His five foot ten and one hundred seventy five pound frame that filled his shinobi uniform that he wore, walked through the gate and into the country side. He still wore the little medical insignia on his right sleeve. After the incident with the fat purple man, he had been keeping his ears open on his route home. He was actually pretty decked out today wearing his tactical vest, leg holster, a butt pack, a waist pack, a medical pack over his standard shirt and pants combination. He had his sturdy shoes on as well. In his vest holsters was a at least seventeen Kunai, and in his leg holsters was a pair of knives. He was kitted like mybe he planned on going somewhere else after home. In his medical pack was a flashlight, Rebar splint, and a field cauterizer. In his but pack was twenty pieces of flint, a walkie talkie, a pair of goggles, and an electronic compass. Proundly worn on his head was the leaf shinobi plate band, it covered his cursed mark so no one could see. He particularly like being a branch member but he didn't hate it either. His eyes was enough of a give away of his clan anyways. He was on his search and rescue mission to save a Ame citizen. All he had was hints of where to find her and a radio frequency in which she called for help. It may be an ambush so he was told to be prepared. It was midday as he set out on a clear day. It was the perfect setting to be able to see clearly and start a rescue mission.

"Hey!" Hayate would say quickly catching up to Kyoadi. Attempting to wave him down, "I got permission to tag along on this one." he would say finally catching up in a bit of a huff, he seemed to more casually equipped than Kyoadi. Wearing his normal attire, in terms of gear he was wearing both of his greaves, his gauntlet, his katana hanging by his left side, on both of his legs there are half poaches, on the back of his pants he has a quick loader, on his jacket he has a scroll pouch, a bit higher then his quick loaders has a waist pack on his back. On his forehead is his konoha headband proudly displayed for the world to see. "You ready, Ko-dye was it?" Hayate would then scratch his nose and look to the tree line, observing all the things around him trying to pay attention to any animals or people in the proximity.

In the midst of this preparation a small configuration of three leaf shinobi all dawning Chuunin vests were walking down the street. All three of them chatting about important matters. One man and two women. They would break off in different locations, on of them being a woman with a blue bandanna tied on her head whom was headed towards Kyodai and Hayate. She had, a stern, well trained demeanor as she stopped at least from fifteen meters away by the looks of it. Crossing her arms as she looked at them.
Whether or not they got closer was on them as she sighed before speaking. "Alright you two. So word is, we need to help someone out in a different area of the land. You two shouldn't be to familiar with this, so I'll be on watch for your safety. However I was told not to bud in unless completely needed as too make sure you get a full experience of the life you may end up living.
On the way there I will chat with you more on the matter. Both of you are well armed, and ready by the looks of it so I will be lenient enough to skip the items check for this. The woman, would smile very briefly as she somewhat remembers being that way. So energetic. Now look at her. Missing a few bits and pieces. The woman waited for thier response for the most part. She wanted to hear from them, on their take on the matter at hand. A very serious one a that...

Kyodai activated his Byakugan and looked over the Chunnin with a raised eyebrow as he hefted his medical bag into a more comfortable position."Hmm, the AnBu didn't mention this when accepting the mission. Either way I am grateful for your assistance. " And with that after he was finishing identifying what he could on the Chunnin, he headed off on the last known heading of the Ame woman. He kept a pace that the other two could easily follow. He gave a little shrug as having a Chunnin along should make the mission easier even if she was suppose to be hands off. It was just od that heshe came from outside the village and not from inside the village. He knew to keep an eye on her and to be alert just in case of trickery. She could be another of Rael's kind.
