T

he wolves retreated in defeat, as blood was in the air. But it seemed something more gruesome was on its way. The bloodlust and malicious intent was thick within the forest. So much so, that even the wolves that once wanted to devour Kyodai whimpered as they returned to wherever they came from.

Meanwhile, a series of metal thunks could be heard from the missiles hitting the reinforced door. From the other side, you could hear the brawny man yell as if he were more worried than anything, "NO! I have the freshest meat! You can't have it!" The man's position stood unchanged as only a keen eye could see that the area of the door that had taken the most damage from the missiles were the hinges, as they grew weak from the rapid and constant pressure.

Outside the tent, the thirst for blood was growing so strong that it was sickening. Just the thought alone of what could cause that from a creature was paralyzing. Though nothing could be seen as of yet, there was surely someone or something closing in and watching the group inside the hut.

[Minoru Hyuuga]

"NO! I have the freshest meat! You can't have it!" screamed the man inside the cabin.
The male felt even more worried when he looked at his animal companions. Both of them were frightened to say the least.

Minoru could not see any windows that were in a good position. They were either in front or next to the man.
'Shoot, he's positioned himself quite well. I guess I have to use something stronger' decided the young man. He opened his weapon pouch and found some explosives.

Next, the Chuunin taped one explosive tag to each corner of the door. The male pinned an explosive pouch on the center of the door. He stepped eight meters back and prepared himself.
Both of his animals were 20 meters away from the door. The bloodlust alone had scared them away.

'Here we go! Hakkeshou! Daikaiten!' thought the black-haired guy right before the explosives went off.
He started to spin around as fast as possible in order to protect himself for the debris. The guy inside would most likely be blown away from the explosives or the daikaiten.

Byakugan. Has learned the jutsu four times.

Description: An eye jutsu for the Hyūga clan. When activating the user's eyes dilate in the same white colour as veins bulge out of the corner of the eyes. The user can activate this technique as a “C” Rank technique taking up hand seals. The user is able to see through and thus ignore lighter forms of concealment, such as smoke or mist. The user may concentrate for an amount of hand seals equal to a “C” Rank technique while their byakugan is active to gain the see chakra and see through chakra effects for as long as the user concentrates and their byakugan remains active. Deactivating this ability takes up no movements. When the user learns this technique the first two times, they train it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. When the user learns this technique the second two times, they train it as a “C” Rank jutsu +10 training points. When the user learns this technique the last time, they train it as a “C” Rank jutsu +20 training points.
Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan.


Telescopic eye. Range: 50 meters.

Skill: Supplementary.
Effect: The user is able to see much further than normal and access an X-Ray ability.
Special: ---
Drawback: Must have the byakugan active. May learn up to ∞ times.
Description: When concentrating to see through chakra, the character can also spend time equal to hand seals to gain the ability to see through objects with X-ray like vision up to 10 meters from the user. This does not impede the user's line of sight and the distance a user can normally see, however they simply will not be able to use the X-ray ability beyond 10 meters. When the user first learns this technique the user trains it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. Each additional training allows the user to use the X-Ray ability for an additional 10 meters. For every 50 meters, the user trains an additional +10 training points added to their previous training. The user also suffers a penalty to observation checks every 15 meters instead of every 3 meters. If user loses an eye (has 1 eye) telescopic eye is reduced by 50%. Future learning also reduces distance by 50%.
Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan. Must know byakugan.


All-seeing eye. Range: 10 meters.

Skill: Supplementary.
Effect: The user sees all that is around them and nothing can escape their all-seeing eye.

Drawback: User gains a small blind spot located at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra.
Description: Taking the time of a “B” Rank technique in hand seals, the user may activate this technique. By activating this ability, the byakugan gives the user a near 360° field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebrae. The distance of this vision is 1/5th of the user's knowledge in telescopic eye (maximum distance 40 meters). Please note that the further the user may see, the larger the blind spot becomes. User is still subject to eye attacks.

Hakkeshou: Daikaiten (Hands of the eight divination: Great whirl).

Effect: An advanced version of hakkeshou: kaiten, the user releases a greater amount of chakra from their tenketsu while spinning like a top, creating a defensive chakra dome of a greater size.

Description: The user begins to spin like a top, excreting chakra from their tenketsu at a much higher level than the hakkeshou: kaiten. This creates a dome of spinning chakra that will repel or stop taijutsu, projectiles, and ninjutsu of “B” rank or less. The radius of the giant dome is ten meters, and is capable of blowing opponents backward up to fifteen meters.

Effect: This extraordinary special quality allows a creature to detect approaching enemies, sniff out hidden foes, and track by sense of smell.

