Stigma
Rank: "B"
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: Creates a mark on a victim's head that is different depending on who sees it.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects 1 creature. The user is able to perform this technique on the target they touch. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 days per class level. This technique may be negated. When Cael was marked by the cultist, he felt strange, as if some invisible force had tried to enter him. He was doomed, and he could see it clearly in the faces of his friends. Shani was the first to turn away from him, and then Kellan… By means of this Jutsu, the user is able to mark the victim with a terrible fate. As the user performs the Jutsu and touches the victim, the victim is struck on the forehead with an invisible force. The force burns for a brief second during which time the mark can be seen. A save at this time will negate the Jutsu. After a few seconds, the mark fades from view. Any who see the victim must make a save. Those who make the save suffer no effect whatsoever, as the mark remains unseen by them. Those who fail the save will see upon the victim a mark of the most offensive nature for that particular person. For people of good nature, the mark appears of the vilest sort. For those of evil bent, the mark appears to be of pure good. For those of Neutral bent, the mark is simply offensive. Anyone failing their save will have their reactions shifted towards hostility.
Limit: Must know the Enchantment Perception.

The land of water. A perfect location to train. Or rather, the only location the Chunin could do it. He sure hated going to the public training grounds set up by the village. There were too many people there. Filled with kids even, who think that they're all that, and who believe they are the greatest fighters of all. Obviously, it wasn't an ideal location to strengthen the mind and become a little stronger in combat. So, Tora had to find a better place to train. A lovely little rooftop was a pretty good place. It was isolated. It was silent. And most of all, it was empty.
For this specific jutsu, the young teen had to do a little more than simply focus. After all, in order to have a jutsu that holds it affect for several days required some thought behind it. The idea was simple. As enchantment Genjutsus worked, it was just a code inserted into the person who'd affected. However, while most enchantment Genjutsus affected a single individual, this specific jutsu was to affect anyone who sees the target. That way, the coded message one has to insert in the target is slightly more complicated, since it has to sample the surrounding all the time and adjust itself according to it. And that wasn't a simple idea to bring to life. Thus making the Chunin's life a little more complicated.
Still, he had to do it. So, taking it one step at the time, Tora decided to take it step by step. Sitting down in the middle of the rooftop, he shut his eyes and began the process. The first step he had to accomplish was actually understanding how the overall Genjutsu would work. Specifically, he had to understand what was the coding he wanted to apply to the target and how he would like to use it. After all, the coded message was to be transferred and burned into the target's mind via chakra and not some coding langue.
Having understood all that, Tora decided that he would first go over the overall idea. First, he had to cast the Genjutsu, which would probably need a lot of chakra. Or so he thought at first. Once cast, the coded message should get to work. First, a general sign would be burned to the target's forehead. It was essential as this was the template to any other sign that would appear there. Once the sign was burned, it fades. Then the next step is to have the chakra used sample the surroundings of the target to see if anyone was close. If someone was indeed found, then the chakra should turn the sign visible and creat some offensive image to the one seeing the target.
The general idea was pretty simple. However, in order to actually implement it some more work was needed, and Tora wasn't too sure he was ready to make it all happen. Instead, he decided to continue with the step by step method. The next step was figuring out how much chakra he would need to invest into the jutsu. Then, he would need to figure out how he would sample the surrounding of the target. And then he would need to figure out how to have the symbol adjust itself according to whoever sees it.