Observation SP 18/125 TP 5 Rank: "E" Skill: Skill Effect: This skill focuses certain powers of observation - sight, smell, hearing, and touch. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: Can be learned by an Animal. A failed check indicates that the character is oblivious until the thing is pointed out to him. This skill is important for ferreting out advancing enemies or ambushes, generally real-time events and actions occurring, versus scrutiny, which covers static objects or areas. A Game Master may roll an Observation skill check for a Character any time there is an NPC, monster, event or happening that a character might notice, even if he did not specifically state that he is monitoring his surroundings. Characters are capable of noticing any event within their perception. Observation reveals only facts, not motivation. If user has 25 or more Ranks in Evidence Analysis user gains a Synergy Bonus +10 to Observation. Each time learned user gets 1 die roll to increase the skill. Limit: ---
Byakugan Rank: "C" (Special, See Description) Skill: NinJutsu Effect: An jutsu when activating allows the user the ability to constantly see chakra. Special: --- Drawback: May Learn at a maximum of 5 times. Description: Picture An Eye jutsu for the Hyūga Clan. When activating the user's eyes dilate in the same white color as veins bulge out of the corner of the eyes. The user can activate this technique as a "C" Rank technique taking up handseals. The user is able to see through and thus ignore lighter forms of concealment, such as smoke or mist. The user may concentrate for an amount of Handseals equal to a "C" Rank Technique while their Byakugan is active to gain the See Chakra and See Through Chakra effects for as long as the user concentrates and their Byakugan remains active. Deactivating this Ability takes up no movements. When the user learns this technique the 1st 2 times they train it as a regular "C" Rank Jutsu. When the user learns this technique the 2nd 2 times they train it as a "C" Rank Jutsu +10 Training Points. When the user learns this technique the last time they train it as a "C" Rank Jutsu +20 Training Points. Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan.
Telescopic Eye Rank: "C" (Special, See Description) Skill: Supplementary Effect: The user is able to see much further than normal and access an X-Ray ability. Special: --- Drawback: Must have the Byakugan active. May learn up to ∞ times. Description: When concentrating to See Through Chakra, the character can also spend time equal to Handseals to gain the ability to see through objects with X-ray like vision up to 10 meters from the user. This does not impede the user's line of sight and the distance a user can normally see, however they simply will not be able to use the X-ray ability beyond 10 meters. When the user first learns this technique the user trains it as a regular "C" Rank Jutsu. Each additional training allows the user to use the X-Ray ability for an additional 10 meters. For every 50 meters the user trains an additional +10 Training Points added to their previous training. The user also suffers a penalty to Observation checks every 15 meters instead of every 3 meters. If user loses an eye (has 1 eye) Telescopic Eye is reduced by 50%. Future learning also reduces distance by 50%. X-ray cannot see through Disguise, however they automatically make an Observation check against those in Disguise even against those who do not draw any attention to themselves. Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan. Must know Byakugan.
The idea that she could be a spy never crossed Hayate's mind. He was more mad that she was a female. Hayate cocked his chin, giving out a small "Hmmph" in response to her. He would then go to walk past her unless she were to stop him in anyway. He wouldn't need her help anyways, and he wasn't looking forward to listening to her ramble on the whole damn trip.
The Chuunin didn't have much to hide. Luckily the Byakugan doesn't show people naked. Or does it? She never really knew, but she was going to let the kid get an eyeful if that was what he wanted. Her eyebrows tensing a bit, as she saw the signature look of pulsed veins, and the tensed white orbs that make up the Byakugan. She watched him for a moment, her right hand on her hip as she looked at them both.
Her chakra system flowed strong, and true. Nothing showing faulty. In that notion, she was the real deal by Chuunin standards of strength. In various places such as her Leaf Village Costume Vest she had an array of scrolls, and some smoke pellets. In her bag there would be Kunai, Hira Shuriken, explosive and lock tags, and wire. She had chakra designs on her hands, but that was because she had summoning seals drawn engraved on them. So with that one can imagine she might have been a puppeteer maybe.