Description: The creature can detect opponents within 10-meters by sense of smell. If the opponent is upwind, the range increases to 20-meters; if downwind, it drops to 5-meters. Strong scents, such as smoke or rotting garbage, can be detected at x2 the ranges noted above. Overpowering scents, such as skunk musk, can be detected at x3 normal range. When a creature detects a scent, the exact location of the source is not revealed—only its presence somewhere within range. The creature can take a movement to note the direction of the scent. Whenever the creature comes within two meters of the source, the creature pinpoints the source’s location. When finding herbs and animals (random), scent may improve searching for them (must have Scent of object previously before searching). Learning “D” Rank allows the user to search for common things, while “S” Rank for nearly impossible. Each rank user learns increases chance of finding by 2% for the rank of herb, and increases per rank thereafter. Example: At “S” Rank, user gains 10% increase chance in finding common herbs and animals, but only 2% increase for nearly impossible herbs and animals.

Effect: A technique where an animal companion is able to sense if there is evil in a person by using their animal instincts.

Description: An animal has a keen sense that no other person has. With this type of keen sense it can read one's body type, feel the intentions emitting from the body, as well as get an understanding of everything. It doesn't matter what a person does, the way they stand, how calm they are, how much they move, how they walk, or even the heartbeat of the person, an animal is able to sense the type of person they are. With this technique the animal is capable of figuring out of the person is perhaps an evil intentioned character. This will help the animal feel threatened or feel more at eased, or to perhaps not even care or feel if one is perhaps suspicious in some way.
Limit: Must have an animal companion.


Sekondo nen (Second sense) [10 + 20].
Rank: “D”, “C” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: The brawler depending on the rank of the technique the user is capable of reacting through subconscious mind against attacks against the user in different manners such as being flanked, and from behind. This technique makes the brawler incapable of being surprise attacked.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the “C” Rank version they must be “C” Class, if they wish to learn the “B” Rank version they must be “B” Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the brawler is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. If an opponent comes to a brawler at a bar, and attacks with a sword, or a club, the brawler gains the urge to dodge to the left, or to the right, where they are capable of reacting before the action is completed. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a “D” Class user that knows this technique can not use this against an opponent that is “C” Class or higher.
Limit: Must be a brawler.

[Kyodai Hyuuga]

Kyodai and his Ink clones backed up now that the wolves were in retreat. But the blood lust was just plain odd. He wasn't suppose to be sensitive enough to notice such things without the person right there. But either way he had a job to do. He sent his Ink clones up into the trees and made himself moved to near Minoru. He kept his back to the building and looked out for whatever other threats may come. This is a situation that Kyodai was not the one in the know.

[Kinzoku]

S

moke. Dust. Debris. All of which followed after Minora set off his explosion. Unfortunately for Minora, the man behind the door was not a shinobi and therefore, not quick enough to dodge the incoming door. The man with the spear was knocked unconscious and now laying under it. Inside the room would be all different types of knives and butchering equipment, as well as carved and skinned flesh of all different shapes and sizes. Surprisingly, the room was not filled with the stench of blood. Instead, the aroma of flowers escaped the room and attacked the olfactory sensory neurons of the shinobi and his pets. The overwhelming smell leaked out of the room and spread outside as well, able to be detected by Kyodai as well.

But that would not be all the genin would detect. The rustle of leaves and cracking of branches could be heard nearing the area. A lady would be walking through the forest towards the hut with an empty basket. As she grew closer, she seemed surprised when she spotted the ink clones and Kyodai. But she would smile at them and it seemed as whatever bloodlust was in the area before was subdued by her smile. She seemed to be a young woman, maybe in her 20's - 30's but who knew nowadays. She was dressed like somewhat of a housewife. Behind her ear would be the town's infamous flower, and in her basket was nothing but a red cloth. "Hello", she  spoke as she continued walking towards the hut with her basket in hand. 

[Kyodai Hyuuga]

Kyodai raised a curious eyebrow but was highly suspicious of this seemingly housewife. "Chunnin, incoming." Kyodai didn't know what the right response would be in this situation. The Adrenaline in his blood said fight immediately and the subdued bloodlust in the air said danger. But right now there was no obvious signs of danger, so he observed her close with his chakra site keeping an eye for any chakra trickery. Something was vastly off kilter. If he was by himself a interrogation chamber might be in order but with Minoru there it was honestly not his decision. "Hello, ma'am. What brings you out here in these trying times?"

[Minoru Hyuuga]

'Great. Time to check out the house' decided the male after finishing the daikaiten. The man inside the house was knocked out due to the impact. But something here was wrong. 'What the...' thought Minoru when he smelled the flowers.

