Loki's Villa
There is a rather large home, well large in comparison to most of the homes located in Konoha, on the outskirts of the village. One would be able to find this villa in the grass field nestled in some hills and trees. This is the new home of one of Konoha's most famous, or perhaps infamous residences. This is the home of the Matriarchal Witch of Konoha, Loki. She had this home commissioned, before she set off on her journey to form her coven. This is where she spends most of her time when she is not at the home of the Hokage Gosie Kazeraikou. She is not opposed to visitors, but she rarely gives out the location to her home to others of the village.
Although she does not give out it's location, it is not terrible hard to find on one's own. There are very few buildings located throughout Konoha that look quite like it. And the only home that comes close or more than likely exceeds it is the Mansion of Gosei himself. This is simply a place within Konoha that Loki can call home, as she no longer felt welcome of comfortable inside of the blitz hangout.
Loki's Villa
The home is nestled between several hills, that form a natural walk way up toward the front of the home. As you come into the opening there will be a garden in the front of the home. This garden is always well kept and always has a gardener or two working the lawn. There is a patio area around the entrance to the home, as well as a set of stone steps over those the right of the door. Once you enter into the home you will fine that it opens up into a large living area. There is a kithen over to the left, as well as a bar, and a dining area. To the right there are couches and chair, as well as a large coffee table, accompanied by a cozy fire place setting. This first floor is clear made for small gatherings or just for Loki to relax.
The second floor can be reached by the stone steps that are on the outside. On the second floor you will find guest rooms, Loki's study, and a small library. In Loki's Study there is a Ritual Circle, this is were she will perform many of her rituals in her free time. She doesn't mind others entering her study, they had just better ask permission first. The guest bathroom is also location on the opposite end of the floor near the stairs. Near the Study there are another set of stairs that lead up to the third floor.
The Third floor is all for Loki. It house a extravagant bath, and the master bed room. In the back of her walk in closet behind a rack of coats is a hidden door, locked by a impossible Combination Lock that only Loki knows. On the other side of this hidden door, is a storage room that houses some of Loki most precious positions. There is also a balcony that over looks the estate. On this balcony is a telescope as it is a rather lovely spot to watch the stars on a clear night. This is were Loki would spend most of her lazy days. Simply lying in bed or soaking in the bath with a good book in her hand. Truly a Modest home, for simple living.

This weapon was crafted from with knowledge Loki gained from ancient Uchiha texts. However, she improved on the design, to make this lost ancient powerful weapon even more deadly than before. The Fan itself is composed of Adamantine. It is very large and incredibly sturdy. It’s center is painted an off white color, while it’s edges remain Black in color. It can be used as a Fan and a cutting force dealing +24 Damage. The Oversized Fan is blessed with the Hurricane Force, Ghost Touch, and Adaptable Enchantment Seals. Power: At-Will, Non Movement. Half of the damage dealt by the weapon is Slashing Damage. Another non-movement returns the damage to normal. Deal an additional 18 Armour Points of Damage Damage. Power 1/Encounter, Weaving Movement. Perform Wind NinJutsu without making Handseals. Lasts 4 Rounds. A ghost touch weapon deals damage normally against incorporeal creatures. (An incorporeal creature's 50% chance to avoid damage does not apply to attacks with ghost touch weapons.) The weapon can be picked up and moved by an incorporeal creature at any time. A manifesting ghost can wield the weapon against corporeal foes. Essentially, a ghost touch weapon counts as either corporeal or incorporeal at any given time, whichever is more beneficial to the wielder. This weapon functions as if it were the chosen weapon for the purposes of special abilities and feats. For example if the user was using an Adaptable Dagger and the user has the Weapon Specialization (Sword) technique, the user would gain the technique's benefits when using the Adaptable Dagger.
The Opponent that lays eyes on the Tomoe on the fan must undergo a Will save of 35, or be in a state of Despair for 25mins. The enchanted creatures suffer a -2 penalty to Saves, -5 to Attack Damage, and -10 Skill Checks. Anyone who grabs hold of the Fan that is no of Loki's blood, will take 180ap of Damage for each round they hold the weapon. The True function of the Fan is to act as a sheath for the powerful blade within, or even act as a powerful shield. The original Fan was famed for having the ability to rebound any direct attack made against it, and this version is no different, as it possesses the Uchiha Gaeshi or Fanning Counter ability. (This is just for theme, Loki will only use Full Counter Through the Fan. Anyone else who might gain this Item, is free to follow suit, or ignore this.)