Other than that, there was nothing else to reveal. As for Kyodai's comment she would only reply shortly. She had a mission of her own to prepare for later today. "Well they are ANBU after all. They do what they are enlisted to do. Regardless of how we feel." She said, with a little softer toner this time. Hayate's attitude wouldn't bother her. If anything she expected this kind of reaction. But orders were orders. And if it was up to her, she'd want it this way regardless. From here the woman would tread behind them. Double checking all the sectors around them as they traveled. A quick look over the map to make sure they were headed the right way. Afterwards she packed those items away, and stretched out her arms as she watched their six. From here their evaluation would be done closely. Anything less was insufficient...

Lost and Found Rank of mission: C Danger: Medium-high Posting Minimum: 4 Description of mission: A call of distress has been sent to the Hokage tower by a young female ninja who seems to be stranded in fire country after being attacked by a gang of thieves who stole all her money, leaving her communications device. She belonging to a small town in Ame no Kuni, the Hokage has requested for able shinobi to go rescue her and return her to her own country unharmed, and then return back for the reward. Mission objectives: • Find the female and take her back to her own country (Ame no Kuni) • If the user is a medic ninja, heal her wounds. Reward: 10,000 ryo
Kyodai took a look at the mission slip and changed his walkie talkie to the right frequency to pick up on the Woman's transmission. He mentally reviewed the information that he knew as he headed to the last spot where the woman had been heard from. A Kunoichi from Ame no Kuni got ambushed and robbed in his country by a band of thieves. Number of theives is unknown, strength and primary areas of expertise of the thieves unknown. She did have a communication device for the distress call which asked for a medic to help with injueries. How wounded the Kunoichi is unknown. Why the Kunoichi was here is unknown. Kyodai shook his head, as he realized even the disposition of the Kunoichi is even unknown.
To Kyodai this was a very dangerous mission for him and a fresh out of the academy Genin. It was going to be interesting to see if Kyodai and Hayate would be enough or if this mysterious Chunnin would need to rescue them. His mind was awhirl with possibities and scenarios and most of them bad. Since most of the situation headed into is unknown, he figured on reviewing what he did know and what resources they had to draw on.
The Chunnin babysitter had their rear well covered and had decent chakra strength. She had some odd summoning markings on her so she could be a few kinds of nin but was likely a puppeteer. So distance and having certain space between here and potentail foes was her perfer style likely. That meant up close will probably by Kyodai's responsability. His brow creased at the thought of the medic being the only real melee fighter.
Kyodai then thought over Hayate, what little he saw of him was decent but troublesome if things turned sour. Hayate didn't have the callouses of a true melee fighter and had low chakra strength. This meant to Kyodai that he was fresh from the academy and probably Ninjutsu centric or Genjutsu centric. That could be good or bad in his mind but still kleft him as mostly distance.
Surprise would be their best bet in any confrontation. So before they got to their destination of the woman's location he held his hand up to get the other two to stop and come near. When they were fairly close he would speak in a low non carrying tone. " I have a small plan that should give us the best of most of the worlds. When we get there to the woman, two things. One I would like you two to hide and not come out or even been seen by the woman. Let her think it's just me. If there is an ambush you two ambush the ambushers. So stay a fair ways back. Well?"
She followed closely, but something stroked her nerves in a very unsettling manner. She wouldn't say anything however. She only held back silently as she let the boy talk, listening to his plans. They weren't half bad if anything. This one showed some promise, however he'd need to learn a harsh lesson in the Shinobi world that not everything goes as planned. "That would be useful yeah, but one of a few major issues hinders that." She'd say before leaning over a bit and pointing her thumb back at the gates to point out issue number one. That guy that was with him earlier didn't even move a muscle when they traveled. Didn't seem like he wanted to go after all. "Looks like it is you and me now. So what is the plan now hotshot?" She'd tease a little taking a moment to grab a twig on the ground and hold it like a pointer.
"Here..." She began while getting ready with the twig. "In fact let me help you... if the target is here. Then we need to make a scenario that involves the quickest yet most effective way of completing this mission. The flaw in your plan is the lack of information on what exactly we are upon against. All we know is this girl was taken, and somehow was able to relay a distress call. However where you forget to question is if that was planned or not.