Both of his animal companions looked just as confused as he did. Especially Toshio due to his sensitive nose. Something here was way out of kilter.
"Chuunin, incoming" informed his partner. "My name is Minoru. Not Chuunin" muttered the young man.

He looked up to see who the person was. It was a young woman who were slightly older than he was. Her clothes were looking quite ordinary, but her smile was brilliant.
"Hello" greeted the female as she approached them. "Hello, ma'am. What brings you out here in these trying times?" inquired the other male.

The Chuunin suddenly realized what was wrong. 'My animals are calmer now compared to earlier. It seems that the bloodlust disappeared when she arrived.
But so did the scent of flowers. OH SHOOT!' concluded the male when he looked at Shimoko.

He tried to break off his chakra flow straight away. The black-haired man tried to stay calm and not attract any attention. The young man suspected that the woman was using some sort of illusion on them.
'I need to break this off. I just hope this is enough!' prayed Minoru as he attempted to cancel the illusion.

Description: The user needs to stop the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; this is called genjutsu kai (dispel genjutsu). This can also be done by an unaffected characters by applying a sudden surge of chakra into the affected person. The unaffected character must know genjutsu kai (dispel genjutsu) in order to perform it on an affected person. The affected getting out of a genjutsu is dependent on the knowledge of the unaffected. Depending on the rank the user knows depends on the amount of extra points they gain on their save.

A

s Minoru performed his dispelling technique, he would feel the bloodlust return. No smile or answer could deceive the pressure that the bloodlust created around him. But along with the bloodlust would be whatever strong scent the flowers were giving off. The overpowering odor almost stronger than the bloodlust. That was until he would take another breath. Once he inhaled again, Minoru would feel a calming wave come over him again. It was almost therapeutic in a sense. It was as if there was no danger at all present, and he was safe now.

Meanwhile, the woman would smile to Kyodai. "Well I'm here to pick up some of the finest meats of course!" She would then pause as she saw the smoke coming out of the shack that Minoru was by. "What's going on here? Where is the butcher?" The worry could be seen on her face as her eyes began to tear up. And then suddenly, the basket would drop from her hands. "Why are you terrorizing our village? Why won't you just leave us alone?" As she spoke, the woman's voice trembled a bit for she was not sure what was going on.

The male felt nauseous when the bloodlust returned in full force. But once he inhaled some air, a pleasant feeling replaced it. Minoru was 100% sure about a genjutsu being used now. The problem was that he had to breathe. The young man suddenly remembered the gas mask in his hip pouch.

"Well I'm here to pick up some of the finest meats of course! What's going on here? Where is the butcher?" inquired the woman. The worry could be seen on her face as her eyes began to tear up. And then suddenly, the basket would drop from her hands.

"Why are you terrorizing our village? Why won't you just leave us alone?" shouted the female. The Chuunin quickly put on his gas mask before he cancelled out the genjutsu one more time.
His gas mask was equipped with filter B, which should suffice for now. The male looked at his animal companions.

"You two better get away. This is a scent-based illusion" muttered the black-haired guy. Shimoko flied higher up and was 10 meters above the woman. Toshio however was 20 meters behind her owner.
"We would like to ask you about some murders in the village. The sheriff brought us in" told the guy in a calm voice.

"If you tell us what you know, we won't bother you anymore. I promise" assured Minoru. It was a bit comical that he tried to calm her down looking the way he did. His byakugan was activated while a gas mask covered his face. Hopefully, she would play along.

The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the brawler is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. If an opponent comes to a brawler at a bar, and attacks with a sword, or a club, the brawler gains the urge to dodge to the left, or to the right, where they are capable of reacting before the action is completed. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. Something about the whole situation stunk. His eyes concentrated on trying to get a read on the woman and placing everything he knew of the tenketsu and anatomy to find what about her was so off. The fact that Minoru had taken over talking was a blessing as Kyodai and his ink clones all stayed in a readied stance. Something bothered him most by not the question asked but the fact of how she asked. This was a small village and everyone knew why they were there and who they were.

aybe it was her mannerisms, or make her tone of voice, or even the way he muscles contracted when she lied, but Kyodai was successful in seeing past the woman's deceit. As the woman continued to talk, it was clear to him that she was lying. But that was unbeknownst to the woman, and therefore she continued to spin her web of lies. Unfortunately for Kyodai, she was lying so much that which part was the lie was hard to tell. But her dishonesty was the one thing for certain.

As Minoru put on his gas mask and dispelled the jutsu once more, the bloodlust would rush back full forced. The woman on the other hand, would look at the shinobi with his weird mask. Her eyebrows tightened and she backed up a bit as the sight took her off guard. But she would still respond to the shinobi. "You mean the deaths you have caused, like that one?!" As she spoke, she pointed to the now clear room where they had just blown the door down.

