Finally, Teruo's parents put in a request to the village shinobi to take him out into the field and give him a more realistic dose of what it means to survive.

Description: The Kage has commissioned a new scheme in order to promote grow within the village. The series of missions are aimed at ninjas who wish to progress to the next rank, boosting their power so they are able to better compete for the rank of Chūnin, or Jōnin. Money is a powerful incentive to all, the missions also serve as an easy way to meet the exam perquisites, meaning that the ninjas should have no excuse on why they were unable to progress to the next level.
Objective: –For every 40 tp someone gains in techniques (not skills) they will receive a mission credit, along with a suitable reward. Please note this mission will not be backdated, you must come in and request it before the training commences.

Description: The village is in short supply of craftspeople, so much so that they are currently outsourcing the work to neighbouring lands. This needs to come to an end! As an incentive to all budding craftsmen and women the Kage has decided that they will each receive a reward once they have improved by a sufficient amount!
Objective: –Gain twenty tp in a five point crafting skill (i.e. Carpentry), or forty tp in a ten point crafting skill (i.e. Armourer).

If you run into trouble, take care of it. Make it back safely.

However, they seem to have formed a partnership with each other, combining their bargains and making it much more difficult on the smaller businesses within the city. Many are shutting down due to the lack of revenue. Unfortunately, the mayor of Aokusa is unable to do anything about this legally but would still like to see something done about both of the corporate businesses. His advisors sent private requests to Kusagakure no Sato for a team, or multiple teams, of shinobi to pass bad information between the two businesses and break up the partnership.

Since dangers are looming nearer by the day, the kage has declared that these wars must be quelled and that the Crimson Forest must be kept clear in the event that enemies do attack. A team of 2-4 ninja is required for this mission.
Objective: Enter the Crimson Forest in Kusa no Kuni. Halt any blood feuds in progress and destroy the remnants of the dueling families.

Obtain the corpse of a warrior with unique abilities not yet documented by the facility.

The group accepting this mission is given full permission to kill any of the convicts or missing ninja on sight. Failure is not an option in this mission, and since the enemies are now more equipped that before, one must be ready to accept combat at anytime without objections to killing their enemy. When the materials have been salvaged and returned to the Kusakage keep, the Kusakage will pay the group for their effort.