In a hostage situation it is common to make the hostage relay the message while the captors prepare a plan of ambush. So in that regard you being the only one to show yourself relies on the enemy not expecting us to launch some kind of snatch and grab tactic. Its a good plan, sure but in this situation. The enemy would be able to get the jump on us even if our plan goes successful. Cause remember. They can kill her at any time. Whether we show up or not." The chuunin would explain drawing a few different diagrams as she went along. With that she'd sigh and give a soft served smile towards Kyodai. "Come on, kid. I'll lead the way. Cause with those eyes of yours we can get the jump on them too." She'd mention with a short wink after. And with that she'd stand up straight, and begin walking forward on the path. Looking back to make sure this genin wouldn't flake on her too.
/Will be moved to Ame after your post.

Kyodai looked back at the younger Genin and raised an eyebrow. He then shook hhis head and followed the Chunnin. It was the lack of information that made him come up with the plan he had. Also it was a ruthless division of resources, he was more easily sacrificed than say a Chunnin or the whole team. But either way it looks like the Chunnin was leading the way for now. He had only bristled a little at being called hotshot. For this wasn't his arena of medical but the real world. No he had came up with plans and strategies based of both information known and what was unknown.
And the Chunnin had an inflated view on how effective his eyes are. This could be a problem if they rely on his vision to much. For his vision was indeed better than some but it was no where near the perfect sight of main branch princess or even some of his other fellows. But either way he was using his x-ray and precise vision to keep a look out for danger. Ambushing the ambushers was the key to the tactics of the Chunnin. It relied on them being better or having surprise to much for Kyodai's taste but she was Chunnin for a reason.
He could see many ways this could fail just because it made assumptions that may not be true. It didn't rely on facts that are unchanging. The only real point that she really had was his plan really did give the momentum to the opponents which could have been really bad. But that what was called calculated risk.
Depending on if Kyodai asked any questions or not the Chuunin had been exceptionally quiet during the whole period of the travel to Ame. She had been thinking very hardly on what to expect. This was a test for her too, but not as much as she expected in general. This was going to be exciting hopefully for the young Genin.
The moment he gets over the fear of failure. She was certain he will want to face anything. For the most part, they would have arrived to Ame overnight, rested, then would be on the move again early in the morning. If the enemy were security superstitious they would have a good quantity of awake and alert ninja guarding the point where the girl was taken.
If they hadn't expected her to give out details, then the Hyuga and the Chuunin has the advantage. If her relaying a distress signal was planned then the Hyuga and Chuunin would be at a disadvantage as the enemy would have already placed sentries for means of blocking rescue. If they were simply just waiting for trouble. Then both parties are on par as anything could happen. The Chuunin's plan was more focused on the second idea.
It seems way too scripted to be real. Someone gets captured, and just somehow relays a signal via radio? Unless she hi-jacked one its not likely. But the Water Nations are always known for Assassin and stealthy procedures. It is something they excel in. So The Chuunin expected this to be a need to show them they aren't the only ones who can get under peoples noses.
Both the Hyuga and the Chuunin would currently be camped out in a brush of a decently forest line. This area of trees was like a cup, that held in the point of interest. A thick blanket was placed on the ground so they would't get dirty. The Chuunin had been meditating for a moment and in which she would begin talking to the boy.
"Alright. So. Are you ready? I'll be running a snatch and grab operation. My puppets and summons can back you put from all corners. We can pick off stragglers and remain hidden, or go in from all sides. Or if you want to get crazy we can do both. I have the chakra to withstand constant drain, and or using high expense jutsus.
So we can make a diversion, and make them think here are more than there really are. And by the time they figure out its just us. We will be up and out. Your eyes will only be needed to watch for traps and so on while you are out there. Think you can handle that?"