"You're probably planning on killing me as well, and that's why you put that mask on!" As she spoke, her voice began to crack. The woman feared that this would be the end for her and that she would shortly lose he life to the shinobi in from of her. "HELP!", she began to scream as Minoru continued to speak, but unfortunately for her, no visible help was on it's way. From what she could tell, it was just her and the murderers. Not wanting to die, she tried to make a run for the shack where the butcher was. Maybe he could protect her.

[Minoru Hyuuga]

"You mean the deaths you have caused, like that one?!" screamed the woman. The male could not help to think that something here was very wrong.
"You're probably planning on killing me as well, and that's why you put that mask on!" shrieked the female. Her cracking voice was a bad sign. "Calm down-".

"HELP!" shouted the red-clad female. Minoru knew there was little time to decide.
'I guess I don't have a choice. This is the least dangerous jutsu I can use' decided the young man. He pulled out his sword while his byakugan focused on her back.

"Kyodai-san! Make sure she doesn't escape!" shouted the Chuunin. He slammed the sword into the ground and launched the jutsu.
The male was aiming the jutsu on her legs plus her lower back. The suspect would most likely fall or knocked forwards.

He made sure that none of the debris would hit her upper torso. Knocking her unconscious was the last thing he wanted to do. Both animal companions were on standby if they required more help.
'All this bloodlust makes me sick. I can't imagine how Toshio-kun or Shimoko-chan must feel' realized the black-haired guy.

Kyodai would nod slightly in response to the order to capture the woman. It was fine with him as she was a clear threat to their mission. With just a though his Ink clones would rush to surround her. Then he knew it would be up to his medical knowledge to figure a way to subdue her. Luckily they were out in the woods, so no others would need to be involved. But he kept an eye out just in case either way.

As soon as himself or any Kyodai clones got close, they would use the arts of Dian Xue Shu and Jyuuken to hit multiple key points on her body. This time it wasn't to cause pain or anything, but to cause the lost of consciousness to try to get a handle on the situation. All they needed to do was restrain her. The most key point was at the back of her neck which would cause her to lose control of her entire body if struck correctly.

[Kinzoku]

Q

uick reactions. Nothing less was expected of the Leaf shinobi. Unfortunately for the shinobi, however, they were both aiming for different results. As the woman was nearing the butcher's shop, Kyodai's clones surrounded the woman and began their assault. Being that the woman was nowhere near as fast as the shinobi or their techniques, she was affected by both. The debris would attack her legs, while she was assaulted by Kyodai's clones. Instantly she would let out a high pitched shriek with her final breath, before falling unconscious.

As the shriek would reach the ears of the butcher, he would slowly come to. Taking the door off of himself, and watching his dear customer be assaulted, he acted with rage. He grabbed two carving knives and ran towards Kyodai. "Leave us alone!", screamed the man as he threw his right weapon at Kyodai's chest and then attempted a downward slash with his left arm when Kyodai reacted. His personality seemed different than his quiet self earlier when encountered by Minoru. Especially as he rushed Kyodai with no regard for his life or the stray debris that could have potentially hit him.

[Minoru Hyuuga]

'SHOOT! We knocked her out! I hope she's still al-'.
The male had no time to think when the butcher emerged. It did not take the byakugan to see how angry he was.

"Leave us alone!" shouted the man. What he said sent a shock into Minoru. "DON'T MOVE KYODAI-SAN!" ordered the young man.
He had to be very careful to not kill the attacker. This was easier said than done given how angry their opponent was.

Both hands did a quick combination of handseals. 'Here it goes!' thought the Chuunin. His jutsu would hopefully slow down the attacker quite a lot.
Since Kyodai was a Hyuuga, he should see through the illusion. Especially since it was aimed at the older man.

Toshio and Shimoko were still keeping their distance. Even they knew that knives were dangerous business.
'Kyodai-san better not kill this guy! He is a key witness in this case!' thought the male. He kept a close eye on his partner plus his enemy.

When the user first learns this technique the user trains it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. Each additional training allows the user to use the X-Ray ability for an additional 10 meters. Description: The creature can detect opponents within 10-meters by sense of smell. If the opponent is upwind, the range increases to 20-meters; if downwind, it drops to 5-meters. Strong scents, such as smoke or rotting garbage, can be detected at x2 the ranges noted above. Overpowering scents, such as skunk musk, can be detected at x3 normal range. When a creature detects a scent, the exact location of the source is not revealed—only its presence somewhere within range. The creature can take a movement to note the direction of the scent. Whenever the creature comes within two meters of the source, the creature pinpoints the source’s location. When finding herbs and animals (random), scent may improve searching for them (must have Scent of object previously before searching). Description: An animal has a keen sense that no other person has. With this type of keen sense it can read one's body type, feel the intentions emitting from the body, as well as get an understanding of everything. It doesn't matter what a person does, the way they stand, how calm they are, how much they move, how they walk, or even the heartbeat of the person, an animal is able to sense the type of person they are. With this technique the animal is capable of figuring out of the person is perhaps an evil intentioned character. This will help the animal feel threatened or feel more at eased, or to perhaps not even care or feel if one is perhaps suspicious in some way.

