A large man was standing in a cavern looking out at the white out blizzard before him. In the cave was moderately warm. There were thirteen balls of ghostly flame in a circle around a little clearing in the center of the cavern. This was where he was preparing his mind and body. Here he was practicing forms of self defense for the trials of facing the upcoming cursed zone of the Yuki territories.
He needed some unarmed combat considering how close some enemies could get with his limited abilities. By letting internal balance and meditation guide his movements he was forming along the paths of spiritual combat. Ki is most often understood as unified physical and mental intention, however it is often found in traditional martial arts related with "life energy". This life energy was what he saw when he was in his spiritual form.
He positioned himself in the triangle stance allowing him feel right in the movements of his total art of prowess. His foot work was guided by his inner ki. This was going to be the principle of his martial arts. He was joining and harmonizing his life energy into a martial art path with was the literal translation of Aikido. He moved in slow easy movements to gain positioning.
His six foot one frame weighs over two hundred pounds easily. All that was definitely muscle if his arms were any indication. Even though it was cold as ice out there and anywhere away from the fire, the man appeared to be quite comfortable despite having no covering over his arms. His hands though were covered in black finger-less gloves with reinforced knuckles. The dark metal studs on his gloves revealed to be in the shapes of skulls, one was of better quality than the other. His fingers seemed to be wrapped in some sort of wire.
His heavy boots appeared fit the man's heavy and large appearance. His pants were some dark greyish color that was almost multi-tonal and if one was especially observant had an extra pocket at the bottom near the boots. Attached to his leg was rig of some sort holding, a pair of knives and a pair of Kunai dulled with soot to darken their reflections. His sleeveless shirt however was some sort of black, and across it was a Bandoleer. His bandoleer carried what looked like his tools of work or fun. Their was a selection of six yo-yo's, though only one was strung up with a silk bundle of string. A pouch of what could be caltrops, and couple pouches each of Bo and Hira Shuriken was in that bandoleer.
Hanging in another pouch of that bandoleer was a walkie talkie. In more pouches was flint, a flash light, a electronic compass, a base-plate compass, and a glass cutter. Then one could see his sleeveless trench coat was sized to his frame. In the pockets of it was another pair of knives and another pair of kunai. The hood of his coat was up sinking his face into it's shadowy darkness. What little that could be seen in the shadows of his hood was a three quarters mask that had an integrated goggles.Only a corner of his face was left uncovered.
That little corner provided just a little light as there was a lit cigar there, though how no one noticed the cherry before is another mystery. Seeing the cigar one could only guess he had more hidden in a pocket on his jacket with a lighter as well. Hidden that bandoleer because it deserved another look would also be about ten vials and even a small glass container. This man was completely silent in his movements even though everything said a man that big and equipped should make sound.