Kyodai shook his head slightly as his activated eyes looked about to make sure they were alone for a bit before responding. He figured she must be a new but powerful Chunnin for the claims she was making. And she seemed to forgotten one of the objectives that would complicate matters. " You seemed to forgotten point according to last intelligence brief, the woman 'victum' is suppose to be injured enough to require medical attention before moving on. If its a trap it won't matter, if it was a legit distress call then this could be a problem. Two assumptions you have made that could prove disastrous if wrong. One that my eyes are good enough to spot any ambush, maybe. Second that the two of us are better than our opponents, again maybe. "
Kyodai would sigh again and think furiously. " Out of the options you outlined having your summons and puppets being a surprising element would be best. Now my stealth is non existent, I am a battlefield medic and triage doctor. Yes I am shinobi train but barely. some basic taijutsu is at my disposal. So your puppets and summons may have to pull me out of the fire. I say constant drain that gives us more options to work with over a singular expensive jutsu. "
This was a test for the Chuunin as much as it was a test for Kyodai. Their views were different. Overall in the mix of this, they had to at least agree on something. She listened to Kyodai's thoughts on her ideas. He drove understandable points in the long view of it. However she didn't like how well...dis-encouraged he sounded.
This by all means is not some fun little adventure. But there was one part of his argument that rubbed her the wrong way. She would sigh herself at some point after he finished talking. Her thoughts on the matter formulating. As Kyodai using his Byakugan could spot, they were safe for now. So her time spent talking could be done with ease.
"Alright then. I'd say a bit more, but she isn't getting any healthier so I'll keep it short. I'll handle the outside work as planned. The surprise should be enough to give you a head start. In any case avoid conflict with anyone unless you are left with no other option. And DO NOT let them capture you. As the medic your job is obvious. So it was wrong of me to assume you could handle the other bits of this situation. I apologize.
But honestly you need to learn that if you don't give yourself the confidence of being able to triumph over any enemy whether you are qualified or not. You wil never know what your true limitations are. I was assigned to protect you. And that is what I'll do. Period. Now lets go scope out an entry point. We're on the clock." She'd say, waiting on his okay before she even decided to get up.
If he was okay with this. Then the two of them could get moving. Only a short venture would need to be made as they moved along. The building in question was completely secured. At least in a minor fashion. There were two watchers on the very top of this two story tall building. It had a large cargobay in which was boarded up completely.
There were only three other guards walking around the perimeter. All on a perspective corner of the building. One straight ahead of were Kyodai and the Chuunin were scooping out in a constant 45 degree pan. The other two on the bottom would be on either side of him at the other corners. The large square building from the outside was pretty weak in security.

Kyodai's analytical mind saw the weak set up the guards and went into overtime. He knew their best chance was the element of surprise and that the Chunnin was over confident even if she had some good points. Planning and preparedness went a long way when done right. Either way it was time for him to show his stuff and get in there to secure the 'victim'. His enhanced eyes of course would see right through the walls as soon as he got close enough. And an idea forming in his head based off of this.
"Can you create a small distraction? not overwhelming force but one that would make them run after it or at least the ground guys? They seem to have minimum discipline. It would be useful to see if they are true bandits that jump at opportunities or shinobi with training. After that I will move to the cargo bay and we can try smash and grab as that boarding won't survive a single hit from me." The conversation was mainly subvocalized as to decrease the chance of being here beyond the chunnin to a minimum. He was actually pretty good at manipulating his voice to quietness.
Kyodai then moved in around clockwise of the building looking for further weaknesses to exploit. He was a shinobi and knew to attack from a position of strength. Also he needed to capitalize on that and create further opportunity. He hands were suddenly coated in a thin film of chakra that was invisible to the naked eye but strong to his eyes. He was preparing a proper offense and defense even as he moved silently and stealthily to his objective.
Post by Inuzuka Tsuneo on Mar 1, 2017 18:32:50 GMT -7
Meanwhile, Tsuneo and his companion were making a bee-line for the group of ninja who already had their mission underway. The Inuzuka Clan member was thankful that he prepared for the day by wearing his normal clothing, and packing the essential items, such as his right leg pouch and secondary weapons which included explosive tags, shuriken, and kunai knives. The duo hopped from tree to tree as they utilized girthier branches as footholds. The pair was rather quick, so passerby would most likely see nothing but a blur.