Sekondo nen (Second sense) [10 + 20].

Effect: The brawler depending on the rank of the technique the user is capable of reacting through subconscious mind against attacks against the user in different manners such as being flanked, and from behind. This technique makes the brawler incapable of being surprise attacked.

Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the “C” Rank version they must be “C” Class, if they wish to learn the “B” Rank version they must be “B” Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the brawler is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. If an opponent comes to a brawler at a bar, and attacks with a sword, or a club, the brawler gains the urge to dodge to the left, or to the right, where they are capable of reacting before the action is completed. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a “D” Class user that knows this technique can not use this against an opponent that is “C” Class or higher.

[Kyodai Hyuuga]

Kyodai was already reacting to the sudden assault by the butcher before Minoru's words reached him. But Minoru needed not to have worried about Kyodai possibly killing an individual, for his arts were designed for subduing than killing. Kyodai with his eyes going he was at full alert anyways and was able to easily side step the flying knife that came from the butcher.

But nothing said calm down like a whole lot of pain and little ability to move properly. With the reflexes of a train martial artist Shinobi and a Hyuuga, Kyodai sealed the Butcher within himself. It was really simple with his knowledge and the straight forward attack of the butcher. The real Kyodai reacted with a Mixture of Aikido, Medical know how, and Jyuuken.

First the incoming blade of the butcher swing was effectively neutralized as Kyodai slipped past the attack and hooked elbows with the butcher while spinning. He led the man into his other hand which had a knuckle punch for the man that was still empowered with ice, fire, and concussion to drive right into the Shouwuli causing extreme pain. Following through by pulling him into a throw into the ground Kyodai continued with a Body Pathway Derangement making movement for this man hard but left him conscious.

Kyodai finished him by the expedient method of disabling Chakra points and Neural Manipulation to make sure the man won't be causing a problem. This was to keep him paralyzed and then a second time to make him fatigued. Kyodai was all very efficient and doctor like in this. None of the damage he did was permanent and besides a very small burn on Shouwuli no visible damage at all.

Align the toes of your left foot with your partner's toes in order to establish a proper distance. Grab his elbow firmly with your left hand and his wrist with your right hand. Pivot your right foot to the rear while applying even pressure on his arm with both hands. Pin his arm at a right angle to his body as in Shomenuchi Ikkyo Omote. Just as in Tai no Henko, step toe-to-toe with your partner and use your front foot as a pivot on which to turn out of the way. Move your hands and feet in unison. Twist your hips the instant you align the toes of your left foot with those of your partner's right foot in order to break his balance. Bring him down with a feeling of circular pushing and turning. Effect: A technique that cuts off the electrical signals from the brain making them unable to make their body as they want.

Drawback: A skilled target may be able to negate the technique (see Description).
Description: The human body is controlled with electrical signals to the brain, but if a person has these signals cut off with this technique will no longer be able to move their body as they want. The user transforms the chakra into the target's body that creates an electrical field within which disrupts the signals to the brain. As soon as a strike is delivered to the nape of the neck, the field of chakra is poured into the opponent's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For a common target, battling, even walking becomes impossible. A skilled target is able to combat against this technique. [Kinzoku]

T

he Konoha shinobi more than over did themselves taking down the butcher. Though he was a big guy, being that he was only a civilian he was already slower than the two shinobi. After he threw the knife, which was dodged by Kyodai, the butcher's started to lose feeling in his arms and legs. While he struggled to keep standing, he was left open to Kyodai assault. As Kyodai's hits connected, it could be seen that the man was ignoring the pain and still trying to focus on killing Kyodai, but fortunately for Kyodai he couldn't.

Even though the elemental attacks were ignored, they clearly were affecting the man as his clothes ripped and skin burned. It was not until his nervous system was struck that the man could no longer keep himself standing. Falling to the ground, he continued yelling at the two shinobi threatening to kill them. Question was, now that they had an immobile brute and unconscious housewife, what would the two shinobi do?

[Minoru Hyuuga]

'What the-!'. His thoughts came to a halt when he saw what the other guy did.
'I know that jutsu! He's sealing the chakra points! Smart move' realized the male.

