to, to hook this collar around her neck to a second collar she had strapped to her right wrist, for whatever reason that was. To top it all off she also wore a black headband to keep her long blond hair in place as she allowed it to hang down straight. It was really getting long now, it was past her bottom even. She should think about cutting it shorter one day.

Blue eyes scowered the embassy for a familiar face as she approached however the only one she was able to notice was the Hokage's, Gosei. Moving over to him she couldn't help but note that there were two thrones prepared, and she had a sneaking suspicion that neither were for her. Oh how Gosei had a royal flare to him. "Now then Gosei, you've certainly made yourself at home now haven't you." Her tone was rather casual but at the same time it was ridiculing. All in jest she was sure but at the same time, Gosei needed to be reigned in from time to time else he'd spend all the nations funds on parties on hookers.

"finally...Damn I hate long walks..." Tetsu complained as he saw the huge embassy coming into sight. He shoved his hands into his overcoat's pockets as they slowly got closer and closer to the building. Tetsu looked to his left at Loki as they had been traveling together. Tetsu smirked a bit as a tad bit of ash fell off the end of his lit cigarette. "you know, I think our Hokage is a pimp...I mean look at this place we going to...and big ass parties...definitely some sort of pimp." Tetsu said jokingly hoping that Loki might laugh at his jest as they approached the front gates. They were pretty expensive for what Tetsu would have budgeted for an embassy; however some people obviously spare no expense when it comes to the finer things. As He approached the gates, he noticed a set of guards doing what guards do...guard. "Yo!" he shouted quasi-loud as he waved his index and middle fingers in a wave of greeting. Tetsu quickly pulled his ID out of his inner coat pocket as they approached the gates. His rolling assault carry on bag was getting pretty cumbersome from the long walk; however it still held a number of kunai, knives, explosive tags, fake explosive tags, locking tags, bo shuriken, scrolls, and his world map that he brought along with him. His walkie-talkie that Loki had given him was also stashed in the bag as well. He also kept his brass knuckles stashed away with his tanto short sword within the bag. His bag also stashed 3 packs of cigarettes and 4 lighters.His change of cloths and his tactical shinobi vest and other gear were stashed away inside the bag. 1 pack and 1 lighter were in his person thought, because he decided it best to keep some on hand. Sighing as he extended his ID out towards the guards to prove who he was, he looked over at Loki wondering if he cared to grab his ID. 

"I'm Tetsu Nara, and this is Loki Furī Hyoushi." Tetsu said pointing his thumb back at his friend as smoke rolled off of the end of his cigarette. "we are here for the party, if you have any questions take it up with the Hokage..." Tetsu said in a disinterested fashion as he took hi ID and placed it back in his pocket. "Loki, lets crash this bitch..." He said nodding his head in the direction of the embassy. It was definitely getting colder, and this party was a complete pain the ass; however at least he and Loki got to hang out for a bit, and Amarante would be in some skimpy dress, Tetsu thought to himself as his cheeks got a little red at the thought. "Good luck to you mate" Tetsu said to his friend just before they entered, extending his fist in Loki's direction, offering a fist bump. "Not that you need it." Tetsu said with a laugh as he turned to enter the embassy's huge doors. 

The place was huge, was all Tetsu could think as he took off his over coat to reveal what he had really been wearing underneath the brown mess of coat.

He donned a black dressy vest under his white dress shirt that he had been seen wearing earlier. His Gray and green Striped tie was fit loosely around his neck, with a well tied knot that held his look together. Just above the point where his tie fit under his vest, the Nara clan's insignia resided comfortably as a tie pin upon his tie itself. his black slacks and belt fit him pretty well, and in fact, this was about as dressy as Tetsu got more often than not. over all of that, he wore a black dress coat that he had been planning to wear to the party; however the embassy was obviously heated well enough that he felt he could go without the restricting article of clothing. His tucked in shirt and black shoes topped off his attempt at attempting to appear semi-decent for the Amegakure-Konohagakure party. "How do I look?" Tetsu asked as he placed his heavy brown overcoat and dress coat over to the side on the coat rack that was surely provided by such esteemed hosts. "You already know your rocking it mate...so let's see how the ladies take our dapper appearances." Tetsu said with a chuckle as he placed his Rolling assault bag in one of the closets (or perhaps handed it to a servant who would do the same) and made his way towards the Throne room of fire. 