Tsuneo and Shiranui were tasked by the Hokage's Office to rendezvous with Hyuga Kyodai and the others in order to assist in any way that he could. "Shiranui, are we getting close?" Tsuneo kept his eyes ahead as he did not want to trip and fall. His white wolf pup barked a confirmation to his master's inquiry. During the mission briefing, Tsuneo made sure to study the map as to where their escortee was seen last. "That's good, looks like we're almost there."
Soon enough, Tsuneo and Shiranui had arrived on the scene. They halted on a single tree branch where they could be mostly covered by the natural fauna. Looking ahead, the Inuzuka noticed that there were watch guards at different posts along the wall. As his eyes scanned the scene, they fell upon the group of Leaf Ninja. "Come on, Shiranui," Tsuneo ordered quietly.
The boy and his wolf pup hopped down onto the ground behind the group with nary a sound. They were a good ten feet away so that they wouldn't get attacked for startling them. Tsuneo would speak in a hushed tone. "Inuzuka Tsuneo and Shiranui reporting for duty. We were sent to assist you guys. Is there anything that we can do to help?"
Last Edit: Mar 1, 2017 20:56:36 GMT -7 by Inuzuka Tsuneo
They were in position. Nearly ready to launch the assault. By the by, not much was given on if this was the best possible way to start the operation. Although the chuunin whom has yet to be named respected Kyodai's planning. She only wished he'd brighten up a little. She listened to his wishes. Her powers available for use as he'd need be. She was going to speak when she sensed chakra nearby coming from the forest brush. Her ears needed to be her eyes in this case as she prepared her right hand to draw secondary weapons.
And there it was. They landed. Ten feet away which was all to easy in the attack range layout for the chuunin. Her brown eyes trained on Tsuneo quickly and the lack of certain essentials unsettled her. Hearing him speak she could insist that he was indeed hired help. However he seemed to have forgotten a highly important detail. He was young, but that was no excuse in her book. Her sound output tone remanded quiet, but her tone was very serious and stern. "I am glad you made it in time. But for future reference it would be wise to have your headband be visible. Or you can risk harm carried upon you, even if you prove friendly." She scolded for a moment.
She'd sigh. This was to be expected honestly. It simply comes with the job. "Fall in line, and keep quiet. I'll brief you only shortly." She'd command and then wait for him to do so. Her Chuunin Model Vest would show her ranking, but her Leaf Village branded bandana on her head should be clue enough. Once Tsuneo was with them she'd speak once more.
"I am not sure if you were told before you left, but regardless I'll say it now so listen up. We are on a high stake mission. Someone's life is on the line, and its up to us to make sure it isn't taken. A girl was taken and badly injured by these vary people. Rain Ninja is our the enemy today.
We are tasked to retrieve and heal this girl. The medical job will be done by Kyodai here. I am only supposed to watch over you two, and advise you stay protected. Negotiation isn't an option so we need to go in by force. I'm directing the distraction so you two can move forward, and filtrate the building.
Once you are in, I'll be guarding the perimeter to avoid anyone else getting in. So Tsuneo you and your wolf pup are to follow this task: Follow and protect Kyodai while he works on getting to the girl. The hard part, is not getting caught, but I trust you both can handle that. Now... Lets get started." Once she was done explaining she'd gather three scrolls, and open them so she could place the set on the ground.
With this she'd lightly cut her thumb with a kunai knife and smear the blood on each scroll with a summoning seal placed on them. And with this she'd build up her chakra, and then spark the connection. The chakra ignited the seals, which would take the scrolls with them as they bursted in a puff of smoke. Once cleared, the chuunin would have three things in front of her.