The man was still conscious, yet unable to move. "Not bad Kyodai-san. I suggest we disarm this guy first" told Minoru.
He looked down at the man below him. His byakugan focused at the chakra points in his shoulder.

The young man sent some chakra to his left hand. Next, he stepped onto the hand that held the knife. It was highly unlikely that the man could move his arm with 170 pounds on it.
The Chuunin bent down and drilled the chakra needle into a tenketsu. The man would not be able to move his arm now.

The male would kick away the knife with his foot afterwards. This would make it easier for them to transport the suspect.
"Kyodai-san, please make sure the woman is alive. I want you to check the house as well. My animal friends will help you out" told the male.

He motioned for Toshio and Shimoko to come forwards. "I want both of you to help Kyodai-san. Use your eyes, nose plus your instincts" said the black-haired guy.
The guy would then look at the brute again. "I'm afraid I have to tie up you up" informed Minoru.

A small 'click' could be heard when the male removed 10 feet [3 meters] of wire from his wire reel. Half of it would be used to tie together the wrists. The other half would be used for the ankles.
'At least we got the suspects. But I wonder how we can get them to the village' pondered the Chuunin.

Description: When concentrating to see through chakra, the character can also spend time equal to hand seals to gain the ability to see through objects with X-ray like vision up to 10 meters from the user. This does not impede the user's line of sight and the distance a user can normally see, however they simply will not be able to use the X-ray ability beyond 10 meters. When the user first learns this technique the user trains it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. Each additional training allows the user to use the X-Ray ability for an additional 10 meters. For every 50 meters, the user trains an additional +10 training points added to their previous training. The user also suffers a penalty to observation checks every 15 meters instead of every 3 meters. If user loses an eye (has 1 eye) telescopic eye is reduced by 50%. Future learning also reduces distance by 50%.

Description: The creature can detect opponents within 10-meters by sense of smell. If the opponent is upwind, the range increases to 20-meters; if downwind, it drops to 5-meters. Strong scents, such as smoke or rotting garbage, can be detected at x2 the ranges noted above. Overpowering scents, such as skunk musk, can be detected at x3 normal range. When a creature detects a scent, the exact location of the source is not revealed—only its presence somewhere within range. The creature can take a movement to note the direction of the scent. Whenever the creature comes within two meters of the source, the creature pinpoints the source’s location. When finding herbs and animals (random), scent may improve searching for them (must have Scent of object previously before searching). Description: An animal has a keen sense that no other person has. With this type of keen sense it can read one's body type, feel the intentions emitting from the body, as well as get an understanding of everything. It doesn't matter what a person does, the way they stand, how calm they are, how much they move, how they walk, or even the heartbeat of the person, an animal is able to sense the type of person they are. With this technique the animal is capable of figuring out of the person is perhaps an evil intentioned character. This will help the animal feel threatened or feel more at eased, or to perhaps not even care or feel if one is perhaps suspicious in some way.

Sekondo nen (Second sense) [10 + 20].

Effect: The brawler depending on the rank of the technique the user is capable of reacting through subconscious mind against attacks against the user in different manners such as being flanked, and from behind. This technique makes the brawler incapable of being surprise attacked.

Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the “C” Rank version they must be “C” Class, if they wish to learn the “B” Rank version they must be “B” Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the brawler is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. If an opponent comes to a brawler at a bar, and attacks with a sword, or a club, the brawler gains the urge to dodge to the left, or to the right, where they are capable of reacting before the action is completed. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a “D” Class user that knows this technique can not use this against an opponent that is “C” Class or higher.
Limit: Must be a brawler.

[Kyodai Hyuuga]

Kyodai nodded, and moved over to use his skills to investigate and check on the woman. But to be on the safe side he also restrained the woman. But he didn't use wire, he used ink that would come to his finger. There he painted bindings that would be strong as rope. After checking and binding her, he would place a symbol on her head with chakra but leave it inactive for now.

Then he moved to the conscious butcher, and place the same symbol with chakra. However this time he activated it. "Truth seals, now they should make sense when questioned." Before the Chunnin could tell him off he left for inside the cottage and began to search and investigate. This was the KMP's for hire interrogator at work. He knew how to work a crime scene and suspects.

Ninpou: Sumi Hyoushi [Ink Binding]

Effect: Creates a solid line of ink that is used to bind the opponent.
Special: "Hand Seals"
Drawback: With enough physical strength, the user is capable of breaking through the bindings.
Description: A powerful ability used by Li clan individuals to hold an opponent down, usually a captive. The user will perform the technique's handseals, gathering chakra. Then, targeting their ink, they will send it flying towards the opponent. The rank of the technique determines both the strength of the binding and the amount of body that the binding can cover.
"C" Rank- Sumi Hyoushi is capable of wrapping itself in a coil-like fashion around someone's wrists or ankles. It has the strength of a hemp rope.
"B" Rank- Sumi Hyoushi is capable of wrapping itself fully around the opponent's legs or arms, constricting them towards the inner body. It has the strength of a silk rope.
"A" Rank- Sumi Hyoushi is capable of wrapping itself around the entirety of the opponent's body, like a cocoon. It, however, cannot be wrapped around the opponent's head, as this is simply a binding technique. The technique has a strength greater than silk rope, almost to that of metal chains.