About half way up the handle of the Fan, the opening of the sheath for the blade begins. There is a latch there that makes sure the blade will not fly from the sheath while wielding the fan. IT is blessed with the Imperial Weapon, Mystic, and Holy Enchantment Seals. This blade possesses cutting power that far out strips it's counter parts dealing +48 AP of Damage. Attacks with the imperial weapon ignore Hardness equal to 1/2 of Weapon Damage (Techniques do not apply), and up to 5 Armour Points of Damage Reduction. The imperial weapon is not subject to effects that ignore Hardness. Power (At-Will, move movement): Chakra. Use when separated with the weapon while it is within line of sight. The weapon flies into the user's hand unless it is somehow prevented from doing so. The weapon can move at a rate of 20 meters per Second. Power: At-Will, Non Movement. Half of the damage dealt by the weapon is Sacred Damage. Another non-movement returns the damage to normal. Once per day, the user can activate the property to add 2 meters to the weapon's reach for a single attack. The target is denied their Minor Defenses for this attack. It is not only a product of magic but science as well, having been equipped a series of 6 piston enchantments, along with an Enhancement stabilizer. That will allow the wielder to "load" and fire off 6 piston rounds within a turn. The Piston releases 60 Armour points worth of bludgeoning damage on top of an attack. It is capable of traveling up to 5 meters forward while blowing a hole in what is in its path that is unprotected. There is a secondary trigger that fires off the bare bones pistol crossbow, that can deal +36AP of damage built within the handle that fires off the side of the blade. The secondary trigger allows the bolts to be fired with the piston enhancements, once pistons are engaged, or on it's own. When sheathed the Pistons will fire out of the Tomoe symbols on the weapons, and the crossbow bolts, will fire out of the end fan’s pole. When the blade is seen the target must undergo a Will save of 35, or be in a state of intense fear for 25mins, The enchanted creatures flee from the character whenever they are in sight of the character. Emotion (Fear) dispels emotion (rage). The Blade has a natural ability to bypass hardness when sundering weapons or attacking, ignoring hardness up to 20. It also possesses an inherent Chakra connection to the Material Plane, meaning that it is especially effective against creatures from other planes. It deals an extra +18 Armour Points of damage to any extra-planar creatures while they are on the Material Plane. The Gunbai has wrapping around the entirety of the handle of the blade, that continues to wrap around the beginning of it’s sheathed area as well. Has A Hiraishin Seal on it's handle underneath the troll stone.
There is a Ghost Iron Chain connected to the butt of the handle. The other in of the chain has a keychain like latch, that allows the user to attach the other end of the chain to their person or on the Weapon itself. This chain allows the user to sling the Fan and/or Sword around as if it were a whip. Though normally a glossy white color, it has been painted black. The metal serve as vessels for nature spirits, possessing the ghost touch ability, meaning it can hit Incorporeal Creatures without passing through, although this property is not Chakra related. It is Blessed with Hurricane Force, Mystic, and Clinging Enchantment Seals. The chains deal +40ap of damage. Power: At-Will, Non Movement. Half of the damage dealt by the weapon is Slashing Damage. Another non-movement returns the damage to normal. Power 1/Encounter, Weaving Movement. Perform Wind NinJutsu without making Handseals. Lasts 4 Rounds. Projectile Weapons grant this bonus to their ammunition. The weapon clings to its victim with a life of its own. The Difficulty of any Escape Artist check to escape from the soft weapon is changed to 10 + (5 x (2 per Class Level + Impeccable Will)). - Overall: There is much to be said about a weapon of this caliber. It is a moderately-sized sword meant for expert piercing, thrusting, and slashing maneuvers. The metal is a refined steel that has been folded many times over, guaranteeing durability in the most aggressive of assaults upon its fortified structure. It is meant to be used with one hand to fully expose the abilities of the Exceed arts, though two hands will only allow the wielder to slash with increased control.
Please Note: Using two hands and attempting to activate the Exceed portion of the blade will result in the blade exploding from the inside out due to over-revving. - Blade: The blade is a tampered metal that is capable of withstanding the wiles of weapons that would clash with it, ranging from blunt strikes to explosions of minor to slightly moderate damage results. Intricate designs lay drawn upon the right, an unknown tribal graphic that spans the entirety of the Niiro Kougou itself. A crimson backdrop lies further back, accentuating the sanguine nature of the sword itself, and its wielder.
- Handle: The handle is the truly magnificent work of art that has been crafted onto the blade. It is seperated in two portions to allow the wielder to keep a steady hand upon the instrument, the twist-capable portion of the blade's handle kept in such a design that the user will never have to worry about accidentally engaging the Exceed portion involuntarily. It, too, is lined in red, perfectly matching the hue of the spectrum that either side of the blade reflects. The sides of the blade will glow a continuous red with the chakra stored inside, ranging from barely visible red to a crimson hue when fully charged.
- Misc: The blade is separated into multiple parts that must be assembled when initially purchased and acquired. This process takes approximately twelve seconds to correctly assemble, after which it will require the same amount of time should the blade need repair and need disassembly for any reason (Overusing the Exceed).
- Exceed Modification: The blade's multiple parts all support each other, a cylindrical space from the bottom of the blade to the kissaki open to channel chakra from the user's hand into the sword by way of simultaneously exerting chakra and twisting the handle of the blade to allow for the filtering of the chakra itself; thankfully, the blade is large enough so as not to be flimsy or weak against strikes even with this modification. The user only need to focus a swift burst of chakra to the very bottom of the blade to activate the Exceed's explosive attack power.