The middle one was a fully grown dog, a Rottweiler to be exact. The dog was sleep, but due to the sudden change from a warm bed to a chilling forest climate its eyes opened up groggily. The dog soon standing up on all fours at attention to its owner. The collar around its neck read "Sharktooth" on the branding. The other items were two wooden puppets. One large, the other medium. The large one was a golem like puppet with large limbs build to break things by the looks. The other was a mere skinner, but six armed puppet. This one had multiple ports of weapons in which were indicated by the warning labels inscribed on its wood.
Looking over to the two boys, she'd smile. "Oh yeah. I forgot to say. The name is Zara Namikami. So if you need me just yell okay?" She'd say with a slight smirk. Her brown eyes shimmered under the moonlight, and her bright tan face for once seemed less aggressive. Well probably to Kyodai. Tsuneo has yet to know how she is other than a commanding officer. Leaning down to pet her canine she'd smile. "Alright Toothy. Get ready to play fetch the bad guys, hehe." She quipped with her intentional crude humor.

Tsuneo began to endure a short bout of embarrassment. He closed his eyes while simultaneously placing his right hand against his forehead. 'Crap. I knew I forgot to put something on,' the Inuzuka reflected. 'On my first mission, too. Ah well, lesson learned.' Tsuneo's hand returned to his side and he reached into his jacket's right pocket. He fished out his navy blue headband from within before tying it around his forehead. The Konoha symbol was etched into the metal.
"I apologize. I guess I got pretty excited about this mission. Thank you for pointing it out," Tsuneo said in a low, humble voice. As instructed, he fell in formation behind the others. Tsuneo made sure to remain attentive to Zara's instructions so that he could perform his task without fail. "Got it. You can count on us."
The boy and his pup waited patiently to begin their task. Tsuneo couldn't help but be amazed by the Rottweiler and the puppets that Namikami Zara had summoned. This would be the first time in his life that he had witnessed the use of puppets in combat. Shiranui's snowy ears perked up and his head tilted at the mention of fetch. Tsuneo thankfully caught this. He would keep the pup calm by looking into his sapphire eyes and pressing a finger to his lips. "Easy, Shiranui. You'll get your chance."
With his eyes forward once more, Tsuneo's thoughts tumbled about in his mind. This would be his first combat experience in the real world. 'Everything should go smoothly. I just wish I learned a few more techniques before the mission. Gōkakyū no jutsu could have come in handy.' Tsuneo's eyes narrowed in concentration. 'In any case, I have faith in Shiranui. His power will shine tonight under the moonlight!'

Kyodai rolled his eyes at the antics of the younger Genin. He was used to a higher level of operations since he worked in a hospital. Any mistake could cause the death or hindrance to a patient. Either way he needed to make way to his current patient. With a wave of his hand he signaled to the pup pair to follow and to be quiet. With silence as his by word he quietly tried to sneak around the building.
He mainly used the distance from the guards and the natural foliage to act as a visual and audio shield for his movements. He knew he wasn't the sneakiest of people. But between an distraction and his not being in the place to be seen and heard right. But he did take one page out of the pup's book. He decided the path of branches in the trees was a good idea. It may cause a little more noise but people are less likely to look up.
So this was how he made his way to the opposite side of the building. And from their he approached to as close to the building as he could get while unnoticed. It was time to wait for the distraction. He was planning a quick dash and then solving getting in when the distraction hit.
Now they were moving out. Nothing beyond this can be half-assed. They had a job to do. Zara, kept herself hidden as she and Sharktooth got in position. She could feel the presence of the genin under her watch, so they was no need to worry. She was fine where she was. The three guards were persistent to make, anything trying to sneak up a lost cause. However the chuunin was no fool. She analyzed each one. Her attack was not for the weakest one. No a smart observer will catch on. Nor was it towards the strongest. She went after the one right down in the middle. Miraculously that would be the ground guard closest to the other two genin. Her signal sent as Sharktooth quickly started giving chase.