Description: The user performs the necessary handseals, then the kanji for truth appears on the tip of the users index finger. Always on the right hand and in mirror image. The user taps the target forehead, it doesn’t matter if the target wears anything on the forehead, the kanji will still appear, but on the skin under whatever the target is wearing on the forehead.

Description: Relevant Abilities: Acuity Skill. Die Rolls: 1 Die Roll. Check Requirement: Described. This skill allows the character to properly tend to the sick and injured. While some basic medical knowledge is inherent in this skill (to the extent such can be said to exist), the character’s role is to provide an optimal environment to facilitate the patient’s own recuperative abilities, by monitoring the patient and tending to his needs as required. The most basic need for any patient is food and drink. The nursing character ensures that the injured party is drinking sufficient fluids and provided with food that he can keep down (and in fact does so). Additional responsibilities include changing bandages, keeping watch for infections and excessive bleeding and applying cold compresses to relieve fever. First Aid providers can also perform critical care (a.k.a. battlefield medicine). If they can tend to a wound within an hour of it being inflicted (and make a successful Average difficulty skill check), their palliation restores 1 Armour Point of damage from that wound. T

he two shinobi were successful in subduing the two as the man continued to scream threats at the two of them. Even after the seals were place on him, it seemed that he genuinely wanted to rid the earth of the two. While Minoru figured out how to transport the two shinobi, Kyodai would find that the hut was an average hut. The only thing out of the norm was that the butcher's workshop smelled of the flowers that the town was known for rather than meat.

Inside the workshop, however, there was a obdurium storage bin than was sealed shut. If the seal was broken, inside would be meat of different sizes. But thanks to Kyodai's medical expertise, he would notice that the meat looked familiar. The meat was too small and thin to resemble cattle and too big to resemble pork or poultry. It looked more like that of a person's.

[Minoru Hyuuga]

The male could not help but to stare at the jutsu his partner was doing. It was the first time he saw something like this. What he placed on her head appeared to be using chakra.
"Truth seals. Now, they should make sense when questioned." told the younger guy.

"Good idea Kyodai-san. I think I know how we can move these people" replied Minoru. He did a handseal and made two shadow clones.
"We need to carry this guy back down to the village. I just hope he does not have any...friends to help him" muttered the young man.

His animal companions were either looking or sniffing around in the cottage. Suddenly, Toshio started to meow when he found the storage bin. Shimoko was not able to do much. Her sense of smell was quite limited. But her instincts told her that the content was not good.

Kage bunshin no jutsu (Shadow clone jutsu).

Skill: Ninjutsu.
Effect: The kage bunshin no jutsu (shadow clone jutsu) is a increased and stronger form of the regular bunshin jutsu, which is a mere genjutsu. Kage bunshin allows the clones to actually inflict damage upon the opponent. They can even use jutsu since they carry their own chakra circulatory system, making it even impossible for the Hyuuga clan members to tell them apart from the original. Each clone that the user makes divides his or her chakra up evenly between them. Making ten clones means each clone has one tenth the original users chakra supply. The clones are real enough. They even bleed when cut but when inflicted with enough damage the clone disappears.
Special: A special handsign where the user crosses the two first fingers of each hand making a cross.
Drawback: The average user can only make about 5 clones. Excessive use of the clone jutsu can leave the use extremely low on chakra. When the clones are destroyed, the user does not get a return in chakra.
Description: The kage bunshin is an exact replica of the user and can not in anyway be proven to be a copy, not even by the most elite of jutsu. Unless taken to the test and actually harmed.
Limit: Must be an ANBU. Must be Chuunin in order to get this technique. Kage only is capable of allowing someone to learn.

Description: When concentrating to see through chakra, the character can also spend time equal to hand seals to gain the ability to see through objects with X-ray like vision up to 10 meters from the user. This does not impede the user's line of sight and the distance a user can normally see, however they simply will not be able to use the X-ray ability beyond 10 meters. When the user first learns this technique the user trains it as a regular “C” Rank jutsu. Each additional training allows the user to use the X-Ray ability for an additional 10 meters. For every 50 meters, the user trains an additional +10 training points added to their previous training. The user also suffers a penalty to observation checks every 15 meters instead of every 3 meters. If user loses an eye (has 1 eye) telescopic eye is reduced by 50%. Future learning also reduces distance by 50%.
Limit: Must be in the Hyūga clan. Must know byakugan.