"This place has a throne room?!" Tetsu said to Loki as he was sure that he was entering with him to this part. "that's pretty sick!" He said in excitement as he scanned the room, noticing a plethora of diplomats from both countries present in the room mingling. Tetsu also saw the Hokage Sporting white...as usual. Amarante was up speaking with the fellow too in a skimpy outfit...as usual. Tetsu laughed at how revealing she decided to go with her clothing. "She doesn't know the meaning of modesty." Tetsu said with a chuckle as he looked about the room patiently talking in a breath of the sweet embassy air. It smelled sweet like food, yet he also smelled something that reminded him of bath salts. "Hmmm a warm bath would be pretty great right now..." He muttered to himself as smoke continued to roll of the end of his cigarette that he didn't care to extinguish even inside. Puffing out a small cloud of smoke, he looked back at Loki for a moment, "So, shall we mingle a bit?" He asked gesturing towards the mixed group of men and women from both Hi no Kuni and Ame no kuni.

Loki didn't have much to say as they made their way to the embassy. Loki was too busy getting into character, one needed to act a certain way when going to these type of events. Loki even more so if he wanted to get want he wanted. Loki extended his right arm and whipped away a speck of dust that he saw on his sleeve. His suit was a very dark navy blue, he had a black shirt and a loosely tied orange tie. His slacks were fitted, and his belt was black, opting not to wear his stark white utility belt, for the sake of fashion. Under the sleeved of his suit coat he hid two kunia's because one could never be too sure. Finally on his feet he wore what looked like black dress boots, in reality, they were his Air Treck, the Thunder Regalia, in their dormant form. Nothing was ever what it seemed with Loki.

Under his suit shirt, Loki had his tactical vest. Inside of the vest he had, 4 kunia, 30 shuriken, his entire load of explosive and fake explosive tags, as well as his lock tags, and a walkie talkie. Over his suit he wore his leather coat, that housed bottles of sand hidden under a layer of cloth, held by the leather strapping that once was apart of a cloak that he owned. The leather coat was draped around his shoulders. Loki chuckled a little bit at Tetsu Joke about the Hokage being a pimp, and then just strutted by like he owned the place as Tetsu stopped to give his ID, and introduced the two of them. Once inside, Loki shrugged his shoulders cause his coat to fall off, he caught the collar of the coat and whipped it over his shoulder as he looked over at Tetsu, and bumped his fist with his own saying, "This is a forest of lies, deceit, and malicious machinations... luck is unnecessary, this is my default setting."

Loki smirked as Tetsu asked how did he look, "Well enough... now I won't have to pretend like I don't know you." Loki, handed over his coat to be put in storage along with Tetsu rolling bag. He wouldn't have any need for his sand, and even if he did, he would be able to manage until he could get his hands on his coat. They made their way to the throne room, and Loki just shock his head as Tetsu seemed to be surprised by ever little thing that they encountered. Loki chuckled and then whispered into Tetsu's ear, "Lesson one... nothing is shocking to you. I don't care if see a flying purple hippo in a pink dress. Act like it's all old hat to you." 

This would probably be an odd moment for Tetsu, as Loki was always so excited an energetic. But he had a role he wanted to play in mind. And when he gave an acting performance, he was going to comment. So Dapper Loki was going to be making a rare appearance. As they went further in Loki noticed Amarante. Hell... who wouldn't notice her. Loki smiled softly and then said, "Well modesty...can be a little boring. If they play any good music, I might ask her for a dance..." Loki then looked over at Tetsu, hoping to get a bit of a rise out of him. He then nudged him slightly and then said, "We both know you're to afraid to ask her. And a women like that, should never be without a dance partner. Hmmm, maybe the Hokage will beet me to it." 

Loki didn't have any real interest in Amarante, he wasn't even sure if he completely trusted the women yet, but Tetsu clearly had a thing for her, so maybe pretending like he was some sort of competition would joint him into some kind of action. Loki then shook his head, as Tetsu asked if they should mingle, "Oh dear socially awkward Tetsu... I've been mingling since we entered." Loki waved at the mixed group and several of the females waved back. Loki started to walked towards the group and looked back at Tetsu and then said, "Lesson two, you can say more with a look and a smile than you could ever speak with words... come on." Loki walked across the room with his hands in his pocket and a sly smile on his face.

//Enter messenger animal

A single messenger animal flew into the embassy before landing upon the side of the desk within the common room. The insignia upon the small vest of the animal itself was the symbol of Kusagakure no sato. Also attached to the vest was a small cylinder which had an envelope rolled up and sitting inside. Upon opening the message itself would read:

The current Kage of the village,

My name is Anais Futakongo and I am speaking on behalf of the previous Kusakage, Mukuro Uchiha. Without warning Mr. Uchiha has stepped down from his role as the leader of Kusagakure no sato and now I have been appointed to take his place.
I am aware of the diplomatic situation between Kusagakure no Sato and your village, and for now I will not take further action regarding it. If I want to speak with you in person, I will send another message as an attachment stating so. If you receive no attachment to this message then consider this is a notification of the change in leadership of Kusagakure no sato.