With quick movements it would nab the butt bag of the guard, and tugged hard enough to detach it completely. The force enough to stagger the man, making him irritated. "Hey! What the hell? Get back here! I won't get another one of those!" He shouted running after it. Knowing he took the bait Sharktooth ignored everyone else. Dodging the shurikens thrown at it, and ducking behind a crate. The smarter one trying t talk sense into his partner. "Dandu, you loser! Keep your focus!" He said shaking his arm at him angrily, as he stomped over his way. The weaker one, was on edge now though. His nervousness rising as he felt bad about this situation. A random dog shows up, at this time of night, out in the middle of know where? There is no way that is-
And that is where his thought process was cut short. Zara having knocked the man out, with a good hit across the temple. Then gesturing towards the genin to stay put actually. She pointed up as one of the tower guards called out. "Whats going on down there? All that commotion better be for a good reason." A female voice called out harshly. She leaned over the railing, noticing the moving ground team, and seeing the dog that was hiding with one of their butt bags. She shook her head disappointed. She gets sick and tired of telling this grunt to make sure their equipment is packed tightly. Obviously they see why now...
That was the last thing she'd do though as Zara quickly scaled the building, to the top, and surprising the unaware guard dispatching of him with a good kick to the face. Then before the woman could turn around and see what happened she was ended by being forced to pass out from lack of air, as Zara has quickly grappled and strangled her. Her puppets were carried around behind her and even with all of this she had the skill to keep them from making distracting noise. But now that Zara had the top of the building, she would quickly put the other remaining guards out of commission with her spider armed puppet. Sharktooth growling in triumph as it watched them fall. They will never be heard from again. With this. The other two were free to move.

The mission was now officially a go. Tsuneo observed intently while Zara implemented the distraction. He felt an almost overwhelming sense of awe come over him just by watching the chuunin complete her task so flawlessly. He almost felt bad for how easily the guards were knocked out. If Tsuneo was going to be certain of anything in his life, it was that he was on Zara's good side.
Tsuneo would now look at Kyodai as he waited for him to make his move. He began to go over some strategies in his head in regards to how he and Shiranui could do their best to help the Hyuuga with his skills and tools. All that was needed of him was to protect both the Hyuuga and the hostage that was contained inside the fort. Tsuneo silently hoped that the situation wouldn't become violent. It was a stretch, but if the genin didn't have to go on the defensive on a "C" Rank mission of all things, he would consider himself very lucky.
"Kyodai," the Inuzuka whispered, "what is the best way that I can help you with your part of the mission? If you have any preference or any strategies as to how we can handle this, I would like to know." Tsuneo offered a soft, confident smile. "Is there a specific plan that you have in mind? I want to help the best that I can."
It was at that moment when Zara had created an opening for the Hyuuga and the Inuzuka in order to complete their particular goal. "Okay," Tsuneo stated with a sense of purpose, "let's begin." Just as he was instructed, the genin would not make his move until Kyodai gave the order. Looking down to Shiranui, the boy could tell that the wolf pup was as eager as he was. The pair had no doubt; they would assist in making this mission a success.

Kyodai winced as the young one spoke. Even if it was a whisper they had approached the building where the captive and guards were since their conversation with Zara. With Zara it was somewhat okay due to distance but here was dangerous, so he simply made the sign for silence and then looked over their options. He had immediately stopped and made the arm signal for halt when Zara had signaled to him.
Kyodai waited until the group of the guards was distracted then signaled for them to move to get right up on the building. Even while these physical motions were going on his analytical brain was making notes. So this crew was not fully cohesive, and the evidence to support it was the lack of immediate battle response. It meant they were brought together for this mission but don't normally work together.
But the actual concern as soon as something happen to one means they are a step up from normal bandits. So as a team they are not as much of a threat and could be used against each other. But individually they seem as strong as mid level shinobi. This was beneficial, to Kyodai it meant that they had a chance. Once up against the building he used his x-ray eyes to scan the inside of the small building and his knowledge of chakra systems to judge the strengths of everyone he saw.