Effect: The user sees all that is around them and nothing can escape their all-seeing eye.

Drawback: User gains a small blind spot located at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra.
Description: Taking the time of a “B” Rank technique in hand seals, the user may activate this technique. By activating this ability, the byakugan gives the user a near 360° field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebrae. The distance of this vision is 1/5th of the user's knowledge in telescopic eye (maximum distance 40 meters). Please note that the further the user may see, the larger the blind spot becomes. User is still subject to eye attacks.

Description: This defense denies an opponent the ability to sneak attack the character by flanking them, unless the opponent has at least 4 more class points than the target does. class points is the invisible number found in between class levels.

Example: User has improved uncanny dodge with 535 training points. An opponent with 900 training points can still perform sneak attacks while flanking the user.
Example: User has improved uncanny dodge with 1,660 training points. An opponent with 2,100 training points cannot perform sneak attacks while flanking the user.

Description: A successful check lets you avoid being bluffed (see the acting skill). The user can also use this skill to determine when "something is up" (that is, something odd is going on) or to assess someone's trustworthiness. Sense motive does not, however, allow a character to determine whether a given statement is a lie. In addition, a character can use this skill to make an assessment of a social situation. With a successful check (very difficult difficulty), the character can get the feeling from another's behaviour that something is wrong. Also, the character can get the feeling that someone is trustworthy and honourable. A sense motive check may be made as a reaction to another character's acting check. Try again: No, though user may make a sense motive check for each acting check made against the user. Look in task skills thread found in the skills and traits index for more information. If user has 25 or more ranks in evidence analysis user gains a synergy bonus +10 to sense motive. Description: Acting is most often used as a form of entertainment, though it can also be useful in aiding a disguise or pulling a scam. A skilled actor knows how to research their role in order to provide a realistic portrayal to include mannerisms, speech patterns, dialect or jargon. The acting skill also confers a cumulative 5% bonus (per level above unskilled) to disguise skill check rolls. The list below gives examples of mastery and what the character can do.

• Expert: Can independently 'invent' a role such as a lord, member of a cult, wealthy merchant, etc., and can dress and act the part with such skill that he can pass as that person.

Each time learned user gets 1 die roll to increase the skill.

Effect: This extraordinary special quality allows a creature to detect approaching enemies, sniff out hidden foes, and track by sense of smell.

Drawback: ---
Description: The creature can detect opponents within 10-meters by sense of smell. If the opponent is upwind, the range increases to 20-meters; if downwind, it drops to 5-meters. Strong scents, such as smoke or rotting garbage, can be detected at x2 the ranges noted above. Overpowering scents, such as skunk musk, can be detected at x3 normal range. When a creature detects a scent, the exact location of the source is not revealed—only its presence somewhere within range. The creature can take a movement to note the direction of the scent. Whenever the creature comes within two meters of the source, the creature pinpoints the source’s location. When finding herbs and animals (random), scent may improve searching for them (must have Scent of object previously before searching). Learning “D” Rank allows the user to search for common things, while “S” Rank for nearly impossible. Each rank user learns increases chance of finding by 2% for the rank of herb, and increases per rank thereafter. Example: At “S” Rank, user gains 10% increase chance in finding common herbs and animals, but only 2% increase for nearly impossible herbs and animals.

Effect: A technique where an animal companion is able to sense if there is evil in a person by using their animal instincts.

Description: An animal has a keen sense that no other person has. With this type of keen sense it can read one's body type, feel the intentions emitting from the body, as well as get an understanding of everything. It doesn't matter what a person does, the way they stand, how calm they are, how much they move, how they walk, or even the heartbeat of the person, an animal is able to sense the type of person they are. With this technique the animal is capable of figuring out of the person is perhaps an evil intentioned character. This will help the animal feel threatened or feel more at eased, or to perhaps not even care or feel if one is perhaps suspicious in some way.
Limit: Must have an animal companion.


Sekondo nen (Second sense) [10 + 20].

Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: The brawler depending on the rank of the technique the user is capable of reacting through subconscious mind against attacks against the user in different manners such as being flanked, and from behind. This technique makes the brawler incapable of being surprise attacked.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the “C” Rank version they must be “C” Class, if they wish to learn the “B” Rank version they must be “B” Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the brawler is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. If an opponent comes to a brawler at a bar, and attacks with a sword, or a club, the brawler gains the urge to dodge to the left, or to the right, where they are capable of reacting before the action is completed. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a “D” Class user that knows this technique can not use this against an opponent that is “C” Class or higher.
